The Nation: Biden Eviction Moratorium ‘Act of Presidential Civil Disobedience’

NEW YORK, NEW YORK - AUGUST 11: Activists hold a protest against evictions near City Hall on August 11, 2021 in New York City. New York state’s current eviction moratorium is set to expire on August 31. The Emergency Rental Assistance Program, which was created in the state budget and …

An essay published on Monday in the Nation celebrated the author’s self-described “double standard” as he heaped praise on President Joe Biden for disregarding a Supreme Court opinion and ordering a new eviction moratorium purportedly aimed at keeping people home as the highly contagious Delta variant of the coronavirus spreads rapidly across the country. The author celebrated the president’s “civil disobedience” despite having accused former President Donald Trump of illegal “use of executive power.”

The essay, penned by the magazine’s justice correspondent Elie Mystal, is titled “Biden’s Eviction Moratorium Is a Rare Act of Presidential Civil Disobedience” with a caption claiming that despite the high likelihood of the Supreme Court striking the moratorium down, Biden’s decision to heed the call of Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) “was the right and righteous thing to do.”

“Despite being failed by the mass of Congress members, Biden yielded to righteous voices and ordered the CDC to issue a new moratorium,” he wrote.

“Unfortunately, it won’t work—much as I wish it would,” he admitted. “The Biden administration’s defense is unlikely to hold up.”

Mocking those who would expect him to “join the chorus of pundits” and chastise the president’s “Trumpian use of executive power” and for “embracing what is likely an illegal action,” Mystal appeared unmoved.

According to Mystal, criticizing Biden after criticizing Trump would be a “perfect, virtue-signaling layup,” but Mystal said he would not “join in the legal tut-tutting.”

“I come from a tradition in which you sometimes have to violate bad laws—by any means necessary,” he said. “Sometimes you have to do an illegal thing and get rebuked or arrested doing it to highlight the injustice of the system.”

Claiming a moral distinction between “stubbornly ignoring Supreme Court guidance” to prevent homelessness versus “continuing to kidnap children at the border,” Mystal criticized those unable to distinguish between the two.

“Acting like there is no difference between helping and hurting people cedes a critical part of the argument to those who enjoy hurting people,” he wrote.

He contrasted President Biden’s process with former President Trump’s throughout his term, saying the “goals” of the Trump administration were achieved by “ignoring court orders” and making “meritless legal arguments in the face of overwhelming precedent.”

Mystal lists a slew of actions Trump supposedly took in office that, he claims, are comparable to Biden’s action, including declaring a “fake national emergency” to rob military funds to build a wall, hawking products directly from the White House, firing the FBI director investigating him, and pardoning “cronies” who lied to the government to protect him.

He then accused the former president of having “violated or manipulated the law on a nearly daily basis for four years,” lamenting that he was not held accountable for any of it.

“Precisely zero of these grave violations of our legal norms have resulted in any prosecution or punishment whatsoever,” he wrote.

Criticizing the “pundit class” (whom he describes as “not in danger of losing their homes”) for demanding Biden not “overstep the ‘normal’ bounds of executive action” due to “the rule of law,” Mystal sees no need for Biden to be “better than that.”

In spite of him knowing the “law” and the “consequences” for ignoring them, Biden is praised for his “act of civil disobedience” in issuing the eviction moratorium and “bringing attention” to the issue of homelessness despite likely forthcoming “rebuke by a mainstream media class desperate to show that it can be critical of ‘both sides,’” after a “smack down” by the Supreme Court.

“Progressives pushed Biden to make this move because the extension might actually help people, even if it comes at the cost of some of Biden’s institutional reputation,” he wrote.

Mystal also reserved rebuke for those government officials unwilling to make the same “reputational sacrifice” as Biden.

“If only Robert Mueller had been willing to make the same reputational sacrifice in the pursuit of justice. If only Merrick Garland’s Justice Department would risk the same kind of media rebuke in the prosecution of the powerful,” he wrote.

Claiming that we’ve “seen what happens when institutionalists protect their institutions instead of seeking justice,” finding that it only benefits Republicans “who have no respect for institutions,” Mystal said he “welcome the attempt to try something different, for once.”

Accusing “moderate Democrats” and “seemingly the entire Republican Party” of being willing to “let people be kicked out onto the street,” he reiterated his support for Biden’s move.

“If all Biden can do is buy these people a few extra weeks of shelter, then he must,” he wrote. “If all that costs him is some bad press from the ‘both sides’ brigades, that is a small price to pay.”

Mystal then prided himself on his self-serving double standards.

“I have what the scientists would call a ‘double standard,’” he admitted.

“If the current occupant of the White House is trying to help people, I generally think they should do what they can. If the occupant is trying to hurt people, I think they should be stopped,” he said.

Mystal concluded by claiming to have “missed” the class in law school when students were taught that “helping people and hurting people must be treated as objectively the same thing,” adding that he was “probably out protesting some injustice” that day.

After President Biden conceded to leftist socialist protesters, the CDC last week issued a federal eviction moratorium on people unable to pay rent during the current pandemic despite being told that it lacked constitutional authority to do so by the Supreme Court in June.

The Biden administration and Democrats in state and local governments have cast such moratoria as measures to protect the poor despite their potential to harm those poverty-stricken in the long-term as developers will likely avoid building housing in Democrat-run cities or invest in low-income housing at all.

Nevertheless, the establishment media has praised Biden’s concession to the far left by extending the moratorium, with Politico describing it as “remarkable” and “symbolic” last week.

Last Thursday, Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) hit President Biden for extending the eviction moratorium, saying the decision was “jaw-dropping” and adding that the current administration is “lawless” in the same way former President Barack Obama’s was by “ignoring the Constitution.”

“It’s just so brazen. … He’s not faithfully executing the laws. He’s got an open border. He’s ignoring the Supreme Court ruling. He’s ignoring the Constitution,” Johnson said.

He also called attention to “the other side of the equation” when it comes to paying rent.

“It’s called the person who owns the property, that has to keep it up, that has all the expenses of maintaining it,” he said. “They deserve rent payments, and of course, we have such levels of low unemployment in so many areas that have opened, that have remained opened up, money is sloshing around in this economy,” he added.

How PAYPAL plans to ‘DISRUPT’ finances of ‘white supremacists’
Aug 12, 2021

Glenn Beck

The country you know is GONE, Glenn says, and in it’s place is a powerful, federal government that seemingly has forgotten about the 10th Amendment. And corporate America now is jumping on the all-powerful bandwagon, too. Glenn explains the new partnership between PayPal and the Southern Poverty Law Center to not only investigate and label those considered 'white supremacists' but to actively disrupt their finances too...

What Is Left Of The Rights Of Americans?
constitution-62943_1920.jpg

This sheet regarding Constitutional outrages has been seen in different forms for the past twenty years. Unfortunately, we have been the victims of our own lack of situational awareness. The mask lies have had one fortunate response, and that is the pulling of the mask and ear plugs from the ears and eyes of many citizens.

The old quote of “then they came for me” from Alexander Solzhinitzen has been dusted off and has also resulted in the realization that the tin foil hat crowd was much too conservative in their analysis. There are in reality very few of the freedoms in the Bill of Rights that have not been taken away by imperial decree or judicial fiat.

One of the newest decrees has been that property owners that rent homes or apartments cannot evict tenants. There has been no law passed, only a decree from Joe Bribe’em through the CDC. It is difficult to imagine a worse abrogation than private property being confiscated by the government without compensation. I have not heard or read of a protest by a property owner. A court case would be an interesting display of socialist power in our judiciary versus our Bill of Rights.

Another abrogation of rights is Civil Asset Forfeiture. It is a precedent that has been upheld by the courts through numerous challenges. The attempt of a citizen to recover from this financial assault is doomed to failure. A citizen cannot afford the legal fees to recover the stolen money from the state. The State has lawyers on staff that have nothing to do but cash their checks thereby justifying their place in the bureaucracy and therefore look forward to any justification of their salary.

Free speech is being curtailed by both private enterprise and their government employees. It resulted from the appropriation of the term ‘hate speech’ that is used in Europe as an excuse to jail and fine citizens who are in disagreement with political plans introduced by their betters. These plans are necessary to solidify the voting base of the socialist political class. In ancient times (fifty years ago) people strove to be polite about homosexuals, minorities and the physically or mentally handicapped. Discussions were in private, not in the public eye. It was called being polite. The socialist party has used the ostracized groups to broaden their political appeal. Any unwanted speech is labeled racist.

Alleged hate speech is currently enforced by the private sector web sites and is supported by our government. Hate speech against the democrat/socialist party is not allowed. Also, discussions that do not agree with their paid-for positions or political beliefs are deleted.

Next, we have the 2012 Defense Authorization Act that was pushed by John McCain and eliminated trial by jury and allowed the government to incarcerate a citizen for the associations of his compatriots. Our KGB is not required to notify any legal authority of your plight. A form of it is being used today in D.C. to jail political prisoners.

Next, equality before the law was eliminated by the KGB – sorry I mean, the Justice Department – when there was no prosecution of Hillary and her cohorts.

' It actually has included the entire history of these prostitutes since its creation.

We have just been made aware of the extent of this graft in the past few years. A political insider is safe unless there is a reason for revenge against him.

Sacrifices are made, of course, if there is such an egregious act that it cannot be ignored. The old “caught in bed with a dead girl or a boy” has evolved into “caught in bed with a sheep.”

Next, the mask mandates are another horrible example of an illegal power extension of the elite. We have seen the example of the magnificent Obama at his party not burdening himself or his guests with the joke of a mask. The spread of viruses and bacteria have just become an excuse to eliminate your interpretation of personal space and association. Politically they have been enforced selectively according to the whim of the state to solidify their own enthronement.

The last loss of constitutional rights is of course the sanctity of the voting booth.

We now realize that bribery and graft are the standard voting system in the northern states as well as their satellites on the West coast. In any large city the embezzlement or kickback schemes have been the basic program since the 1800s. The votes have been scammed since money has been available to steal, but it was laughed at or ignored by the republican opposition for unknown reasons. I wonder how many elections would have been affected by an honest count.

What is left of our Constitutional Rights? Only those that are allowed by our betters!

Woke Nonsense Is Warping Everyday Life
.
By Victor Davis Hanson
August 12, 2021

Americans are growing angrier by the day, but in a way different from prior sagebrush revolts such as the 1960s Silent Majority or the Tea Party movement over a decade ago.

The rage this time is not just fueled by conservatives. For the first time in their lives, Americans of all classes and races are starting to fear a self-created apocalypse that threatens their family's safety and the American way of life.

The border is not just porous as in the pre-Trump past. It is arguably nonexistent.

Some 2 million people may cross illegally in the current fiscal year, according to reports -- with complete impunity. There is zero effort to stop them. Officials hector Americans daily to get vaccinated and tested for COVID-19. But they are mute about illegal entrants, some of them no doubt infected with the virus.

Have we ever had a president who made no pretense about destroying federal immigration law and asking of Americans what he does not ask of those entering the country illegally?

Joe Biden has also conceded that his moratorium on housing evictions defied a Supreme Court ruling. He added that he probably didn't have the legal authority to ignore the court but didn't really care.

As in the case of demolishing immigration law, the president seems either unaware or proud that he is insidiously dismantling the Constitution.

America has also never before seen such overt and multifaceted efforts to undermine the foundations of free-market capitalism.

At a time of resurging GDP, low unemployment and record worker shortages, Biden has announced that renters can continue to avoid paying what they owe their landlords -- even after a prior year of free housing.

In a rebounding economy amid record debt, the government is still sending workers unemployment benefits that are more remunerative than the paychecks they would earn if employed.

Such insanity not only means that labor-short employers can't provide goods and services to American consumers; the new ethos also institutionalizes the pernicious idea that it is smarter to stay home and be idle than to get a job and be productive.

Biden is also considering further extending exemptions for the repayment of $1.7 trillion in student loans. That amnesty will only further mainstream this growing notion that borrowing money entails no legal or moral obligation to pay it back.

No one seems to acknowledge that both students and the universities that lured them to borrow knew the risks they were taking. Meanwhile, millions of American youth, the working classes who choose not to attend college, and those who paid off their loans or whose parents saved enough over the years to cover their tuition obligations will subsidize the debt evaders by paying higher taxes.

Inflation is roaring back. Soaring prices are a direct result of incentivizing the unemployed not to work, while discouraging manufacturers and producers of food, gas, oil, timber, mineral and metals.

Rising crime rates are likewise not accidental. Increasing crime is the logical result of releasing thousands of criminals from prison, defunding and defaming the police, and empowering woke mayors and prosecutors to contextualize crime as the fault of society, not the criminal.

In response, millions of Americans now simply avoid the mayhem of big cities in blue states.

Race relations have regressed 50 years. Under the fad of critical race theory, the color of our skin is now deemed essential to who we are.

Most Americans still integrate and assimilate, and many intermarry. But the current woke revolution is an elite, top-down effort to smear a self-critical and always improving nation as some sort of contemporary racist hellhole.

George Orwell would say of these cultural Marxists that they grab power in the present to reinvent the past in order to control our futures.

All this multifaceted chaos is not just faculty lounge stuff. We are beginning to see the collective craziness filter down to disruptions in our everyday lives.

Airliners cannot take off due to fuel shortages. Automobiles, houses, gas and lumber are in short supply.

Consumers can't get their roofs fixed, their houses painted or their trees trimmed, as employers plead with their idle, government-subsidized employees to come back to work.

Many Americans have lost faith in the FBI, the CIA, the Pentagon, the CDC and most of the other federal bureaucracies, which are as politicized as they are incompetent.

What started out as elite woke nonsense now warps daily life. If we don't wake up from wokeness, we will continue on our sure trajectory to self-inflicted, systemic paralysis -- followed by civilizational collapse.

A new poll shows that more Democrats favor socialism over capitalism, in a sharp reversal from just a year and a half ago. The poll, taken between Aug. 7-10, showed that 59% of registered Democrat voters who participated had a positive view of socialism, compared to just 49% who felt that way about capitalism.

Be Prepared: The 2022 Election May Be Worse

By Joe Hoft
Published August 12, 2021 at 9:45am
Ron-DeSantis-reporter.jpg

The 2020 Election was a mess. There is ample evidence of the 2020 Election being stolen. Before 2020 is even cleaned up, 2022 will be here.

Many Republicans in states where President Trump won the 2020 election feel their systems and therefore their 2020 Election results were fine. Nothing could be further from the truth.

In Missouri for example, where President Trump won the election by roughly 20%, there are large pockets like – St. Louis – where no one in their right mind would believe the elections are free and fair. Other large pockets, like California, are also questionable.

