Ahahahahah commence mass panic at the DoD. Also, I went back and forth with the tag of this story, between corona, gov/mil, and treason. I settled on treason because while it involves the first two, the absolute corruption, collusion, and intentional damage to our national security is nothing short of treason, and the perpetrators should be held accountable accordingly.

This presentation was created to expose the wrongdoings of the DOD from the Secretary of Defense all the way down to Commanders who do not have the fortitude to look into the orders they are carrying out. You will find evidence of collusion with the FDA, corruption at the highest levels of the DoD, violations of Federal law, long established privacy laws, and human rights violations, and throughout this presentation we ask you, the American public, to discern for yourselves the truth.

Since the release of this data to certain Members of Congress, the DoD has caught wind of this information being released and have doubled down on their operations to decimate our military. In less than 5 days they have taken down the Defense Medical Epidemiology Database and have started issuing orders to the services to start the separation of those who refused the COVID vaccination campaign. It is imperative, from at least a National Security standpoint, that you DEMAND action from Congress, to remove those responsible for these atrocities, and DEMAND accountability of anyone willing to continue this sham on our great American military.

They are pushing out the soldiers that think for themselves and refuse to comply with illegal orders.

The bad soldiers are staying in because they demonstrated that they'll blindly follow orders. They're not staying to get slaughtered; they're allowed to remain because they'll be the ones who will obey the illegal orders when it comes to using force against US.

And the problem with that is you do not get the best soldier material in such a circumstance. This was the problem with Germany, the brightest left and fled the country and others fought within. The whole system had multiple failure points. Unlike Germany we are so far spread out that trying to consolidate things will be ugly...

One of our plaintiffs in our landmark class action lawsuit is Mary*, a U.S. Marine Corps lieutenant colonel who faced immediate and irreparable harm beginning yesterday.

After her appeal for a religious exemption from Joe Biden’s illegal mandatory COVID shot order was denied, Mary was ordered to be added to the Officer Disciplinary Notebook (ODN), removing her from command eligibility and irreparably damaging her career.

Being placed on the ODN would trigger a Board of Inquiry process, leading to her discharge.

Charles* is a U.S. Navy command surface warfare officer. As commander of a Navy guided missile warship, Charles is the highest-ranking officer in the U.S. Navy seeking religious exemption from the COVID shots.

Today, Charles would have been removed from command of his ship, irreparably damaging his career because he was denied his lawful and rightful religious exemption from the COVID shot.
These two plaintiffs are only the beginning as other military class members have received final denials of their appeals from their initial denials, and the irreversible vaccinate-or-separate choices for these members are imminent.
While setting a hearing for February 10, Judge Steven Merryday stated he searches in vain for any justification for the military’s refusal to grant accommodations to the plaintiffs. He wrote:
The record in this action establishes that the two service members are very likely to prevail on their claim that their respective branch of the military has wrongfully denied a religious exemption from COVID-19 vaccination. The record creates a strong inference that the services are discriminatorily and systematically denying religious exemptions without a meaningful and fair hearing and without the showing required under RFRA (while simultaneously granting medical exemptions and permitting unvaccinated persons to continue in service without adverse consequence). One struggles to imagine a wholesome and lawful explanation for the results evidenced in this record.

Toward the end of his order, Judge Merryday added:
… the public undoubtedly has some considerable interest in maintaining the services of skilled, experienced, highly trained, patriotic, courageous, and esteemed service members, such as the two moving service members, in whom the public has an immense financial investment and who are not, to say the least, readily replaceable.

This is a great victory for religious freedom, especially for these military heroes who love God and love America. It is shameful how the military is treating these honorable service members. The military under the Biden administration is denying every religious exemption request while granting medical exemptions.

The abuse and pressure being placed upon these military members is unconscionable and must stop. This powerful ruling is the beginning of the end of such abuse of the law and of these honorable men and women.

Here’s what happens next ...
First, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin is enjoined “from diminishing or altering in any manner and for any reason the current status of Navy Commander and Lieutenant Colonel 2, including their assignment, privileges, rank, or the like. In short, Navy Commander and Lieutenant Colonel 2 must remain ‘as is’ throughout the duration of this injunctive relief.”

Second, I will return to court with our legal team to extend this injunction.

Third, we will press to get an injunction for ALL our military clients. Then we will press to certify the class of ALL our military, federal employee, and federal civilian contractor plaintiffs to obtain the same protection for everyone.

We will fight to the very gates of hell to defend the religious freedom of every American—especially our military. These brave men and women have tirelessly defended OUR freedom. Won’t you help us defend THEIR freedom NOW?

Even if a court forces the DoD to accept religious exemptions, with the additional punishments they have tacked on for the unvaxxed (no PCS, no TDY, no Deployment, 2x weekly testing, etc), our careers are dead anyway.I know quite a few (including myself) that have decided enough is enough, that it is clear that we are not wanted and will be forced out no matter what, and are choosing to ETS or resign. In this, at least we get an honorable discharge as opposed to a *best case* general under honorable.

Ill tell you this, the military, the DoD, is dead. After this purge/exodus, and after the effects of the jabs take hold, we will no longer have a military as we now know it.

I have to wonder if any of the savants driving this FUBAR into a concrete blast wall ever read ANY history, classical or covering the last two hundred years or so, never mind if they can do simple math?

The house cleaning this is setting up for once the adults get home is going to put Sulla to shame and is going to be positively horrific between the revelations of what they've been up to for decades culminating in where we are ending up and the reconning due them.

Here's an update for the board:

My lawyer represents a small group of us, and three of these individuals already had their religious exemptions denied by the Air Force. My lawyer submitted a FOIA request for the Air Force's legal review documentation for their denial, and this morning she received the documents.

The problem is that they are 100% redacted except for the letterhead. Yes, you read that correctly, she got back 7 blank pages with nothing but a letterhead, because whatever the Air Force did in its legal review is so incriminating that it needed to be 100% redacted.

By the way, we dont redact classified information to that level. In fact, we dont redact much of anything to that level, and this is the first time both of us have seen anything like it. The collusion and corruption is out of control. It would be comical if it wasnt so sad.
