President Joe Biden’s brother Frank promoted his relationship to the commander-in-chief in an Inauguration Day advertisement for the law firm he advises.

Frank Biden is a non-attorney senior advisor for the Berman Law Group. The firm is based in Boca Raton, Florida. Its ad featuring Frank Biden was printed in the Jan. 20 edition of the Daily Business Review, which is also based in Florida.

The ad focuses on a lawsuit the firm is leading against a group of Florida sugar cane companies. It features a photo of Frank Biden, along with quotes regarding his relationship with the incoming president and the family name.

In an email to CNBC, Frank Biden said he has not used his brother’s name to gain clients.

“I have never used my brother to obtain clients for my firm. Our firm has long been involved [with] this lawsuit. Social justice is something I have been involved in for years,” Frank Biden said. “I will never be employed by any lobbyist or lobbying firm.”

After CNBC emailed the co-founders of the firm, Matthew Moore, one of Berman Law Group’s attorneys, responded on the office’s behalf. CNBC had asked the firm whether Frank Biden will be continuing to use the Biden name in future ads while his brother is president, among other questions. The firm’s response did not provide answers to those questions.

“Frank Biden has been with the Berman Law Group for years. He is a champion for social justice, advocating against corporate behemoths that prey on the little guy,” Moore said in an email. “The big sugar case has been around for more than 2 years and is the poster child for corporate influence. We are honored to have Frank Biden stand with us as leaders for social justice,” he added.

A White House spokeswoman did not respond to a request for comment.
After publication of this story, a Biden White House official told CNBC that the president’s name should not be used in any commercial activities in a way that suggests a form of endorsement or support.

“It is this White House’s policy that the President’s name should not be used in connection with any commercial activities to suggest, or in any way that could reasonably understood to imply, his endorsement or support,” the official told CNBC late Wednesday.

The focus of the ad is to promote the firm’s work on a class-action lawsuit against a group of sugar cane growers in southern Florida. The ad and Biden himself highlight the relationship to his brother, who is now the president, as a reason to work with the firm.

“The two Biden brothers have long held a commitment to pushing environmental issues to the forefront; the president-elect has vowed to rejoin the Paris Agreement and wants to set ambitious greenhouse gas reduction targets, for example,” the ad in the paper says.

“My brother is a model for how to go about doing this work,” Frank Biden says in the ad. “One of his central tenets is that one should never question another man’s or woman’s motives or assign blame to them. That way, you avoid creating a disparity that prevents any kind of coming together. You can of course question someone’s judgement, and that’s what we’re doing by bringing this to court.”

The ad suggests that the firm hired Frank Biden due to the “Biden reputation for and motivation to engage in philanthropic, social and environmental issues that presented themselves.”

It then lists the 800 phone number for the firm, along with contact information for Frank Biden and the firm’s founders. Beyond class-action suits, the firm’s website says, it specializes in corporate law, real estate law and government relations, among others.

This isn’t the first time Frank Biden has touted his family name while his brother was in a position of power.

ABC News detailed earlier last year many of the occasions that he used his name to assist companies and groups associated with him. In 2011, Frank Biden invoked his last name when his brother was vice president.

Politico and other outlets reported during the 2020 presidential election about other attempts by members of the Biden family, including the president’s son Hunter and his other brother, James, to use their last name during business opportunities. Hunter Biden announced in December that he was under investigation for his “tax affairs” by federal prosecutors in Delaware.

The Jan. 20 ad featuring Frank Biden raised some concerns among political ethics experts.

Richard Painter, chief White House ethics lawyer in the George W. Bush administration, said that while Frank Biden has the right to promote the Biden name, it’s not a great look for him or the administration.

Painter said that either Biden or administration officials should encourage Frank Biden not to use their name and make the message clear to senior officials not to engage with him.

“The Biden White House has to have a very strict protocol on the using of the Biden name,” Painter told CNBC in an interview Wednesday. “Brothers, law firm associates and anyone else who is using the Biden name should not be contacting the president or anyone else working with the president.”

When he worked in the Bush administration, Painter said, he worked as part of a team of lawyers who contacted legal representatives for Bush family members and associates to encourage them not to use their last name for business purposes.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson reported a former business partner of Hunter Biden’s criminal defense attorney has been picked as a top Justice Department official in President Biden’s new administration.

It has already been revealed that Nicholas McQuaid, a former federal prosecutor, was picked as acting chief of the Justice Department’s criminal division. Hunter Biden confirmed in early December, after his father won the 2020 election, that he was under federal investigation.

Carlson said on his show Friday night that McQuaid worked with Christopher Clark as partners at Latham & Watkins and worked on cases together right until McQuaid took the job at the Justice Department.

Biden Inc: Hunter Biden Still Reportedly Holds 10 Percent Stake in Chinese Firm; Non-Attorney Frank Biden Shilling for Florida Law Firm

By Debra Heine
ag-mark_90833ec2.svg

January 29, 2021
Members of the Biden clan appear to be continuing their influence peddling operations post Inauguration Day.

Hunter Biden reportedly still holds a 10 percent stake in a Chinese private equity firm even though his father promised during his presidential campaign that no one in his family would engage in foreign business if he became president. Meanwhile, Joe Biden’s younger brother Frank Biden is brazenly exploiting his ties to the Biden administration to shill for a Florida-based law firm.

Multiple reports in December suggested that the younger Biden was in the process of offloading his stake in the firm, BHR Partners, but according to the Daily Caller, Chinese business records show otherwise.
… Hunter Biden continues to hold his equity stake in BHR through his company, Skaneateles LLC, as of Wednesday, according to Qixinbao and Baidu, two independent services that provide business records on Chinese corporations based on China’s National Credit Information Publicity System.
Hunter Biden is the sole beneficial owner of Skaneateles LLC, according to Washington D.C. corporate records.
BHR manages the equivalent of $2.1 billion in assets and is co-owned by the Chinese state-controlled Bank of China.
Hunter Biden’s lawyer, George Mesires, said in October of 2019 that Hunter had not profited off his investment in BHR, but emails found on Hunter Biden’s laptop show that “he was told on multiple occasions by his business partner Eric Schwerin that he would begin receiving significant payments from the firm beginning in 2019,” according to the Daily Caller.
Mesires also said in the October 2019 statement that Hunter Biden would step down from his position on BHR’s board of directors, a move that President Joe Biden lauded as a representation of “the kind of man of integrity he is.”
Six months later, BHR’s business records indicated that Hunter Biden did leave the board.

Joe Biden repeatedly pledged during the election campaign that no one in his family would engage in foreign business if he was elected president.

“No one in my family will have an office in the White House, will sit in on meetings as if they are a cabinet member, will, in fact, have any business relationship with anyone that relates to a foreign corporation or a foreign country,” Joe Biden told reporters in Iowa. “Period. Period. End of story.”

Biden took the opportunity to project his family’s record of influence peddling onto the Trump family during an Axios interview on HBO: “They will not be engaged in any foreign business because of what’s happened in this administration.”

American Greatness reported in October that federal prosecutors opened a criminal investigation into Hunter Biden and his business associates focused on money-laundering, and that it remained “open and active.”

In December, Hunter confirmed to the corporate media (which had ignored the story during the campaign) that he had indeed been notified that the feds were investigating his “tax affairs.”

Joe Biden’s younger brother Francis W “Frank” Biden meanwhile promoted his relationship with Joe Biden in an Inauguration Day advertisement for the Berman Law Group based in Boca Raton, Florida.

Frank Biden, who is listed as a non-attorney senior adviser for Berman, was featured in the firm’s ad in the Daily Business Review. In the ad, Frank Biden unabashedly touted his relationship with the new president and their family name.

“My brother is a model for how to go about doing this work,” Frank Biden said in the ad, according to CNBC. “One of his central tenets is that one should never question another man’s or woman’s motives or assign blame to them. That way, you avoid creating a disparity that prevents any kind of coming together. You can, of course, question someone’s judgment, and that’s what we’re doing by bringing this to court.”

In an email to CNBC, Biden denied cashing in on his brother’s status.

“I have never used my brother to obtain clients for my firm. Our firm has long been involved [with] this lawsuit. Social justice is something I have been involved in for years,” Frank Biden said. “I will never be employed by any lobbyist or lobbying firm.”

In reaction to the ad, Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) told Fox News host Maria Bartiromo Thursday night that “‘Biden Inc.’ is still in business.”

“What does a ‘senior non-attorney advisor’ do in a law firm?” Johnson asked rhetorically. “He makes connections, he peddles his influence.”

The Senator went on to say that he finds Hunter Biden’s continued 10 percent stake in BHR to be “troubling.”

“I hope that’s not true because that raises so many counterintelligence, extortion types of threats,” he said. “Biden Inc. is back in business if it ever went out, and I don’t think it did.”

IMHO - The Biden Crime Family is in the same vein as the Clinton Crime Family. It is clear they were selling access to Joe and that Joe was using his power and influence as "purchased" by others - such as Soros, the Ukrainian oligarch, the CCP. Hunter was his bag man.

It is obvious Joe was using his Cancer Foundation to launder money. He has shielded his library under the University of Delaware (sp?) That is one of the vehicles Hillary used.

Joe's a liar and a crook. Now, he is an empty sock puppet with Obama/Soros, the Atlantic Council, the Media, the Wall Street Oligarchy and China's hand up his bum.

The Whole Biden Family Made Money with Chinese Deals – Hunter Biden Still Has Business in China

By Joe Hoft

Hunter Biden wouldn’t have a dime if his dad wasn’t a corrupt politician.

We’ve reported extensively on Hunter Biden’s corrupt dealings in China:

Hunter had numerous dealings with the Chinese:

Hunter and the whole family, including his dad, made money in China:

According the Daily Mail three days ago Hunter is still involved in China:
Hunter Biden continues to hold a 10% stake in the Chinese private equity firm BHR Partners, Chinese business records show, despite multiple reports from December suggesting he was divesting his position in the company.
Both the Daily Mail and Fox News reported in late December that Hunter Biden was in the process of offloading his stake in BHR. Both outlets cited an unnamed source with Hunter Biden and his business dealings.

But Hunter Biden continues to hold his equity stake in BHR through his company, Skaneateles LLC, as of Wednesday, according to Qixinbao and Baidu, two independent services that provide business records on Chinese corporations based on China’s National Credit Information Publicity System.
Hunter Biden is the sole beneficial owner of Skaneateles LLC, according to Washington D.C. corporate records.
What are the odds that this is ever addressed by our FBI?

Biden Secretary of State Pick Caught on Hunter’s Laptop, Linked To Chinese Funding

Tony Blinken Under The Microscope

Biden Secretary of State Pick Caught on Hunter’s Laptop, Linked To Chinese Funding

Tony Blinken, the Biden administration’s nominee for Secretary of State, managed a Joe Biden project that received millions of anonymous Chinese donor dollars. Blinken appeared a handful of times in emails found on Hunter Biden’s laptop agreeing to advise Hunter Biden when Hunter worked at the scandal-plagued firm Rosemont Seneca Partners. The Obama State Department set up a meeting between Hunter and Blinken which was postponed, and the two met two months later in 2015.

Hunter Biden coordinated introductions between Blinken and his associates, and Blinken was named in an email in connection to a shady prospective deal involving the federal government and Amtrak, a company that previously had Hunter Biden on its board. NATIONAL FILE, which obtained most of the contents of Hunter’s laptop, features the most relevant Tony Blinken-Hunter Biden emails below.

Will these issues complicate Blinken’s bid to become Joe Biden’s Secretary of State? Blinken sat for his confirmation hearing, where he counted neocon support including from Lindsey Graham. But Blinken has yet to be confirmed by the Senate. Blinken’s nomination heads to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Monday with a confirmation vote this week. Blinken’s link to Biden’s China dealings is especially concerning.