The problem for the states that were won by Republicans, is that it is tempting to think that the election is free and fair, and yet it might be a mess waiting to happen

One concerning location is Florida. Defendflorida.org shares:
Given Governor Ron DeSantis’ ever increasing popularity, re-election in 2022 appears to be a foregone conclusion. The Sunshine State’s electoral systems have been lauded as the gold standard of the country … but are they? The bar is exceedingly low, given the findings of Arizona’s audit and the mounting list of anomalies in Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and other states.

Defend Florida, a 30,000+ grassroots organization committed to ensuring free and fair elections, canvassed 14 of Florida’s largest counties. This public effort has uncovered 2020 voter roll anomalies such as:
  • Over 700,000 registered voters who did not vote in over eight years.
  • 137,000 voters who should have been removed by law in 2017.
  • 61% of canvassed voters no longer live at registration address.
  • 6% of canvassed voters were deceased.
  • 18% of canvassed addresses were not residential addresses.
With mounting evidence showing electronic voting systems vulnerabilities, concerned Floridians are pressing their representatives for iron-clad reforms. So far, they have met staunch opposition from Laurel M. Lee, Secretary of State and Maria Mathews, Division of Elections Director. Laurel Lee admitted applying for and receiving a $200,000 grant from the Zuckerberg funded nonprofit Center for Technology and Civic Life (video available).
Lee was appointed by DeSantis to replace his original choice, Mike Ertel. She was a former Hillsborough County Circuit judge.
Americans need to review our entire election process before it’s too late.

2021 Is 1984 – Our Liberties And Freedoms Are Being Ripped Away From Us And America Is Almost Gone

THURSDAY, AUG 12, 2021 - 04:45 PM
Authored by Michael Snyder via The Economic Collapse blog,

If only George Orwell could see what we have become. Today I am writing this article in the midst of a deep state of sadness. I have to admit, I haven’t been this sad in a very long time. In fact, I don’t even know if I am going to be able to complete this article. What they are doing to this country that I love is really starting to get to me emotionally.

America is supposed to be a beacon of liberty and freedom for the entire world, but now we are on the cutting edge of the global trend toward authoritarianism. I know that a lot of people have been leaving the United States in recent years in an attempt to escape the madness, but at this point we see authoritarianism on the rise just about everywhere. Just look at New Zealand. Just look at Australia. Just look at the Philippines. At one time people were fleeing to those countries, but now they have become some of the most authoritarian regimes of all.

I feel so frustrated because I feel like I have been banging my head against a brick wall. Over the past decade, I have written countless articles warning that we were losing our liberties and our freedoms, and very large numbers of people all over the globe read those articles.
But did they do any good?

Here are just a few examples of what I am talking about…
I warned that this day was coming, and now it is here.

For a while, they were content to whittle away our liberties and freedoms on the periphery, but now we are facing a full-fledged frontal assault on our most basic liberties and freedoms.

And what makes it even more frightening is the fact that millions of completely brain-washed Americans are cheering them on as they do it.

If our founders could see us today, they would be absolutely horrified at what we have become.

Because I am often so critical of what has happened to us, a lot of people out there assume that I must hate this country.

But of course that is not true at all. I deeply love America. I deeply love our history, I deeply love our traditions, and I deeply love the values that this nation is supposed to represent.

That is why it deeply grieves me that these things are now being ripped away from us.

We are the generation that is witnessing the end of America.

For whatever period of time the political entity known as “the United States” is allowed to continue, it won’t be “America” anymore.

Sure, the U.S. Constitution will still be on public display somewhere, and the politicians will still pay lip service to it. But for all practical purposes, the dream of what “America” was supposed to be will be dead.

Sometimes people say that we have too many complainers and not enough people taking action, but I am one of those people that did try to take action. I spent nearly an entire year of my life running for office, and me and my campaign manager traveled thousands upon thousands of miles so that we could personally talk to as many voters as possible. Everywhere I went I warned that unless emergency action was taken there wasn’t going to be a future for America. I begged, I pleaded, I delivered passionate speech after passionate speech, but in the end it wasn’t good enough.

Ultimately, I was beat by the very definition of a “seat filler”. The guy who beat me couldn’t be more inactive even if he suddenly turned into a door handle.

Why can’t we have extremely passionate politicians that have fire in their bellies?

Just look at what happened last week with mandatory military vaccinations. My father was in the U.S. Navy, and so to see this happen literally made me sick.

So why aren’t liberty-loving members of Congress speaking up about this?

Rand Paul has chosen to make a bold stand.

Where in the world is everyone else?

I am so sick and tired of these “do nothing” politicians. They are standing aside as our Republic is literally being destroyed.

A lot of people out there still think that the changes that we are witnessing are just temporary.

They think that eventually this pandemic will fade away and everything will return to “normal” somehow.

But what they don’t realize is that the elite will always find another excuse to move even further down the road toward authoritarianism.

Two decades ago, it was 9/11.

Then it was “the war on terror”, which has now evolved into “the war on domestic extremism”.

For the past couple of years, the pandemic has given them the cover that they needed to greatly accelerate their program.

In 2021, the federal government is working hand in hand with big corporations and the mainstream media to advance the “Big Brother” agenda. At this point things have gotten so bad that we can’t even criticize certain specific points of their agenda anymore because if we do we will immediately get censored.

For a long time, the Internet allowed ordinary citizens like you and me to communicate on a mass scale outside of their control.

But now those days are over, because they are clamping down really hard.

Just like in George Orwell’s novel, they want to control what we say, what we think, what we believe and what we feel.

Having an independent opinion is “dangerous”, and thinking for yourself is “dangerous”.

We have literally become a “1984 society”, and most Americans are just standing by and watching it happen.

And as I have been saying for years, if we stay on our current course there is no future for America.

Even Joe Rogan is using the word “dictatorship” to describe the direction that our country is headed.

Many are putting their heads in the sand and are assuming that our system will correct itself eventually.

But every single day, things are getting even worse.

If you love liberty, now is the time to stand up and say something. Time is rapidly running out, and authoritarianism is on the march.

That ain't going to happen by 2022.

Be Prepared: The 2022 Election May Be Worse

Americans need to review our entire election process before it’s too late.
Above bolded assertion is utterly meaningless to most Americans.

What does this literally mean to any J6P? What, EXACTLY, is J6P supposed to do TODAY, THIS WEEK/MONTH, with respect to the statement that "Americans need to review our entire election process before it is too late"?

Pure emotional BS. There is ZERO leadership in stating such. Lots of handwringing, though.

In a traditional war-type confrontation (and make no mistake, we are at war - just waged differently than most are able to recognize), the rules are simple - anybody on the other side of "the line" is to be taken down/out with extreme prejudice. Attrition determines who wins that confrontation.

The only attrition I note is occurring within the ranks of We, The People®, and our constitutional republic.

The communist do what they do, because they can - and will continue to wreak havoc until they cannot.

Very.

Simple.

The Merits Of Meritocracy

Authored by Ryan Moffatt via The Epoch Times,

In the current cultural climate, meritocracy is dismissed as antiquated and unjust - a failed doctrine of the patriarchy.

But this foundational virtue of democracy shouldn’t be discarded so casually.

It is an equalizing approach based on the principle that individuals can advance and thrive on the basis of talent, effort, and achievement rather than on their social class.

It may not afford everyone wealth and prestige, but a properly functioning meritocracy will allow the greatest number of people to improve their position in life, regardless of objective factors like race, gender, or creed.

Equity Versus Equal Opportunity
Inequality is an intractable problem that has plagued every society in history. Slavery in the United States and the treatment of indigenous peoples there and in Canada are examples of inequality that stem from a lack of opportunity imbedded in the historical development of these two countries.

When it comes to rectifying such legacies, the principle of equal opportunity provides the fairest and most sustainable path forward. This cornerstone of a properly functioning meritocracy fosters self-determination and autonomy at both the individual and community level, resulting in a perpetual social flourishing.

The equity doctrine, on the other hand, prioritizes equality of outcome as a way to redistribute wealth across demographics. This pillar of socialist theory is currently promoted as the solution to many of society’s ills.

On the surface, these principles may seem congruent but they are in fact polar opposites. Equality of opportunity is a path to resentment and impoverishment.

It does not succeed in elevating people but instead reduces them to the lowest common denominator. The recent social unrest in Cuba is a direct result of the equity doctrine, enforced through communism, that has kept the nation under authoritarian rule for over 60 years. The Cuban people are poor, oppressed, and fed up with living within the imposed limitations of their government.

Myriad social experiments across millennia have resulted in systems of both tyranny and freedom. Through the necessity of progress, the concept of a meritocracy came to play an important role in civil democracies. It was a foundational value of the American system and perhaps the most critical factor in that country’s rapid rise to a dominant superpower.

Andrew Carnegie, the son of Scottish immigrants, went from making $2.50 a week as a telegrapher to one of America’s richest men and greatest philanthropists. Carnegie was not born to wealth or social class but was able to use his work ethic and perseverance to capitalize on opportunities as they presented themselves. This is meritocracy in action.

No Perfect System
However, meritocracy is not without its shortcomings. Criticisms include that a meritocratic system is gamed so that the wealthy can perpetuate their wealth into the future. The bright but not brilliant child of an affluent family has access to schools, tutors, and coaches that creates opportunity to succeed at a high level, potentially ending up in an Ivy League school even if they don’t possess the natural attributes. The 2019 college admissions scandal comes to mind.

Contrast that with the brilliant child raised in the inner city projects who has all the talent and none of the opportunity. From this perspective, meritocracy is not fulfilling its promise. It is a valid criticism, symptomatic of broader social problems. Inner city projects are not producing Ivy League students at the same rate as the Hamptons.

But dismissing the underlying virtues of meritocracy is a problem. Although imperfect, it still enables the greatest number of people to improve their position. Through the message that success comes to those who take advantage of the opportunities before them, it fosters an empowering, self-reliant attitude that propels individuals and society forward.

Contrast this with the West’s current obsession with identity politics. From this perspective, group identity is paramount and a limiting factor to individual potential. If you belong to group x you are an oppressor. If you belong to group y you are the oppressed and therefore entitled to a victim status that can be used to claim unearned benefits. It is tempting, especially for those who can claim that status, to over-rely on this group identity and fail to put in the effort necessary to realize their potential. It is a self-limiting cycle that will result in regression over the long term.

There is no perfect system of societal organization. All come up short in one form or another. But in a properly functioning meritocracy, the emphasis is on creating opportunity where it is absent so that the talented and ambitious can actualize their potential with the least amount of resistance, perpetuating a pathway of success that propels society forward.

It’s a long game, but it improves over time and it is much more valuable than a utopian ideal with little basis in reality.

T Is For Tyranny: How Freedom Dies From A To Z
Authored by John W. Whitehead & Nisha Whitehead via The Rutherford Institute,
“Plays, farces, spectacles, gladiators, strange beasts, medals, pictures, and other such opiates, these were for ancient peoples the bait toward slavery, the price of their liberty, the instruments of tyranny. By these practices and enticements the ancient dictators so successfully lulled their subjects under the yoke, that the stupefied peoples, fascinated by the pastimes and vain pleasures flashed before their eyes, learned subservience as naively, but not so creditably, as little children learn to read by looking at bright picture books.”
- French philosopher Etienne de La Boétie
The COVID-19 pandemic continues to be a convenient, traumatic, devastating distraction.

The American people, the permanent underclass in America, have allowed themselves to be so distracted and divided that they have failed to notice the building blocks of tyranny being laid down right under their noses by the architects of the Deep State.

Biden, Trump, Obama, Bush, Clinton: they have all been complicit in carrying out the Deep State’s agenda.

Frankly, it really doesn’t matter who occupies the White House, because it is a profit-driven, unelected bureaucracy—call it whatever you will: the Deep State, the Controllers, the masterminds, the shadow government, the corporate elite, the police state, the surveillance state, the military industrial complex—that is actually calling the shots

Our losses are mounting with every passing day, part of a calculated siege intended to ensure our defeat at the hands of a totalitarian regime.

Free speech, the right to protest, the right to challenge government wrongdoing, due process, a presumption of innocence, the right to self-defense, accountability and transparency in government, privacy, media, sovereignty, assembly, bodily integrity, representative government: all of these and more are casualties in the government’s war on the American people.

Set against a backdrop of government surveillance, militarized federal police, SWAT team raids, asset forfeiture, overcriminalization, armed surveillance drones, whole body scanners, stop and frisk searches, and the like—all of which have been sanctioned by Congress, the White House and the courts—our constitutional freedoms are being steadily chipped away at, undermined, eroded, whittled down, and generally discarded.

As a result, the American people continue to be treated like enemy combatants, to be spied on, tracked, scanned, frisked, searched, subjected to all manner of intrusions, intimidated, invaded, raided, manhandled, censored, silenced, shot at, locked up, and denied due process.

None of these dangers have dissipated in any way.
They have merely disappeared from our televised news streams.

Thus, in the interest of liberty and truth, here’s an A-to-Z primer that spells out the grim realities of life in the American Police State that no one seems to be talking about anymore.

A is for the AMERICAN POLICE STATE. A police state “is characterized by bureaucracy, secrecy, perpetual wars, a nation of suspects, militarization, surveillance, widespread police presence, and a citizenry with little recourse against police actions.”

B is for our battered BILL OF RIGHTS. In the militarized police culture that is America today, where you can be kicked, punched, tasered, shot, intimidated, harassed, stripped, searched, brutalized, terrorized, wrongfully arrested, and even killed by a police officer, and that officer is rarely held accountable for violating your rights, the Bill of Rights doesn’t amount to much.

C is for CIVIL ASSET FORFEITURE. This governmental scheme to deprive Americans of their liberties—namely, the right to property—is being carried out under the guise of civil asset forfeiture, a government practice wherein government agents (usually the police and now TSA agents) seize private property they “suspect” may be connected to criminal activity. Then, whether or not any crime is actually proven to have taken place, the government keeps the citizen’s property and it’s virtually impossible to get it back.

D is for DRONES. It was estimated that at least 30,000 drones are now airborne in American airspace, part of an $80 billion industry. Although some drones may be used for benevolent purposes, many are also being equipped with lasers, tasers and scanning devices, among other weapons—all aimed at “we the people.”

E is for EMERGENCY STATE. From 9/11 to COVID-19, we have been the subjected to an “emergency state” that justifies all manner of government tyranny and power grabs in the so-called name of national security. The government’s ongoing attempts to declare so-called national emergencies in order to circumvent the Constitution’s system of checks and balances constitutes yet another expansion of presidential power that exposes the nation to further constitutional peril.

F is for FASCISM. A study conducted by Princeton and Northwestern University concluded that the U.S. government does not represent the majority of American citizens. Instead, the study found that the government is ruled by the rich and powerful, or the so-called “economic elite.” Moreover, the researchers concluded that policies enacted by this governmental elite nearly always favor special interests and lobbying groups. In other words, we are being ruled by an oligarchy disguised as a democracy, and arguably on our way towards fascism—a form of government where private corporate interests rule, money calls the shots, and the people are seen as mere economic units or databits.

G is for GRENADE LAUNCHERS and GLOBAL POLICE. The federal government has distributed more than $18 billion worth of battlefield-appropriate military weapons, vehicles and equipment such as drones, tanks, and grenade launchers to domestic police departments across the country. As a result, most small-town police forces now have enough firepower to render any citizen resistance futile.

Now take those small-town police forces, train them to look and act like the military, and then enlist them to be part of the United Nations’ Strong Cities Network program, and you not only have a standing army that operates beyond the reach of the Constitution but one that is part of a global police force.

H is for HOLLOW-POINT BULLETS. The government’s efforts to militarize and weaponize its agencies and employees is reaching epic proportions, with federal agencies as varied as the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration stockpiling millions of lethal hollow-point bullets, which violate international law. Ironically, while the government continues to push for stricter gun laws for the general populace, the U.S. military’s arsenal of weapons makes the average American’s handgun look like a Tinker Toy.

Part 2 of 2

I is for the INTERNET OF THINGS, in which internet-connected “things” monitor your home, your health and your habits in order to keep your pantry stocked, your utilities regulated and your life under control and relatively worry-free. The key word here, however, is control. This “connected” industry propels us closer to a future where police agencies apprehend virtually anyone if the government “thinks” they may commit a crime, driverless cars populate the highways, and a person’s biometrics are constantly scanned and used to track their movements, target them for advertising, and keep them under perpetual surveillance.

J is for JAILING FOR PROFIT. Having outsourced their inmate population to private prisons run by private corporations, this profit-driven form of mass punishment has given rise to a $70 billion private prison industry that relies on the complicity of state governments to keep their privately run prisons full by jailing large numbers of Americans for petty crimes.

K is for KENTUCKY V. KING. In an 8-1 ruling, the Supreme Court ruled that police officers can break into homes, without a warrant, even if it’s the wrong home as long as they think they may have a reason to do so. Despite the fact that the police in question ended up pursuing the wrong suspect, invaded the wrong apartment and violated just about every tenet that stands between the citizenry and a police state, the Court sanctioned the warrantless raid, leaving Americans with little real protection in the face of all manner of abuses by law enforcement officials.

L is for LICENSE PLATE READERS, which enable law enforcement and private agencies to track the whereabouts of vehicles, and their occupants, all across the country. This data collected on tens of thousands of innocent people is also being shared between police agencies, as well as with government fusion centers and private companies. This puts Big Brother in the driver’s seat.

M is for MAIN CORE. Since the 1980s, the U.S. government has acquired and maintained, without warrant or court order, a database of names and information on Americans considered to be threats to the nation. As Salon reports, this database, reportedly dubbed “Main Core,” is to be used by the Army and FEMA in times of national emergency or under martial law to locate and round up Americans seen as threats to national security. There are at least 8 million Americans in the Main Core database.

N is for NO-KNOCK RAIDS. Owing to the militarization of the nation’s police forces, SWAT teams are now increasingly being deployed for routine police matters. In fact, more than 80,000 of these paramilitary raids are carried out every year. That translates to more than 200 SWAT team raids every day in which police crash through doors, damage private property, terrorize adults and children alike, kill family pets, assault or shoot anyone that is perceived as threatening—and all in the pursuit of someone merely suspected of a crime, usually possession of some small amount of drugs.

O is for OVERCRIMINALIZATION and OVERREGULATION. Thanks to an overabundance of 4500-plus federal crimes and 400,000 plus rules and regulations, it’s estimated that the average American actually commits three felonies a day without knowing it. As a result of this overcriminalization, we’re seeing an uptick in Americans being arrested and jailed for such absurd “violations” as letting their kids play at a park unsupervised, collecting rainwater and snow runoff on their own property, growing vegetables in their yard, and holding Bible studies in their living room.

P is for PATHOCRACY and PRECRIME. When our own government treats us as things to be manipulated, maneuvered, mined for data, manhandled by police and other government agents, mistreated, and then jailed in profit-driven private prisons if we dare step out of line, we are no longer operating under a constitutional republic. Instead, what we are experiencing is a pathocracy: tyranny at the hands of a psychopathic government, which “operates against the interests of its own people except for favoring certain groups.” Couple that with the government’s burgeoning precrime programs, which will use fusion centers, data collection agencies, behavioral scientists, corporations, social media, and community organizers and by relying on cutting-edge technology for surveillance, facial recognition, predictive policing, biometrics, and behavioral epigenetics in order to identify and deter so-called potential “extremists,” dissidents or rabble-rousers. Bear in mind that anyone seen as opposing the government—whether they’re Left, Right or somewhere in between—is now viewed as an extremist.

Q is for QUALIFIED IMMUNITY. Qualified immunity allows police officers to walk away without paying a dime for their wrongdoing. Conveniently, those deciding whether a cop should be immune from having to personally pay for misbehavior on the job all belong to the same system, all cronies with a vested interest in protecting the police and their infamous code of silence: city and county attorneys, police commissioners, city councils and judges.

R is for ROADSIDE STRIP SEARCHES and BLOOD DRAWS. The courts have increasingly erred on the side of giving government officials—especially the police—vast discretion in carrying out strip searches, blood draws and even anal and vaginal probes for a broad range of violations, no matter how minor the offense. In the past, strip searches were resorted to only in exceptional circumstances where police were confident that a serious crime was in progress. In recent years, however, strip searches have become routine operating procedures in which everyone is rendered a suspect and, as such, is subjected to treatment once reserved for only the most serious of criminals.

S is for the SURVEILLANCE STATE. On any given day, the average American going about his daily business will be monitored, surveilled, spied on and tracked in more than 20 different ways, by both government and corporate eyes and ears. A byproduct of the electronic concentration camp in which we live, whether you’re walking through a store, driving your car, checking email, or talking to friends and family on the phone, you can be sure that some government agency, whether the NSA or some other entity, is listening in and tracking your behavior. This doesn’t even begin to touch on the corporate trackers that monitor your purchases, web browsing, Facebook posts and other activities taking place in the cyber sphere.

T is for TASERS. Nonlethal weapons such as tasers, stun guns, rubber pellets and the like have been used by police as weapons of compliance more often and with less restraint—even against women and children—and in some instances, even causing death. These “nonlethal” weapons also enable police to aggress with the push of a button, making the potential for overblown confrontations over minor incidents that much more likely. A Taser Shockwave, for instance, can electrocute a crowd of people at the touch of a button.

U is for UNARMED CITIZENS SHOT BY POLICE. No longer is it unusual to hear about incidents in which police shoot unarmed individuals first and ask questions later, often attributed to a fear for their safety. Yet the fatality rate of on-duty patrol officers is reportedly far lower than many other professions, including construction, logging, fishing, truck driving, and even trash collection.

V is for VIRUSES and VACCINE PASSPORTS. What started out as an apparent effort to prevent a novel coronavirus from sickening the nation (and the world) has become yet another means by which world governments (including the U.S.) can expand their powers, abuse their authority, and further oppress their constituents. The road we are traveling is paved with lockdowns, SWAT team raids, mass surveillance, forced vaccinations, contact tracing, vaccine passports, and heavy fines and jail time for those who dare to venture out without a mask, congregate in worship without the government’s blessing, or re-open their businesses without the government’s say-so.

W is for WHOLE-BODY SCANNERS. Using either x-ray radiation or radio waves, scanning devices and government mobile units are being used not only to “see” through your clothes but to spy on you within the privacy of your home. While these mobile scanners are being sold to the American public as necessary security and safety measures, we can ill afford to forget that such systems are rife with the potential for abuse, not only by government bureaucrats but by the technicians employed to operate them.

X is for X-KEYSCORE, one of the many spying programs carried out by the National Security Agency that targets every person in the United States who uses a computer or phone. This top-secret program “allows analysts to search with no prior authorization through vast databases containing emails, online chats and the browsing histories of millions of individuals.”

Y is for YOU-NESS. Using your face, mannerisms, social media and “you-ness” against you, you are now be tracked based on what you buy, where you go, what you do in public, and how you do what you do. Facial recognition software promises to create a society in which every individual who steps out into public is tracked and recorded as they go about their daily business. The goal is for government agents to be able to scan a crowd of people and instantaneously identify all of the individuals present. Facial recognition programs are being rolled out in states all across the country.

Z is for ZERO TOLERANCE. We have moved into a new paradigm in which young people are increasingly viewed as suspects and treated as criminals by school officials and law enforcement alike, often for engaging in little more than childish behavior or for saying the “wrong” word. In some jurisdictions, students have also been penalized under school zero tolerance policies for such inane "crimes" as carrying cough drops, wearing black lipstick, bringing nail clippers to school, using Listerine or Scope, and carrying fold-out combs that resemble switchblades. The lesson being taught to our youngest—and most impressionable—citizens is this: in the American police state, you’re either a prisoner (shackled, controlled, monitored, ordered about, limited in what you can do and say, your life not your own) or a prison bureaucrat (politician, police officer, judge, jailer, spy, profiteer, etc.).

As I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, the reality we must come to terms with is that in the post-9/11 America we live in today, the government does whatever it wants, freedom be damned.

We have moved beyond the era of representative government and entered a new age.

You can call it the age of authoritarianism. Or fascism. Or oligarchy. Or the American police state.

Whatever label you want to put on it, the end result is the same: tyranny.

How the Government May Accuse You of Domestic Terrorism
How the Government May Accuse You of Domestic Terrorism

by DR. JOSEPH MERCOLA
August 13, 2021

STORY AT-A-GLANCE
  • The whole justification for the War on Terror was to target “precrime”, or terror acts before they happen; the legislation was meant to target foreign governments and individuals, but bills are pending that would make the legislation applicable to Americans in the U.S.
  • Investigative journalist Glenn Greenwald stated that the end goal of the newly emerging war on domestic terrorism is to “essentially criminalize any oppositional ideology to the ruling class,” adding, “There is literally nothing that could be more dangerous”
  • Journalist Whitney Webb is concerned about fusion centers, at which the Department of Homeland Security, FBI, NGOs and others in the private sector collaborate to decide who’s a terrorist and who’s not
  • Fusion centers have been around for a while, but as the war on domestic terror progresses, Webb believes that fusion centers will take on the same role as the CIA-run Phoenix Program during the Vietnam War, which were designed to collate names of dissidents and people with extremist sympathies to databases so they could be pursued by the relevant authorities
  • Silicon Valley and the national security state are now fused; deleting your social media accounts is one of the best ways to stop feeding the domestic terror machine
In June 2021, the U.S. National Security Council released a new “National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism.”1 While it’s being largely framed as a tool to fight White supremacy and political extremism, the definition of what constitutes a “domestic terrorist” is incredibly vague and based on ideologies.

In a podcast with one of my favorite independent journalists, Whitney Webb,2 Media Roots Radio host Robbie Martin notes how this creates a dangerous slippery slope, one that’s connected to the attempts to have increased surveillance and tracking of Americans’ data after 9/11.3

The “War on Terror,” launched in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks, Martin says, “was merely a prelude to a larger domestic crackdown on political dissidents.”4 Webb agreed, stating that we’re “near the bottom part of the slippery slope” already, and it’s not a stretch that one day anyone who disagrees with the government could be labeled a domestic terrorist and charged with a crime.

Criminalizing Oppositional Ideology to the Ruling Class
The whole justification for the War on Terror was to target “precrime”, or terror acts before they happen. Initially, the legislation was meant to target foreign governments and individuals, but bills are pending that would make the legislation applicable to Americans in the U.S.5

Investigative journalist Glenn Greenwald stated that the end goal of the newly emerging war on domestic terrorism is to “essentially criminalize any oppositional ideology to the ruling class,” adding, “There is literally nothing that could be more dangerous, and it’s not fear-mongering or alarmism to say it.”6

This isn’t a partisan issue, but something that’s been in the works for decades.

Greenwald stated that viewing Washington as Democrat versus Republican, with one side being “your team” and the other being “your enemy” is a flawed belief, as an elite ruling class is truly in power:7

“There is a ruling class elite that is extremely comfortable with the establishment wings of both parties … who they fund equally because those are the people who serve their agenda. Then there’s a whole other group of people at whose expense they rule in. Some consider them on the left, some on the right,” but “it’s time to break down those barriers.”

It’s important to understand that the U.S. already has aggressive criminal laws in place, such that more people are imprisoned in the U.S. than anywhere else in the world.8 Do we need further laws to criminalize people put in place? A concerning pivot has occurred as well, shifting in focus to the FBI targeting this new model of terrorism while the terms like “incitement to violence” have been radically expanded in meaning.

“It is accompanied by viral-on-social-media pleas that one work with the FBI to turn in one’s fellow citizens (“See Something, Say Something!”) and demands for a new system of domestic surveillance,” Greenwald wrote.9

People Who Spread ‘Disinformation’ Classified as Extremists
You don’t have to be violent to be declared a terrorist. You may simply have what the government deems to be “extremist views” or could be accused of spreading disinformation — although there’s no clear definition of what “disinformation” is.

According to Webb:10
“There is talk in the domestic terror strategy that people who spread disinformation can also be classified as extremists and a threat to national security and, of course, we’ve seen over the past several years, how this disinformation label can be applied to independent media as a way to promote censorship of voices that are critical of U.S. empire, among other things, or that just don’t fit a particular government narrative.”

As taken directly from the National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism:11

“Domestic terrorists have — particularly in recent years — often been lone actors or small groups of informally aligned individuals who mobilize to violence with little or no clear organizational structure or direction. These individuals often consume material deliberately disseminated to recruit individuals to causes that attempt to provide a sense of belonging and fulfillment, however false that sense might be.

Their ideologies can be fluid, evolving, and overlapping. And they can, in some instances, connect and intersect with conspiracy theories and other forms of disinformation and misinformation …

These elements combine to form a complex and shifting domestic terrorism threat landscape and create significant challenges for law enforcement. Especially on Internet-based communications platforms such as social media, file-upload sites, and end-to-end encrypted platforms, all of these elements can combine and amplify threats to public safety.

… These efforts speak to a broader priority: enhancing faith in government and addressing the extreme polarization, fueled by a crisis of disinformation and misinformation often channeled through social media platforms, which can tear Americans apart and lead some to violence.”

Fusion Centers Are Ready and Waiting
Webb is concerned about fusion centers, at which the Department of Homeland Security, FBI, NGOs and others in the private sector collaborate to decide who’s a terrorist and who’s not.

Fusion centers have been around for a while, but as the war on domestic terror progresses, Webb believes that fusion centers will take on the same role as the CIA-run Phoenix Program during the Vietnam War, which was designed to collate names of dissidents and people with extremist sympathies to databases so they could be pursued by the relevant authorities — many ended up being kidnapped, tortured and killed.

