Obama to Develop "Angry Face"

WASHINGTON

Faced with increasing deficits, attacks from Republicans, and crises abroad, President Obama is slated to take off this weekend for a regrouping attempt. According to sources within the Administration, Obama is attempting to create a new persona, in order to show his seriousness.

The President has tried other means to show that he is serious," said Press Secretary Robert Gibbs, "He's tried the condescending lecturer, the whiny student, and the clueless buffoon. Yet none of these caricatures have really penetrated the American psyche."

While at Camp David, the President is going to meet with a litany of experts, including psychologists, sociologists, and clowns to attempt to contort his face into one of anger.

"We tried it before," said Laffy, the St. Paul Region's #2 Children's Birthday Clown, "But when I shouted at him to show me his warface, he just looked constipated. It's really a shame cause he looks like he's passing a kidney stone."

Psychologists are also worried. Paul Robes, a prominent family specialist from the Los Angeles area, has noted that the President is not taken seriously.

"He needs to connect with the American people," Robes said, "When people are frustrated with losing their jobs, they turn on the TV and see the President filling out March Madness brackets, drinking beers, and going on Jay Leno. This isn't a statesman: this is Tom Cruise on speed."

Other sources are trying to force an angry expression from the President. This includes Michelle Obama shouting at him over a spilled latte in 1989, Tim Geithner saying that his dog was run over by former President Clinton, and Senator Orrin Hatch of Kansas urinating on the White House lawn.

"I don't get it," said Laffy, "Whenever he should get angry, he just sits and stammers, 'uh, that's uh, because, uh, and the previous Administration. He's almost a basket case."

The President could not be reached for comment

Here ya go, BO, color yourself pissed  welcome to the real world!

That's because he's shown himself to be a pathetic incompetent searching for a clue.

You dirty liberals elected a shockingly vile imbecile.:shk:

He's not 'taken seriously' by the brain-dead groveling fans surrounding him. They don't have a clue anyway.

And if he develops an angry face? What's that get him? It doesn't change the fact that he's a lying liar, deceiving the American people on every issue and that his real name is Barry Soetoro and he is an illegal alien representing Wall Street in the White House.

Learning from the experience of others

The President could learn from Ronald Reagan. The former President used good humor so that the voters would laugh with him and not at him and he was willing to make the tough decision if one was required. President Reagan took a lot of heat when he fired the airplane controllers who went on strike and the Democrat Union lovers never forgave him for that. That decision made its point that it was illegal to strike against the Federal Government and had the effect of moderating the trend of ever higher inflation that was starting to rear its ugly head.

No one likes to be around an angry person. If you do not believe me, ask a divorced person. Either one or both parties to the failed marriage had incidents of anger that esculated into fights that led to the eventual collapse of the marriage.

Perhaps the President needs some more experienced advisers so that he does not get into these situations that turn into public relations disasters and reduce the credibility of his entire administration. The flap over charging Veterans for their war induced health care expenses was an unnecessary disaster. How could he think that this would be a popular decision with the voters or be in the public interest as the people who incurred the war injuries surely did not try to be wounded so that they could suffer the disabilities of war and risk the incompetence of some of the Veterans Administration hospitals.

Why is he not concerned about the record deficits? Does he think that his supporters will not have to pay the future tax increases caused by these deficits and that therefore they will not be impacted by the deficits? When foreign lenders refuse to lend additional money to the United Stated due to the huge deficits and the fear that the money will not be repaid, everyone, including his loyal supporters, will be severely affected by the future impacts of these out of control deficits. Learning how to appear angry will not solve this problem.

He's got Rahm. It can only go up from there.

And we thought James Carville was a nutcase!

He was doing the best with No. 3, the clueless buffoon. It is far more true to his own personal style, with no acting or artifice involved. "Barry can be Barry," to coin a phrase, when operating as the clueless buffoon.

Switching to this "angry face" mode just isn't going to help Barry any more than the "condescending lecturer" did. That was a big bust, too, because everybody knew that, because of Barry's complete lack of any meaningful experience whatsoever, there was absolutely nothing about which he could credibly lecture anyone at all. It was like listening to a terminal drunk prattle on and on about the virtues of something he knew nothing about: sobriety. :spns:
