The Biden Administration, failing to get its legislative agenda passed through a deeply-divided Congress, has resorted to using a regulatory “backdoor” route to implement many so-called “green energy” policies and restrictions.

According to the Daily Caller, this backdoor method involves using currently-existing environmental laws to implement further restrictions and regulations by using the ambiguous wording of the laws to draw broader interpretations in favor of their actions. To this end, regulations have since been implemented on many aspects of everyday life, including home appliances, building standards, the fuel economy, and infrastructure projects.

“They’re basically using environmental laws to create backdoor subsidies,” said Brent Bennett, an energy expert at the Texas Public Policy Foundation. “The problem is that our laws are so broadly interpreted and defined that it makes this possible. It allows for this kind of abuse. So, that’s really the root of the problem. Congress didn’t pass good laws and now those laws are being abused.”

The Left’s increasing push towards such “green” sources of energy began with far-left Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), who introduced the highly sensationalized “Green New Deal.” The bill, which has failed to pass through Congress, would cost the United States over $93 trillion over a ten-year period, which would see each American family burdened with a cost of up to $65,300 per year to pay for the provisions of the bill.

Among other radical proposals, the Green New Deal would demand that the country produce 100 percent of its power using only zero-emission sources, as well as investing in electric vehicles, and upgrading infrastructure in order to achieve “maximum energy efficiency, water efficiency, safety, affordability, comfort, and durability, including through electrification.”

Since taking office, Biden has worked to implement many of the Green New Deal’s demands mostly through executive orders. On his first day, Biden signed one such order ordering “major revisions” to appliance energy efficiency regulations, which directly led to the Department of Energy (DOE) unveiling a massive list of new regulatory rules covering a wide variety of household appliances, including washers and dryers, showers, lamps, cooking products, and water heaters.

The Biden Administration has also rolled out new regulations on proposed construction projects, ordering federal agencies to investigate potential “environmental impacts” of new projects before approving them. These regulations have been implemented through reinterpretation of a previously-passed federal law, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), first passed in 1969.

But Congressman Markwayne Mullin (R-Okla.) pointed out how detrimental to American society such regulations are, as these new rules cover just about every kind of construction project imaginable.

“I don’t care if you’re building a new school, I don’t care if you’re building a high-rise building or trying to put in affordable housing, much less a pipeline or a road or replace bridges,” Mullin told the Caller. “You have to go through the NEPA process and, underneath this new rule, it will take that project years — if it’ll ever even be permitted and most of the time it won’t…be permitted.”

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) blamed the continued record surge in gas prices on “exploitation” by oil companies, and touted a bill that would essentially allow the president to control prices.

During her weekly press briefing, Pelosi touted a Democrat-backed bill called the “Consumer Fuel Price Gouging Prevention Act,” which would allow the president to declare an “energy emergency” giving him the ability to regulate prices by preventing fuel companies from selling their products at prices deemed to be “unconscionably excessive” and “exploiting” such an emergency.

“Next week on the floor of the House, we will have another piece of our lowering-costs-for-the-American-people legislation,” Pelosi said. “House Democrats, led by [Washington] Congresswoman [Kim] Schrier and [California] Congresswoman [Katie] Porter introduced the ‘Consumer Fuel Price Gouging Prevention Act.’ While families are struggling to pay higher prices at the pump, oil and gas companies are recording record profits, with [the] seven largest oil companies announcing buybacks that could total $41 billion this year alone. Again and again, we see gas prices rise, sometimes when the cost of oil drops, oil prices drop, and price gouging needs to be stopped. This is a major exploitation of the consumer because this is a product that the consumer must have.”

“Again, the Putin [Price] Hike at the pump is a part of this,” Pelosi continued. “You would think that the oil companies would compensate for that rather than exploit the opportunity that it — so in this bill, what this bill does [is] — price gouging needs to be addressed, including new tools at the [Federal Trade Commission] to address those abuses. Our bill enables the president to issue an energy emergency declaration making it unlawful to increase gas and home energy prices in an exploitative and excessive way, which is part of the business plan of these companies.”

The bill authorizes the president to declare an “energy emergency” anywhere within the United States, and use federal powers to regulate prices to combat it. “The President may issue an energy emergency proclamation for any area within the jurisdiction of the United States” within one week of a “reasonably foreseeable emergency” for a period of up to 30 days, the bill states.

These proclamations can be renewed for consecutive periods. During the emergency, the bill states:

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell a consumer fuel, at wholesale or retail…at a price that—
(A) is unconscionably excessive; and
(B) indicates the seller is exploiting the circumstances related to an energy emergency to increase prices unreasonably.

Violations of the order would be treated as an unfair or deceptive trade practice, and enforced by the FTC. The bill instructs the FTC to prioritize sellers with total wholesale or retail sales of more than $500 million annually for enforcement.

The bill also sets up a “Consumer Relief Trust Fund” to deposit fines collected by the FTC while enforcing an energy emergency. Those funds would be distributed to low-income households via the Department of Health and Human Services’ “Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program” and the Department of Energy’s “Weatherization Assistance Program.”

Democrats have continued to press short-term, demand side solutions, such as rebate programs and gas cards, to soaring gas prices, which broke new record highs on Wednesday at $4.40 a gallon, according to AAA. The Biden administration has also called for oil companies to increase supply right away. But the administration canceled an enormous oil and gas lease sale in Alaska and two sales under consideration in the Gulf of Mexico Wednesday.

Editor’s Commentary: The United States has always led the way in developing genetic modifications for food. In Europe and Asia, there are more restrictions as skeptics have kept their laws generally opposed to messing with the food supply the way the United States has done. But there are efforts to sidestep these rules by applying “genetic editing” instead of “genetic modification” to sell the process to the people.

We are already seeing a similar shift in branding in the United States. That’s why it’s important to keep an eye on what’s happening in the rest of the world on this front because for once, we may not be the trendsetters. The globalist elites are very much interested in shifting the entire world’s diets toward manufactured and manipulated foods. This “war on organics” is hitting its stride and soon, many will no longer have a choice of what they ingest into their bodies.

It isn’t just the insane food inflation, supply chain issues, bird flu, fertilizer shortages, and other factors that point to the increasingly desperate need to establish long-term food security. The Queen’s Speech was interesting this year.

For all the people outside the UK who don’t understand what the “Queens Speech” actually is, it’s a farcical state occasion in which the Queen (or, in this case, Prince Charles since her majesty is ill/secretly dead/having “mobility issues”) makes a speech about what “her government” intends to do for the next 12 months.

Of course, the Queen doesn’t actually write the speech, or have any input on its content, or have any control at all over what “her” government intends to do. She’s just a mouthpiece in a big gold hat. It’s the UK equivalent of the State of the Union, only done in Halloween costumes made out of shiny stolen rocks.

The whole thing is nothing but a grand, gilt statement of intent from the British Deep State, wrapped in mink and draped in medals they never earned. It’s a joke, but it is worth listening to.

Or, if you have a sensitive stomach, you can just read the full text the next day on the UK government’s website (that’s what I do). A lot of the content is entirely predictable.

More money to Ukraine, with a promise the UK will “lead the way in championing security around the world”. More online censorship via the “Online Safety Bill”. A compulsory register for homeschooled children via the “Schools Reform Bill”.

There’s also mention of “securing the constitution” by introducing the UK’s own “Bill of Rights”. We broke down that particular Trojan Horse back in February. But the part I found most interesting is the stated plan to “encourage agricultural and scientific innovation at home” via the proposed Genetic Technology (Precision Breeding) Bill.

The proposed bill (which, for some reason is not available through the parliament website) follows on from DEFRA’s announced “loosened regulation” of genetic research back in January.

To quote the National Institute of Agricultural Botany (NIAB), the legislation would “take certain precision breeding techniques out of the scope of restrictive GMO rules”.