Fusion centers are waiting to take on a more active role in the newly declared war on domestic terrorism, but in order for them to gain widespread acceptance, Webb believes that an outrageous event needs to take place — one that goes further than the January 6, 2021, storming of the U.S. Capitol, such as something that targets civilians and sparks outrage among the U.S. public that something must be done.

“This is why I worry that some other event may take place in order to push this strategy further. They’re setting up an infrastructure here that they plan to use, right? And I think given the current climate in the U.S. it would be hard for them to justify taking that where the strategy clearly shows they want to go,” Webb says.12

She also draws parallels between the present day and the U.S.-backed Operation Condor, which targeted leftists, suspected leftists and their sympathizers, resulting in the murders of an estimated 60,000 people, about half of which occurred in Argentina. Another 500,000 were politically imprisoned.13

“There was no investigation into whether the claims against these people were even true,” Webb explained. “There were no trials … it was a dragnet to create reorganized society using a climate of fear to encourage acquiescence to authority and complete obedience to the state.”14 It’s history that often gives the greatest clues about where society is headed, and Webb also details a bill President Biden introduced in 1995 in response to the Oklahoma City bombing.

It was initiated by the FBI as a charter to investigate political groups and included the following disturbing points. Fortunately, the bill wasn’t passed in this version — a lot was taken out and watered down — but if allowed to pass unrevised, it would have:15
  • Allowed the FBI, military and other groups to investigate political groups at their will, without any higher-up approval
  • Allowed a 10-year prison sentence for the crime of supporting the lawful activities of an organization if the president deemed the organization a terrorist entity
  • Made it so that the president alone decides who is a terrorist, and the decision could not be appealed
  • Loosened rules for wire taps
  • Reversed the presumption of innocent until proven guilty
  • Allowed the military to be used in domestic law enforcement activities and potentially made it legal for soldiers to invade people’s homes and take possessions without probable cause
  • Allowed secret trials for immigrants not charged with a crime, and allowed the use of illegally obtained evidence in those trials
Silicon Valley Is Fused With the National Security State
Silicon Valley and the national security state are now fused, Webb says. The decadeslong wars against domestic dissidence have always involved technology like databases, and now the link is inseparable.

Webb wrote about “tech tyranny” at the start of the pandemic, revealing that a document from the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence (NSCAI) — acquired through a FOIA request — said changes were needed to keep a technological advantage over China:16

“This document suggests that the U.S. follow China’s lead and even surpass them in many aspects related to AI-driven technologies, particularly their use of mass surveillance.

This perspective clearly clashes with the public rhetoric of prominent U.S. government officials and politicians on China, who have labeled the Chinese government’s technology investments and export of its surveillance systems and other technologies as a major ‘threat’ to Americans’ ‘way of life.’”

Many of the steps to implement the program are being promoted as part of the COVID-19 pandemic response. NSCAI is not only a key part of the Great Reset’s fourth industrial revolution, but also promotes mass surveillance, online-only shopping and the end of cash while noting that “having streets carpeted with cameras is good infrastructure.”

"Even Libertarians": John Brennan Issues 'List' Of Ideologies Biden Intel Community Should Go After

WEDNESDAY, JAN 20, 2021 - 21:05
Well this is alarming and ominous to say the least... Former CIA Director John Brennan told MSNBC in an interview on inauguration day that the intelligence community under newly sworn in President Biden is "moving in laser-like fashion" to try and uncover dangerous plots against the country.

Naturally, there's been much of this worrisome commentary about what political ideologies should be targeted and monitored coming out of NatSec hawks in the wake of the Capitol Hill mayhem of January 6. But this is the first time such a broad array of groups have been so bluntly lumped into a Pro-Trump "insurgency" by an influential media pundit and former spook. Brennan expressly said they are "violent" and remain a domestic threat.

He said in the MSNBC interview without the least concern for violation of Americans' rights that intelligence agencies should look into "religious extremists, authoritarians, fascists, bigots, racists, nativists, even libertarians...".

He said these belief systems have come together under the umbrella of a supposed pro-Trump movement capable of committing violence.
Ah yes, "even libertarians"...

"I had white knuckles because of the nature of the threats," he began by recalling his days as CIA Director. We've seen "the growth of this polarization in the United States and domestic violence and White supremacist groups," he continued.

Comparing this "threat" to a foreign insurgency which the US has lately battled overseas, he said it

He added: "And unfortunately I think there’s been this momentum that generated as a result of unfortunately the demagogic rhetoric of people that’s just departed government, but also those who continue in the halls of Congress and so I really do think that the law enforcement, homeland security, intelligence, and even the defense officials are doing everything possible to root out what seems to be a very very serious and insidious threat to our democracy and our republic."

Interestingly, Brennan spoke as if these groups are already being looked into and spotlighted by US intelligence under Biden. "Even Libertarians," apparently.

Increasingly, it looks like Inauguration Day for intelligence insiders like Brennan represents "Deep State back on top" in America.
So much hate/anger on that man's face! Wonder if he was born with that look on his face.

Very.

Simple.

intothegoodnight
I would like to think that we could skip 70 years of Bolshevism like the Russians went through, by simply all going on strike, like the Shipbuilders in Poland that was the beginning of the end of the Communist Russian Empire. But I know that the Marxist indoctrination/infiltration has done its job amongst the naive young. The Bankers are running the show now. The Big Collapse is up next and short of having some way to keep one’s family fed that doesn’t require dependence on “The Man”, I expect the entire country is about to go T.U. Or worse.

at this point, the main thing is to avoid the jab, avoid the snitches, avoid the demonics, Avoid starving, then you should be golden, sort of. Unless you‘re a farmer then you might end up dead defending your farm from the victims of the famine, and the government. Other than that, yeah, golden...

Top Democrats Took Massive Donations From Big Tech As They Considered Anti-Trust Legislation.

As the US Congress considered legislation which could “reshape” the Big Tech industry in recent months, the biggest tech companies in America gave very large donations to key Democrat Party lawmakers.

The tech industry was opposed to antitrust legislation, which would, if passed into law, make it “easier for regulators to break up tech giants.” Besides the huge donations, tech companies “lobbied Senate leaders to prioritize a bill to provide $52 billion toward U.S. semiconductor manufacturing.”

Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D-NY), according to April-June Federal Election Commission filings, received the largest donations from the tech companies’ executives. Over two dozen executives from Microsoft gave over $116,000 combined to the Schumer campaign in June. Among these executives, 13 gave the maximum legally allowed donation, $5,800. Two of the max-out donors were Microsoft President Brad Smith and also Fred Humphries, who leads Microsoft’s Washington lobbying team.

A Microsoft spokesperson has insisted, “These were contributions made by executives in their personal capacity.”

Schumer will be running for reelection in 2022 and is currently leading the legislative efforts of Democrats while “simultaneously raising big money to ward off potential primary challengers.” Between April and June, Schumer raised a record of over $11.5 million. According to The Hill:

“Google executives and its PAC donated nearly $92,000 to Schumer’s campaign in the second quarter of 2021. Cisco Systems executives gave nearly $100,000. Apple executives gave $28,000. Executives at Microsoft, Cisco and Apple previously had not made large donations to Schumer through the first three months of the year.”

Senator Patty Murray (D-Wash.), who also received many donations from tech executives, is running for reelection in 2022 as well and is the number three Democrat in the Senate. Murray was given about $67,000 in total from the Amazon PAC and Amazon employees and about $48,000 from Microsoft.

Amazon lobbied the Senate, successfully, to pass a bipartisan bill “to bolster U.S. competitiveness with China” without requiring the collection and verification of third-party sellers’ information by online retailers. The Semiconductors in America Coalition was formed in May by Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, Google, and Cisco to make sure that billions for semiconductor manufacturing were included in this same bill and that other industries, for instance carmakers, did not receive priority for the production of semiconductors.

“Federal investments in semiconductor technology will help ensure more of the chips America needs are produced on U.S. soil and accessible to the many critical sectors of the U.S. economy that depend on them, benefiting American workers, businesses, and consumers,” the tech coalition commented after the bill was passed.

Defeating antitrust legislation is still the top priority of the tech giants. Last month, a number of antitrust bills were advanced by the House Judiciary Committee and the chair of the Senate Judiciary subcommittee on antitrust, Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), has stated that similar legislation will be introduced into the Senate.

The most aggressive of the proposed antitrust measures were voted against by Representatives Eric Swalwell, Zoe Lofgren, and Lou Correa, all Democrats from California. According to filings, Swalwell’s campaign had received donations from Apple and Facebook-owned Instagram executives only the day before the bill was marked up by committee. Lofgren received donations in May and June from tech executives, including Timothy Powderly, Apple’s director of government affairs, who gave Lofgren $5,000.

Powderly wrote a letter to members of the House Judiciary Committee in June to express opposition to antitrust legislation. “We are concerned that many provisions of the recent package of antitrust reform legislation would create a race to the bottom for security and privacy, while also undermining innovation and competition,” he wrote.

“Two Republicans joined most Democrats in supporting a measure that could allow regulators to break up tech giants. GOP lawmakers and some tech firms have accused Democrats of wording antitrust legislation in a way that would exempt Microsoft from scrutiny. Microsoft, which reported lobbying on antitrust issues, has said it did not seek to be excluded from the bills.”

The Great Parent Revolt

SATURDAY, AUG 14, 2021 - 04:30 PM
Authored by Katharina Gorka via RealClearPolitics.com,

As overreach in classrooms by progressive school administrators, nonprofits and the federal government has reached new heights, parents are stepping up to fight back.

Moms for Liberty, Informed Parents of California, EdFirstNC, NJ Parental Rights, No Left Turn in Education and Parents Against Critical Theory are just a few of the hundreds of new parent groups that have emerged across the country in recent months. Many parents have become education activists because of schools’ failure to bring children back into the classroom or their continued imposition of mask mandates.

Others are engaging because of the content being taught. Whether it’s age-inappropriate sex education, critical race theory, or anti-American history, parents are seeing more of what their children are learning—thanks to COVID’s virtual learning—and they don’t like it. As a result, parents are organizing, speaking out, and pushing back, and they are having a noticeable impact.

Some of the most effective efforts have begun with individual parents who reached a boiling point and decided to speak out. Mom and investigative journalist A.P. Dillon helped expose critical race theory training in Wake County, N.C., public schools. Elana Fishbein was a lone parent in Lower Marion, Pa., who objected to content in her children’s curriculum, which, in her words, “described ‘whiteness’ as an entitlement to steal land, garner riches, and get special treatment on equity and race.” That letter reached a national audience when Tucker Carlson invited her onto his Fox News Channel show.

Andrew Gutmann also made national news when he sent a letter to 650 families criticizing New York City’s Brearley School, which his daughter attended, for its obsession with race and for “desecrating the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.”

Meanwhile, the 11-minute takedown of a Putnam County, N.Y., school board by Tatiana Ibrahim has well over 1 million views on YouTube.

Individual parents speaking out have helped to kick off what is proving to be a rapidly growing parent revolt. They have helped to galvanize others who were either unaware of the bad content or too afraid to speak out. After Elana Fishbein appeared on Carlson’s show, hundreds of parents across the country reached out to her on social media. And today No Left Turn in Education has 35 chapters across the country and is growing.

When Tina Descovich and Tiffany Justice finished their terms as school board members in Florida, they decided to form Moms for Liberty to teach parents how to serve as watchdogs of their local schools boards. When they established the organization in January of this year, they had intended it to serve as a statewide entity in Florida. But today, just over six months later, they have 65 chapters nationwide and have more applications for new chapters.

Wherever these parent groups have emerged, they are finding creative ways to challenge the attempted progressive takeover of K-12 education. Sloan Rachmuth, founder of EdFirstNC, has held webinars and in-person events to educate parents on how the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction rewrote the social studies standards for K-12 based on critical race theory. Patti Hidalgo Menders, a mother of five boys in Loudoun County, Va., read aloud to school board members obscene passages from Tiffany D. Jackson’s “Monday’s Not Coming” and Gretchen McNeil’s “#Murder Trending.”

Educating parents is a critical part of the work. As Hannah Smith, a newly elected board member in Texas explained, “There were a lot of people who had, by their own admission, just kind of fallen asleep. They just thought we’ve got these award-winning schools, we’ve got this awesome community, everything’s going well. I don’t need to show up at board meetings. I don’t need to be worried about what’s happening in the schools.”

In addition to raising the alarm about what’s happening in the schools, parent groups are challenging school boards through recalls — for example in Loudoun County and San Francisco — and by actively running candidates for school board, with some notable successes.

When the Carroll, Texas, Independent School District introduced a Cultural Competence Action Plan, which would require “social justice training” and establish a “diversity and inclusion” week, at the cost of $3 million over 10 years, local father Cameron Bryan decided to run for school board and won. As Bob Lubke, from Civitas, has written, “Historically, conservatives have not been as vocal about down-ballot races. That’s a mistake. Education is often the largest expenditure for state and local government. Local school board members not only make budget and policy decisions that impact the day-to-day operations of how our schools are financed and administered but also how our children are educated. Few local positions are as consequential.”

With the growing anger over the indoctrination of their children, parents have become much more engaged in school board elections, and it is having an impact: In 2021, the number of board member recalls has more than doubled from previous years, according to Ballotpedia.

Parents are also initiating lawsuits as an important tool in their fight against overly progressive schools. According to John Murawski at RealClearInvestigations, about a dozen lawsuits and administrative complaints have been filed since 2018. A new wave of lawsuits is being driven by the recent surge of concern among parents over critical race theory and its implementation in schools.

The first lawsuit against CRT was filed on Dec. 22, 2020, in Nevada. Gabrielle Clark and her son William brought the suit on the grounds that the school violated William’s free speech and due process rights. According to the No Left Turn in Education website: “the Sociology of Change teaching in his civic classes required him to publicly reveal his race, gender, religious, and sexual identities, and then attach derogatory labels such as ‘privileged’ or ‘oppressor’ to those identities. Students were then asked to ‘undo’ and ‘unlearn’ their ‘beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors that stem from oppression.’ William and his mother objected, and he was punished with a failing grade and his graduation was at risk.”

The lawsuit was brought by a coalition of organizations, led by The Discovery Institute's Center on Wealth and Poverty, with support from the Upper Midwest Law Center, Schoolhouserights.org, and others. According to CRT expert Chris Rufo, several more lawsuits are in preparation.

On June 20, Patti Hidalgo Menders, Scott Mineo and several others, represented by the Liberty Justice Center, filed a lawsuit against the Loudoun County School Board (Menders v. Loudoun County School Board). On June 23, 2020, LCPS published its Action Plan to Combat Systemic Racism. The plan included the creation of a Student Ambassador Equity Program, which was only open to “students of color” and those with “a passion for social justice.” The lawsuit also states, “The ‘Share, Speak-up, Speak-out’ meetings in which Student Equity Ambassadors are entitled to take part are not an everyday opportunity for student/faculty engagement. Rather they are part of an explicit initiative to stifle speech under the guise of eliminating ‘bias’.”

