Prep Genrl List First 100 Items to Disappear during Cv19

prep accordingly - the tangent SHTFs coming off any lockdown might develop into trouble 10X worse than the Covid threat ....

This is why getting heavy items -- like bleach, cat litter, paint -- have been priorities. While expensive, there's plenty of gas, so I can easily get them home in my car. Later, I might be riding my bike down the road to my neighbors who have farms to barter for eggs, etc. I can carry small loads on my bike or walking, with a wagon or backpack. And we've already had discussions about this possibility.

I'm not that worried about being stuck 100% at home. My area would be very difficult to totally lock down. I don't see them trying it, either.

What I am anticipating:

- major shortages at the larger groceries
- limits on items, shortened shopping times, and other restrictions along those lines (masks)
- Possible gas shortages.
- Internet and ATM outages (got some cash?)
- possible shut downs here and there on the major freeways, with perhaps only 18 wheelers being allowed to travel, with escorts, especially around places like Chicago

If it doesn't get that bad, I'll be pleased.

Well it's been 2 years since the start of CV, and 1 year since the start of roll up our sleevers.

One major thing that has Disappeared or happen after the 2 years. Is some family members, and friends have disappeared, or spilt apart , for many families. Did we see that coming?

I was just thinking , IF war breaks out, what do you think those family members and friends will do? Look you up again? Ask for help or demand it?

And what do you think the FIRST FEW things that will effect most all of us be? , if WAR breaks out.?
examples:
Banks closed?
All retail stores closed
grocery stores close?
Gas and Electric shut down.
Horrible crime everywhere, panic?
Travel stopped. (clear the skies, interstates, and rail)

I have no idea, so I'm asking for your thoughts. thanks

It all depends on the circumstances. None of the above will really affect me and DH. It would be inconvenient if the power goes out. If you are well prepared you can work around what happens, and if a bomb lands on your head, then you have nothing to worry about. And besides I've got Jesus in my heart and I'm good.

On the other hand getting covid threw me for a loop, but I survived it. If you have your health you can deal.

God is good all the time

The people you are closest too are sometimes those who surprise you the most. Most of us don't spend time getting to know what's in their hearts, what motivates them and that they are made of.

My inner circle is very tight and no one outside of my inner circle knows much about me. I can play the dumb blond very well when I want to and that gets me out of a lot of conversations I don't want to participate in.

My sister, in California said she was looking for a certain bar of soap and none of the stores in her area had it. I checked my store and found it. I sent her 6 bars of soap. She was thrilled. We look out for each other when it comes to shortages. We all should do this. :)