Essentially, this would see new “gene-edited” foods as distinct from old-fashioned “genetically modified” foods, and therefore not subject to the same rules and oversight. The claimed distinction is that gene editing, as opposed to genetic modification, doesn’t introduce DNA from other species. Therefore, in effect, is merely speeding up what could potentially naturally happen over time.

Now, you might think this is just semantics, and that such a law will just provide a loophole for ALL “genetically modified” foods to simply rebrand themselves as “genetically edited” foods, and thereby avoid regulation. But that is disgustingly cynical and shame on you for even thinking it.

All in all, this is pretty on-message stuff, and not especially surprising. What’s noteworthy is – by pure happenstance, I’m sure – it appears to coincide with a renewed push on the GM food front in other countries all over the world. In December 2021, Switzerland added an amendment to its moratorium on GMO crops, permitting the use of certain “gene editing” techniques.

Last month, Egypt announced their new strain of GM wheat. Just two days ago, Ethiopia’s National Agricultural Biotechnology Research Center announced they had researched, and the country will now be growing, genetically modified cotton and maize.

Despite Russia’s sweeping ban on the cultivation and/or importing of genetically modified crops, they have nonetheless created a 111 billion Ruble project to create up to 30 varieties of genetically edited plants and farm animals.

Britain’s deregulation of GM food is always described as a “post-Brexit” move – with the EU chided around the world for its “precautionary principle” on GM crops – and yet as long ago as last April, the EU was calling for a “rethink” on GM crops. In fact, just today, European Biotechnology Magazine reports:

WHY THIS? WHY NOW?
So, we’re seeing a sudden increase in the variety of GM crops available and a simultaneous push for deregulation of the industry in Western nations. Why would they be doing this now?

Well, there is a food crisis.

Or, more accurately, they have just created a food crisis. And as the cliched Hegelian dialectic inevitably goes, their manufactured “problem” is now in need of their contrived “solution”.

We should expect to see genetic engineering pitched as a solution to our food crisis in the very near future…like yesterday. Or indeed, two months ago. That’s how fast they work now, with barely a pretense at concealing the plan. Spitting out the answer so fast they make it obvious they knew the question beforehand.

On March 15th, when the “special operation” in Ukraine was less than 3 weeks old, the Time was already headlining:

A week later Verdict published an article titled “Improving food self-sufficiency with GM crops during geopolitical crises.” Last week, the Times of Israel asked:

Four days ago, the Manila Times published an article titled “In times of food scarcity: Revisiting genetically modified crops”. Two days ago (so before the Queen’s speech specifically mentioning the gene editing bill), Scotland’s Press & Journal ran an opinion piece headlined: “Scottish Government must lift GM crop ban to ease cost of living crisis”. Yesterday, the “information services” company IHS Markit published an article on GM regulation in Europe, in which they claimed:

The Ukraine-Russia conflict has demonstrated the fragility and vulnerability of global and European food supply chains. Around the world, governments in leading agricultural-producing countries are now catching up with the United States, both to better legislate gene-edited (GE) products, as well as differentiate them from the older Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) technology, and its negative connotations to some consumers, commentators, farmers, retailers, politicians and lawmakers.

And just today, the Genetic Literacy Project published an article by Ukrainian-Canadian David Zaruk, railing against the EU’s “precautionary principle” on GMOs and calling for an embracing of “new technology” to prevent widespread hunger and increase food sovereignty. It goes on and on and on.

…LET’S NOT FORGET CLIMATE CHANGE, GUYS
Of course, it’s not all about the food crisis – giving corporate giants free rein to genetically alter all the food we eat will also be good for the planet. They talk about that a lot recently. On February 8th this year, the University of Bonn published a new study claiming “Genetic engineering can have a positive effect on the climate”

On February 24th this year, the Cornell-based NGO “Alliance for Science” published an article claiming “GMOs could shrink Europe’s climate footprint”, based on the study mentioned above.

In a response to the Queen’s Speech, the UK’s National Institute of Agriculture and Botany claimed that genetic modification will make farming “more sustainable”.

In a reminder we’re not just talking about crops but genetically engineering livestock as well, in February Deutsche Welle suggested that genetically altered “Climate sheep and eco pigs could combat global heating”.

Three weeks ago, Stuff.NZ asked simply:

Can GM save the planet?”

The narrative is clearly set: Genetically engineered food will save us all from the food crisis, and global warming too. Plus anything else they can think of.

THE KNIVES ARE OUT FOR ORGANICS
Not content with the semi-constant fluffing of the GM business, the MSM are also turning their guns on organic farming and giving it both barrels. The Wall Street Journal reports:

The Telegraph blames organic farming policies for “tipping Sri Lanka into bloody chaos”
The “Allliance for Science” article mentioned above goes out of its way to criticise the EU’s pro-organic “farm to fork” plans, claiming “[organic farming] has lower yields and would be associated with increases in global [greenhouse gas] emissions by causing land-use changes elsewhere”.

Meanwhile, Erik Fyrwald, the CEO of the Swiss agrochemicals group Syngenta (so possessing somewhat of a conflict of interests), told Swiss newspaper NZZ am Sonntag that the West must “stop organic farming to help future food crisis”, adding that organic farming is worse for the planet, because ploughing up fields releases more carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.

We already saw wellness “cults” accused of peddling “anti-vax conspiracy theories” last year, this will easily extend to organic farmers and their customers.

NOTE: In an interesting (again, probably totally accidental) parallel, the currently simmering “Bird Flu outbreak” has also hit organic and free-range farmers hard, with one (sponsored) Guardian article asking if “year-round” bird flu could spell “the end of free-range eggs”.

CONCLUSION
Having just seen how the Covid19 “vaccine” campaign unfolded, it’s not hard to see how the pro-GM push will go from here. Genome-edited crops and farm animals are going to become the new “settled science”.

They will be sold to the public as cheaper, more nutritious, better for the environment and good for “preventing future pandemics” (yes, they literally did say that already).

Naturally, anyone who resists the push for gene-edited food, and/or mourns the planned death of organic farming, will be accused of “questioning the science”. Eating British GM foods will be “doing your part” and “helping Ukraine”, while people who want more expensive organic products will be deemed “unpatriotic” or “selfish”.

Just as we saw Covid sceptics denounced as spreading “Russian disinformation”, despite Russia’s willing complicity in the Covid lie, those who argue against genome-edited food will be said to be “sharing Russian talking points” or “doing Putin’s work for him” despite Russia being well onboard the gene-editing train.

It all gets very predictable from there. Organic farmers will probably be “anti-vaxxer conspiracy theorist Russian spies” by the end of the summer.

…This probably explains why Bill Gates was buying up so much farmland last year, too.

(CNSNews.com) - President Biden plans to visit a family farm in Kankakee, Illinois today, along with Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsak, to discuss the global rise in food prices, as the war in "breadbasket" Ukraine is contributing to shortages.

Here at home, family farmers are suffering because of inflation -- rising fuel prices, fertilizer prices, equipment and other farming necessities.

Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsak told a Senate Appropriations subcommittee on Tuesday that the family farm is "something that I think we all ought to be concerned about."

"There are 61,670 farm families in America today that are on the brink. 61,670 farm families that are either delinquent in their loans to USDA or bankrupt or are pending foreclosure. This is a serious issue that -- and I'm -- I'm pretty confident that every single member of this committee probably has a number of those 61,000 farmers living in their states.

"It's important and necessary for us to put a spotlight on the challenges. Now these are people who have borrowed from USDA or who have had a guaranteed loan from USDA, which means that they haven't been able on their own to go to a commercial bank and be able to secure financing. So these are folks who need help. They need assistance.

"I represented farmers during the 1980s as a small-town lawyer. I can tell you the pain. I can tell you the stress. I can tell you the -- the -- the -- the decisions that folks make under these circumstances, I can tell you very tragic decisions that they make under these circumstances.

"So I would hope that as we talk about the future of agriculture in this country, that we don't lose sight of those 61,670 farm families. They deserve our attention. They deserve some creative thought about how we may be able to assist them during this pandemic-stricken time. And I sincerely hope that we can work collaboratively together in a bipartisan way to make sure that they have a hopeful future as opposed to one that is currently stress filled today."

Biden's plan to help farmers
During his visit to the Illinois farm today, Biden will announce "new actions to give farmers the tools and resources they need to boost production, lower food prices and feed the world," the White House said in a fact sheet.

The fact sheet says the Biden-Harris Administration will:

1. "Increase the number of counties eligible for double cropping insurance.
"Double cropping allows farmers to plant a second crop on the same land in the same year, helping boost production without relying on farmers to substitute crops or cultivate new land. But it is not free from risk and some farmers who practice double cropping cannot obtain crop insurance.

"The Biden-Harris Administration is seeking to expand insurance for double cropping to as many as 681 additional counties, bringing the total number of counties where this practice qualifies for crop insurance to as many as 1,935, so more American farmers have the financial security they need to start or expand double cropping."

2. "Cut costs for farmers by increasing technical assistance for technology-driven 'precision agriculture' and other nutrient management tools.

"Precision agriculture is a farm management system that allows farmers to use technology to target application of inputs to soil and plant needs, resulting in less fertilizer usage without reducing yields, saving farmers money over time and extending the usefulness of critical products in short supply worldwide.

"The U.S. Department of Agriculture has planning and cost sharing assistance programs available to help American farmers with nutrient management. The Biden-Harris Administration is working to boost outreach to farmers, streamline the application process, and prioritize application approvals to expand access to these critical programs."

3. "Double funding for domestic fertilizer production.

"Fertilizer prices have more than doubled since last year, due in part to supply chain disruptions created and exacerbated by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, including rising energy costs.

"Today, President Biden is announcing that he is doubling his initial $250 million investment in domestic fertilizer production to $500 million to lower costs and boost availability for farmers, so they can obtain the inputs they need at prices they can afford to maximize yields."

The Biden administration IS sending baby formula to migrants at the border, while American parents are struggling to find it in stores. So why is the outrage deemed ‘fake’ by the mainstream press? Sure, Glenn says, ALL babies should have access to the food they need...babies at the border included. But shouldn’t we prioritize Americans BEFORE we ship scarce items elsewhere?

This is the most consequential thing- that May 22-28, the Biden Admin is sending a delegation led by the Secretary of Health and Human Services to offer these Amendments to be voted on. The US government has already said 40 countries have already signed on, including the big guys: the EU, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, Norway, Switzerland, so presumably they all ready have the votes.

So the vote will be taken, then there is a six month period before it becomes effective in Nov. Interesting timing, because no matter which party wins it won't matter. You have created a platform for global governance. Because if you take health care that was used in a manner to hurt people's business and destroy lives - that authority now goes to Tedros at the WHO. So 99.4% of the people in the world would be impacted by this because 194 nations are a part of the WHO.

Again, we are not talking about the proposed Pandemic Treaty that is supposed to be voted on in 2024. This is an existing treaty that we became a part of in 2005 and these are the existing International Health Rules that are about to be amended. So it will only require a simple majority vote at the World Health Assembly meeting May 22-28.

People have been contacting their Senators and legislators offices and are being told that they don't know about it. They refute it and say it's impossible - we have to have a 2/3 vote because it is a treaty. That's not going to happen. You have to understand the intention of the Biden Admin.

Gaffney: General Strike is the order of the day. It would make this a headline across the country. This isn't an abstraction. We have watched what this guy Tedros would do with this kind of authority. Bannon: The head of the HHS admits that the original gene sequence was pulled at the request of the CCP by Collins and Fauci. The US government did that in combination with the WHO. The WaPo article is inaccurate, at the top WaPo presumes Russian wheat will not be available but Russia is looking at their third largest crop ever.

“Russia is projected as the leading 2022/23 wheat exporter at 39 million tonnes, followed by the European Union, Australia, Canada and the United States,” said the monthly WASDE report. “Ukraine’s 2022/23 export forecast is 10 million tonnes, down sharply from last year on reduced production and significant logistical constraints for exports.”


Ukraine usually is one of the largest suppliers of wheat on the international market. But it will harvest only 21.5 million tonnes of wheat this year, 35% less than in 2021, and exports of 10 million would be half of the 19 million in the trade year that is ending.


“The decrease in production year-to-year is due to the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine,” said the USDA in its World Agricultural Production report. Yields per hectare were forecast to fall by 18% and harvested area by 21%. Thirty percent of wheat land in “conflict zones” will not be harvested due to mines, bomb craters and lack of fuel and farm labor.


Meanwhile, Russia would reap 80 million tonnes of wheat, the third-largest crop on record, thanks to good yields. “Crop development is still early, however, and will largely depend on May and June weather,” said the USDA, referring to winter wheat, about 70% of Russian wheat output. Harvest will begin in July.

Wheat Farmland Under Threat Worldwide As USDA Reveals Dismal Grain Outlook

Across the world, top wheat-producing regions are experiencing adverse weather conditions that could threaten production. In places like Ukraine, a military invasion by Russia has slashed production significantly. All of this suggests the world is on the cusp of a food crisis.

Droughts, floods, and heatwaves have plagued farmland in the U.S., Europe, India, and China.

As for Ukraine, the world's largest wheat producer, the war could slash production by upwards of a third. There's one exception: Russia, which is expected to have a bumper crop as wheat prices soar.

"If there was ever a year where we needed to see optimum conditions and strong yields around the world, this was going to be it.
"Clearly that situation is not being seen. It adds more risk to this highly volatile situation," said James Bolesworth, managing director at CRM AgriCommodities, told Bloomberg.

Bloomberg provides a current snapshot of what's happening globally in wheat markets.

European Union
Warm, dry weather is a burgeoning concern in the world's top wheat exporter, after a favorable start to spring. Crops in half the wheat belt lack rain at the onset of a key development period, and temperatures in top grower France have soared to summer-like levels unseasonably early. While the production outlook could still brighten, much will hinge on whether the water deficit eases in the next few weeks.

"If the lack of rain persists until the end of the month, we'll have to look again at our yield forecasts," said Aurelien Blary, a crop analyst at Strategie Grains.

United States
Dryness plaguing the U.S. Central Plains has already led some growers to write off parched hard red winter wheat, used by millers and bakers for bread flour. Harvests in top producer Kansas start next month, and output will fall "well below" the five-year average, said Aaron Harries, vice president of research and operations for Kansas Wheat. Crop insurance agents expect some fields to yield zero to five bushels an acre, versus the normal 35 to 40 bushels, he said.

The supply pinch threatens to send elevated grain prices even higher, worsening inflation across supply chains and hurting U.S. exports. "Everything west of the Mississippi River needs rain," Harries said. "If we don't have those regular showers, the size of the crop will get smaller every day."

Meanwhile, excessive rains further north are making it tough to plant spring wheat used to make bagels and pizza. Minnesota farmer Tim Dufault estimates his state has already lost about 5 bushels per acre in yield potential from the delays. Sowing in North Dakota has been "painfully slow," with only 8% seeded versus nearly two-thirds at this time last year, according to the state's wheat commission.

Canada
Similar dueling weather problems are playing out across the border. Cool temperatures delayed seeding in Canada, and producers are now trying to plant in fields that are either too wet or too dry.

Drought is a concern in southern Alberta, a growing area for spring wheat and durum used in pasta. Moisture there is lower than a year ago and dry, windy conditions are eroding soils, according to its agriculture ministry. Further east in Manitoba, a series of storms have sidelined farmers. More rain is in the forecast this week, casting doubt on progress anytime soon.

"Virtually 99% of the farmers haven't got to the field yet," said Bill Campbell, president of Keystone Agricultural Producers, noting it may take a week for things to dry once the rain stops. "It's back to square one."