While 26 states have introduced or passed bills to reject the teaching of critical race theory, it will likely be the courts that ultimately decide whether it fundamentally violates American principles, and even in that process, the role of parents will be pivotal. As John Yoo, a law professor at the University of California, Berkeley, recently said, “I think that what's going to happen is that there have to be more parents, more communities involved, challenging these kinds of efforts to use race explicitly in the schools or in their local governments, and those will generate the cases that get to the Supreme Court. And the Supreme Court can make clear, as I think it should, that race is just never to be used in the government and in state and local at all, for whatever reason, whether it's allegedly benign or it's for malign reasons.”

The bottom line is that education in America will likely never be the same, thanks to the Great Parent Revolt of 2021, and that’s good news. For decades, many parents have outsourced the raising of their children to the schools, trusting that administrators, school board members, and teachers would share their values.

We blindly believed that schools would care about our children as much as we do. We believed that if the teaching went astray, if the books were inappropriate, or if the civics and history were a little un-American, what we did at home would serve as a gentle correction and all would be well. The past two years have taught us how wrong we were.

Thankfully parents are reengaging in their children’s education and reasserting their rightful place in decisions about curriculum and content.

The question will be whether their efforts are strong enough and sufficiently sustained to win the battle against the radical tide of educators, nonprofits and federal education bureaucrats who are working to rewrite American history.

Biden Regime Says Anti-Maskers, Lockdown Resisters, And Trump Supporters Are Huge Terrorist Threat

Lockdown resisting Republicans are more dangerous than radical Islam, says the Biden administration as it watches Afghanistan be overrun by the Taliban

Biden Regime Says Anti-Maskers, Lockdown Resisters, And Trump Supporters Are Huge Terrorist Threat

In new guidance released this week, Department of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas says that opponents of COVID-19 restrictions including lockdowns and vaccine mandates, and supporters of President Donald Trump who believe the 2020 election was stolen constitute major terror threats.

A photo went viral on Twitter this week, claiming to show that the Department of Homeland Security considers “Opposition to COVID measures” and “Claims of election fraud” to be two of the country’s largest terrorist threats currently faced by the Biden regime. Many expressed skepticism, suggesting the photo was manipulated, due to the seemingly ridiculous notion that lockdown resisters are more dangerous than Islamic terrorists or the Taliban, even as the militant group conquers and occupies the majority of Afghanistan as American troops leave after a 20-year occupation.

However, the image appears to be real, and the topics included in the image were discussed on MSNBC, the low-rated cable news network. (READ MORE: Army National Guard Recruits For ‘Internment’ And ‘Resettlement’ Specialist, Military Documents Lay Out Procedure For ‘Civilian Internees’)

The DHS claims that the United States is in a “heightened threat landscape,” and according to MSNBC, “Homeland Security says there’s several concerning factors. There’s continuing grievances over COVID restrictions, which has stirred up a lot of opposition,” and “there’s the coming 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks,” and “And there are approaching religious holidays and the opening of school and the possibility of school shootings.”

A former member of the Trump administration’s Department of Homeland Security also recently claimed that Republicans should be considered a terrorist threat.

Miles Taylor, the former official, claimed that President Donald Trump disregarded the DHS’s claims that Republicans constitute terrorism threats, however, he also directly compared Republicans to radical Islamic extremists. “a very prominent, former U.S. commander who said there are elements of the GOP that are starting to look like the jihadists that he used to fight in Afghanistan and Iraq, spreading lies and conspiracy theories to radicalize a population,” said Taylor, who emphasized that concerns about election integrity and the 2020 election are akin to beheadings and Sharia Law.

“And I worry similarly about the continuing radicalization of the electorate,” Taylor continued. “If you go back and look in time, and I say this as a counterterrorism guy, terrorism movements don’t start immediately with violence. They usually start with a political grievance that leaders say cannot be solved through peaceful means. Then they move to violence. After Trump started to promulgate the big lie, a lot of us said what he’s doing is actually tilling the fertile soil for extremists to pop up later on.”

The Silent Majority is Going to Get Loud
By John Green

When government fails to act in the interests of its citizens, it’s their duty to take action. For 20+ years, the United States has seen failure of government through unrestricted illegal immigration, one-sided trade deals, uncontrolled spending, and failed foreign policy.

Predictably this has created a seething anger within the American citizenry. As was their duty, the citizens took action -- at the ballot box. They elected Donald Trump in 2016. President Trump didn’t create the anger, the anger created him.

While he made substantial strides in response to their grievances, his time in office was too short to fully institutionalize the necessary course corrections -- particularly with unprecedented resistance from the Deep State. The grievances of the citizenry remain unresolved.

Unfortunately, avenues of redress have continued to close. Our institutions are no longer providing equal protection, our freedom of expression has been curtailed, and even our vote has been undermined. These factors brought us to our current state -- a level of political tension not seen in generations.

Traditional avenues of redress are under attack.

The United States has a heritage of civil protest as a means to effect political change. However, even prior to the Trump era, legacy media has used gaslighting to undermine the protest messages. Tea Party protesters were called racists and domestic terrorists. Trump rally attendees were called white supremacists. Peaceful protests have been called violent uprisings while violent protests (by BLM and Antifa) have been called “mostly peaceful.” The media have effectively used propaganda to crush political expression. They are attempting to impugn the speakers to discredit the message.

In recent years, suppression of expression has taken another alarming turn -- outright censorship. Divergent political views, and even legitimate news stories, are being suppressed by legacy news media, Facebook, Twitter, Google, YouTube and other social media sites. Some have argued that as private companies they may censor content at their discretion. However, these social media companies have become the new town squares. Their control over information goes far beyond that of a private company merely expressing its opinion.

In addition, the Harris/Biden administration recently disclosed that it is colluding with social media oligarchs to “prevent the spread of misinformation.” Of course, anything contrary to their preferred narrative is considered “misinformation.”

This is the power of government being used to crush political speech. It is a clear violation of our right to freedom of speech -- and they don’t care.

Another means to affect government is of course through election. We all have a vote, and our vote mattered -- until November 2020. Allegations of fraud hang over the 2020 election. Media assertions that allegations of fraud have been debunked are simply propaganda. The claims of fraud may or may not be true.

We simply don’t know, because there has been no litigation of the evidence.

Observers were barred from vote counting. Election officials have deleted or hidden logs. Audit reports have been sealed or hidden from the public. Courts have used procedural arguments to avoid trying any of the election cases. There has been no public disclosure or debate of the evidence. We don’t know if the election was stolen -- and that is the problem. There can be no faith in elections without transparency.

We do know that no Republican since President George H.W. Bush has been afforded a gracious transfer of power by the Democrats. Both George W. Bush and Donald Trump were called “illegitimate” for their entire presidencies. No Democrat party administration in 30 years has given up power graciously. Excuse my skepticism, but to believe nothing nefarious was done this time, I need to see the evidence.

We’re told we have government institutions to protect us from tyranny.

Agencies have procedures to ensure equal treatment. The problem is, they don’t follow them. Laws are written to apply equally to all, but in practice, they are applied selectively. It has become all too apparent that members of the Deep State have become active political players.

The IRS targeted the Tea Party and even disclosed confidential tax filings for political purposes. Yet nobody was fired, let alone prosecuted. Now they’re doing it again by classifying faith-based organizations as Republican operatives.

The FBI and CIA were converted into political hit machines to target political opponents. Watergate pales in comparison. Numerous people went to prison for Watergate, yet only one low-level actor received a few months of probation for the biggest political scandal in my lifetime.

In the Hillary Clinton email investigation, her associates were given immunity and the FBI helped destroy the evidence. Yet Robert Mueller spent three years and $25M plus to investigate Donald Trump. Disturbingly, Mueller learned that the whole “Russian collusion” allegation was a hoax within the first few months of his investigation. Yet, he continued his investigation anyway for another three years -- and through another election cycle. He wasn’t investigating a crime; he was looking for a crime, setting perjury traps (creating crimes), and supporting a propaganda ministry narrative.

A sailor was imprisoned for taking an innocent picture aboard a submarine. Hillary Clinton exposed hundreds of classified documents but wasn’t charged because “she didn’t mean it.” The “I didn’t mean it” defense never seems to work for anyone but Democrats.

The courts aren’t blameless in this mess. They’ve become so politicized that identifying who appointed a judge is necessary for all court reporting. Their political affiliation has become predictive of their judicial decisions. The presumption of equal application of laws and unbiased decisions is gone.

Hence, we get rulings that Obama executive orders on immigration are constitutional, but Trump’s aren’t. The Democrats are even working towards “packing” the judicial system to further the corruption.

The courts have also abdicated their duty relative to the 2020 election. The Supreme Court is too busy redefining the Constitution to be bothered with its defense. It was the final institution in a position to ensure adherence to laws and adjudicate allegations of fraud. Yet it simply declined to hear the cases.

Protection of our voting rights was of no interest to the court.

In 2021 we have reached an impasse. Our government no longer represents our interests, our attempts to speak out are suppressed, our elections are corrupted, and the courts are no longer protecting our rights. The press has become the propaganda ministry of the left. Government agencies will not acknowledge corruption. The political parties are doing nothing to fix this mess.

In 1969, Richard Nixon asserted that there was a large group of Americans who held traditional American values and who voted but avoided public attention.

He called them the “silent majority.” His reelection proved his theory correct.

That majority still exists and is beginning to react to our current political environment. They became the “angry majority” and elected Donald Trump in 2016. Nothing since Trump left office has lowered their temperature.

Oppression of their rights doesn’t cool anger -- it inflames it. American citizens have never been subjects and aren’t likely to accept that status now. The left needs to keep two things in mind: Those who value their liberty are still the majority, and eventually their anger will turn to action.

Our political leadership better get a clue before it’s too late. If the majority’s voices are silenced, their actions will be loud.

MSNBC LUNATIC: 'Radicalized GOP is Greater Threat than Al-Qaeda and ISIS'

Bridget O'Neal
August 13th, 2021 6:23 PM

MSNBC continues to prop up the Biden administration by airing rants filled with sick rhetoric and fueled by emotion, including suggesting that the Republican Party is now a “bigger threat to our democracy than organizations like Al-Qaeda or ISIS.” On Wednesday’s Deadline: White House, guest Miles Taylor (aka Anonymous from the Trump administration) appeared to push the narrative that January 6th is a greater threat than the people responsible for 9/11. That's an unhinged idea, and it's insulting as we get closer to the 20th anniversary of September 11th.

Host Nicolle Wallace started the segment by asking Taylor whether or not the Jan. 6th insurrectionists were “domestic terrorists.” Taylor then claimed he spoke with an anonymous source on this topic:
I'm not going to dime out on television but a very prominent, former U.S. commander who said there are elements of the GOP that are starting to look like the jihadists that he used to fight in Afghanistan and Iraq, spreading lies and conspiracy theories to radicalize a population. This was a very serious four-star commander who said the GOP is starting to look like jihadists.
https://cdn.mrctv.org/videos/57190/57190-480p.mp4 2:01 min

He continued his appalling remarks and used his counterterrorism knowledge to compare Donald Trump and January 6th to other terrorist movements:
They usually start with a political grievance that leaders say cannot be solved through peaceful means, and then they move to violence. So, after Trump started to propagate the big lie in November, a lot of us in the national security community said what he's doing is actually tilling the fertile soil for extremists to pop up later on. In fact, we saw it as a ticking time bomb for an increase in domestic terrorism, and I think over the next two years you are going to see that, you’re going to see the spike in cases, and you’re going to see that because radicalized elements of the Republican party now represent a bigger threat to our democracy than organizations like Al Qaeda or ISIS ever did
Al-Qaeda is responsible for the death of thousands of Americans and the destruction of the Pentagon and World Trade Center, but for Taylor, this was less of a threat than January 6th.

He later ranted about how people have become so “numb” to Trump’s behavior that it “legitimizes that sort of civil disorder and conduct.” Taylor and Wallace both slammed Trump for meeting with the mother of Ashli Babbitt, claiming it would be the same if a president met with the family of a jihadist responsible for the death of American troops.

Unsurprisingly, the liberal media continue to push this narrative of January 6th, yet they refuse to cover the violent BLM riots in the same way. In fact, the left often praised and encouraged BLM protestors. However, the media would never label these riots as a threat to democracy.

MSNBC’s Deadline: White House
8/11/2021
4:42 p.m. Eastern

NICOLLE WALLACE: Homeland security officials say they’re warning local police departments about potential political violence fueled by those false claims of election fraud being furthered on social media.

They tell NBC News, they’re sounding the alarm now to prevent another January 6th after noticing an uptick in individuals calling for violence sparked by lies and the alleged reinstatement of the twice impeached president.

Trump today feeding into that very danger, that very conspiracy.

Sympathizing once again with the insurrectionists about the death of capitol rioter Ashli Babbitt and potentially threatening capitol police officers saying, quote, we know who killed her. NBC News found his previous suggestion presented without evidence about who that was were false, according to law enforcement officials.

Joining our conversation is Miles Taylor, former department of homeland security chief of staff, he’s now a cofounder of the Renew America Movement, they have a new ad out, we’re going to get to that, but I want to start with you and Claire on the ex-president's statement. I have been grappling with how to cover it without amplifying it. But suffice to say the ex-president met with the mother of Ashli Babbitt, and I want to ask you, Miles, if you agree with Officer Hodges who was one of the four capitol police officers who testified before the 1/6 Select Committee investigating the insurrection that the insurrectionists were domestic terrorists.

MILES TAYLOR: Yeah, in fact, I agree unequivocally. In fact Nicolle, just today I was talking to someone who -- I'm not going to dime out on television but a very prominent, former U.S. Commander who said there are elements of the GOP that are starting to look like the jihadists that he used to fight in Afghanistan and Iraq, spreading lies and conspiracy theories to radicalize a population. This was a very series four-star commander who said the GOP is starting to look like jihadists. And someone who I think has personal conservative views.

That's the environment that we're in. So, there’s no question this was an attack of domestic terrorism and I worry similarly about the continuing radicalization of the electorate. And if you go back and look in time, and I say this as a counterterrorism guy. You look in time at terrorism movements, they don't start usually immediately with violence. They usually start with a political grievance that leaders say cannot be solved through peaceful means, and then they move to violence.

So, after Trump started to propagate the big lie in November, a lot of us in the national security community said what he's doing is actually tilling the fertile soil for extremists to pop up later on. In fact, we saw it as a ticking time bomb for an increase in domestic terrorism, and I think over the next two years you are going to see that, you’re going to see the spike in cases, and you’re going to see that because radicalized elements of the Republican party now represent a bigger threat to our democracy than organizations like Al Qaeda or ISIS ever did.

Now, not necessarily the human lives, not necessarily, but a bigger threat to our democracy than those terrorist groups ever did because these are institutions, political institutions that are attacking our democracy, trying to rewrite the rules and irrevocably breaking our bonds as Americans, and they’re doing it all from the inside. It's something that our enemies could never have even dreamed of.

WALLACE: Can you fathom an example of a politician of other party meeting with the mother of a domestic terrorist and the other party really just sort of shrugging it off? I mean where are we in our politics that the ex-president who is inciting domestic violent extremism, meets with the mother of, by your definition, by detective Hodges, the mother of a terrorist and everyone kind of shrugs it off?

TAYLOR: I mean Nicolle, you were there in the Bush years. You know, could you imagine that President Bush had met with either the widow or mother of a jihadist that had killed American troops or was trying to kill American troops? It would have been an absolute political scandal of epic proportions.

That's what it would have been. And we've become so numb to Donald Trump's crass, inappropriate, and outlandish behavior that it's almost not getting covered in certain corners. So, I’m so glad you're raising it because it is the equivalent of going to meet with someone who was trying to attack our democracy itself, someone who -- the mother of someone who was trying to attack democracy itself. It’s the wrong thing to do, it’s politicizing this issue, but at the end of the day, Nicolle, as you hinted at the top end, what this does is it leads to radicalization of more people who could potentially pose a threat because it legitimizes that sort of civil disorder and conduct.

WALLACE: Claire McCaskill, you sat on the – did you chair or you sat on the homeland security committee, I remember. Do you think that inside our security agencies there's paralysis because of the ex-president's role and associations with domestic terrorists?

CLAIRE MCCASKILL: Well, there's no question that during the Trump years when I was a ranking member on the committee, we kept trying to push the then chairman, none other than Ron Johnson, to do more work…

WALLACE: Can't make it up.

MCCASKILL: … around domestic. Yeah. To do more work around domestic terrorism. We saw it. I mean, we've had serious domestic terrorism in this country for a long time. You know, hate crimes and if you look at all the bigoted and anti-semitic groups out there just flourishing on the dark web and trading ideas about how it can bring down people who are innocent and the only mistake they've made is not being for Donald Trump for president. I mean, think about this, Nicolle. I remember the moment that Donald Trump got the question about the proud boys in the debate and a chill went down my spine when he said tell them to stand back and stand by, and then what he did – he proceeded to tell them as soon as that election was over, okay, don't stand by anymore. You go out and do your thing. He knows they're violent. He knows they have terribly prejudice views about their fellow Americans. So, what he did today is as bad as anything he’s done because now what he's saying is -- he's kind of threatening law enforcement for trying to protect members of Congress --

WALLACE: And Mike pence.

MCCASKILL: He’s threatening them and Mike pence.

WALLACE: It’s insane

TAYLOR: Nicolle, I don't want to break the flow here, but there's a really unique side-by-side happening on the screen right now because ranking member McCaskill is someone who -- I'm a Republican, she’s a Democrat. I so admired what she was trying to do on domestic terrorism and then within the Trump administration was trying to put in place the programs to go after domestic terrorists and guess who thwarted both Senator McCaskill and Trump's own staff? It was Trump himself. He didn't want anything done on domestic terrorism because he saw these people as his political constituency. He saw potential domestic terrorists as voters and that sort of crass behavior led him to suppress the important national security actions needed to protect our country that is chilling to me.

WALLACE: Well, just to close a loop, then we have to sneak in a break, and then we'll show everyone the new ad from your group. The circle is complete. So he incited violence. He then met with the mother of a domestic terrorist today. So it sort of explains why all your efforts were also thwarted and yours as well, Claire. We have to sneak in a quick break, we'll come back with a new ad focused on all these issues, extremism in the GOP.

DHS: Extremists Against COVID Vaccines, Stolen Election Pose National Security Threat Ahead of 9/11

By Alicia Powe
Published August 14, 2021 at 6:00pm

Anti-government “extremists” who oppose mask mandates and experimental COVID vaccines, as well as those who insist the was 2020 election was rigged, pose an imminent threat national security threat ahead of the 20th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks — according to the Department of Homeland Security.

The rollout of new COVID restrictions and lockdowns may spur racially motivated terror attacks, according to the department’s National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin issued on Friday.
“Through the remainder of 2021, racially- or ethnically-motivated violent extremists (RMVEs) and anti-government/anti-authority violent extremists will remain a national threat priority for the United States. These extremists may seek to exploit the emergence of COVID-19 variants by viewing the potential re-establishment of public health restrictions across the United States as a rationale to conduct attacks,” the bulletin states. “Pandemic-related stressors have contributed to increased societal strains and tensions, driving several plots by domestic violent extremists, and they may contribute to more violence this year.”
Online dissemination of “conspiracies” claiming the 2020 election was stolen or that Donald Trump will be reinstated as president may incentivize “domestic violent extremists” to commit acts of terror leading up to 9/11, the bulletin continues.
“Foreign and domestic threat actors, to include foreign intelligence services, international terrorist groups and domestic violent extremists, continue to introduce, amplify, and disseminate narratives online that promote violence, and have called for violence against elected officials, political representatives, government facilities, law enforcement, religious communities or commercial facilities, and perceived ideologically-opposed individuals,” DHS states. “There are also continued, non-specific calls for violence on multiple online platforms associated with DVE ideologies or conspiracy theories on perceived election fraud and alleged reinstatement, and responses to anticipated restrictions relating to the increasing COVID cases.
The bulletin will remain in effect through Veteran’s Day on Nov. 11.

DHS was created in the wake of the 9/11 attacks to protect Americans against terrorist groups such as al-Qaeda. Under the Biden administration, the department is being weaponized against Americans.

Following the January 6 protest on Capitol Hill, DHS unveiled plans to spy on ordinary Americans — monitoring the travel of “domestic extremists” and expanding its use of the No Fly List.

The discussions were “part of the Biden administration’s strategy of treating domestic terror as a national security threat, and not just a law enforcement problem. They’re also part of broader conversations in government about how to use tools developed for the Global War on Terror to combat domestic extremism,” Politico reports.

Mike Cernovich Warns They’ll Come for Conservatives’ Kids Next

By J.D. Rucker • Aug. 14, 2021
The expansion of Covid tyranny across our nation has caused the subsequent reduction of freedoms. Freedom and tyranny are natural enemies and as one rises, the other falls. But our current situation is far worse than anything this nation has faced in modern history. Not only is tyranny spreading. It’s being supported by an unfathomable number of Americans who see this as an opportunity to disenfranchise their ideological enemies.

Part of the campaign to put us under total authoritarian rule is to target children.

They have already forced face mask mandates. They’re pushing vaccines for children who are not generally susceptible to the disease. They’ve promoted Critical Race Theory while banning the wrongthink taught to children by conservative parents. And as political commentator Mike Cernovich noted, things are likely going to get much worse in the near future. As he posted on Twitter:

Next will be taking away conservatives kids. “Psychologists” will treat dissent from state orthodoxy as a mental illness. That’s how the Soviets did it. “According to the science, you’re an unfit parent.” None of my predictions require imagination. Communists have same playbook.

In the post-truth society the tyrants are building in America, conservative principles will become grounds for taking our children away from us. This isn’t new, as Cernovich noted. The Communists have done this for decades.

America Full Circle – From a Place to Escape Religious Persecution to Persecuting You for Your Faith

Ed shared the screenshot. The Department of Homeland Security has hijacked Jeff Foxworthy’s bit; if this… You Might Be A Redneck. But instead of redneck, they use the term terrorist. IF … you celebrate religious holidays …You might be a potential terrorist.

Sounds racist.

We won’t know until Ramadan rolls around because no one on the far-left is likely to bat an eye if the government (or its street tugs) harass people who celebrate Hannukah, Christmas, or Easter.

If you missed it, here’s the screenshot.

DHS.Potential.Terror.Threats

A nation founded at least in part on the idea of protecting religious liberty from the government’s abuses is using religion as a scarlet letter in the run-up to 9-11.

And as absurd as that sounds, if you honor the loss of lives on 9-11-2001, you are also red-flagged.

And it sounds absurd, but this is no joke; it’s a trial balloon.

The next list could include anything including “objecting to lists issued by DHS branding people as terror threats for their faith” because even disinterested folks who have not yet realized the danger (we are in) might begin to suspect something has gone seriously wrong with the Democrat party and the Biden Administration.

And that may be the point.

The goal, remember, is a violent revolution—a complete upheaval of society regardless of cost.

If the left ends up on top at the end great, if not, they will have destroyed America, and that’s still a win for the Marxists.

All this vaccine mandate, passport, pandemic lockdown, debt-spending, open borders, election law mandates BS is just foreplay. Trigger pulling, peeve petting, poke, poke, poke.

Is it working?

A Brief History of the Assault on Conservatives as ‘Violent Extremists’

By Janet Levy

The assault on conservative Americans began several decades ago with attacks on traditional principles and values. Belief in individual liberty and responsibility, free enterprise, and the rule of law was willfully conflated with “right-wing extremism.” Pride in America, a desire to protect our borders, and opposition to illegal immigration were branded as xenophobic. Championing the constitutional right to bear arms was decried as gun-crazed zealotry. Belief in religion, natural law, and the sanctity of human life was maligned as backward and anachronistic.

This vilification of conservatives has coincided with a deliberate shift from the real threats: radical Islamic and leftist groups. Islamic terrorist attacks have been declared as having “nothing to do with Islam” or excused by spurious claims that the perpetrators were mentally ill or misunderstood religious doctrine. When a military psychiatrist massacred 13 people in Fort Hood yelling ‘Allahu akbar,’ it was dismissed as “workplace violence.” And the violence, arson, destruction of public property, and killing of citizens and police officers unleashed by Antifa and Black Lives Matter (BLM) during the ‘Summer of Love’ are described as “mostly peaceful protests.”

Top Democrats haven’t shied away from embellishing the false narrative of a serious domestic terrorism threat from “right-wing extremists.” On his campaign trail in 2008, Barack Obama demeaned working-class voters hit hard by job losses, saying, “They get bitter, they cling to guns or religion, or antipathy to people who aren’t like them, or anti-immigrant sentiment, or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.” His statement aptly served the purpose of pillorying conservatives.

Ironically, when elected in 2009, President Obama’s first speech was to members of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) in Cairo. It was praised by several MB affiliates deemed “unindicted co-conspirators” in the Holy Land Foundation trial, the largest terror-funding trial in U.S. history, involving the transfer of $12 million to Hamas. The trial ended in 2008, with five indictments and the designation of over 300 MB-affiliates as co-conspirators. But material provided to the defense hasn’t yet been made public – or released even to Congress.

The shift in threat orientation -- from Islamic groups to the right-wing – may perhaps be traced to 1993, following the first World Trade Center bombing.

Then-president Bill Clinton had ordered FBI chief Louis Freeh to focus on domestic terrorists, or “right-wing militia groups.” As a result, valuable evidence of Al Qaeda operations, including the training of Arab nationals at U.S. flight schools, was ignored. Also disregarded was intelligence on Middle Eastern involvement in the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing. Military intelligence efforts such as Able Danger and Operation Green Quest were peremptorily disbanded.

The first had data-mined information on Al Qaeda networks linked to 9/11, and the second had amassed evidence of terror finance, including that by the Muslim Brotherhood.

Under President Obama, the department of homeland security (DHS) ratcheted up fears of “right-wing extremism.” Its 2009 report, released by its new secretary, Janet Napolitano, theorized that the election of the first mixed-race president, the recession, the possible passage of firearm restrictions, and veterans reintegrating into civilian life would catalyze right-wing radicalization and recruitment. The report even conjured up the absurd specter of menacing groups imagining a ‘New World Order.’

To bolster the level of alarm, it incorporated a statement from the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) warning of potentially violent neo-Nazis, skinheads, and other white supremacists learning the art of warfare in the armed forces. The SPLC, a radical leftist advocacy group funded by George Soros, is a favorite of Democrat administrations, even of federal investigative agencies. The DHS report describes it as a “prominent civil rights organization.” The non-profit takes a bleak view of American society -- as uniformly racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic, and seething with “racial violence” and intolerance for “those who are different.” It does not consider MB affiliates and radical Islamist and Left organizations as dangerous. Both Harper’s and The New Yorker have described SPLC as a cash cow that served its now-disgraced founder Morris Dees.
231681_5_.png

Continuing the saga of whitewashing Islamic threats is the Terrorism and Extremist Violence in the U.S. (TEVUS) database, created in 2009 by the Obama administration. Administered by the DHS, it uses taxpayer funds to amplify White and right-wing violence when little or no violence actually exists. The reporting methodology excludes violence perpetrated by non-whites and falsifies the racial identification of other violent perpetrators. For example, the 19 Arab hijackers who murdered 3,000 people in the 9/11 attacks are described as “White/Caucasian, non-Hispanic.” (The TEVUS database does have ‘Arab’ as an option. However, the census does not include ‘Arab’, therefore, many Americans of Arab or Iranian origin end up describing themselves as White.) As a result, the maximum terror deaths are attributed to Whites, skewing statistics to make right-wing violence appear commonplace. TEVUS conveniently covers up the violence of BLM and fails to refer to Antifa even once.

In 2012, when the “National Security 5” -- five members of Congress led by Michele Bachmann (R-MN) -- called attention to the infiltration of government by MB operatives, they were criticized and their request for investigations was ignored. They had gathered a mountain of evidence, even identifying individual MB operatives in key positions, including those related to national security. The next year, the CIA, under John Brennan, who associated closely with Islamists, purged its training material of terms such as ‘jihad’ and ‘radical Islam.’ An interagency task force peopled with known MB sympathizers then extended the purge to all counterterrorism training material. Agents at all levels of military and law enforcement underwent mandatory retraining.

In 2017, yet another behemoth targeting conservatives was unleashed. Big Tech, the United Nations, the National Security Council, the European Union, and the British, French, and Canadian governments developed the Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism (GIFCT) to share, flag, and remove terrorist content. Under the guidance of the notorious SPLC, the forum departed from its efforts to exclude content from radical Islamist groups and announced it was adding “white supremacist” and other “hate group” material they perceived as promoting “violent extremism.”

Deploying what’s called the Dynamic Matrix of Extremism and Terrorism (DMET), a secret database and instrument of censorship, GIFCT ostracizes, deplatforms, and demonetizes groups opposing abortion and vaccination, and disputing the official narrative on COVID-19, the Bundy family, Jihad Watch and others. It draws legal sustenance from the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, the Rabat Plan of Action, and the U.N.’s International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights while ignoring free speech, enshrined in the Constitution of the U.S.