Blinken served as managing director of the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement, founded in 2018 at the University of Pennsylvania by Joe Biden ahead of his presidential run. National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC) submitted a complaint obtained by NATIONAL FILE highlighting the organization’s China funding.

“NLPC filed a major complaint with the Department of Education earlier this year demanding that the University of Pennsylvania and its Penn Biden Center disclose the identity of $22 million in anonymous Chinese donations since 2017, including a single eye-popping donation of $14.5 million given on May 29, 2018, shortly after the opening of the Biden Center in Washington, DC,” NLPC stated.

“If Joe Biden and Tony Blinken don’t explain their cozy relationship with Communist China through the Biden Center, any FBI background investigation and Senate confirmation hearing must get to the bottom of this secret money connection,” NLPC Chairman Peter Flaherty stated.

“Not surprisingly, the Penn Biden Center has yet to criticize Communist China for its pandemic coverup for the coronavirus, co-hosting Penn’s China Research Symposium earlier this year where the keynote speaker was China’s top diplomat in New York. Yet, it has no qualms publicly attacking NATO allies Hungary and Poland for taking strong efforts to control the spread of the virus as being undemocratic even though US governors have exercised similar emergency powers,” NLPC counsel Paul Kamenar stated.

Former Business Partner of Hunter Biden’s Criminal Defense Attorney Is Picked for a Top Justice Department Position

By Joe Hoft
Published January 31, 2021 at 1:33pm
Nickolas-McQuaid.jpg

The former business partner of Hunter Biden’s attorney has been picked as a top Justice Department official by the Biden Administration.

The news came out last week:

“On Jan. 21 of this year, the same day Nicholas McQuaid was featured in the Justice Department press release, Latham & Watkins filed a motion in court to withdraw McQuaid as an attorney [in a case] he was working on with Christopher Clark. So that means Joe Biden put at the head of the criminal division the partner of the guy his son had hired to defend him against the criminal division. Whoa,” Carlson said.
“We reached out to the Justice Department for a comment on this,” Carlson added. “They refused to say whether McQuaid would recuse himself for matters involving Hunter Biden and his former partner, who is representing Hunter Biden. It’s all pretty amazing. Another reminder, there’s a lot going on within the Biden family.”
Law.com refers to the new position as follows:
Nicholas McQuaid, a former federal prosecutor in Manhattan who served as a White House lawyer during the Obama presidency, has been named the acting leader of the U.S. Justice Department’s criminal division, a role that will come with oversight of the Biden administration’s early white-collar enforcement efforts and the ongoing crackdown on coronavirus-related fraud, according to people familiar with the move.
Nothing to see here. Move along.

Hunter Biden Has A New Business Venture, And It Involves A Partner With Ties To China

by Martin Walshabout 10 hours agoupdated about 7 hours ago
hunter-biden.png

Hunter Biden is planning his next move and like so many of his previous business deals, this one has ties to China.

Hunter, who has been an embarrassment for his father, is planning a new career path as an artist and his partner, who was once accused of defrauding an investor, has ties to a communist nation, The Daily Mail reported.

The 50-year-old son of Joe Biden has been traveling back and forth between Washington, DC, and a 2,000-square-foot Hollywood Hills home in California, while consulting with lawyers and creating his artwork, according to the New York Post.

Hunter is said to be in the midst of preparing to show his work with NYC art dealer Georges Berges, who opened his Soho gallery, George Berges Gallery, in 2015.

Berges’ roster of artists includes Sylvester Stallone and Bahraini royal family member, Sheikh Rashid Al Khalifa.

The gallery owner was accused of defrauding an investor in 2016 and settled the case in 2018.

In 1998, he was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and making ‘terrorist threats’ in California, serving 90 days in jail and receiving 36-month probation.

Sounds like a fantastic business partner, doesn’t he? But wait, it gets better.

Berges has frequently displayed art by Chinese artists and said he was enthusiastic about the prospect of opening galleries in Beijing and Shanghai.

Of course, that should work well for Biden who, The Post noted, still has “business interests in a billion-dollar Chinese investment firm.”

And the home in which he is staying in California is connected to Shane Khoh, a real estate investor and CEO of SXU Investment Holdings LLC.

Khoh is also on the board of Siong Heng Realty Pte Ltd., which is a Singapore-based real estate holding company.

“I have nothing to say about Hunter Biden. I have no comment,” Khoh said when asked about his relationship with Hunter Biden by the New York Post.

The younger Biden is certainly not hurting for cash as his rent is said to be around $12,000 a month and he is riding around in a car with an approximate retail value of $90,000, a Porsche Panamera.

That could be because his 10 percent stake in the Chinese investment firm is paying him some handsome dividends.

“It’s like a lottery ticket he has in his hand with a 10 percent stake in a company worth billions,” a source told The Post. “Just imagine if that company is worth $2 billion, Biden takes home $200 million.”

“Hunter Biden’s tangled web of shell companies, LLCs, investment vehicles, and options agreements make it virtually impossible to know where he is getting income from,” Thomas Anderson, director for the National Legal Policy Center, said.

But hey, perhaps he just wants to sell art to rich people for funsies?

“We highly doubt, however, a career as an artist will do anything more than act as a vehicle to further shield where that income is coming from,” Anderson said of Biden’s new venture.

In a New York Times piece on his art from February 2020, however, Biden said he has another reason for being an artist.

Painting “is literally keeping me sane,” he said. “For years I wouldn’t call myself an artist. Now I feel comfortable saying it.”

Fitton: America Needs to Know the Truth About Biden Family’s Corruption

The Biden scandals didn’t disappear when Joe Biden entered the Oval Office, as I wrote in this op-ed for The Washington Times:
A president takes office amidst charges of family corruption and shady business dealings with a country connected to interfering in the very election that put him in the White House. Sound familiar?

The false narrative that Democrats concocted to hobble the Trump administration four years ago is now the real deal with Joe Biden and his family. And unlike President Trump, who faced unprecedented institutional resistance and Deep State resistance, President Biden can likely count on the Justice Department and the media to allow him to escape meaningful scrutiny.
Judicial Watch recently started a petition at Change.org asking the Department of Justice immediately to appoint a special counsel to investigate Biden family dealings in China, Ukraine and other countries.
There is substantial evidence, from documents and witness statements, that the Biden family, including President Joe Biden, may have been involved in criminal activity with foreign entities tied to Ukraine and China. In just a few days the petition has garnered nearly 200,000 signatures.
Judicial Watch uncovered documents that show even as far back as the Obama administration Russia-linked media in Ukraine were “trolling” Joe Biden over “his son’s business.” Mr. Biden’s son Hunter has acknowledged that he is the target of an FBI criminal investigation. Any investigation should involve alleged money laundering, influence peddling and tax violations among other shady activities.
A special counsel is required because the Justice Department and its FBI are conflicted in investigating any matters that could implicate the president and/or his immediate family in criminal activity. As Republican Sen. Tom Cotton of Arkansas said recently, “if there were ever circumstances that create a conflict of interest and call for a special counsel, that’s here.” Justice Department regulations that were abused to appoint a special counsel to harass then-President Trump actually do fairly apply to the Biden situation. A special counsel is required by Justice regulations when:
(a) That investigation or prosecution of that person or matter by a United States Attorney’s Office or litigating Division of the Department of Justice would present a conflict of interest for the Department or other extraordinary circumstances; and
(b) That under the circumstances, it would be in the public interest to appoint an outside Special Counsel to assume responsibility for the matter.
The matter is urgent. Americans just learned that communist China was actively involved in the 2020 presidential election. Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe, in a letter transmitted to Congress, concluded that “based on all available sources of intelligence, with definitions consistently applied, and reached independent of political considerations or undue pressure — that the People’s Republic of China sought to influence the 2020 U.S. federal elections.”

Chinese efforts to interfere in the 2020 election might have been better known before election days but for Deep State resistance. Intelligence Community Ombudsman Barry Zulauf found that CIA analysts were reluctant to reveal China’s malign actions because they were opposed to the Trump administration, and were “saying in effect, I don’t want our intelligence used to support those policies.” In fact, “strong efforts” were made last summer to suppress analysts who wanted to expose the full range of Chinese efforts to swing the election to Mr. Biden.

We are already seeing China indirectly benefitting from Biden policies. Cancelling the Keystone XL pipeline will divert Canadian oil west to the petroleum-hungry People’s Republic. Re-entering the Paris Climate Agreement gives political cover to China’s excessively polluting dirty coal industry, in which Hunter Biden is heavily invested. Mr. Biden’s State Department on Day One removed a page on its web site that contained a comprehensive assessment of the threats China poses to the U.S. and its allies, and an emboldened Beijing slapped outrageous sanctions on outgoing Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and 27 other former Trump officials. Does China have corrupt leverage over President Biden?

Given the years of investigations costing millions of dollars to delve into fake Russia collusion accusations against Trump world, the American people deserve to know what China was up to with Joe Biden, especially when Beijing had already shelled out millions of dollars to Biden family members — including millions in set-asides for “the big guy.” What else is on that infamous Hunter Biden laptop? The conflicted Biden Justice Department cannot be trusted to engage in any meaningful oversight on this issue. We need a special counsel now.

White House: Hunter Biden 'working to unwind' from joint venture with Communist Chinese government

"He's a private citizen," press secretary points out.

By Daniel Payne
Updated: February 7, 2021 - 3:32am

President Biden's son Hunter Biden is still "working to unwind" his financial investment in a venture with the Communist China government, White House press secretary Jen Psaki confirmed Friday.

Biden reportedly still owns a 10% stake in Bohai Harvest RST, a Chinese investment firm formed in partnership with Chinese state-owned entities. Asked about that arrangement, Psaki indicated that Biden was in the process of extricating himself from it.

"He has been working to unwind his investment," she said, "but I would certainly point you – he’s a private citizen. I would point you to him or his lawyers on the outside on any update."

In October, just prior to the election, President Biden had pledged that "no one in [his] family" would "have any business relationship with anyone that relates to a foreign corporation or a foreign country."

Hunter Biden's overseas business affairs came under close scrutiny during the 2020 presidential elections, particularly his high-paying board position, in part while his father was vice president, on the Burisma Holdings natural gas company in Ukraine.

Biden confirmed in December 2020 that he is under investigation by federal prosecutors in Delaware for his "tax affairs."

MORE CORRUPTION? Biden’s Son-in-Law in the Hot Seat Over Shady COVID-Related Investments

shutterstock_1848056101-1.jpg

Nashville, Tennessee / USA - October 22, 2020: US Election, Donald Trump, Joe Biden Presidential Debate on the Curb Event Center at Belmont University with Kristen Welker of NBC moderator

The Biden Crime Family is in the hot seat once again for their potentially corrupt abuse of political power in an attempt to line their own pockets with cash.

As we previously reported, Hunter Biden, Jim Biden and Frank Biden are all under investigation or facing ethical concerns for their potentially illegal behavior.

Now, President Joe Biden’s son-in-law Howard Krein, who is married to Ashley Biden, is facing ethical questions. Krein is the chief medical officer for StartUp Health, a healthcare venture capital firm.

Not too long ago, StartUp Health invested in a company called Yosi Health, a tech firm that creates technology that would help the United States’ coronavirus vaccine response. In December, the company urged StartUp Health to push their program in front of government officials.

Check out what ABC News reported:

During the 2020 presidential campaign, attention on the Biden family focused largely on his son, Hunter Biden. But experts say it is the president’s son-in-law who could present fresh ethical challenges for the new administration.

“Howard Krein is playing with fire,” said Meredith McGehee, the executive director of Issue One, a nonpartisan ethics watchdog group. “If he gets too close to that flame — if he is trying to either cash in on his relationship with the president, or he is trying to influence policy — the flame is going to get him. And it is not worth it to him or to Biden.”

A renowned Philadelphia-based head and neck surgeon who married Biden’s daughter Ashley in 2012, Krein helps oversee StartUp Health investments in hundreds of companies, including some hoping to break through with the federal agencies battling the global coronavirus pandemic.

Since 2011, when Krein founded the firm with his brother Steven Krein and veteran tech entrepreneur Unity Stoakes, Joe Biden has been an active supporter of the venture — headlining corporate conferences and inviting the company’s executives to the Oval Office to meet then-President Barack Obama.

When the COVID-19 crisis emerged during Biden’s bid for the White House, Krein stepped up in the spring to advise his father-in-law’s campaign in an unofficial role on potential pandemic response plans — an arrangement that garnered scrutiny at the time, given StartUp Health’s push to invest in firms that were looking to tailor products to help the pandemic response.

Now, with Biden in office, Krein’s involvement with StartUp Health has prompted more tough questions, ethicists and tech industry experts told ABC News. Among them: Should Krein advise companies backed by StartUp Health in their efforts to win lucrative government contracts? Should he weigh in with his father-in-law on policy decisions that may benefit those companies? And will he obtain sensitive government information that may help inform investment decisions?

General counsel at the nonpartisan Project on Government Oversight Scott Amey is sounding the alarm over Krein’s potentially corrupt activities.

“Dr. Krein presents an ethical dilemma because he’s being placed in a position where people want him to deliver access and information that will provide them with a competitive advantage,” said Amey.

“At the same time, Biden has to ensure that family and friends’ private matters don’t merge with official government actions,” Amey said. “This situation will take a good amount of transparency and oversight to ensure that lines are not crossed and that ethics standards are upheld.”

Joe Biden’s Son-In-Law Set To Cash In On Government Response To COVID-19

By Mike LaChance

Joe Biden’s family members are already cashing in on his presidency.

Biden’s son Hunter has a book deal for which he has already been advanced $2 million dollars, and his son-in-law is a chief officer of a company that stands to clean up on the government response to COVID-19.

It must be nice to have such connections.

ABC News reports:

As Biden’s son-in-law invests in COVID-19 response, questions of family and ethics could resurface
When the boutique tech firm Yosi Health developed software aimed at streamlining the nation’s coronavirus vaccine effort, CEO Hari Prasad sought help from one of its earliest investors — a company with a special government connection.
The investor was StartUp Health, and that special connection came through its chief medical officer, Howard Krein, who is married to President Joe Biden’s daughter.
That detail that was not lost on Yosi’s Prasad, who reached out to StartUp Health in December with a request to introduce their platform to government health officials.
“Our goal with StartUp Health is to leverage their relationships and work with state and federal agencies,” he explained in an interview with ABC News.
During the 2020 presidential campaign, attention on the Biden family focused largely on his son, Hunter Biden. But experts say it is the president’s son-in-law who could present fresh ethical challenges for the new administration.
The New York Post has more:
“Howard Krein is playing with fire,” Meredith McGehee, executive director of Issue One, a nonpartisan ethics watchdog group, told ABC News. “If he gets too close to that flame — if he is trying to either cash in on his relationship with the president, or he is trying to influence policy — the flame is going to get him. And it is not worth it to him or to Biden.”
In an interview earlier this month, the president vowed that family members will not be involved in foreign policy or government matters.
“We’re going to run this like the Obama-Biden administration. No one in our family and extended family is going to be involved in any government undertaking or foreign policy. And nobody has an office in this place,” Biden said in the interview.
Remember when Democrats falsely accused Trump’s family members of trying to get rich through his presidency?

They clearly don’t.

Report on Biden's Son-in-Law's Business Dealings Raises Significant Questions

By Jack Davis
Published February 11, 2021 at 2:08pm

A health technology venture capital firm led by President Joe Biden’s son-in-law is facing questions concerning its connection to the White House as it tries to help market software to track the government’s COVID-19 vaccine effort.

Howard Krein, who is married to Biden’s daughter, Ashley, is the chief medical officer for StartUp Health. Krein’s company was tapped by Yosi Health CEO Hari Prasad to connect the software developer with government officials, ABC News reported Tuesday.

“Our goal with StartUp Health is to leverage their relationships and work with state and federal agencies,” Prasad told the outlet.

Prior to his presidency, Biden was an active advocate for StartUp Health. When he was vice president, he brought company leaders into the White House for an Oval Office meeting with then-President Barack Obama.

He also made his support for the company very public.

“Changing the culture to vastly expand cooperation; that’s what attracts me to Startup Health — not just my incredible admiration for my son-in-law,” Biden said at the 2018 StartUp Health Festival in San Francisco, according to ABC News. “[Krein] is one of the finest men I’ve ever known in my life, and when a father-in-law says that you know it means something.”

Krein also was an adviser to his father-in-law’s presidential campaign.

1613263560777.png

The connections worry some.

And it is not worth it to him or to Biden,” she said.

Johannes Lenhard, a University of Cambridge ethics researcher, said the question going forward will be what Krein learns about the federal COVID-19 response plan before the general public knows the details and how he shares that information.

“This whole world is based on insider knowledge, and the information is not equally distributed,” Lenhard told ABC News. “A lot of stuff that would be totally outrageous in banking, like this idea of insider trading, is totally commonplace in venture capital. Every deal, in a sense, is based on specific information that an investor might have gotten from their network.”

White House spokesman Michael Gwin told ABC News that Biden “has set and maintained the highest ethical standards for himself, his administration, and those around him.”

“Any implication to the contrary is flatly untrue and unsupported by the facts,” Gwin said.
White House press secretary Jen Psaki has claimed there is “an absolute wall” between the president and any business interests linked to his family members, according to the Washington Examiner.

Other members of Biden’s family have stirred concerns with their business connections, most notably Biden’s son, Hunter, whose dealings in Ukraine and China have been investigated by a Senate committee and who is now being investigated by the U.S. attorney for Delaware.

Frank Biden, one of the president’s brothers, caused ripples when, on Inauguration Day, he released an advertisement that proclaimed his links to the new administration.

James Biden, another presidential brother, was quoted as telling investors in a now-defunct hedge fund, “We’ve got people all around the world who want to invest in Joe Biden.”

Although no wrongdoing was announced, James Biden became part of a criminal investigation into a Pennsylvania hospital network.

Scwheizer: Biden, Harris Families Have ‘Cultural History’ of ‘Cashing in’ on Family Name — ‘Semblance of Entitlement’

TRENT BAKER15 Feb 2021471

Monday on FNC’s “Fox & Friends,” Breitbart News senior contributor Peter Schweizer reacted to the report that White House aides are reportedly concerned about Vice President Kamala Harris’ niece Meena Harris profiting off of her aunt’s name and position because it would violate ethics rules.

Schweizer, who has long detailed President Joe Biden’s family’s corruption of profiting off of his name, said the Harris family also has a “cultural history” of “cashing in.” He added that if neither Biden nor Harris call off their family members, it “is absolutely going to continue.”

“Ultimately, it’s the principle — in this case, Vice President Harris or President Biden that have to lay down the law in their family,” Schweizer stated. “They are not going to pay attention to what a lawyer says. And in both instances, both with the Biden and the Harris families, you have this sort of cultural history of this kind of cashing in. And habits are hard to break. And oftentimes, political families feel a certain semblance of entitlements to be able to do these sorts of things. So, unless you get the President of the United States or the vice president explicitly calling off their families in public, this behavior is absolutely going to continue.”

According to Schweizer, “this is not a new area for the Harris family.”

“You know, the problem with ethics in Washington, D.C. is that the rules are written by the political figures themselves,” he asserted. “And so, when she says she’s going to uphold the legal and ethical standards as it relates to these areas, those are extremely loose standards. And that’s part of the problem. So, no, there are no repercussions. They are going to continue to do this. When Kamala Harris was attorney general of California, her husband ran a small law firm in Los Angeles. Some of his clients had matters before her office. And there’s evidence, some would argue, that they got favorable treatment.”

‘Team Biden’ Sought To Cultivate Ties To Businessman Who’s Now Awaiting Sentencing On Federal Charges

  • A Pakistani-American businessman awaiting sentencing on federal charges developed close ties to members of Joe Biden’s inner circle and met multiple times with him when he served as vice president, emails show.
  • A longtime aide to Biden urged Hunter Biden to cultivate a relationship with the businessman, Imaad Zuberi, and other major Democratic donors, in order to “pull them in a little closer to Team Biden,” one email shows.
  • Zuberi later met multiple times with Joe Biden, according to the emails. In one meeting, Zuberi told Saudi Arabia’s ambassador about Biden’s comments about the Iran nuclear deal.
  • Zuberi and two business partners also met with Joe Biden in November 2014 in Morocco, emails show.
After the presidential election in 2012, a longtime adviser to Joe Biden urged the then-vice president’s sons, Hunter and Beau, to cultivate relationships with a group of wealthy political donors in order to “pull them in a little closer to Team Biden,” according to an email obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

One of the sought-after donors was Imaad Zuberi, a politically-connected Pakistani-American businessman now awaiting sentencing on charges of tax evasion, obstruction, campaign finance violations and foreign agent violations.

Federal prosecutors have accused Zuberi of using millions of dollars in political contributions — many of them illegal — to cozy up to both Democratic and Republican politicians to help his personal business interests and to strengthen his ties to multiple foreign governments.

Whether Hunter Biden developed a relationship with Zuberi is unclear from the emails obtained by the DCNF. But the jet-setting businessman did have subsequent meetings with Joe Biden, including one in Beverly Hills in 2014 in which the pair discussed Saudi Arabia’s concerns with U.S. negotiations over the Iran nuclear deal.

Zuberi reported details of the conversation back to Saudi Arabia’s ambassador, according to communications released as part of Zuberi’s criminal case last year.

Zuberi and two of his business associates also met with Joe Biden in Morocco in November 2014, according to Obama White House emails released last week in Zuberi’s case.

“Here are your business partner’s photos with The Vice President of the United States of America,” reads the email, which included a photo of Biden with Zuberi and his two business partners.

Prosecutors published the photo but blacked out the two Zuberi associates. They are also not identified in other court documents.

According to Obama White House records, Biden met with Morocco’s King Mohammed VI and spoke at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Marrakesh during the trip.

Email cited in court documents in the case of Imaad Zuberi

The email is part of a trove of records released last week as part of Zuberi’s criminal case that shows he rubbed shoulders with prominent Democrats and Republicans while he worked on business deals in Libya, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, Bahrain and Pakistan.

Prosecutors released other photos of Zuberi posing with Hillary and Bill Clinton, as well as with former Reps. Eliot Engel and Ed Royce, a Democrat and Republican, respectively.

Zuberi, who lives in Arcadia, California, also worked his way into Joe Biden’s inner circle through Fran Person, who served as a close personal aide to Biden until 2014.

Politico reported Friday that Zuberi sent messages on an encrypted phone app to an associate discussing an initiative involving Person to help Libyan government officials access more than $30 billion that had been frozen after the 2011 ouster of Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi.

Screen-Shot-2021-02-14-at-11.23.38-AM.jpg

Politico noted that unfreezing the assets would have required U.S. government approval.

Zuberi pleaded guilty on Oct. 22, 2019, to funneling more than $1 million in political donations from foreigners to U.S. candidates, to tax evasion and to illegally lobbying for the Sri Lankan government.

He was indicted on Jan. 7, 2020, for obstructing an investigation into $900,000 in contributions he made to the Trump inaugural committee in December 2016 on behalf of business associates.
Prosecutors are seeking a 13-year prison sentence for Zuberi.

There is no indication of wrongdoing in the Bidens’ relationship with Zuberi, but the new details come as federal investigators are probing Hunter Biden’s taxes and foreign business activities.

The younger Biden revealed on Dec. 9 that he is under investigation by the U.S. attorney’s office in Delaware over his “tax affairs.” Prosecutors are reportedly looking into Biden’s work with companies in Ukraine, China and other countries as part of the probe.

Biden was hired to the board of Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings in 2014 after his father took over as the Obama administration’s chief liaison to Ukraine.

Biden and his sons met Zuberi at least twice during the 2012 presidential campaign, according to an email that public relations executive Robert Hoopes sent to Hunter and Beau on Nov. 27, 2012.

The email is from Hunter Biden’s laptop, which he allegedly left at a Delaware computer repair shop in April 2019. The DCNF obtained copies of the Biden emails and verified some of the documents through both forensic analysis and verification from people who sent or received some of the documents.

Hoopes, who was a staffer for Biden when he served in the Senate, sent Hunter and Beau Biden a list of prominent donors who they had met at Obama-Biden fundraising events.

Zuberi is at the top of the list.

Hoopes said the Bidens co-hosted two events with Zuberi that were “primarily targeted to the Asian-American community,” the second of which was in August 2012 in Bel-Air, California.

“They all had a great time, got to spend solid time with your Dad and the team and should still be glowing from the experience. With a few modest efforts we can keep that glow going,” Hoopes wrote.

“While the care and feeding of these folks resides with the DNC Finance folks there is an opportunity for our organization to pull them in a little closer to Team Biden,” he added.

Hoopes suggested that the Bidens contact the donors in the form of a note, staff outreach or an invitation to attend a function at the inauguration “beyond what the DNC Finance folks might offer.”

Hoopes does not say in the email why Team Biden wanted to maintain close ties to major party donors. At the time, after President Barack Obama had won his second term, it was widely speculated that Biden would run for president in 2016. He decided not to run in that contest, citing Beau Biden’s death in 2015 from brain cancer.

Zuberi’s political connections allowed him access to high-level meetings with Biden and Obama regarding sensitive U.S. government activities overseas.

Emails released in Zuberi’s case show that he reported details of those conversations back to foreign dignitaries, including the ambassadors of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

In emails released last week, Zuberi claimed that he met with Obama and prominent lawmakers and discussed drones used in Pakistan.

“Thursday, I had interesting dinner with the President where he brought up the drones,” Zuberi wrote in an April 25, 2015, email to then-Pakistani ambassador Jalil Abbas Jilani.

“You know we are big advocates of drones especially Predators because of our relationship to owners of General Atomics (maker of Predators).”

The Associated Press reported on Nov. 30 that Zuberi disclosed purported details of a meeting he had with Biden in 2014 to Adel al-Jubeir, who at the time served as Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to the U.S.

Zuberi said he asked Biden about his position on Saudi Arabia’s objection to the U.S. government negotiations with Iran over its nuclear program, according to the AP report.

Zuberi told al-Jubeir that Biden claimed “the Saudis are whining because they know North America will be energy independent and their usefulness will be greatly diminished for United States.”

“It doesn’t seem like he is a fan of Saudi Arabia. We can discuss when we meet,” Zuberi wrote, according to the AP.

Zuberi also wrote in emails before meetings with Biden that he planned to discuss U.S.-China relations, a development in Bahrain, and Biden’s possible trip to Pakistan, according to the AP.

The White House did not respond to a request for comment, but the Biden transition team distanced the 78-year-old Democrat from Zuberi in a statement to the AP.

“Mr. Zuberi’s emails heavily misrepresent and embellish the interactions described, which were all in group settings — mostly donor roundtables,” Andrew Bates, a spokesman for Biden’s transition team, told the wire service. “Mr. Zuberi was vetted at the time and passed because he obviously concealed the activities in question, which neither then-Vice President nor the others to whom he donated had any way of knowing about.”

Lawyers for Hunter Biden and Zuberi did not respond to requests for comment. Hoopes also did not respond to an email seeking comment.

Biden Gang Already In Deals with Ukraine – $125 Million of US Tax-payer Money on its Way to Ukraine Right Now

By Joe Hoft

The Bidens are back at it, getting involved in Ukraine. This time $125 million of US taxpayer dollars is at stake.

The Daily Caller reports:
President Joe Biden’s Department of Defense is providing a $125 million grant to Ukraine to improve the country’s ability to counter Russian aggression, the Pentagon announced Monday.
The package comes roughly seven years after Russia first annexed Crimea, a region of Ukraine, in 2014. Russia has maintained high levels of aggression toward the former Soviet nation in the years since. Former President Donald Trump was notoriously impeached and subsequently acquitted for holding up a military grant to Ukraine in 2019 for political reasons.

“This action reaffirms the U.S. commitment to providing defensive lethal weapons to enable Ukraine to more effectively defend itself against Russian aggression,” Pentagon press secretary John Kirby said in a Monday briefing with reporters.
The Bidens and the Democrats have a long history with Ukraine. Under the Obama Administration, Joe Biden was able to get his son on the board of Ukraine Oil and Gas Giant Burisma while he managed the corrupt leadership in the country. Hunter made over $3 million from Burisma but then an investigation into corruption in the company started. That’s when VP Joe Biden stepped in.

Biden later bragged about getting the prosecutor of Burisma fired. This prevented the country from getting into any illegal deals with Hunter. Biden withheld US money until they fired the prosecutor.

Now Biden is back at it, involved in millions of US dollars going to Ukraine. What do you bet this is another Biden corrupt deal? Remember, no one voted for this.

Biden Intel Report Reboots Russia Hoax to Censor Hunter Corruption Stories
Denigrating Biden is a national security threat.
Mon Mar 22, 2021
Daniel Greenfield

bidens_cash_1b_1.jpg

Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is an investigative journalist and writer focusing on the radical Left and Islamic terrorism.

Democrats never give up beating a dead horse until it’s lying in pieces in the gutter. Senate Democrats are back to demanding that the FBI investigate Justice Kavanaugh’s high school years, and the Biden admin is rebooting the Russia hoax to protect Hunter and the Big Guy.

Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines presided over the release of the latest report, which claims to offer an intelligence analysis, but reads like a synthesis of Biden campaign talking points, right down to its absurd insistence that, Putin was helping Trump because he "probably also considers President Biden more apt to echo the idea of American Exceptionalism."

Finally we’re getting an intel product that makes the Steele dossier seem credible.

The intelligence analysis also claims that the Hunter Biden thing is a Russian smear and that while the Russians tried to interfere in the election, nothing they did changed the outcome.

That’s convenient. Really convenient.

But Haines isn’t an intelligence professional. She’s an Obama lawyer who was brought in to politicise intelligence at the CIA and then as a legal adviser to the National Security Council.

"To safeguard the integrity of our intelligence community, the DNI must insist that, when it comes to intelligence, there is simply no place for politics ever,” Haines had told the Senate.

But that was her confirmation hearing. This is the reality of the job that she was picked to do.

“Foreign Threats to the 2020 US Federal Elections” is a stew of Democrat leftover talking points which never veers from its political agenda even if the result is self-contradictory gibberish.

The report's first judgement insists that no "technical aspect of the voting process" was altered, while its second judgement contends that Putin authorized "influence operations aimed at denigrating President Biden's candidacy and the Democratic Party, supporting President Trump", but then backtracks to clarify that "unlike in 2016, we did not see persistent Russian cyber efforts to gain access to election infrastructure."

If Putin wanted President Trump to win and Biden to lose, why didn’t he hack the election? If he could do it in 2016, why couldn’t he do it in 2020? Did he develop carpal tunnel syndrome?

Before the election, Democrats had insisted that Russia would redouble its efforts to help Trump, and hack the election, but now they argue that Putin tried to help Trump, but stopped short of interfering with the results. There’s no consistency here as an intelligence analysis, but it’s entirely consistent with the political agendas of Democrat talking points which simultaneously seek to silence any suspicions about the election, and yet continue pushing their Russia hoax.

Why did Russia support Biden? According to Biden’s intel report, Moscow was threatened by Biden’s belief in American Exceptionalism. There have been all sorts of conspiracy theories floating around the country, but none less plausible than Biden’s American Exceptionalism.

There’s more evidence that Freemason UFOs are terrorizing kangaroos in the outback than that any Democrat, let alone Biden, believes that America is the greatest country in the world.

Obama, Biden’s old boss, had argued that every country believes it’s exceptional. Biden’s pick for Secretary of State has announced that America First would no longer guide our foreign policy. Biden’s response to 9/11 was proposing to send a $200 million check to Iran.

There was a guy on the ticket running on Make America Great Again. His name wasn’t Biden.

But the report argues that Moscow "placed increasing emphasis on undermining the candidate it saw as most detrimental to its global interests."

The Russians had been pleading with President Trump to extend their scam arms accord, which allowed the Russians to cheat while restricting our weapons programs, for at least a year. Trump turned them down, while Biden offered a 5-year extension with no preconditions.

And that was before the election.

The Biden intel report convolutedly tries to explain the arms accord by arguing that "Russian leaders preferred that former President Trump win reelection despite perceiving some of his administrations' policies as anti-Russia."

If you’re keeping track of this string of random lies thinly disguised as an intelligence report, the Russians preferred Trump because he was good for its global interests, even though he was actually bad for its global interests, but it all makes sense because… look a squirrel!

The Biden intel report isn’t operating in the real world. Instead it’s an attempt at rebooting the Russia smear to cover up the Hunter Biden scandal. And so the Biden report pushes claims that the Hunter Biden scandal is a Russian plot. Even though it’s the FBI that’s investigating him which must mean that it’s another arm of Moscow along with Hunter’s old business partners.

The report claims that the Russians not only "published disparaging content about President Biden, his family", including, "stories centered on his son", but they also tried to convince "left-leaning" voters that both Biden and Trump were just as bad.

How would this “intelligence report” have read any differently if it had been written by Biden’s campaign advisers? Then again, Haines had been one of Biden’s campaign advisers.

Take the China section which claims that the People's Republic of China believed that Biden would "pose a greater challenge over the long run because he would be more successful in mobilizing a global alliance against China and criticising China's human rights."

Any intelligence analyst worth his salt knows that Beijing lives in terror of someone criticising its human rights record. Just ask the tank guys in Tiananmen Square. Or the Chinese thugs beating up protesters in Hong Kong. And San Francisco. Not to mention Cornell University.

Xi is probably shaking in his boots because Biden might criticise his human rights record.

Politicised intelligence is a bad thing and this is badly politicised intelligence that sends the very clear message that Biden and the Democrats are not putting their Russian hoax to bed. Instead they’re going to shut down reporting on Hunter Biden by labeling it Russian disinformation.

Before the election, Facebook and Twitter had unilaterally censored stories about Hunter Biden by falsely labeling them as Russian disinformation. But this censorship was unilateral and had no backing from intelligence officials. Now Big Tech will have all the backing from D.C. it needs.

“Foreign Threats to the 2020 US Federal Elections” isn’t a report: it’s a smear and a cover-up.

The intelligence report seeks to transform Democrat talking points about Biden and Trump into facts by embedding them into an official government document. That’s yet another fundamental abuse of national security by the leftovers of the Obama administration who did more to abuse national security in 8 years than the entire national security industry had ever done on its own.

And it’s a warning that the politicisation and abuse of national security is the new normal again.

Biden and his appointees will have no shame about abusing national security to attack political opponents and exonerate political allies. This is only the first shot, but expect more of Obama’s old habit of using the NSA to spy on political opponents under the guise of national security.

Now that “Foreign Threats to the 2020 US Federal Elections” has labeled stories about Hunter Biden as a Russian conspiracy and a threat to free elections, expect Big Tech to censor them, and the intelligence services to treat anyone researching them as a foreign election threat.

