Nancy Pelosi's husband has been arrested in Napa on suspicion of driving under the influence.
According to TMZ, Paul Pelosi, 82, was booked on two counts for the incident in Napa, California, at midnight last night.
DailyMail.com understands he was arrested by members of California Highway Patrol.

The two misdemeanor charges are driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content level of 0.08 or higher.
His bail was set at $5,000.

Nancy has not yet commented on his arrested.
She made no mention of it while giving a commencement speech to graduating students at Brown University in Rhode Island on Sunday.

The couple own a vineyard in Napa, in addition to a home in nearby San Francisco, but she does not drink, according to previous statements given by her representatives.
The sprawling estate is one of many the couple owns.

I find this curious. I am quite sure that the police know who the Pelosi's are, and if the arresting officer didn't know, a quick phone call to his superiors would have normally cleared things up within minutes.

There could be a serious move to ease her out if the Dem's keep the house. I'm pretty sure she's left her share of folks with bloody stumps among those who tried to help 'steer' the House of Representatives over the years
