Chicken noodle soup sure was popular here today.

I made beef tips in a mushroom sauce over rice, green beans and a spinach salad.

Glad you are ok Seabird..I started your dinner/quilt thread when I missed you last week.

Seabird- may you glow in health for 2022 and beyond!

I transplanted some starts I had hardened off that will stay in the cloche until the end of Feb and our last frost date. I also sprayed some fruit trees. (I get leaf curl on one peach tree.) I planted carrots in a grow bag. I need to rotate out some flowers and veggies to harden off for the cloche. I also need to start melons under the grow lights this week.

Dinner was a ham from the freezer I'm working on and some mac and broccoli.

Had noodles left over from the chicken alfredo a couple days ago. DW had brought home some shitake mushroom soup last week, so I heated up a can, dumped in the leftover green beans and some canned chicken. Finished off with the noodles and had a good one-pot leftover easy meal.

Lazy cook day ... and no more leftovers :D

Regular Pasta is death to dogs. Pancreatitis is a painful, ugly way to go. I discovered Egg Noodles. That way, Lals can partake of the feast. I assure you, she does!