In 2016, the Democrats began claiming that free speech was the greatest threat to free elections. Biden’s intel hacks have built an entire report around that argument.

“Denigrating Biden”, as the report puts it, is a national security threat. And will be treated the way denigrating dictators is handled by the intelligence services of Russia and China.

EXC: Hunter Biden’s Texts Confirm Gun Was Taken, Left In Dumpster – ‘Police, FBI, Secret Service Came On Scene’.
Today The National Pulse is publishing a full, unedited, long text message from Hunter Biden, son of the President of the United States, wherein Biden appears to admit the recent stories about his gun being taken and left in a dumpster near a school.

The following, near-2500 word text message, is between Hunter Biden and Hallie (his brother Beau’s widow) Biden’s sister Liz. We have highlighted the key parts as they related to alleged criminality and the latest stories in the news. We have not edited the text. We have confirmed the phone numbers belong to Hunter Biden and Liz Secundy.

Read Hunter’s message from 29th January 2019:

Everything I say below is verifiably true. I left out anything that cant be confirmed by a text an email a recording a phone record a voice mail. Ive left out a lot. I love Hallie and cant seem to escape her. May be she tis truly in aware of how abused and trapped I feel by her. She tells everyone she loves me. I believe her concern for my life. I think she does love me in her way.

Why does all of it matter to me. What does any of it have to with m y health. Why do I need another person to hear this and Hallie to know . I do because Ive felt so much for anyone. Ive never given up so much for another. No matter what she does or denies or fails to do I crawl back to her and beg for her to just love me. I need to know why she has this power over me.

And I need for her to tell me why she so easily in the worst time in my life has been so cruel and continues to be. Why do I love the person who has done all of below and more. If this is all in my mind ands she really hasnʼt said or done these things (which I have records of) then I am insane. Insane for leaving the most intense love Iʼve ever felt and flat out hallucinating for 3 years now. Part of me hopes and prays it is all in my head then I can be fixed andre can be together. I have said mean and horrible things to Hallie. Ive been with woman and admitted that. Im an addict. Im loud and brash and difficult. But ‘im loyal to a fault. And so confused. Im trapped clean or dirty sober or not. Maybe e thats the delusion, but tell me what Iʼve done to deserve this and how I can ever just let it all go. Its made me in the eyes of most everyone I know a person I no longer recognize nor trust. I have never blamed hallie for not being able to get sober- because I have bin fact gotten sober and stayed sober far longer then she ever has. I need to know why.

Hallie makes me so sad and insecure she confirms every deepest insecurity Iʼve ever had is real and she picks at them with malice aforethought. She is secretive and deceitful and lives at least three lives behind the one she shows most and they that all contradict public face. She cherishes the chameleon in her- she even wrote a defense of the chameleon personality in an online blog. Ive seen all her sides and accept all of them love al of her. But even though weʼve had deep discussions about the true Hallie she will deny they exist when I point it out.

She tells me Iʼm a failure but she will always love me that she canʼt control the fact that all my friends have always thought of me as a joke and the clown that beau took care of. She flat out says these things to me and not always in anger sometimes justas an aside. She and David called me Johnny Drama in the months following Beauʼs death when I was sober post inpatient and in IOP. The looser brother always following along behind his super star brother picking up the crumbs he left on the floor. Johnny Drama the big talking lovable embarrassment that was selfish and stupid but loyal. They came up with that when they were lying to me about being out or in together for whatever reason I still donʼt know- or maybe do but canʼt face.

She has never in my presence in public said a kind word or praised me when praise seemed due and the lack of hot seemed to say the opposite. She has never defended me and her silence in the face of others demeaning me is of course complicity.

She has made my friends hers at my expense. She has kept me from whatever secret relationships she has formed with each of them. She excludes me from the lives of nat and hunt and tells nat and hunt Iʼm abandoning them. She confides in the people especially my monad sister things about me that she knows and iʼve directly asked for her not to confide. She says I need your touch. She never says I need your love. She says I am her addiction and that Beau was her love (to everyone). She implies that I introduced her to drugs and that I created the addict she is today. She says I donʼt work that if I made money Iʼd be happier. She says that she doesnʼt really believe that I was sober for 8 years that in fact Iʼve never really been sober.

She told me that in fact she and beau would laugh about my stupid antics behind my back. That my brother didnʼt really think as highly of me as I thought he did. And once (exacts words) “Well you were always disappointing him.” She tells me that Iʼm not really generous- in fact I use money to control people and then I shame them and hold it over their heads to control them.

She has told people that I was sexually inappropriate with Natalie and thatʼs why I wasnʼt allowed in the house. She my MY THERAPIST that when in was clean and she dad a breakdown and left me for 4 days and wouldnʼt even pick up her phone. Nm y therapist told me she had been traumatized by what Hallie said. Hallie say sshe did not. Letʼs call my therapist and ask for my own piece of mind. She has told me that she wonʼt defend me she wont support me she wont allow me to interfere with her children and her life because in her exact words their is “NO USʼ”- you do you iʼll do me.

She has repeatedly made me feel sexually inadequate in comparison to the men she has been with before me. And then tells me all she needs me from me is sex. She has shown me pictures of the escort she planned to see. She has implied that she and her girlfriends were romantically involved behind my back. She has told people so many lies about me. She has been my single biggest detractor privately and publicly.

She goes as far as to say that she wont tell me what she does in any given day. I do not really know in any way any one of her friends. She has never except once included me with her friends.

She planned well in advance and executed a move from Annapolis to Delaware with the kids from OUR home without telling me in secret and even got a job all while acting as if when I got clean we would be together. Knowing the worst place in the world for me was Delaware. She has told people iʼve ruined her credit and taken money from her (Hallie owes me $440,000- at least just from Amex— I had an accountant here go through every Amex Statement and every wire transfer ive made or recieved). I wouldnʼt t care except thats the rumor she started that went all the way from her lips to the club to a random bar and an acquaintance 3 times removed – he heard that Hunter had spent all hallies money and… That does not include the over $350K I have given Liz her sister. She has implied that Liz and I are sleeping together. She has told people that I constantly and obsessively invade her privacy going through photos and phone bills etc… she forgets that she was the first to do that – I had no secrets and when she found a picture if Briana a woman I introduced her to the same moment I first met he over the phone and Iʼve never when confronted lied to her about anyone. She has more photos of screen shots of my phone in her photos than anything else. She has promised me that if I came home she would stop and the moment I fall asleep she has taken my keys and phones and gone through everything. She has secret photo vaults desguised as other apps on her phone and text apps meant for people in affairs. She stole the gun out of my truck lock box and threw in a garbage can full to the top at Jansens. Then told me it was my problem to deal with. Then when the police the FBI the secret service came on the scene she said she took it from me because she was scared I would harm myself due to my drug and alcohol problem and our volatile relationship and that she was afraid for the kids.

Really not joking the cop kept me convinced that Hallie was implying she was scared of me. i told her about everything I did or have done she insists she has done nothing even in the face of receipts and phone records and location historyʼs. She has lied flat out about things that are simply fact. She has told me Iʼm crazy and and a crack addict and everything I think or do is delusional and insane. She tells people that every time she tries to be nice and speak to me that im angry and hurtful when the one thing Iʼm angry or hurt by is her ignoring me and shunning me. She has told her children and her family Iʼm broke and have no money and living off her.

She has told my dad that if he helps me (tuitions) iʼll just use the money for drugs.

Hallie told me privately that she turned to me in the hospital during a critical need for a decision (when beau had his first stroke) and to no one else because she knew beau wanted me making those decisions for him. when I told that to a group of people at a small party explaining how I feel so madly in love with her acknowledging the bond Beau and I had. She laughed and said “no I did not think that – he would have wanted your dad of course but he was so out of his mind, and
I was sobbing and confused, you were the only other person in the room.” Her exact words.
She told me I donʼt deserve anyones respect even sober I have a lot of work to do to think I deserve respect from anyone especially her. She says I ran away from my friends and that I embarrass them and thats why they dont respect me. Truth is I chose her and not many were comfortable with that. I chose her over my children, over my family over my friends over my heart my money my time over everything. Hallie has never once not one time chosen me. Ive asked her a thousand times just name one single thing you have done for me that is totally selfless. She cannot name one thing…for real…I cant either.

I have not been “allowed” to live with the kids for over a year now. She has told them i abandoned them. She has told them others I am a bad influence that I endanger their health that Iʼve been sexually inappropriate with Natalie that I have physically abused her that I have e emotionally abused her that I am abusive to everyone around me and that she knows that If Natalie were allowed to come visit me I would be “walking around naked watching porn masturbating and doing drugs in front of her”. NATALIE IS NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO VISIT me if Naomi my 25 yer old brings her she is only allowed alone with me if my father is there. How devastating is that, how completely and utterly demoralized ashamed do you think the makes me feel. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE WHOLE MY WORLD believes im an unfit uncle and cant be trusted alone my children. Even with Naomi or her sister liz present. What permanent sir do you think Natalie now carries. I know I will never be the same again. And the fact is that Hallie as an addict put those children in awful positions they begged for me to come to them keep them safe. Hallie now home in Delaware having had her wild time proves too everyone I am the man not safe around children.. Hallie says that my fault and has nothing to do with her. How do I not simply hate for that. The one thing I know I am is a better father and uncle then anyone I know. She has made sure the opposite is on fact what everyone I know sees now.

She has told me we would address my concerns in therapy when ‘Iʼm sober. Iʼve been sober NOW she says not until Iʼm more sober. She said if Iʼm clean she would start to share now Iʼm clean and she says she wont share nor support me because Iʼm an asshole and I need to go away for 30 days if her support isnʼt enough. Iʼm 16 days sober but clearly I need inpatient before she will be in any way supportive. The only support I asked for was for her to just include me in her day and tell me she loves me no matter what. For her to return my obvious need and desire for her sexual desire that she shares with others so freely.

Last I was home I told her I will go to rehab inpatient I needed the down payment and former to drive- she hung up on me. I called and called asd she ignored me.

Then an hour later she said iʼll only take you to Caron or Father Ashley (two places she knows ive said I will never go back to). I wanted to go to a place closer well respected and less expensive. She said no only Caron now. 10 hours later she said she would but that I need to have my dad pay sheʼs not giving me “any more money.” I had no money at all to check in. She has never been in rehab longer than 10 days. Her respect her love her partnership her allowing me access to children all depend not just my sobriety they depend upon my sobriety only achieved her narrow way the way most uncomfortable to me.

I cant keep going its to painful.

Grant Stinchfield at Newsmax TV Highlights The Gateway Pundit Report from October Before Election on Hunter Biden’s Gun Scandal (VIDEO)

By Joe Hoft

On Newsmax tonight Grant Stinchfield highlighted one of the Gateway Pundit’s articles from October involving Hunter Biden.

Mr. Stinchfield has the best show on cable TV. He has the courage to discuss articles that Big Media won’t touch.

As we reported earlier today, last October before the 2020 Election we posted a series of articles involving Hunter Biden. We had access to files and data on Hunter’s laptop where we found horribly shocking material. In one piece we wrote about the following:
In this article we provided the below text:

Hunter-Long-Text-3-507x600.jpg

Hunter clearly claims that a woman (who we now know was his dead brother’s wife) threw his gun in a garbage can and the police and the secret service were unfortunately involved. This is based on a text that Hunter wrote to a family friend in Hunter’s own words. (We don’t know if the Secret Service or the FBI were involved, but Hunter said they were.)

Tonight Mr. Stinchfield discussed this story that has recently popped back up in the news.

Rumble video on website 1:44 min

There is much more on Hunter’s laptop that shows crimes, drugs, sex, and money. This is just the beginning.