India
Blistering heat scorched wheat fields in the world's second-biggest grower, damping expectations for exports to alleviate a global shortage. March temperatures soared to the highest ever for the month in records going back to 1901, parching the crop during a crucial period. That spurred estimates that yields will slump 10% to 50% this season.

The food ministry cut its production forecast to 105 million tons, from an earlier outlook of 111 million tons, and some traders think the crop will be even smaller. Severe heatwaves are continuing in parts of northern India, which may cause some harvest delays if people avoid going out.

China
China leads global wheat production, and there are concerns about its winter wheat after unusual autumn floods. Videos on social media show acres being cut down before maturation by farmers hoping to get a better price selling it for animal feed.

Fields are due to be harvested in about 20 days, and officials are investigating whether there has been any illegal destruction. China will want to limit its dependence on foreign supply after becoming one of the top importers over the past two seasons.

Black Sea
Soil moisture is satisfactory in Ukraine, buoying yield prospects. But the war will curb production, and there's worries about where to store the crop as backlogged exports leave silos bulging with last year's grain.

Russia has also seen favorable weather and could reap a near-record harvest. That's bolstered shipment prospects, although freight and insurance costs are high and some merchants are shunning its commodities.

On Thursday, wheat prices in Chicago rose 3.5% following the release of one of the most important World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE) reports published by the USDA this year.



WASDE showed wheat production in Ukraine is expected to plunge by one-third this season compared with last year. The report also noted global corn production would decline while rice production could hit a record.



Meanwhile, President Joe Biden on Wednesday outlined efforts to increase plantings to offset expected declines in global grain production.

The East Coast of the U.S. could face a worsening diesel shortage this summer, John Catsimatidis, CEO of United Refining Co., said in an interview with Bloomberg. United produces some 70,000 barrels of petroleum products each day and sells gasoline throughout western New York and northwestern Pennsylvania, according to the company’s website.

“I wouldn’t be surprised to see diesel being rationed on the East Coast this summer,” Catsimatidis told Bloomberg’s Lucia Kassai.
“Right now inventories are low, and we may see a shortage in coming months.”

Diesel prices hit a new high of $5.557 a gallon on Thursday, according to the American Automobile Association. Unleaded gasoline also hit a record $4.418 per gallon.



Carriers and owner-operators — especially those with already-slim margins — are struggling to keep up with rising diesel prices.

Catsimatidis said he doesn’t expect the 350 stations United Refining operates to be low on gasoline; it will just be very expensive. “Drivers will pay the highest gasoline prices ever paid for Memorial Day.”

National diesel inventories are the lowest in 17 years, and East Coast stockpiles haven’t been this low since 1990, according to the Department of Energy.



Several truck stop chains and fuel providers have commented on the possibility of rationing. Pilot Flying J is aware of tight diesel markets, especially in Virginia and Georgia, and is “closely monitoring the situation,” the company told FreightWaves.

Benchmark administrator General Index supplied FreightWaves with an assessment on Tuesday that indicated that tightness in East Coast diesel stocks may be loosening.

The U.S. has increased diesel exports to help supply Europe with previously Russian-supplied fuel. But higher prices of diesel on the East Coast may impact how much diesel companies send to Europe, where prices are slightly lower, FreightWaves’ John Kingston reported.

On Monday, the General Index price for ultra low sulfur diesel was about $3.90 per gallon in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and $4.30 a gallon on the East Coast of the U.S.

An International Energy Agency report released Thursday indicated that the current diesel crisis may just be at the beginning. It said oil losses from Russian output were about 1 million barrels per day in April, and that number could jump to 3 million barrels per day by the end of the year.

“Limited spare capacity in the global refining system, together with reduced exports of Russian fuel oil, diesel and naphtha have aggravated the tightness in product markets, which have now seen seven consecutive quarters of stock draws,” the report said.

According to the official narrative, the COVID-19 virus outbreak appeared unexpectedly at the end of 2019. First, we were told SARS-CoV-2 was transferred to humans from infected bats from a nearby wet market. Then the story changed, and the Wuhan-based biological lab became the accepted source of origin. But, most importantly, officials told us that the outbreak was a complete surprise.

In September 2020, data surfaced showing that in 2017 and 2018, countries – including the United States – imported hundreds of millions of COVID-19 test kits. The damning information was published on the World Integrated Trade Solution’s (WITS) website. Shortly after this information went viral on social media, the WITS tried to cover up this data, but the proof can still be found on the web archive (see link below).

Think about it. Why would the US import 2,627,050 COVID-19 test kits in 2017 unless it is to prepare for a planned outbreak?

Many other strange events occurred in the years leading up to 2019, proving the outbreak was planned long before the WHO announced it to the world. Here are some of the most notable ones:

• In 2017, Anthony Fauci predicted with a high degree of certainty that a surprise outbreak of an infectious disease would happen during President Trump’s first term
• In 2018, Bill Gates announced that a global pandemic would likely occur during the next decade
• Months before the outbreak, Bill Gates organized Event 201 – a coronavirus pandemic exercise
• In September 2019, the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board released a report stressing the need to be prepared for a coronavirus outbreak
• The 2012 Summer Olympics opening show played out a coronavirus pandemic
• The 2010 document titled Scenario for the Future, published by the Rockefeller Foundation described the 2020 pandemic in shocking detail

Coincidence? Hardly so. It is not hard to see that we have been lied to. But, even worse than that, we may have been programmed well in advance to accept the current events.

Not so coincidentally, in the past few years, several movies and TV series have portrayed a global coronavirus outbreak with striking similarities to what we are going through today.

Interestingly, in the film, Dead Plague, hydroxychloroquine was the cure, and in the film Contagion, social distancing, face masks, and lockdowns were used to slow the global spread of the virus. One must wonder … is this by design? Could this be predictive programming?

According to an article published by Ohio State University, predictive programming is “a theory that the government or other higher-ups are using fictional movies or books as a mass mind control tool to make the population more accepting of planned future events.”

“The World Health Assembly will vote on the U.S.’s amendments to the WHO’s International Health Regulations (IHR) when it convenes on May 22-28. These amendments, like the proposed pandemic treaty, will vastly expand the WHO’s power and could be used by the CDC to justify detaining American citizens. Contact your state legislators and urge them to nullify these dangerous amendments!

The World Health Organization (WHO) is negotiating a global pandemic treaty and considering dangerous amendments to its International Health Regulations (IHR) — these will further enable Covid medical tyranny while amounting to yet another step toward a one-world government. State governments can and should nullify these tyrannical schemes.

On December 1, 2021, the World Health Assembly agreed to begin “a global process to draft and negotiate” an agreement “to strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.” Although we don’t know the specific details of this proposed treaty, it no doubt threatens our God-given freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution.
Any “pandemic treaty” is a threat for the following reasons:

• It will further erode U.S. national sovereignty, giving foreign bureaucrats greater control over domestic policy. It would also amount to yet another step toward a tyrannical one-world government.
• It will further expand the WHO’s ability to dictate health policy worldwide, making it easier for the Deep State to impose its tyrannical “health” measures on the global populace.
• It will enable the creation of global “health passes,” thereby restricting travel and certain activities to only those who have been vaccinated or who are in compliance with the WHO’s “health” dictates. These so-called “health passes” will further compromise individuals’ medical privacy and lay the groundwork for a biomedical security regime.
• Enable “global coordinated actions” to censor those who dissent from the Deep State’s narratives — all in the name of “public health.”
• American taxpayer money would likely be diverted to enable the implementation of the treaty’s dictates.

This is not the only WHO threat to liberty. Additionally, the U.S. has proposed amendments to the WHO’s International Health Regulations (IHR), which could go into effect as early as the end of 2022. These amendments would also strengthen the WHO’s ability to take unilateral actions and meddle in countries’ internal affairs, and they could lead to an expansion of the CDC’s power to detain Americans for medical reasons. These amendments, combined with the proposed pandemic treaty, constitute a massive threat to liberty by the WHO. The Deep State, which weaponized Covid to implement its tyrannical agenda, has been pushing for a global pandemic treaty for some time already.

