One of Trump's EO just froze all new regulations from all federal agencies

Just heard on FOX that besides signing EOs for Sec Def and Homeland Security and Security for his family, one of the EOs was a directive that all Federal agencies are prohibited or making changes to any regulations or procedures.
No new regs, until Trump has a chance to eliminate the ones already on the books.
This is needed because Trumps cabinet so far only has two appointees.

The Deep State is now muzzled. Mattis now controls the entire military and Kelly the entire Homeland security, domestic power. Trump now needs to purge the rest of the deep state: in the CIA, the NSA, the FBI, the DOJ and the State Department.

Trump's speech was like rain in Death Valley. The difference between Obama and Trump are so clear, so vast it is a bit overwhelming to me. Long have I waited for this moment, and I am going to savor it, despite the best efforts of the Snowflakes, Soros, the Clinton Crime Cabal to derail it. I am having a great time watching the Democrats foam at the mouth as they begin to comprehend just how weak they now are.
The Democrats are now sound and fury signifying nothing at all.

We will all remember this day, in a positive way, just like we all remember where we were when JFK got murdered, or where we were when 9-11 happened, or where we were when Neil Armstrong walked on the moon back in July of 1969.

Savor the victory. Embrace the moment. Cherish the change from tyranny to freedom and from defeat to victory.