The Case for Prosecuting Hunter Biden

By ANDREW C. MCCARTHY
March 27, 2021 6:30 AM
  • hunter-biden-inauguration.jpg
Hunter Biden attends his father Joe Biden’s inauguration as the 46th President of the United States on the West Front of the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C., January 20, 2021. (Jonathan Ernst/Pool/Reuters)The basis for a criminal investigation was already considerable before the sudden emergence of an apparent false statement on a firearms form.
NRPLUS MEMBER ARTICLECharles C. W. Cooke had a post this week that said everything that ought to be said about why it would be fitting to prosecute Hunter Biden’s apparent making of a false statement on the required firearms application form. I want to add a few points about prosecutorial discretion, the potential of an additional gun crime, and our two-tiered justice system.

The Politico story Charlie cites stresses that prosecutions arising out of false statements on Form 4473 are rare. As Charlie rightly observes, that in itself is a problem (a point Kevin D. Williamson also made a few days ago). Still, it is worth widening the lens beyond the narrow false-statements provision in the gun laws because the government actually prosecutes false statements all the time.

There is a general false-statements statute (Section 1001 of the penal code) which can be applied any time someone makes a false statement, including a material omission, to some branch, department, or agency of the federal government. Then there are false statements charges that apply to particular subject-matter areas, such as firearms or taxes. Hence, we have Section 922(a)(6), which, as Charlie explained, applies to false statements made in connection with the acquisition or attempted acquisition of a firearm.

The fact that these narrowly tailored false-statements statutes are invoked more rarely should not be taken to mean that false-statements prosecutions are infrequent. They are not. And a good many false statements that result in indictments involve situations markedly less serious than lying to conceal a disqualification from firearms possession — especially under circumstances where, due to the lie, the disqualified person succeeded in obtaining a gun (and then was lax in safeguarding it).

In the Mueller investigation, for instance, Michael Flynn was prosecuted for misdescribing a conversation, indicative of no misconduct, of which the FBI had a recording and therefore no need to question him. George Papadopoulos and Alex van der Zwaan were prosecuted for false statements about the dates of meetings, and in neither situation was an investigation impeded — much less were the prevaricators, thereby, able to acquire dangerous weapons.

Moreover, it would be misleading for Biden apologists to claim that the rarity of prosecution means the Justice Department regards false statements on the firearms form to be a trifling matter. To be sure, there should be more prosecutions. But when there are prosecutions, the Justice Department trumpets them. Check out, for example this 2018 press release, entitled, “Convicted Felon Indicted for Making False Statements on a Federal Background Check while Attempting to Purchase a Firearm.” In that case, the government charged both the general false-statements offense and the more specific false-statements offense related to firearms. The statement issued by the U.S. attorney for Western Tennessee, who brought the case, is worth quoting:
Prosecutions of violent crimes must be paired with proactive prevention efforts to keep guns out of the hands of criminals and other prohibited persons. A valuable tool in this prevention effort is the ATF Background Check Form 4473, which must be completed before a federally licensed firearms dealer sells or transfers a firearm. Criminals and other prohibited persons who attempt to thwart the background check process by lying on the required forms threaten to undermine this important crime prevention tool, and such conduct cannot be tolerated. . . . Let this serve as a warning: This office will vigorously prosecute any prohibited persons who attempt to illegally obtain a firearm in these “lie-and-try” cases.
Big talk . . . but will the Justice Department back it up when the matter involves a Democrat with unparalleled connections and no shortage of press sympathy? A Democrat who did not merely “lie-and-try” but, it appears, lied and . . . got the gun.

On that last point, there is a second potential felony gun offense at issue. Section 922(g)(3) of the penal law makes it a crime, also punishable by ten years’ imprisonment, for a person who is an unlawful user of narcotics to receive or possess a firearm or ammunition. (Note: Politico reports that Hunter Biden told police he used the gun in question for target practice.) Hunter, of course, has notorious drug-abuse issues. Narcotics use has factored into a number of his escapades, and the Daily Mail reported that recreational drug use appeared to be depicted in video images stored on his laptop computers (the ones the press wouldn’t cover in the weeks before Election Day).

Hunter Biden was also kicked out of the U.S. Navy in 2014 for cocaine use. Consistent with the special treatment to which he is accustomed, the son of the then-vice president of the United States was permitted to be separated from the Navy administratively, rather than be dishonorably discharged.

That’s worth noting because another provision in the federal gun laws, Section 922(g)(6), makes it a ten-year felony for a person to possess a firearm if he “has been discharged from the armed forces under dishonorable conditions.” Technically, Hunter’s administrative separation probably spares him that status. Nevertheless, for a prosecutor responsible for exercising discretion regarding whether Hunter Biden should be charged with making a false statement, it would weigh heavily that a) he actually got a gun due to the false statement, b) the gun was temporarily lost because of the negligent way in which it was kept, and c) his mere receipt and possession of the gun (indeed, of even the ammunition, apart from the gun) was likely a separate felony offense under at least one other provision of the gun laws.

Finally, even if it were true that false-statements charges were rare, our response, under the Mueller standards that Democrats cheered during the Trump years, ought to be: So what?

As I related in Ball of Collusion, in the half-century prior to Donald Trump’s election, the Justice Department prosecuted violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) just seven times, winning only three convictions (one at trial and two by guilty plea; of the other four, two cases were dismissed and two were disposed of on non-FARA charges). The fact that such prosecutions were rare made no difference to the Obama/Biden Justice Department, the FBI, or the Mueller probe. For criminal-enforcement purposes, FARA became the backbone of the Trump-Russia investigation, even though not a single person connected to the probe — including Paul Manafort, who was convicted of conspiring to violate FARA in connection with his Ukraine work — was ever alleged to be a foreign agent of Russia.

The basis for a criminal investigation of Hunter Biden, aspects of which I discussed in last weekend’s column, was already considerable before the sudden emergence of the apparent false statement on the firearms form. Though the latter is serious in its own right, we should not allow it to overshadow the former. Attorney General Merrick Garland vowed that there would be a single standard of justice, applied to all Americans, with politics kept out of prosecutorial decision-making. The day for testing the sincerity of that commitment is fast approaching.

GOP Senators Demand FBI, Secret Service Records On Alleged Hunter Biden Gun Incident

Democrats Hold Unprecedented Virtual Convention From Milwaukee

CHUCK ROSSINVESTIGATIVE REPORTER
March 27, 202110:45 AM ET

Two Republican senators are asking the directors of the FBI, the U.S. Secret Service and the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives for details of their alleged investigation into a handgun that belonged to Hunter Biden that was reported missing in 2018.

In their letters, Sens. Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson refer to a report from Politico this week about the gun incident.

According to Politico, on Oct. 23, 2018, Hunter Biden’s sister-in-law, Hallie Biden, called police in Delaware to report that she had thrown Biden’s gun in a trash can behind a grocery store.
Hallie, who was also dating Hunter, said that she went to retrieve the gun after growing worried someone might find it and use it in a crime, but that it was no longer in the trash can.

The FBI responded to the scene of the investigation, as did ATF. The U.S. Secret Service also became involved in the investigation and contacted the gun store that sold the firearm to Biden, according to Politico.

The store owner provided documents to the ATF, but “refused to supply the paperwork” to the Secret Service out of concerns that “the Secret Service officers wanted to hide Hunter’s ownership of the missing gun in case it were to be involved in a crime,” Politico reported.
Nobody was arrested in connection with the incident.

The Secret Service denied this week that the agency was involved in the incident, though text messages that came to light on Friday show that Hunter Biden wrote to someone that the FBI and Secret Service showed up to investigate an incident that resembles the one in Delaware.

SECRET SERVICE SAYS ‘NO RECORD FOUND’ IN HUNTER BIDEN GUN INVESTIGATION
Guns In The News / March 27, 2021 / 818

Article first appeared on Ammoland.com

U.S.A. – -(Ammoland.com)- “Sources: Secret Service inserted itself into case of Hunter Biden’s gun,” Politico declared in an “exclusive” report Thursday. “Secret Service agents approached the owner of the store where Hunter bought the gun and asked to take the paperwork involving the sale, according to two people, one of whom has firsthand knowledge of the episode and the other was briefed by a Secret Service agent after the fact.”

As initially reported in The Blaze last October, Halle Biden, the widow of Beau, became involved in an affair with Hunter and threw his gun in a supermarket trash receptacle. ATF and Secret Service both investigated according to the report, which was outside the latter’s mission because Biden was not under Secret Service protection at the time.
“The Secret Service says it has no record of its agents investigating the incident,” the Politico report notes.
The main controversy involves Biden answering “No” on the ATF Form 4473 Firearms Transfer Record in response to the question about unlawful use of controlled substances. That conflicts with numerous reports about his alleged drug use around the time he bought the gun, and lying on the form is a federal felony.

As a Google search shows, the story has exploded all over the news, with major players picking it up and propagating it. What none of those reports show is that the lying on the 4473 observation was first noted on AmmoLand Shooting Sports News in a November 1, 2020 report:
EVIDENCE SUGGESTS HUNTER BIDEN COMMITTED FEDERAL FELONY WHEN HE PURCHASED GUN
Considering the Biden administration is all about “gun control,” the hypocrisy of deliberately violating the law must not be ignored. Nor should any official cover-ups.

ATF and Secret Service involvement was further addressed in a November 24, 2020 follow-up report:
FOIA REQUEST ASKS ATF AND SECRET SERVICE ABOUT HUNTER BIDEN GUN INVESTIGATION
I discussed these efforts with Armed American Radio host Mark Walters on his November 24, 2020 “AAR Daily Defense” program (segment begins at 28:17).

The FOIA resulted in a January 27 final response from the Department of Homeland Security claiming:
“In response to your FOIA request, the Secret Service FOIA Office has conducted a reasonable search for all potentially responsive documents. The Secret Service FOIA Office searched all Program Offices that were likely to contain potentially responsive records, and no records were located.”
Scribd doc on website

1616965406208.png

I did not publicize the response at the time because we were (and still are) awaiting a response from ATF, which is delinquent in its legal obligation. Because FOIA replies are legal documents and because intentionally withholding information has legal ramifications, I made several attempts to communicate with the reporter and editors at The Blaze to see if I could reconcile the differences between their report and the FOIA response, but none of them responded.
I am going through what our options are with my attorney, Stephen Stamboulieh, to determine what our next steps should be.

Hunter Biden blockbuster: Memos detail quiet effort to assist indicted Ukrainian oligarch

At time, his father's administration considered Dmitri Firtash a fugitive felon.

By John Solomon
Updated: March 30, 2021 - 9:16am

Hunter Biden and his business partner engaged in an effort to assist a fugitive Ukrainian oligarch indicted by his father's administration, an effort that briefly captured the FBI's attention and led one of the lawyers in the case to express concern that using the then-vice president's son might backfire, according to emails, text messages and interviews.

The effort by Hunter Biden and Devon Archer to assist Dmitri Firtash began in spring 2015 when they were contacted by one of the oligarch's associates, and an American lawyer for the oligarch was instructed to provide them an overview of the case, including desires to contact U.S. government officials.

Firtash, one of Ukraine's wealthiest businessmen, already had been indicted by the Obama-Biden administration more than a year earlier on corruption charges in Chicago, allegations that Firtash has long denied. Firtash was challenging extradition to the United States from Austria, where he was living, and was seeking to return to his home country of Ukraine, where the economy and security teetered after a Russian invasion of its Crimean region.

"The case is weak and ultimately, and perhaps as soon as next week, a loser. Moreover, Austria at the highest levels has zero enthusiasm for its continuation," Adam Waldman, an American lawyer for Firtash, emailed Archer on April 21, 2015 in an overview about the case. The email, entitled "6 points," was immediately forwarded to Hunter Biden by Archer.

