Having watched from a non-involved position for the last 30 years, I am unsure why this is surprising. OF COURSE THEY made these plans.
So they send soldiers into the room with no recognized levels of PPE you would see in a normal jail?
Looked like a training exercise to me...
I don't believe anything I see anymore.
Eta: I do believe there's evil sumbitches in power and minions doing the dirty work. Just cynical about videos like this and the ulterior motives. Jmo

American troops are grossly outnumbered by only a few states work of big game hunters.
You know the guys that hide in a tree for 2 days straight to shoot an elk.
The US military only has a very small selection of people with those skills.

I wonder if anyone the legal office mentioned Geneva Convention violations to the General when the forced jab of troops with an experimental drug plan was reviewed?
