DOES IT FLOW ALL THE TIME

“Mingo Falls is a 120 ft (37 m) high waterfall located in the Qualla Boundary—a land trust of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians—near the town of Cherokee, ...

Mingo falls is a very pretty, fairly tall (around 180 feet) waterfall on the Cherokee reservation in North Carolina near Smoky Mountains NP.

Mingo Falls is a beautiful 200-foot waterfall near Cherokee and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, accessed by a short hike from the parking area.”

There is a waterfall like this on Bear Lake, NC.
That is where I saw comet 76p explode a couple months before it was discovered or announced and I also saw an Osprey come over the hill, hugging the ground no farther than 300 feet from me, as it continued hugging the surface of the lake at 3AM, lit only by the lights on the craft.