"The only ask is that an introductory meeting be arranged in Vienna between some designee of the USG and DF," Waldman wrote, apparently referring to Firtash's hopes. "This could then lead to closer communication from him about his intentions and direction in his country."

File
2015_04_21 - Re-DF - Waldman and Archer.pdf

The email chain was found on a laptop turned over to the FBI by a Delaware computer repairman, who claims Hunter Biden left the device at his shop in 2019 and never picked it up. Waldman confirmed the email's authenticity to Just the News.

By spring 2015, Hunter Biden and Archer had been involved for years in a series of businesses under the umbrellas of Rosemont Capital and Rosemont Seneca and other spinoffs. They also had developed ties in Ukraine after both had been added to the board of the natural gas giant Burisma Holdings, a firm that U.S. officials considered to be corrupt. The younger Biden's father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, oversaw Ukraine policy for the Obama administration at the time.

The emails and text messages indicate that on-and-off effort to assist Firtash stretched through the summer and fall of 2015, with discussions centering on contacting various State Department officials including then-Secretary of State John Kerry (the stepfather of Rosemont partner Christopher Heinz) and then-Deputy Secretary Tony Blinken, now America's top diplomat under President Biden.

The text messages and emails indicate that Hunter Biden's and Archer's primary contact with the Firtash camp was a former Ukrainian government official named Hares Youssef, a lifelong friend of the billionaire oligarch.

In a telephone interview Friday from Europe, Youssef confirmed he asked Hunter Biden and Archer in 2015 to try to assist Firtash and even traveled to Washington DC to meet with the then-vice president's son to discuss the issue, as well as some business opportunities.

"Dmitri Firtash has been my good friend all my life, and I thought if I could involve Hunter and ask him to help maybe we could get the matter resolved," Youssef told Just the News.

A text message between Youssef and Waldman obtained by Just the News indicates Youssef met with Hunter Biden in Washington DC on June 18, 2015. "Just finished meeting with Hunter in Washington," Youssef wrote Waldman in a text message dated that day. "We talked about you. He said very good words abut (cq) you."

Youssef, a Syrian-born emigree to Ukraine who served as a Middle East adviser to former Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko, said the younger Biden made some inquiries and then both he and Archer reported back they could not assist Firtash.

"I asked both of them to help Dmitri. I was looking to find any solution to help my friend," Youssef explained. "Clearly I met with him [Hunter Biden] and he said he cannot do anything."

Waldman worked on Firtash's legal team in the United States and was asked to keep an occasional eye on the Biden-Archer efforts and flag any legal compliance issues, Youssef said. But he did not engage in any lobbying and expressed discomfort with some of the activities, according to the documents and interviews.

At one point, for instance, Waldman warned that Archer and Hunter Biden might trigger "FARA" – the U.S. foreign agent law – with their State Department contacts and therefore might need to register as lobbyists, according to the text messages.

George Mesires, a lawyer for Hunter Biden, did not return a call or email seeking comment on Monday. Archer and his lawyer, Matthew Schwartz of the Boies Schiller Flexner, did not return a call seeking comment.

Youssef said he never paid Hunter Biden or Archer specifically for their assistance on the Firtash matter. Rather, he said, he engaged Hunter Biden and Archer for advice on his personal company, Golden Hearts, which was seeking to build a global digital currency for micro-donations.

Youssef said the younger Biden served as chairman of the World Food Program USA, a nonprofit aligned with the UN, and the two talked about how Golden Hearts' digital currency could be implemented, including creating a robust website to market and deploy it.
Eventually, Archer introduced Youssef to a friend's company called mbloom, and at Archer's request invested $3 million. "I was asking for a good company with IT, and he brought me to mbloom," Youssef said.

Youssef said the decision to invest in mbloom proved fateful: he lost most of the money he invested when the company shuttered in spring 2016 after Archer was indicted and eventually convicted of defrauding a Native American tribe. An appeals court last year upheld the conviction.

Youssef said he only recovered $277,000 of the money and believes he will never recover the rest. "It is probably gone," he told Just the News.

Text messages indicate a large number of heavy-hitting American lawyers were assisting Firtash's efforts to fight the indictment and extradition, including Waldman, former Bill Clinton counsel Lanny Davis, former Bush Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff and former Chicago U.S. Attorney Dan Webb.

Hunter Biden's and Archer's effort were kept separate and distinct, with several texts suggesting they might be handled by the law firm Boies Schiller Flexner, where Hunter Biden worked part time, or by Archer directly.

"When we met with DF and Devon, we agreed the communication way with Webb," Youssef texted Waldman at one point, apparently referring to efforts to bring Webb, the lead criminal defense attorney, into the loop.

Webb did not return multiple email messages seeking comment.

Occasionally, Youssef would text Waldman with an update on the efforts to reach U.S. officials, including Kerry, Blinken and former Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, who oversaw Ukraine policy at the State Department.

"Devon will talk directly to J. Kerry about the business interest in Ukraine energy strategy," Youssef texted Waldman in September 2015. Another text that day referred to an intermediary "having lunch" with Nuland where "he will ask her directly if there are any changes about DF."

Waldman's text messages suggest he was not that familiar with Hunter Biden, apparently even unaware the younger Biden was a lawyer, and that Waldman was generally disengaged in the efforts to contact State. But Waldman raised concerns with Youssef on Sept. 15, 2015, that continuing to use Hunter Biden and his business associate, Archer, to contact State officials might boomerang.

"Second thought, I remain concerned that this relationship with sons of leaders firm could become public and strongly recommend caution," Waldman wrote Youssef, questioning whether Archer, Hunter Biden or others involved in the U.S. contacts needed to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

Waldman also raised concern to Youssef that Hunter Biden might not be working with Firtash in his capacity as a lawyer -- and Archer wasn't a lawyer -- eliminating potential attorney-client privilege, the text messages show.

In written answers to questions from Just the News, Waldman said he could not discuss aspects of his representation of Firtash because of attorney-client privilege but confirmed Youssef's account that Hunter Biden and Archer had made efforts to contact the State Department for a period of time in 2015.

Waldman said while he had occasional contacts with Youssef and Archer, he had never communicated with Hunter Biden, though his name came up during discussions.

Archer "told me from time to time that he was having or planning to have meetings with senior State Department officials including Secretary Kerry and with Vice President Joe Biden," Waldman said. "…I recall that he mentioned specifically that his associate, whom I understood to be Hunter Biden, was meeting with Tony Blinken."

Documents obtained by Just the News under the Freedom of Information Act show that Hunter Biden arranged to have a luncheon meeting at the State Department with Blinken on July 22, 2015, though they do not indicate the topic of the meeting.

Hunter Biden had requested the meeting back a couple of months earlier. "I know you are impossibly busy, but would like to get your advice on a couple of things," Hunter Biden wrote Blinken on May 22, 2015.

File
433389212-Biden-Blinken-Meeting.pdf

In private Senate testimony last year, Blinken said the July 2015 meeting was his only one at State with Hunter Biden and the two talked about the loss of Hunter Biden's older brother Beau to cancer. "We talked about his brother, about the effect the passing of his brother was having on the family, the effect it was having on then Vice President Biden," Blinken said. "It was all about the loss the family had suffered and how they were coping with it."

File
lunch.pdf

Waldman said he cautioned Youssef that Hunter Biden's and Archer's involvement in the Firtash matter might trigger foreign lobbying laws in the United States and require "necessary public disclosure filings" and that he was suspicious that Hunter Biden or Archer could change State's position on Firtash's indictment.

"What I learned was that the USG's position had not changed towards my client, as some were claiming," Waldman said.

Waldman said at some point the flurry of activity by various teams on the case caught the attention of the FBI. He said he coordinated a response with Webb, Firtash's lead lawyer in the criminal case, and answered agents' questions about roles and responsibilities in the case.

Nearly seven years after Firtash's indictment, the Ukrainian oligarch still has not been extradited to the United States to face trial, a delay that has spanned three American presidencies and raised serious concerns in the courts of Austria and Spain about the U.S. evidence and possible political influence in the criminal process.

The charges allege bribery involving a titanium mine in India – which Firtash denies and which don’t have a direct nexus to any U.S. activity.

Hunter Biden: Laptop "Certainly" Could Be Mine

FRIDAY, APR 02, 2021 - 01:22 PM
Hunter Biden admitted in a Friday interview that the infamous "laptop from hell" which contained explosive evidence of shady business dealings and a trove of sexual material - some of it allegedly underage - "absolutely" could belong to him.

Sitting down with CBS's "Sunday Morning," Hunter - the 'smartest guy' President Biden knows - was asked a "yes or no" whether a MacBook Pro dropped off at a Delaware computer repair shop in April 2019 was his, according to the New York Post - which was banned from Twitter for more than two weeks last October for simply reporting on the laptop.

"I really don’t know what the answer is, that’s the truthful answer," said Hunter of the water-damaged MacBook Pro which was eventually seized by the FBI (whose top child porn investigator signed a subpoena to obtain), adding "I have no idea."

When asked whether it could have belonged to him, however, Hunter said: "Absolutely."

"Certainly, there could be a laptop out there that was stolen from me. It could be that I was hacked, it could be that it was Russian intelligence. It could be that it was stolen from me," he added.

The laptop - while allegedly containing inappropriate photographs of underage girls in - revealed that President Biden lied when he said that he had no knowledge of Hunter's business dealings - and was in fact involved with them.
In the final months of the heated 2020 presidential race, The Post revealed a trove of emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop that raised questions about his then-candidate father’s ties to his son’s foreign business ventures, including Burisma, a Ukrainian natural gas company linked to corruption.
The emails revealed that the younger Biden introduced a top Burisma executive to his father, then vice president, less than a year before the elder Biden admittedly pressured Ukrainian officials into firing a prosecutor who was investigating the company.
The never-before-revealed meeting is mentioned in a message of appreciation that Vadym Pozharskyi, a Burisma board adviser, sent Hunter on April 17, 2015. -New York Post
The laptop, which was protected by the password "Hunter02" according to the Daily Mail, was considered a national security nightmare.
Via the Mail:
The material, none of which was encrypted or protected by anything as basic as two-factor authentication, includes:
  • Joe Biden's personal mobile number and three private email addresses as well as the names of his Secret Service agents;
  • Mobile numbers for former President Bill Clinton, his wife Hillary and almost every member of former President Barack Obama's cabinet;
  • A contact database of 1,500 people including actress Gwyneth Paltrow, Coldplay singer Chris Martin, former Presidential candidate John Kerry and ex-FBI boss Louis Freeh;
  • Personal documents including Hunter's passport, driver's licence, social security card, credit cards and bank statements;
  • Details of Hunter's drug and sex problems, including $21,000 spent on one 'live cam' porn website and 'selfies' of him engaging in sex acts and smoking crack cocaine;
And according to Rudy Giuliani, there were disturbing, underage photographs of young girls found on Hunter's laptop which were turned over to police in New Castle County, Delaware.

Giuliani said last October on his podcast, "Common Sense,"
"What we found were a number of photographs that troubled us greatly. They troubled us greatly because there were photographs of underage girls. The underage girls were dressed in a very provocative way... very little bikinis, and poses, that were sexually provocative.
That was troubling in and of itself, but then there was one that was straight out-and-out child pornography. Just straight - I mean, as [Justice] Potter Stewart once described pornography as 'you can't define it, but you know it when you see it.'

