CRIME Memphis Again: A Man is Killed in Yet Another Shooting Near U of M Campus

According to this evening’s WREG TV news broadcast (Monday Sept 12) there has been YET ANOTHER shooting near the U of Memphis campus. This one was inside an apartment complex near the campus (The Stratum Apts). It happened last night, about 10:40pm.

The victim is dead of his gunshot wounds.

No information given on any suspect they might be investigating.


This complex houses mostly college students.


What is going on in this city?

And so much of this killing is happening just immediately off campus.

I am so glad I am retired…