For example, in an April 3, 2020 op-ed, former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger stated that, “Addressing the necessities of the moment must ultimately be coupled with a global collaborative vision and program.” Additionally, Bill Gates has called for strengthening the WHO.

The WHO’s pandemic treaty must be stopped — and the states have a key role in doing this. Rather than sitting back and being complacent, state legislators must take bold action to nullify any WHO agreement.

Nullification is firmly grounded in the text of the U.S. Constitution. Specifically, Article VI duty bounds state legislators — along with members of Congress and judges — by their oath to “to support this Constitution.” Nullification of the WHO’s pandemic treaty wouldn’t be the first time the states have taken such bold action. Among multiple other examples, Alabama in 2012 enacted a strong law banning the implementation of the UN’s Agenda 21 (now Agenda 2030) in the state. Multiple other state legislative chambers passed similar bans.

Contact your state legislators and urge them to enact strong legislation fully preventing the implementation and/or enforcement of the WHO’s proposed pandemic treaty, along with the proposed amendments to the WHO’s IHR. State governments have an important role in preserving liberty — we cannot afford for them to squander it.”

“The globalists that brought us the wildly exaggerated COVID pandemic in an effort to cement a biosecurity grid into place is now hard at work on the next phase of this New World Order.

The World Health Organization has started drafting a global pandemic treaty on pandemic preparedness that would grant it absolute power over global biosecurity, such as the power to implement digital identities/vaccine passports, mandatory vaccinations, travel restrictions, standardized medical care and more.

In “The Corbett Report” above (link here), independent journalist James Corbett reviews what this treaty is, how it will change the global landscape and strip you of some of your most basic rights and freedoms. Make no mistake, the WHO pandemic treaty is a direct attack on the sovereignty of its member states, as well as a direct attack on your bodily autonomy.

A Backdoor to Global Governance
As noted by anti-extremism activist Maajid Nawaz in an April 28, 2022, Twitter post, the “WHO pandemic treaty serves as a backdoor to global empire.” COVID-19, while potentially deadly to certain vulnerable groups, simply isn’t a valid justification for handing over more power to the WHO, especially in light of its many inexplicable “mistakes” in this and previous pandemics. As just one example, the WHO didn’t publicly admit SARS-CoV-2 was airborne until the end of December 2021, yet scientists knew the virus was airborne within weeks of the pandemic being declared.5 The WHO also ignored early advice about airborne transmission.

So, it seems clear that the effort to now hand over more power to the WHO is about something other than them being the most qualified to make health decisions that benefit and protect everyone. It seems far more likely that the WHO is being installed as a de facto governing body for the global Deep State. Through the WHO, under the guise of biosecurity, the globalist cabal who seek to own everything and control everyone, will then be able to implement their wishes across the whole world in one fell swoop.

With this treaty in place, all member nations will be subject to the WHO’s dictates. If the WHO says every person on the planet needs to have a vaccine passport and digital identity to ensure vaccination compliance, then that’s what every country will be forced to implement, even if the people have rejected such plans using local democratic processes. As noted by Corbett, these negotiations are already well underway,8 and the treaty is expected to be fully implemented in 2024 — that is, unless the people of the world wake up to what’s happening and beat back this monstrosity.

Can We Stop the International Pandemic Treaty?
The question now is, can we stop this “international pandemic instrument” that the WHO is seeking? With short notice, the WHO announced it would accept public comment on the treaty for a total of five days. The World Council for Health (WCH) was among the few that acted quickly enough to submit a comment in opposition of the treaty. Lawrie delivered the WCH’s submission.

The proposal to take control of pandemics at a central WHO level is untenable and threatens a global society … It is foolhardy to even suggest that a ‘one size fits all’ response to a pandemic crisis across geographic zones characterized by hugely different parameters, could possibly be covered by a central bureaucratic process — the need for local decision making is of prime importance. ~ Robert Clancy, Ph.D….



Make Your Voice Heard in June
While many, like Clancy, didn’t get a chance to participate, the WHO has announced it will allow for two more days of public comment, June 16 and 17, 2022.

As noted by Lawrie:

“Please also be aware of the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations, to be voted on this May at the World Health Assembly. Like the pandemic treaty, this is another move to seize greater powers and override the sovereign laws of individual nations. Some say this is more significant than the pandemic treaty: if voted in, it means the loss of our sovereignty from this November. James Roguski has written extensively about this on his Substack.

There seems to be a concerted effort by the WHO and its controllers to attack our sovereignty from all angles. It is important we make it clear that we do not recognize the WHO as an authority over us and that we will not tolerate this abuse of power. We are sovereign and will not be bound by the undertakings of corrupt officials who pretend to act on our behalf when signing away the inherent rights of the World’s People. They do not act for us and we will not be bound.”

If you’ve been paying any attention at all to the stock market over the past several days, you are aware that stocks have been rapidly declining.

Individual retirement accounts have lost hundreds of billions of dollars, if not more, in the blink of an eye as the Biden economy continues to tank and take Americans’ financial security with it. Without any doubt, Joe Biden has turned out to be the very worst president in the history of our country, and it’s not even close.

But the tanking of our economy and those of countries around the world is purposeful: It’s being done as part of a global ‘reset’ that was launched by the planetary elite as a means of solidifying their control over literally every person and every activity, every day.

And one way they plan on doing so is by taking over complete control of the money supply.

As reported by Blacklisted News:

A new report from the Bank of International Settlements estimates that up to 90% of national central banks are at least in the planning stages for launching a central bank digital currency (CBDC). …

This echoes a March report from the IMF, which claimed over one hundred nations are at least in the planning stages of releasing their own CBDC.

It seems programs of government-issued digital money have been gaining momentum all around the world since at least 2020, and apparently, now they exist in over half the countries on the planet.

“Nine out of 10 central banks are exploring central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), and more than half are now developing them or running concrete experiments. In particular, work on retail CBDCs has moved to more advanced stages,” the report states.

Brazil and Namibia are the two countries that have most recently announced their plans, doing so in April, the outlet reported.

And of course, as with all globalist agenda items, this push for CBDCs is just part of “the current thing” as were COVID-19 lockdown policies, all climate change initiatives, and even the response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

The method has moved the push for digital currencies from a fringe idea that was barely discussed into the societal mainstream in the span of just a few years, and now nine out of 10 countries are moving to either adopt one or have already done so.

Blacklisted News went on to note that one aspect of digital currencies that is rarely talked about, if at all, is the potential for them to be ‘programmable’ — “a hypothetical feature of digital currency which would allow the issuer to set limits and controls over its use.”

“Essentially, any CBDC would give either the state, the central bank or the corporation issuing the money as wages the power to control how and where the money is spent,” the report stated, suggesting that would amount to “third-party control over your money.”

The outlet warned:

This has massive implications for the very idea of individual liberty. Given how the last two years have gone, it’s not at all hard to imagine how such a system could be abused.

Halting payments to “protect the NHS”, garnishing wages to “fight climate change” or individual financial sanctions because you aren’t vaccinated.

Harken back to the recent trucker protests in Canada: Digital fundraising platform GoFundMe moved, at the Canadian government’s request, to confiscate millions of dollars that had been donated to sustain drivers and their families as they pushed back on a mandate forcing them to take a worthless, potentially dangerous vaccine.

And when another platform attempted to take up donations, it was warned about legal action.

The elites have come to believe that their mega-wealth entitles them to more than just a wonderful life: They believe it entitles them to control how the rest of the world lives.

A Social Credit Score System Is Piloted in Bologna, Italy
The city administration of Bologna, Italy, is piloting a program that brings the beast of the Fourth Industrial Revolution straight to the citizens. It’s an early reiteration of Klaus’ Schwab’s Fourth Industrial Revolution, the honey moon, so to speak — so it comes to the citizens wrapped in gift paper, with balloons, prizes, and party language. But make no mistake:
underneath, there is cruel man-eating machine that wants to mine your data and control your behavior!

