There are literally tons of both medical and food supplies just sitting on the dock in Sierra Leone. They're rotting.

The reason this outbreak was not contained was the WHO's passive approach to the situation, and their (declared) lack of funds. Neither the UN nor the WHO responded when they could have and should have.

It's all about money and greed - as usual.