During the Trump presidency, a wave of censorship of conservative voices swept social media. Material posted by leftist groups like Antifa and BLM and Islamist groups, no matter how inflammatory or violence-inciting, was allowed, while conservative groups were silenced. In 2019, a Project Veritas exposé featured a Google insider who revealed that conservative websites like American Thinker, Daily Caller, Gateway Pundit, Rebel Media, and others were being targeted, censored, and blacklisted. The exposé video has disappeared from YouTube.

The demonization of patriots reached its nadir in the Big Lie that the January 6th protests at the Capitol amounted to an “insurrection.” A legitimate protest against how the presidential elections were conducted was painted as seditious.

Last week, the DHS issued a terror warning conflating Americans protesting COVID-19 restrictions to jihadists who might strike on the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. A DHS bulletin warned, “anti-government, anti-authority violent extremists” may try to “exploit the emergence of COVID-19 variants by viewing the potential re-establishment of public health restrictions across the U.S. as a rationale to conduct attacks.”

The attacks on, and the maligning of, conservatives or those who advance narratives not favored by the Left have reached unimaginable proportions. They include constitutional violations such as wholesale censorship, vicious defamation, unjust imprisonment, unpunished assaults, and denial of rights to a fair and speedy trial. This perilous trajectory must be corrected. Otherwise, it will signal the end of our constitutional republic.

Socialism Is Superficial Intellectualism Lusting After Gold
gold-bar-146539_1280.png

Many rational people are asking about the reasons the financial/industrial class is trying to bring down our republic. The reasons have not deviated throughout history and probably never will. Control of your wealth is the basis of socialism.

They are willing to sacrifice your freedoms for their prosperity. The serf system of Diocletian never evaporates, only the headline changes to keep citizens in line.

There is less overall wealth in the system, but they control a higher percentage, so the math works to their benefit.

There is no underlying philosophy to socialism, only a continual struggle for control. Our current societal upheavals are an extension of 125 years of struggle to dominate world finance. The basis of this power began with the creation of the Federal Reserve system in 1913 which controls the largest and strongest world economy.

The international extensions of this political and economic power began with the Russian Socialist revolution. The German National Socialist movement began soon after with America’s New Deal Socialist system following closely in line.

Whatever you call the structure, the guy on the street pays the bill while losing.

Unfortunately, these early systemic connections are ignored or denied by the people and companies involved.

Alexander Kerensky was a minor noble before he went back to Saint Petersburg for the first stage of the Russian revolution. He stayed in power for about 8 months. Leon Trotsky lived in the US before being sent back to Russia with $10 million from Wall Street to help finance the overthrow of the czar and an economic takeover of the country.

Interestingly, when the Bolsheviks threw Kerensky out with their revolution, he returned to a petty noble lifestyle with a nice pension in New York and spent decades lecturing at colleges around the country until his death in 1970. Usually, failed revolutionaries get the chop, especially when overthrown by communists.

I wonder why he was allowed to leave Russia? Lenin must have been given assurances of a nice amount of investment support. to allow him to leave unmolested.

The usual international industrial groups, Standard Oil, Ford, and Dupont, and the bankers made agreements with the Russians. The Bolsheviks desperately needed funds to survive and made deals with anyone that could help. The guise was the New Economic Policy as socialism had already failed in two years. These agreements allowed the revolution to survive with a healthy contribution from Wall Street.

The Ford plants in Russia paid great dividends by providing many of the trucks and engines necessary for repelling the Germans in WW2. The odd thing is that Stalin actually paid Ford off instead of just stealing the technology as usual.

Standard Oil got screwed, but other companies such as Occidental Petroleum led by Armand Hammer kept business relations for decades. For some reason we allow the Chinese to steal everything today. This was the beginning of what we now call the New World Order.

National Socialism was supported by, you guessed it, Ford, GM, ITT, Standard Oil, Dupont, and JP Morgan. You may remember these names from a previous paragraph. The connections between Mr. Hitler and Mr, Roosevelt are quite well known. Their mutual friend and facilitator was Putzi Hanfstaengl, a Harvard classmate of FDR and an intimate of Hitler. General Electric had offices at 120 Broadway in Manhattan. Also at that same address was Franklin D. Roosevelt when he worked on Wall Street. It was also the headquarters of the Georgia Warm Springs Foundation. A prominent backer of the foundation was Gerald Swope of General Electric who also was a big financial backer of Adolph Hitler.

By chance he had offices there as well. Coincidentally, he was author of the New Deal. Hmmm.

The bankers, Chase National Bank and National City Bank among others, created a system that sold bonds to pay the German reparations required by the Versailles Treaty. The payments were funneled through Swiss banks in the form of gold. The international banks met in Basel Switzerland monthly to divide up the spoils and created the Bank of International Settlements as a front organization. In 1940 artillery duels between the French and German armies were heard at their meeting but they continued to divide the pot.

The technology and production methods for the expansion of German military power were imported from the US to support the war efforts and profits were siphoned off to BIS. The Ford method of mass production of trucks and tanks in their Cologne factory helped the blitzkrieg advance across Europe. The coal gasification technology provided by Standard Oil helped fuel the tanks and bombers used to kill Russian and American troops. This was a dream come true for the military industrial complex. Being paid by both sides in a war is the ultimate income source. The gold kept rolling into Basel throughout the conflict.

New Deal Socialism and Franklin Roosevelt’s corporate banking connections make the current Occupy Wall Street whiners an even bigger historical laughingstock. FDR and his old Wall Street financial buddies were corporate socialists. The idea was/is creating monopolies by means of political influence.

The basic idea is to make society work for the banks’ interests. The New Deal was a disaster for everyone but the Wall Street club. Small business was destroyed, and people walked the streets hungry. Over 20% of the young men that were drafted during WW2 did not meet the physical requirements for service. The medical reasons were tied to conditions resultant from malnutrition issues. The view from the penthouse never changed but the gold stores sure did.

The party affiliation of those in power has been quite variable over the decades and makes no difference. The global elite only require someone who will follow orders. It is an insignificant point as the usual suspects above now operate the media-propaganda ministry. They have learned their lessons well from Mr. Goebbels’ information system and Mr. Stalin’s citizen elimination programs.

Electronic book burning and personal attack are a new resource of extending the tyrannous ideas from the previous regimes.

The law is purely arbitrary in Joe Bribe’em’s USA. The same people are in charge and again wanting to expand their power into Ukraine, Russia, and China. This makes old Joe a perfect foil. He has had a low intellect since birth and now dementia makes him far easier to manipulate. The corporate world has lined up for the mask mandate instructing the socialist government once again. Have we learned yet where these actions lead?

The technology and ability to control your life through corporate informants is rapidly becoming normal in our society. This is the last step before a total immersion in Russian, National, New Deal or Green New Deal socialist system control or whatever the current label is.

Diversity Is Not Our Strength — And The Lie Is Deliberate
Far from a strength, diversity in and of itself is at best a feature, and more often a weakness.

Christopher Bedford

By Christopher Bedford
AUGUST 17, 2021

Rumble video on website 45:42 min

Watch the video for a monologue version of this article, followed by an interview with David Azerrad, a professor of political theory and government at Hillsdale College’s campus in Washington, D.C. and a fierce defender of Western Civilization.

“Diversity is our strength.” You’ve heard it over and over again, and it seems simple enough. It doesn’t matter if it’s not true; it’s a basic feel-goodism — the kind of phrase that adorns the kitschy signs Bed Bath and Beyond sells for people to hang in their kitchen. A “live, laugh, love” sort of thing. If only.

Rather, in America today, “Diversity is our strength” is a commanding ethos: It governs the minds of the Joint Chiefs, it informs the decisions of our top policymakers, it drives the campaigns of the political left, it animates the activities of the activist left, and it’s scribbled on the chalkboards of our children’s schools.

The idea is not entirely without merit, and there’s a case to be made for the whole thing, even if the case is fatally flawed — which it is.

Men and women, for example, need each other (despite what some women might have heard). Our differences complement each other literally perfectly.

The young grow stronger from the wisdom and leadership of the old, while the old benefit from the strength, vitality, and energy of the young.

The warrior needs the philosopher if the warrior is to be at his best, and the philosopher needs the warrior to guard the philosopher’s peace.

The soldiers fighting right now to bring their Afghan interpreters to America before they’re murdered by the Taliban can tell you a lot about the diversity of language, culture, and understanding those brave men brought to their units, and how it saved American lives over and over again.

Police officers patrolling an inward-facing neighborhood suspicious of outsiders benefit from colleagues who are from that community and, therefore, better understand and interact with its members.

Anyone who has raised, or helped to raise, a severely handicapped person knows that person needs them, but also, maybe, that they have been made better for it — more kind, more industrious, more caring, more understanding, more loving.

But is that all it takes, being different? Would a kid in a wheelchair, a skateboard punk, a nerd, an explorer, a tomboy, an older black kid, an older Hispanic kid, and a dog with a helmet make the perfect team? Maybe, but probably not — at least based solely on that description.

Would they make the perfect Burger King Kids Club? Well, they might.
The Burger King Kids Club. Burger King.

But how? What would bring them together? Do the things that make them different also unite them?

Yes, if you believe the simpleton slogans of the modern left, but in reality, the answer is no. Not one of those fictitious kids is brought together and made stronger simply because of his differences.

Rather, it is their shared values and purpose — or, the things that are the same, rather than those that are different or diverse — that unite them, bind them, and make them a club. In this case, it’s being kids who love adventure and cheeseburgers — these are what make them the Burger King Kids Club.

In real life, the differences between men and women can make us much weaker — just see the STD rate at The Villages or Texas Tech, or, joking aside, look at the global ravages of pornography and human trafficking, or the packed orphanages and abandoned women left behind a long military occupation. But brought together in a loving family with shared values and commitments, together we create the essential building blocks of society — we all get stronger.

The same goes for the young and the old, the able and disabled: They must be brought together first in shared purpose, and not simply left to manipulate or abuse the other, as is often the case when a stronger, governing principle is not present to overcome the differences in age, ability, and cunning.

The warrior and philosopher must be united in their love of their country and its people through a commitment to duty and shared sacrifice. We’ve felt for 20 long years what happens when the philosophers aren’t governed by the right ideas.

Similarly, many brave military men and women have died, led astray by locals who did not share their mission. And many neighborhoods have been let down — and police forces weakened — when fitness, intelligence, and a commitment to law and order are treated as secondary to identity politics.

Because, far from a strength, diversity in and of itself is at best a feature, and more often a weakness. For centuries past, successful military leaders understood this so implicitly they’d make their men wear the same uniforms, sleep in the same bunks or holes, share the same food, often follow the same grooming, and always answer to the same drills and the same orders at the same time. They made them one — a unit — and that made them stronger.

Today, those who preach the gospel of diversity, be it multiculturalism, critical race theory, or any other novel heresy, don’t care about what unifies us. Often, they resent it and instead actively promote what makes us different. Many times, they work to actively divide us.

And it’s working: In 2004, 74 percent of white Americans and 68 percent of black Americans told Gallup that race relations in America were good. This year, those numbers are 43 percent and 33 percent, respectively. It turns out that a decade and a half of relentlessly racializing every issue in American politics just made everyone feel less happy, less trusting, less like they are part of a unified American whole.

Our differences without unifying mores — an anthem, a language, a border, a history, a Constitution, a faith in God — make us weak, and this is deadly. Roger Scruton, one of the finest philosophers of the past half-century, explained the danger succinctly in the stirring and controversial BBC documentary “Rivers of Blood.”
All of us need an identity which unites us with our neighbors, our countrymen: those people who are subject to the same rules and the same laws as us, those people with whom we might one day have to fight side by side to protect our inheritance, those people with whom we will suffer when attacked, those people whose destinies are in some way tied up with our own.
So why would they preach otherwise? The correct answer, sadly, is the simplest: To make us weaker. The left is obsessed with making us weaker. A strong, united America is, in their minds, a great evil.

They love that a strong, united America once smashed fascism — that’s OK in their minds. But the patriotism, the religious values, the martial order, the industry, the mining — the things that propelled us to victory? They don’t want those.

They think it was just Rosie the Riveter girl-power liberation, or Mexican immigrants manning the jobs our boys left behind. Both of those contributed to the war effort, no doubt, but they contributed far more in the myth of World War II the left prefers over the reality.

In the 1940s, we were a strong country, and remember, the professional left hates our past. We know that because they tell us.

Their hatred of a strong America continues today. You might have noticed a strange statement last week from Jake Sullivan, the national security advisor to the White House. It started out simple enough: “Higher gasoline costs, if left unchecked, risk harming the ongoing global recovery.” Makes sense.

But that’s where it got weird, and in the following two paragraphs, Jake got on his knees and begged OPEC to sell us more oil. Remember OPEC? The ring of Arab oil-producing countries currently led by the Saudis? They’re in the news every now and then, when they make demands in return for sating America and the world’s endless oil addiction.

A couple of things stand out here. For one, why do we need oil from OPEC right now? It’s not 1973 anymore. When President Joe Biden came into office, we were energy self-reliant. The Trump administration had seen to that, but since coming into office our new president canceled all future contracts on federal lands and scuttled the Keystone Pipeline, which would have brought oil from Canada and supplied 11,000 American jobs in the process.

Why did they scuttle the pipeline? They claimed it was for global warming purposes — to fight climate change and such. That’s all good and great, but nothing about this actually reduced our need for oil, so here we are, seven months later, begging a cabal of Islamic fundamentalists to sell us more of it. Does it really make a difference to the atmosphere if the oil is pumped in foreign deserts versus the American heartland?

Or how about pumping it in Russia? That’s where the Nord Stream 2 pipeline begins, snaking all the way into Germany. The Biden administration removed Trump-era sanctions on it, allowing energy to flow into Europe in exchange for money flowing to the Kremlin.

So we’re fine with Saudi oil and we’re fine with Russian oil. Apparently, it’s just Canadian oil, finished in American factories, that we cannot abide. It’s almost like this isn’t about global warming at all. So what is it? Are we against American workers? Are we trying to punish the working class? Seems a stretch.

Are we just lying to naïve environmentalist voters? Well, yes, but there’s something else here, and it’s our elites’ distrust of America and their fervent wish for us to be at the mercy of the world. That way we can be nice players in the global community. That way things can become “equitable.”

“This,” former Sen. Jim DeMint wrote last week, “is a design feature, not a flaw of the socialists’ plans. They want us dependent on others. [The] Socialist left doesn’t believe in borders, sovereignty, independence or the American way of life.”

It’s why they hated America First then, and it’s why they’re America Last now.

They won’t stop — they’re committed. So long as we are strong, they cannot win. But there’s a snag in their plan, and it’s that we are a strong people, often united, who can once again be healed.