So, what exactly is happening in Bologna? The administration is “digitizing” their relationship with the citizens. For starters, they are launching an app — with a catch — that will provide an interface to get access to various local services. Without saying it, the they are implementing the “digital governance” aspect of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Quoting the Italian source:

“We will give citizens services based on their needs – says the Mayor – and this will allow us to personalize their experience. People will be able to find everything the administration will do on their mobile phones or computers. The physical branches, however, will not disappear.

“We will maintain a ‘physical’ support for all people who do not use the web, especially the older ones,” assures Lepore [Mayor of Bologna]. But the goal is computer literacy that leaves no one behind.”

If we read this announcement with innocent eyes, it sounds like yet another initiative that the bureaucrats are launching, perhaps benevolently, to keep up with the times and with the buzzwords. And in an ideal world — a world filled with flowers, butterflies, rainbows, and harmless, caring bureaucrats — there would be nothing wrong with adding on a little extra convenience via technology.

Technology can be very helpful if done right, and if it comes to us without Trojan horses. But alas, at the moment, we don’t live in such a world!

We live in a world where Klaus Schwab and his buddies and masters are fighting with each other over who gets to eat the most peasants! We live in a world where those who already have great power are seeking even more power — and that world is quickly going back to the feudal-time psychological standards (while, ironically, keeping the modern standards for the levels of industrial poisons in everything around us.)

As far as Trojan horses, the Bologna municipal app actually comes with a social credit system! The “virtuous citizens,” doing nice things, such as using public transport, keeping their energy use low, etc., get “perks,” like points in gaming. For those points, they may be able to get discounts or prizes or access to additional services. Nice Trojan horse, right?

“Among the most innovative interventions is the smart citizen wallet [emphasis mine].

‘The wallet of the virtuous citizen,’ explains Bugani, who had worked on the project with the Raggi [Virginia Raggi, Mayor of Rome from 2016 to 2021] administration (in Rome today the platform is active in an experimental phase). The idea is similar to the mechanism of ‘a supermarket points collection,’ as the councilor himself points out.

‘Citizens will be recognized if they separate waste, if they use public transport, if they manage energy well, if they do not incur sanctions from the municipal authority, if they are active with the Culture Card.’ Virtuous behaviors that will correspond to a score that the Bolognese will then be able to ‘spend’ on prizes, such as discounts, cultural activities and so on.”

In other words, it’s the “nice” face of digital control. Nice, for now. But we need to be clear: we are looking at the digital control of everything we do in the end of that journey!

Integrated Citizen Relationship Management in Rome
The Italian news source mentions that this approach is already in experimental use in Rome, Italy. In March 2022, Salesforce published the following announcement:

“Salesforce, the global leader in CRM, today announced that the Municipality of Rome has chosen Salesforce to create an Integrated Citizen Relationship Management platform …

Leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud will deliver omni-channel self-service capabilities, seamless collaboration between local government departments, and empower citizens to receive the information they need faster through AI-powered chatbots.

The launch of the MyRhome platform is another step on the Municipality’s path to creating a ‘smart city’ [emphasis mine] — an ecosystem of public and private stakeholders serving citizens wherever they are”.

Of course! We can’t expect any less from Salesforce, given that Marc Benioff is on WEF Board of Trustees!

Also, remember the famous “lockstep scenario” document released by the Rockefeller Foundation and the Global Business Network? The document that the Rockefeller Foundation says today has been misinterpreted by the conspiracy theorists — because the good and virtuous Rockefeller Foundation totally didn’t mean to predict what actually happened in 2020 (and also probably had nothing to do with eugenics)?

Well, keeping in mind that “lockstep scenario” document, here is Peter Schwartz, the Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning at Salesforce and “an internationally renowned futurist and business strategist, specializing in scenario planning and working with corporations, governments, and institutions to create alternative perspectives of the future …

Prior to joining Salesforce, Peter was co-founder and chairman of Global Business Network [emphasis mine].” In the words of George Carlin, “It’s a big club, and you ain’t in it! You and I are not in the big club!”

Their Motive for the “Digital Governance” Model? It’s the Data, Stupid!
At first, it’s the data (to train our future boss, the robot) — and then, increasingly, it’s mainly about control!

Let’s look at a very “interesting” 2017 write-up on digitizing governments on the World Economic Forum’s website. It talks about the importance of collecting data to build and train their beloved AI. It also complains about the fact that a lot of the data kept by governments just sits there in paper format and, dammit, is not making itself useful to the sacred goal of training the AI! Not good, they say, what a waste!

Therefore, to “open” that data to the AI beast, they want the governments to digitize their services — sorry that was the quiet part — what they actually say is that the citizens are craving those digital government systems because, who doesn’t know that the elimination of privacy is … good for us?

The World Economic Forum also suggests that the governments should develop new legal frameworks and data management systems to make data available for free. What a great idea! In 2017, the World Economic Forum mouthpieces were more upfront that today, so it is useful to read exactly what they said back then:

“Need for data is quickly becoming a central theme that applies to all aspects of our evolving digital society. A case in point is the field of artificial intelligence, which promises to revolutionize society (governments included). Companies such as Google, Facebook and Microsoft are using AI-related techniques to train computers to recognize objects in photos and understand human language.

It is possible to train computers to perform these difficult feats because we have the enormous quantities of data that is required. The same applies to all forms of machine learning, smart manufacturing and every other tech-driven trend shaping the future. They are all reliant on data, and are only as good as the data they crunch. In this context, data has been described as the new oil.'”

“Today, a large majority of the world’s data is in the hands of the private sector … The remainder of the global data sits in government hands, mostly stored in paper format, or legacy systems. To maximize the societal benefits of the data age, a new movement started promoting open data.

While government data is all data or information that government entities produce or collect, making it open refers to publishing and sharing data that can be readily and easily consulted and re-used by anyone with access to internet with no fees or technological barriers.

Most of this data currently remains locked up and proprietary (private property of companies, governments and other organizations). This severely limits its public value.

Data is now a new social good and governments will need to think of some form of data responsibility legislation that guides the private sector and other data owners on their duties in the data age: the duty to collect, manage and share in a timely manner [emphasis mine], as well as the duty to protect.

This legislation is needed over and above a government’s own open and big data management systems, and will need to cover all data stakeholders (irrespective of ownership or other governing rules).”

“Once a clear legal framework is in place, governments need to develop, and quickly master, a new core capability: data curation … Most governments around the world still struggle with legacy databases that are incompatible with each other, and work against any kind of data-sharing or data-driven design. Laws and regulations are still in their infancy and struggling to cope with the pace of change …”

“Governments must review a vast number of laws and regulations [emphasis mine]. From harmonizing and enforcing privacy regulations and protecting against data-breaches, to regulations that ensure net neutrality and data flows. Today’s debates over the future of big data are based on the assumption that the internet will remain a series of open networks through which data easily flows.

Some countries have begun to harden their internet systems, and the concept of net neutrality is uncertain. If the internet becomes a network of closed networks, the full potential of big data may not be realized.”

“Governments must also improve their capabilities when it comes to citizen engagement to effectively and actively engage with both providers and users of data. This requires governments to create a culture of open data [emphasis mine] – something governments are starting to do with various degrees of success.

The level of citizen engagement is not the typical government communication function, but a more open, horizontal, and fast-paced G2C platform.”

Must, must, must. So I am guessing, national sovereignty is a sore thumb in the way of our aspiring Davos masters because in their minds, they have already decided that they want our data (but not theirs) to be openly available, and that they don’t want any questions from the peasants.

A tangential comment: As a musician, I am remembering with some bitterness how Big Tech was pushing for “open data” and “open access” back in the day, selling it as “free expression” and “democracy,” and as a result — since buying music became unfashionable — musicians lost much of their income … and nobody cared!

