Walter Hnot is a disability lawyer out of Florida who is educating the public about what is happening deep inside the Social Security Administration. He has a wildly popular channel on You Tube because he will inform you about things with the SSA that you cannot find out any place else.

Anyway - I think it happened last night - he was doing a live stream video.


The information he was providing was pretty detailed information on how these new immigrants are being given a guaranteed 7 YEAR MINIMUM on Social Security disability rolls right now, because - get this, folks -

NOT BEING ABLE TO SPEAK THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE IS CONSIDERED BY SOCIAL SECURITY TO BE A “DISBLING CONDITION,” one that automatically qualifies immigrants for disability payments!


WELL, 17 minutes into his live stream video, YOU TUBE CUT HIS FEED GOING OUT!

I cannot pull the link into this thread with my ancient phone, but I am hoping one of you might do that,.


Meantime, disabled Americans are being turned away from collecting the disability that they have spent their entire working life paying for, for what reason?

So illegals can come in here and jump ahead of them “because they cannot speak Emglish”?!?!?

I read on Reddit. It is appalling the number of folks who are US citizens posting on the Social Security sub forum who are facing huge issues with their Social Security Disability status, supposed over payments, having to undergo recertification’s while being in Stage Four Cancer treatment and palliative care. For illegals to be quickly processed for benefits while citizens languish and die or become houseless waiting for their claim to be processed is just plain wrong.

Endometrial cancer is one of the few cancers whose victims are not given automatic fast approval for disability benefits when at stage 4 and terminal.

In the last year, I personally know four ladies who have DIED while waiting to get social security disability. All were given stage 4 diagnoses, and it was well known that they would die, yet they could not get disability benefits before they died. I know of several others who have been waiting for a decision for months now. Stage 4, terminal cancer cases, mind you…

Meanwhile, illegals are getting disability benefits because they cannot speak English!

There will be more people on disability for not being able to speak English by 2025 than the entire total number of actual Americans on the disability rolls for serious illnesses or injuries.

And this lawyer, when he tries to just tell us this is happening (he offered no personal opinion on the matter) gets his transmission cut by You Tube staffers.!

Can I get disability benefits if I cannot speak English?​

Applying for Social Security disability benefits through the Social Security Administration (SSA) is a challenging process. If your disability does not automatically meet a listing for the SSA’s list of Blue Book conditions, you will usually be evaluated for your eligibility in other ways.
The SSA will perform a Residual Functional Capacity (RFC) assessment to determine what types of work you are still able to reasonably perform with your disability. They will also include your age, education level, and other factors that help to decide what types of work you can perform.

Disability Benefits for Non-English Speakers​


If you are unable to speak, read, write, or communicate in English, you may be less able to perform certain types of jobs. Your RFC may determine that your disability makes it so that you can only perform sedentary work, such as an office setting or customer service job. If you do not speak English and never went to school, or even if you went to school in your native language, there may be no type of sedentary job that you can perform.

The SSA will approve you for disability benefits based on your inability to speak English if you are 45 years old or older. They will not take your education level into account, as your inability to speak English counteracts your level of education. Your age is taken into account because it may be more difficult for an older person to quickly learn a completely new language to the point where they are able to successfully find a new job, while also dealing with the other effects of their original medical disability.

Non-English Speaker Examples​


A 55-year-old non-English speaking man who has only worked on construction sites is diagnosed with a degenerative spinal condition. The man does not qualify for disability benefits through the SSA’s Blue Book for his spine condition, and his RFC assessment determines that he may be eligible to work a sedentary job. As the person cannot communicate or read and write in English, the SSA finds that he can’t be expected to qualify for any sedentary job and approves his disability benefits application.
In another example, a 30-year-old woman who doesn’t speak English and works as a landscaper is diagnosed with a skin condition that makes it unsafe for her to be outside and in the sun for extended periods of time. The SSA gives the woman an RFC assessment and finds that she is still eligible to perform sedentary labor. Since both the woman’s age and inability to speak English are taken into account, her disability benefits claim is denied, as she is 30 and is expected to reasonably be able to learn English and find a new job.
It is important to note that being unable to communicate in English is not a disability in itself. It is only a factor that may increase your odds of approval for disability benefits if you are disabled and unable to work due to a certain medical condition.

I'd say almost all of us here concur with your statement.
The sad truth is the current administration has an entirely different agenda and when it comes to illegal immigration they seem to be committed to allowing, even encouraging as many non-native English speakers into the US as posible and then making the tax-paying citizens pay the illegals way via SSD benefits.

How do we know that YT cut his feed and that he just didn't cut it himself to get more views? I know of several YT'rs that do just that and it gets them tens of thousands of views. One guy is from India.

A guy from Peterson Financial was on Hello Iowa this past Monday, they were discussing the future of SS, and he said that if Congress doesn't act now it will be totally bankrupt come 2035.

Well if Trump does get in, he could do some interesting executive orders to kill the benefits aspect.

But they really need to fear a government shutdown. With him at the helm with all the executive power it could get spicy...