You can see it in the Americans who donated more than $30 million to Barstool Sports’ fund for businesses damaged by coronavirus lockdowns.

You can see it in the joy of Olympian Tamyra Mensah-Stock, who after winning a gold medal used her moment to say how much she loved living in America. “I went into a trance and God just spoke through me,” she later said. “I know there’s a lot of negativity going on, and I just want to enlighten people of my feelings to spread positivity, and it happened.”

And you can see it in the crowds of people all over the country who are turning out to demand that their public schools be kept free of mind-destroying racist poison.

In Loudoun Country, Virginia, hundreds of parents turned out, and the terrified school board declared a riot rather than face them.

In Philadelphia, a Chinese immigrant mother compared the new race politics to the Cultural Revolution she remembered in China, the one where students were taught to hate and kill their teachers, their bosses, their religious leaders, and even their parents.

In Florida, there was black mother Keisha King, who pointed out how racist it is to teach any ideology that declares some races to be perpetual oppressors and others to be perpetual victims.

A lot of these folks aren’t very political — they definitely aren’t the same Tea Party activists from a decade ago. These are Americans who don’t want their country to be torn apart by hate. And if we stand with them, and understand what the left is doing and why, we may save this nation yet.

Most Democrats and liberals don’t think about a lot of these things. In reality, only a relatively small cadre of Americans are ideologically compelled to hate this country, hate white people, hate Christians, and hate straight men; but they are a vocal minority, and their voices dominate our society at every single level.

But remember: The Russian Revolution didn’t succeed because the majority of the country took arms against the tsars for Bolshevism; the American Revolution didn’t succeed because a majority of the country fought to overthrow the British and declare independence. In both cases, as in most, loud and fanatically committed minorities changed the world — and it could happen here.

But there are weaknesses: For one, their ideas don’t work, and for another, they habitually overreach. Combined, these two weaknesses might have awakened the American public — and no revolution can succeed without at least the tolerance of the communities from which it is launched.

Evil ideas doomed to fail will fail, but they can destroy whole countries before they do. Let’s not let that happen to us, because our world, our inheritance, and our children’s inheritance is right here, right now — and it needs us if it is to survive.

BREAKING: Arkansas AG Confirms Anti-White CRT Propaganda Violates The Civil Rights Act And The U.S. Constitution

"Although the First Amendment protects individual expression, it does not immunize a person or educational institution from violating others' rights under Title VI, the Equal Protection Clause, or the Arkansas Constitution by engaging in prohibited race-based practices."

BREAKING: Arkansas AG Confirms Anti-White CRT Propaganda Violates The Civil Rights Act And The U.S. Constitution
Image: Flickr/Gage Skidmore

Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge confirmed in a statement released on Monday that anti-White, racemongering propaganda -often described colloquially as critical race theory – violates the Civil Rights Act and the U.S. Constitution, as well as the Arkansas Constitution.

In a response to a question posed by State Rep. Mark Lowery (R), Rutledge wrote, “This letter is in response to your request for an opinion regarding the legality of introducing critical race theory and professed ‘antiracism’ in Arkansas public schools and universities. In this regard, you have asked the following question: Does the introduction of practices based on ‘antiracism’ and critical race theory in Arkansas public schools and universities violate Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, Article II of the Arkansas Constitution, or other applicable nondiscrimination laws

“The answer to your question is yes,” Rutledge stated. “With certain qualifications set forth below, instituting practices based on critical race theory, professed ‘antiracism,’ or associated ideas can violate Title VI , the Equal Protection Clause, and Article II of the Arkansas Constitution.”

After citing legal precedent for the view that anti-White CRT violates Vl, the statement concluded, “Consequently, although the First Amendment protects individual expression, it does not immunize a person or educational institution from violating others’ rights under Title VI, the Equal Protection Clause, or the Arkansas Constitution by engaging in prohibited race-based practices. For these reasons, and with the qualifications set forth above, instituting practices based on critical race theory, professed ‘antiracism,’ or associated ideas can violate Title VI, the Equal Protection Clause, and Article II of the Arkansas Constitution.”

The statement, which took a decidedly moderate and liberal stance on anti-White CRT, nonetheless engendered tears of rage among online leftists, who insist that institutionalizing discrimination against White people is essential to the well-being of the country.

CRT PUSHBACK: Black Academics Blast Racial Grievance Curriculum … Offer An Alternative
Written by Wes Walker on August 17, 2021

The group that has come together to fight for American students to get a quality education, rather than a crash course in Marxist grievance doctrines is called ‘1776 Unites’.

They have no intentions of standing back and ceding ground to radical racists hellbent on hijacking our school systems.

They have joined the public pushback against Critical Race theory — and the various parallel agendas — that have increasingly become the flashpoint in schools in the last couple of years, even more so with the rise of the New York Times’ latest subversive enterprise, the 1619 Project whose author was very pleased to see ‘1619’ spraypainted on the handiwork of vandals through the uprisings and monument destruction through the summer of 2020.

While the supposed Paper of Record — whose own history of cooperating with Nazis to suppress the holocaust story, and cooperating with Stalin to suppress reporting of the orchestrated starvation of millions of Ukrainians in an event in history known as the Holodomor — does its part to subvert America, another group is working hard to promote the parts of American history that race-hustlers would have us forget.

While so many letters just offer complaints, this one offers solutions. Here is an excerpt from the letter:
We propose including in your schools’ offerings the Woodson Center’s 1776 Unites curricula, which map to Social Studies, English and Social/Emotional Learning standards. 1776 Unites offers authentic, motivating stories from American history that show what is best in our national character and what our freedom makes possible even in the most difficult circumstances.

The curricula maintain a special focus on stories that celebrate black excellence, reject victimhood culture, and showcase the millions of African Americans who have prospered by embracing their country’s founding ideals. The lessons have been downloaded more than 17,000 times across all 50 states.

The Woodson Center’s 1776 Unites curriculum is grounded in essential American values, upholding:

Continuity, not rupture. 1776 Unites confronts the realities of slavery and racism in American history while also recognizing them as betrayals of our founding’s highest principles. Leaders like Thomas Jefferson are celebrated in our history despite, not because of, their personal and political failings. The struggle of Americans to rise and realize our own values is part of our story—and always has been.

Dignity, not grievance. While dealing frankly with the grim realities of racial segregation, 1776 Unites also shows how black Americans have seized their own destiny and flourished despite harsh restrictions, as demonstrated by the development of nearly 5,000 rural schoolhouses overseen by Booker T. Washington and Julius Rosenwald. These schools became sources of local pride and helped close the white-black learning gap.

Resilience, not fragility. Knowing the achievements of the past helps students better understand their responsibilities as American citizens. A lesson on the “Woodson Principles,” which celebrate individual responsibility and strength in the face of adversity, asks students to draw vital support from family, faith, community, and participation in civic life.
The full letter can be read here.

The letter closes with an invitation…

We invite all those who are committed to quality education and fostering a genuine interest among our young people in how inspiring lessons from our past can inform our path forward to contact us at 1776 Unites (educate@1776unites.com), and to view and download our free lessons here.
We encourage our readers to check it out and to pass it along to anyone you know who might be interested in this content, whether as an educator, a school board trustee, a concerned parent, or a local activist.

Those who would work like hell to subvert our country are counting on the indifference of those who would sit in comfort and merely complain about it.

According to a press release from the Great American Patriot Project PAC, they have compiled and released a database to track Critical Race Theorists across America.

In addition to users being able to check the thousands of names already in the database, they are also able to report CRT in their own communities. The information was sourced from the original database of Critical Race Theorists from a petition in support of CRT published online by The Zinn Project, an offshoot of an educational non-profit with anarchist and socialist roots.

“The idea for this effort came after a leftist educational non-profit with anarchist and Marxist roots released the results of their online petition to send Critical Race Theory into our schools. Those who signed the petition were made aware that this data would be made public, so we are not revealing private information in any way. The list includes educators, school administrators, college professors, and community activists lobbying for CRT,” said Phillips.
“We intend on thoroughly reviewing all new submissions and relying on publicly available data to match them to the verified identities of real people. The parents of America deserve to know if their children’s minds are being poisoned by the racist ideologies that are part of Critical Race Theory,” said Alex Phillips, who founded the Great American Patriot Project.
Critical Race Theory has become a flashpoint issue for millions of parents, who are furious that the racist teachings are flooding into the classrooms and teaching their children to hate certain groups of people based on their racial background. The United States Armed Forces has also been infected by CRT, with Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley testifying proudly before congress about CRT being part of the training for the military and whining about so-called “white rage.”

A Space Force Unit Commander was even removed from his post earlier this year for calling out Marxist teachings in the armed forces. CRT is a notable tenet of Marxist ideologies.

Thousands of names are already included in the database according to Phillips. They were originally sourced from an online petition from The Zinn Education Project, which published not only the names and cities the signers were from, but also comments from the educators and activists obsessed with bringing anti-white hatred into the classroom.

And some of those comments are absolutely insane!
“As a white teacher of black and brown high poverty students it is vital that I acknowledge the degree to which all white people are marinated in racism from the moment of their birth, and the degree to which racism is interwoven into every aspect of our country’s history. You can’t lie to students about history just to ensure that one group of privileged students feels good about themselves,” proclaimed Ruth Richardson, who claims to be an educator based out of Pasadena, California.
Another from Seth Kahn, who also claims to be a teacher from West Chester, Pennsylvania stated the following.
“I don’t want there to be any secret about the fact that I’m committed to racial justice (and all forms of anti-bigotry) in my teaching.”
While the Democrats have regularly utilized databases to track people who they claim to be fascists or white supremacists (and we know they think any Trump or America First supporter falls into those categories), the conservative establishment has simply used abhorrent things like CRT for political posturing and little else.

The Expose Critical Race Theory Project seems to be the first instance of a group actually committed to America First and President Trump’s legacy taking meaningful action to protect children from being browbeaten in the classroom with Marxist ideologies like CRT.

You can view the database at exposecriticalracetheory.org, where you can search the current submissions and even submit CRT supporters in your communities to be added to the list.

UPDATE: The district has announced on Wednesday that their investigation has concluded and the teacher is no longer employed.

A Utah teacher has been placed on administrative leave after she was filmed going on a crazy unhinged political rant and threatening students who do not agree with her far-left ideology.

The Lehi High School teacher threatened to open a “can of whoop ass” on students and “make their lives a living hell” if they did not fall in line with her beliefs. She also threatened to make fun of them if they expressed views they disagreed with.

“Most of y’all parents are dumber than y’all, I’m going to say that out loud,” the teacher ranted after declaring how much she hates former President Donald Trump and people who won’t get vaccinated. “You don’t have to do everything your parents say and you don’t have to believe everything your parents believe.”

She also tells the students in the video, “If you don’t believe in climate change, get the hell out” and “if you’re a homophobe, get out.”

“This is my classroom and if you guys are going to put me at risk, you’re going to hear about it. Because I have to be here, I don’t have to be happy about the fact that there’s kids coming in here with their variants that could possibly get me or my family sick, that’s rude.”

The teacher claimed that even if the students told the administration about what she was saying, nothing would be done to her. However, she has now been placed on administrative leave by the Alpine School District over the shocking comments she made in the video.

“We became aware late this afternoon of an incident that took place today in one of our high school classrooms. An immediate investigation ensued,” the school district said in a statement.”The employee has been put on administrative leave pending a thorough investigation. This behavior is inappropriate, not reflective of the professional conduct and decorum we expect of our teachers, and will not be tolerated.”

Local station KSLTV reports that “the clip was posted on rumble.com by Eric Moustos, a former Salt Lake City police officer who resigned after he objected to riding a motorcycle through the city’s gay pride parade in June 2014. More recently, Moustos has spearheaded the Utah Business Revival, which held large rallies in 2020 to protest government restrictions amid the coronavirus pandemic. The clip is all that Moustos released and it’s unclear what happened before or after the recording.”

One really good ass whipping would cure this one.

Top Google Engineer Abandons Company, Reveals Big Tech Rewrote Algos To Target Trump

WEDNESDAY, AUG 18, 2021 - 06:30 PM
Authored by Kipp Jones via The Western Journal (emphasis ours),

A Big Tech whistleblower said Google altered its algorithm in order to ensure that negative stories from the establishment media about former Present Donald Trump were what people saw when using the highest-trafficked website on the internet.

Zach Vorhies, who previously worked for Google, said in an interview with The Epoch Times that the tech titan specifically tailored its news algorithm to harm the former president.

Vorhies has written a book about his experience working at Google. He said he wanted to “take conspiracy theory and turn it into conspiracy fact” by sharing the practices he saw as a longtime former employee, working on both Google and YouTube projects.

“People kind of suspect this is happening. That certain keywords trigger things within the algorithm … That is actually happening,” he told the Times, noting that newly written stories about Trump were digitally married with older ones to ensure they remained at the top of search results.

“They actually have that. They show like a graph, a tree, and they say actually this forms a super-story that spans eight days,” he said.

“So, with the Trump/[former FBI Director James] Comey thing, they’re able to keep the stories boosted all the way at the top because the algorithm was able to fold a news story into the stories that were preceding it in the last five days,” Vorhies added.

“They allowed the mainstream media to structure their stories so that they could remain at the top of their search index, of their news index,” he continued.

Vorhies’ new book is called “Google Leaks: A Whistleblower’s Exposé of Big Tech Censorship.” The book dropped earlier this month.

“The madness of Big Tech and their attempt to mold our reality into a version compatible with their globalist view of the world has never been portrayed better than in this chilling account by Google whistleblower,” the book’s listing on Amazon states.

“As a senior engineer at Google for many years, Zach was aware of their bias, but watched in horror as the 2016 election of Donald Trump seemed to drive them into dangerous territory. The American ideal of an honest, hard-fought battle of ideas — when the contest is over, shaking hands and working together to solve problems — was replaced by a different, darker ethic alien to this country’s history,” the description adds.

Vorhies said he left Google in 2019 with 950 pages of internal documents and gave them to the Justice Department.

It is unclear what, if anything, the DOJ did with those documents.

Vorhies also made the documents public with the help of Project Veritas in 2019.

The former employee previously told Project Veritas and founder James O’Keefe how he was able to get ahold of the documents from his former employer in 2019.

“These documents were available to every single employee within the company that was full time. And so as a full-time employee at the company, I just searched for some keywords, and these documents started to pop up,” he said.

“And so once I started finding one document and started finding keywords for other documents and I would enter that in and continue this cycle until I had a treasure trove and archive of documents that clearly spelled out the system, what they’re attempting to do in very clear language,” he concluded.

Vorhies spoke at the Conservative Political Action Conference earlier this year, alongside O’Keefe and Project Veritas.

Google, Facebook and the Big Tech oligarchs represent the Trojan horse for totalitarianism,” he said.