I am glad that now at least, a lot more people are realizing what liars whose Big Tech companies are, and what liars they have always been all along, when they were talking about “free expression”! Look at them now, with their “free expression”! They are quite happy to censor! So it’s only our data that they want to be open — not our opinions!

And Here Is Another Curiosity From the World Economic Forum
They published this article in 2018:

“The Fourth Industrial Revolution is expected to wreak havoc on labour markets, with AI and robots replacing various white-collar jobs. One job category largely excluded from scientific reports is that of government leaders, despite being one of the most critiqued, scrutinized and ridiculed jobs of all.”

“However, commentators from countries as diverse as India, the UK, New Zealand and Japan have started to suggest that robots as government leaders could drastically improve decision-making, by being much less irrational and erratic than their inherently flawed human counterparts.”

After freaking us out, the World Economic Forum writers chuckle and let us continue being governed by human politicians, at least for now:

“For the time being, it seems neither possible nor optimal for robots to replace government leaders, despite the clear imperfections displayed by the latter group … Ultimately, a more realistic and desirable scenario is one in which AI and automation are neither competitors nor substitutes to humans, but tools that government leaders can engage effectively and sometimes defer to, in order to make better, fairer and more inclusive decisions.”

Phew, it’s almost like … you know, when a street robber first tells us to give him all of your money but then agrees to take only half! Such a kindly, generous robber! We are so lucky!

World Economic Forum’s “Agile Nations”
The 2017 WEB write-up about digital governance reads like a “wish list” and a blueprint for the governments to act upon. (I guess, given the bribing and coercive power of the people who’ve composed the wish list, their wish list had a strong chance of becoming the bureaucrats’ blueprint the moment it was written.) So in 2020, seven nations got together and signed an agreement to essentially implement it. A quote from “Agile Canada“:

“In November 2020, seven countries signed on to the Agile Nations Charter, establishing Agile Nations as a forum for countries to collaborate on creating a global regulatory environment in which innovation can thrive.

Member countries include: Canada, Denmark, Italy, Japan, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom. The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the World Economic Forum (WEF) also participate as observers.”

“Priority areas for cooperation are: data and communications, transportation, medical diagnosis and treatment, clean technology, legal and professional services, pro-innovation regulatory approaches.”

And here’s from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development:

“The COVID-19 pandemic has wrought economic and social disruption worldwide. As people and businesses focus on recovery, governments must ensure that innovation, which will power economic growth and solve the world’s most pressing social and environmental challenges, is not held back by outdated regulations [emphasis mine].”

Translation from Orwellian to English: “We want your data, including your medical and biometric data — and we want it now. Look at how lovely our AI is … my precious! (Sorry couldn’t help it!) The so called national laws and regulations interfere with the speed at which we can get a hold of your data.

Like we said, we want it now, and so we would very much like it so called national laws and regulation got replaced with a digital framework that we write and that we can update any time we like! Sounds like a good idea or what? Who wants some funding? You know what you need to do to get that funding, don’t you?” The quote continues:

“As part of the development of the OECD principles on Effective and Innovation Friendly Rule-Making in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the World Economic Forum (WEF) have been co-operating to look deeper into the interlinkages between regulation and emerging technologies …

Ministers from Canada, Denmark, Italy, Japan, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom announced their plan to lead the world in fostering responsible innovation and entrepreneurship.”

“In addition, in support of the mission of the Agile Nations, representatives of Facebook also offered to launch a call for research – overseen by an independent steering committee of experts in the field of law, regulation and entrepreneurship – into what approaches to rulemaking (e.g. regulatory sandboxes, policy prototyping) were the most effective for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

As this initiative continues to develop, other businesses will be encouraged and invited to co-sponsor this initiative, and to venture their own ideas to support the work of the Agile Nations.”

“In sum, the Agile Nations Charter sets out each country’s commitment to creating a regulatory environment in which new ideas can thrive. The agreement paves the way for these nations to cooperate in helping innovators navigate each country’s rules, test new ideas with regulators and scale them across the seven markets.

Priority areas for cooperation include the green economy, mobility, data, financial and professional services, and medical diagnosis and treatment.”

“Scientific Management”
The World Economic Forum’s agenda is a strange mix of religious fundamentalism and “scientific management.” As I wrote earlier in an article about the mind of a technocrat, scientific management is a “method of industrial optimization developed by Taylor in the late 19th and early 20th century. The essence of his method was extreme fragmentation and compartmentalization of the production process.”

It required taking a complex process, breaking it down into very simple tasks, timing each task, optimizing it to the maximum using the stopwatch, and then assigning each of those simple tasks to different workers, while insisting that the workers should only use the pre-optimized motor patterns and work as efficiently as possible. Under scientific management, there was no room for workers’ creativity.

And while Taylor and Ford intended the scientific management method for the purpose of streamlining industrial production, the Davos charlatans aim to manage our entire lives, and justify it with some bogus “public good” and “community values”!

Whose “Community Values” Are Those, Anyway?
Here is the elephant in the room: It’s the Davos charlatans — and I want to repeat the word “charlatans” because that’s who they are underneath their bank accounts and their important speeches — who are writing our so called “community values”! They are trying to latch onto our natural social instincts and weaponize our good instincts against us!

They want us to be unassuming, guilty “good citizens” who put a limit on our carbon footprint and on the number of children we have — while they, the self-appointed “guardians” of the world, fly private jets to climate change conferences and have as many kids as they damn like!

And here’s the thing. There is nothing wrong with real community values! We are social creatures, and it benefits us to live together well. However, community values are only as good as the people who propose them — and community values turn into a pumpkin the moment someone like Schwab touches them!

As Good as the People
Let’s even forget about Schwab for a second and think how community values work in principle. Let’s imagine a small village. If the people living in that village are mostly healed and grounded, they will raise their children to seek wisdom and live well with others — from the heart, not from the letter.

However, if the people in the village have been abused, and abused, and abused again — and never healed — then even the authentic community values in that village could end up being anxious, rigid, and detrimental to freedom.

Hurt people tend to teach their children that life is meant to be joyless. They tend to slap their children’s wrists for wanting to be free, saying it’s a selfish folly. Hurt people hurt people! And at one point, the rigid rules might have been an invention of a cunning predator — but after prolonged abuse, people might have internalized them and passed them on to their children!

(And look at how many people in the West sincerely adopted the religion of the Mask … they have internalized it!)

Another example: in my birth homeland of Russia, they are many small communities where the people carry so much hurt and sadness that the gloom is almost palpable in the air. I am saying this from personal experience, and with much pain and love for my people. I ran away from that gloom and immigrated to America because the “community values” felt too joyless!

So when it comes to Klaus Schwab and friends, they are only as powerful as we let them. I believe that that healing ourselves and our relationships is at the top of our priorities list in the battle against transhumanism — because anything we do from a place of love has more power than anything we do from the place of fear!

Why Will Transhumanism Fail?
This system, the entire man-eating beast, will eventually fail, I have no doubt — but we don’t know when, and we need to stay humble, brave, and very patient. The cruel beast may fail very soon, or it may take a while to fail. I think it depends on how quickly we remember to relate to each other in spirit, with love and happy humility — instead of labeling and judging each other based on ancestry, politics, or differences in opinion.

I think it depends on how quickly we realize that the freedom taken away from the people everywhere, throughout history, has been as existentially precious as the freedom that is being taken away from us right now — because there is no fundamental difference between us and other people, and never has been.

We, here and now, are dealing with the same dilemma that many in the past have dealt with, and some have died from. Spirit is spirit, and freedom is freedom! And I think that when we remember to stand together and honor each other and each other’s love and each other’s courage, we’ll be undefeatable. No Klaus Schwab can do anything to us if we refuse to betray our fellow human beings for any reason.

And sooner or later, spiritual clarity will prevail, and this transhumanist beast, the culmination of abuse, will fail. The reason why it will fail is simple. Synthetic biology (synbio) is a field of science that redesigns organisms in an effort to enhance and support human life. According to one projection, this rapidly growing field of science is expected to reach $28.8 billion in global revenue by 2026.

As Visual Capitalist's Carmen Ang details below, although it has the potential to transform many aspects of society, things could go horribly wrong if synbio is used for malicious or unethical reasons. What is Synthetic Biology?
We’ve covered the basics of synbio in previous work, but as a refresher, here’s a quick explanation of what synbio is and how it works.

Synbio is an area of scientific research that involves editing and redesigning different biological components and systems in various organisms.

It’s like genetic engineering but done at a more granular level—while genetic engineering transfers ready-made genetic material between organisms, synbio can build new genetic material from scratch.

The Opportunities of Synbio
This field of science has a plethora of real-world applications that could transform our everyday lives. A study by McKinsey found over 400 potential uses for synbio, which were broken down into four main categories:

• Human health and performance
• Agriculture and food
• Consumer products and services
• Materials and energy production

If those potential uses become reality in the coming years, they could have a direct economic impact of up to $3.6 trillion per year by 2030-2040.

1. Human Health and Performance
The medical and health sector is predicted to be significantly influenced by synbio, with an economic impact of up to $1.3 trillion each year by 2030-2040.

Synbio has a wide range of medical applications. For instance, it can be used to manipulate biological pathways in yeast to produce an anti-malaria treatment.

It could also enhance gene therapy. Using synbio techniques, the British biotech company Touchlight Genetics is working on a way to build synthetic DNA without the use of bacteria, which would be a game-changer for the field of gene therapy.

2. Agriculture and Food
Synbio has the potential to make a big splash in the agricultural sector as well—up to $1.2 trillion per year by as early as 2030.

One example of this is synbio’s role in cellular agriculture, which is when meat is created from cells directly. The cost of creating lab-grown meat has decreased significantly in recent years, and because of this, various startups around the world are beginning to develop a variety of cell-based meat products.

3. Consumer Products and Services
Using synthetic biology, products could be tailored to suit an individual’s unique needs. This would be useful in fields such as genetic ancestry testing, gene therapy, and age-related skin procedures.

By 2030-2040, synthetic biology could have an economic impact on consumer products and services to the tune of up to $800 billion per year.

4. Materials and Energy Production
Synbio could also be used to boost efficiency in clean energy and biofuel production. For instance, microalgae are currently being “reprogrammed” to produce clean energy in an economically feasible way.

This, along with other material and energy improvements through synbio methods, could have a direct economic impact of up to $300 billion each year.

The Potential Risks of Synbio
While the potential economic and societal benefits of synthetic biology are vast, there are a number of risks to be aware of as well:

• Unintended biological consequences: Making tweaks to any biological system can have ripple effects across entire ecosystems or species. When any sort of lifeform is manipulated, things don’t always go according to plan.
• Moral issues: How far we’re comfortable going with synbio depends on our values. Certain synbio applications, such as embryo editing, are controversial. If these types of applications become mainstream, they could have massive societal implications, with the potential to increase polarization within communities.
• Unequal access: Innovation and progress in synbio is happening faster in wealthier countries than it is in developing ones. If this trend continues, access to these types of technology may not be equal worldwide. We’ve already witnessed this type of access gap during the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines, where a majority of vaccines have been administered in rich countries.
• Bioweaponry: Synbio could be used to recreate viruses, or manipulate bacteria to make it more dangerous, if used with ill intent.

According to a group of scientists at the University of Edinburgh, communication between the public, synthetic biologists, and political decision-makers is crucial so that these societal and environmental risks can be mitigated.

Balancing Risk and Reward
Despite the risks involved, innovation in synbio is happening at a rapid pace.

By 2030, most people will have likely eaten, worn, or been treated by a product created by synthetic biology, according to synthetic biologist Christopher A. Voigt.

Our choices today will dictate the future of synbio, and how we navigate through this space will have a massive impact on our future—for better, or for worse.

Texas Power Grid Warns Of Record Demand Amid Back-To-Back Triple-Digit Heatwaves

An early summer heatwave pattern continues to boil parts of the Central and Southern Plains.

This means parts of Texas will continue to roast with temperatures forecasted to reach triple digits next week.



The Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), the state's power grid operator, is already warning of record energy demand next week as customers crank up the AC.

Power consultant Doug Lewin, who actively monitors the Texas grid, told FOX 4 News Dallas-Fort Worth that triple-digit temperatures are very concerning because it's "still not even summer."

On Tuesday, ERCOT reported power grid demand jumped to 70,703 megawatts, smashing the May 2018 record demand of 67,271 megawatts due to an early week heatwave. Now the next round of heat has the power grid operator concerned.

ERCOT issued an operating conditions notice (OCN) for extremely hot weather. The OCN begins on Friday and lasts through next Wednesday. The grid operator ensured customers it had enough power to meet the demand spike.

The National Weather Service's Austin/San Antonio office warns that "more triple-digit heat is in store for early next week."

High temperatures across the Dallas/Fort Worth areas are expected to flirt with triple digits on Sunday through next week.



Back-to-back heatwaves hitting parts of Texas when power plants usually go offline for maintenance is concerning, though the latest from ERCOT is that they have everything under control.

Our rights and national sovereignty are about to be handed over to The World Health Organization (WHO) in an unprecedented way at the next World Health Assembly meeting in Geneva, Switzerland next week. And as always, the MSM is silent as the grave.

Some months ago, the Biden Administration proposed several far-reaching amendments to the 2005 ‘International Health Regulations’ that will be voted on next week. The World Health regulations are an instrument of international law put forward by the WHO and are legally-binding on 196 countries (aka the entire world). The IHR defines countries’ rights and obligations in handling public health events & emergencies, meaning the WHO decides how our respective countries respond in ‘a time of crisis’.

I decided to take a look at the amendments proposed and saw two incredibly visible trends that were hardly surprising.

1. In the case that provisions were added, they always gave the WHO - and in particular General-Director dr. Tedros who's in China's pocket - substantial additional powers.
2. In the case that provisions were scrapped, these always regarded safeguards to State Parties' rights to take their own decisions.

In short: national sovereignty everywhere around the world is under attack by these amendments put forwards by the USA.

But let’s go over some of these amendments in detail for a moment.

As can be seen in the highlighted text in Article 5 'surveillance’, the WHO will be monotoring health threats around the world and shall be developing early warning criteria for every country in the world for how to handle these 'risks'.



This might sound noble, but it is not.

In the article 6 'Notification', it's now added that when the WHO informs a country that they are at a 'potentional risk of a public health emergency', this country is obliged to hand over its public health information including ''genetic sequence data'' within 48 hours.



But when is a country at 'risk of a public health emergency'? And who decides that, by which criteria? Surely, you'd think the national parliaments where the people we democratically elected to represent our interests reside, would have something to say?

Well, you'd be wrong.

Looking at article 12, dr. Tedros, the Director-General decides when there is a health emergency. And even when ''an event has not (!) been determined to meet the criteria for a public health emergency" the Director-General STILL has the right to issue a 'public health alert'.



So this one man, who nobody voted for, now gets to decide - together with his unknown team of experts in this new 'Emergency Committee' - whether your country has a 'public health emergency', without having to abide any criteria.

These amendments to the IHR in conjunction with the new 'WHO pandemic treaty' that's currently being drafted, virtually give the WHO full control over our societies' response in the case of a 'new pandemic'. And that’s not something we want, for multiple reasons. One being that this is the start of a post-democratic society and a world government, of course. And let’s also not forget who will be ruling. The second largest financial donor to the WHO is who? You guessed it, the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation. You know, the man who wants the whole world to be vaccinated with vaccines that he coincidentally has major stakes in. That’s right.