Well, you know this when you see it.
We also knew what our obligations were because Bernie [Kerik, a senior VP at Giuliani Partners and former interim Interior Minister of Iraq after Operation Iraqi Freedom] had been a policeman, and I had been an assistant US Attorney and a Mayor. As a public official, had I seen that, I'd have to report it. I'd be a mandatory reporter as are medical people. When you see child pornography, or you see evidence that we also saw in the text messages and emails of an unsafe environment for the children.
Considerably unsafe environment for the children. Again, I will not go into detail as to why. That's for the Delaware police."
The laptop also contained videos of Hunter smoking crack and engaging in sex acts with an unidentified woman.

Still no word from Hunter on who the "big guy" is...

“It Could Have Been Russian Intelligence” – Hunter Biden Lies About His Lost Laptop with Biden Family Porn On It (VIDEO)

By Jim Hoft
Published April 2, 2021 at 9:30am

First son Hunter Biden sat down with CBS Sunday Morning reporter Tracy Smith for his first interview since the Inauguration.

During the interview, the CBS reporter asked Hunter Biden if the “laptop” with all of his contents on it, including his family porn and crack-smoking, was his laptop.

Crackhead Hunter lied through his teeth in his response.

This could have been an epic exchange if the reporter knew anything.
Reporter Tracy Smith: Was that your laptop?
Hunter Biden: For real, I don’t know. I just don’t know.
Tracy Smith: You don’t know yes or no if that was your laptop?
Hunter Biden: I don’t have any idea. I have no idea.
Tracy Smith: It could have been yours?
Hunter Biden: Of course, there could be a laptop out there that was stolen from me. It could be that I was hacked. It could be that it was Russian intelligence.
Of course, Hunter Biden signed a work request at the computer shop where he dropped off his computer and then forgot to go back and pick it up.

There’s a signed receipt by Hunter Biden for the work.

The reporter should have know this rather than pushing conspiracies on the American public.

Hunter Biden Admits: “There Could Be A Laptop Out There…” After MONTHS Of Media Cover-Ups.
hunter

After months of mainstream media coverup and big tech censorship of the contents of Hunter Biden’s hard drive, the president’s son admitted: “there could a laptop out there.”

The remarks come from an interview with CBS to promote his new memoir, Beautiful Things.

When pressed on the laptop, he repeatedly insisted “I don’t know” before admitting the laptop “could” be his:

“Of course, certainly. There could be a laptop out there that was stolen from me. It could be that I was hacked. It could be that it was Russian intelligence. It could be that it was stolen from me.

The laptop, which contains emails, texts, and documents related to Hunter Biden’s corrupt business dealings with foreign governments such as the Chinese Communist Party, saw its contents heavily censored when outlets such as The New York Post reported on them. Twitter notoriously blocked users and journalists from sharing stories related to the laptop.

GOP senator: Biden family deals in China pose 'enormous blackmail' threat for president

Hunter Biden's dealings with Chinese nationals, including one who is now a convicted felon, pose an "enormous blackmail" threat to President Biden, a key Republican senator who investigated the matter warns.

Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., the former chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and current ranking member on the powerful Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, told the John Solomon Reports podcast on Friday that the case of Chinese businessman Patrick Ho chi-Ping illustrates the threat.

Ho, 70, was part of an investment group that worked with Hunter Biden and his business partners after Joe Biden left the vice presidency. Ho was convicted of violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act for trying to bribe high-ranking officials in Chad and Uganda, and court records show he was the subject of a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant.

"This investment group, they were hoping to tap for initially $10 million. But these are individuals that had ties right into the Communist Party of China, within the People's Liberation Army. And Patrick Ho was an individual that apparently was subject to a FISA warrant, which means somebody somewhere is suspecting him being a counter-intelligence threat."

Audio on website 35:13 min

"These are the individuals that Hunter Biden is associating himself with, trying to develop an investment firm with. In the end, when Patrick Ho was indicted, the first phone call he made was to James Biden –– I've heard that he was really trying to get ahold of Hunter," Johnson added, citing evidence his investigators reviewed.

"Hunter, in the end, got paid a million dollars to represent Patrick Ho, this individual that, again, the U.S. government issued a FISA warrant done because of the counterintelligence threat that he might have posed. So it just boggled my mind with what we revealed in our report," Johnson said.

A spokesman for the White House and a lawyer for Hunter Biden did not immediately return a call seeking comment Friday.

Johnson also discussed the difficulties of getting information from federal agency bureaucracies, which he said often thwarted his Senate subpoenas and evidence requests.

"But you know, for a while, it was like pulling teeth getting information out of these –– I'll call them 'Deep State' agencies –– under President Trump," Johnson said. "I mean, President Trump, as much as he wanted this stuff made public and and unclassified, still couldn't get it done because they slow-walked our requests, ran out the clock, hoping that President Trump wouldn't get elected, and unfortunately, he was not reelected."

"So now we've got the Biden administration –– [Attorney General] Merrick Garland, [Director of National Intelligence] Avril Haines –– we're writing the letters, we'll make it public. Hopefully, public pressure will prompt them to at least provide us some information," he added. "And of course, we're also looking at the Department of Justice, the district –– the U.S. Attorneys that are apparently investigating Hunter Biden, but again, I'm not holding their breath on that investigation, either."

Johnson was referring to a letter that both he and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) sent to Garland and Haines, requesting information regarding the Chinese nationals that Hunter Biden had ties with.

Johnson described why he is worried Hunter Biden's relationship with Chinese nationals could impair his father's ability to negotiate U.S. policy with China.

"This is pretty obvious that this is a serious problem when it comes to counterintelligence threats, potential extortion, because now you've got President Biden dealing with Chinese. What all does the Communist Party of China have, in terms of information, that just might impact U.S. policy toward China if Joe Biden and Hunter Biden knows what they know, and want to make sure that they never reveal it publicly?"

"It just has enormous blackmail potential –– the type of thing the press was completely worried about with Donald Trump, it was all false. There were no connections, there was no blackmail that Russia could hold over President Trump's head," Johnson said.

"But here you've got obvious potential blackmail threats, counterintelligence threats, under the Biden administration, and the press doesn't say a word, not a peep out of them. It's amazing."

On TB every waking moment

The tale begins in April 2015, when Hunter Biden got an email from his business partner — the now-convicted felon Devon Archer — about a plan to assist the oligarch Dmitri Firtash, a Ukrainian who was under U.S. indictment by the Obama-Biden administration, and at the time, a fugitive.

File
2015_04_21 - Re-DF - Waldman and Archer.pdf

The goal was to see whether Firtash's felony indictment could be erased or eased with the help of the Obama-Biden State Department, where Hunter Biden's father held much sway and where the vice president's longtime national security adviser, Tony Blinken, served as deputy secretary under John Kerry, according to emails and interviews published last week by Just the News.

By June 2015, the discussions had evolved enough that a member of Firtash's inner circle — childhood friend Hares Youssef — traveled to the United States to meet with Hunter Biden. Eventually, Biden told Youssef that he could not help on the Firtash case, and the conversation evolved to how Hunter Biden and his partner Archer might be able to help Youssef with one of his companies aspiring to create micropayment donations technology, Youssef told Just the News.

Youssef said Archer introduced him to a technology fund in Hawaii called mbloom and persuaded him to invest. By September 2015, Youssef said he was investing $3 million os his own money in mbloom, a transfer that got immediately flagged by U.S. banking officials, according to a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filed with the Treasury Department and first revealed in the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists' FinCEN Files.

After Youssef's money reached America, mbloom transferred much of the money to an affiliate company called mbloom BDC Advisor LLC, according to the the SAR report cited by the FinCen Files Web site. And mbloom BDC Advisors LLC sent $275,000 to a company controlled by Archer called Rosemont Seneca Bohai LLC, according to records obtained by the FBI.

File
RSB-BloomTransaction.pdf

If Rosemont Seneca Bohai LLC sounds familiar, it's because that was the firm to which the Ukrainian gas company Burisma sent more than $3 million in payments after Hunter Biden joined its board, a relationship that started the whole Hunter Biden scandal and eventually became embroiled in Donald Trump's first impeachment.

Hunter Biden routinely took payments of tens of thousands of dollars from Rosemont Seneca Bohai in 2014 and 2015. One of those payments occurred less than a week after mbloom BDC Advisors LLC sent a transfer to the Rosemont Seneca Bohai account/

One deal evolves to another, money comes from overseas and hops across an array of companies and accounts — and Hunter Biden ends up with some cash.

It's a pattern that congressional investigators — who examined Hunter Biden's extensive deals with China, Ukraine and Russia — say was repeated several times.
The Senate Homeland and Governmental Affairs Committee staff spent more than a year investigating Hunter Biden's businesses before concluding last fall that the Biden family may have been compromised by foreign dealings.

Wisconsin Republican Sen. Ron Johnson, who chaired the committee at the time, told Just the News that he realized just how complicated the Biden family deals were when his staff came across a half dozen or more entities all named Hudson West.

"It gets extremely difficult to unravel all these things," Johnson said. "If you take a look at this, your head starts swimming of all the different entities. For example, Hudson West. There are eight or nine different Hudson West companies, right? It's hard to keep all this stuff straight. And that's the exact purpose of it, to try and hide it through multiple different transactions."

While much is complex, some themes are recurring. Money flows to Hunter Biden-connected entities and associates from foreign countries like Ukraine, Russia, and China where his father had primary policy responsibility. Some of the people Hunter Biden engaged in the business end up as convicted felons, including Devon Archer, Jason Galanis, Bevan Cooney, and even the Chinese businessman Patrick Ho. And some of the companies in the network end up in legal controversy.

For instance, Rosemont Seneca Bohai ultimately was subpoenaed by the FBI and became a focal point in the trial that led to the conviction of Archer and others. Hunter Biden was not accused of wrongdoing in that case.

Mbloom had its own controversy. Just a few short months after Youssef says he sent his money, the firm abruptly shut down. Youssef told Just the News he lost all but $275,000 of his investment. Hawaii officials who invested in the fund blamed the "unwanted attention" of Archer's indictment for the closure.

Mbloom began as a joint-venture between the Hawaiian Strategic State Development Corporation (HSDC) and Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (which was run by Archer and once listed Hunter Biden as an advisor). An attorney and spokesman for Hunter Biden claims that Biden "severed his relationship" with Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners prior to this fall 2015 transaction. But emails from a purported Hunter Biden laptop seized by the FBI suggest the younger Biden remained involved with Rosemont Technology Partners well after 2015.

For instance, a March 2017 email addressed to Hunter Biden as an "investor" provided tax records for three Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners funds. And an April 2016 email exchange involving Hunter Biden referred to "our colleagues at RSTP" and claimed RSTP wasn't interested in the investment opportunity.

Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners invested $5 million in mbloom and the HSDC provided "the other half," according to author and journalist Peter Schweizer, who first exposed the mbloom deal. Schweizer reported that at least $3 million of the HSDC's mbloom funding came from a federal program called the Treasury Department State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI), "which was run by a longtime Biden aide named Don Graves."

In 2016, Hawaii pulled the plug on HSDC’s mbloom investment. "The unwelcome attention from the beginning altered the direction of the fund," HSDC president Karl Fooks explained. It remains unclear exactly how much Hawaiians and U.S. taxpayers lost in money from the mbloom deal.

Mbloom was run by Arben Kryeziu (or Arben Kane), a Kosovo-born German citizen who has not replied to Just the News' requests for comment. On May 18, 2015, Kryeziu established the mbloom BDC Advisor LLC affiliate. One day later, a small tech company — also run by Kryeziu — called Code Rebel had an IPO on the Nasdaq stock exchange.

According to the SEC, business partners of Hunter Biden, including Archer, used the proceeds from a Native American tribal bond scheme to buy up to 87% of the Code Rebel stock on May 19, 2015, driving the stock up from its $5 offering price to $15 a share.

Indeed, on May 20, 2015, Archer forwarded an article to Hunter Biden boasting that "Code Rebel Completes NASDAQ IPO; Shares….Up 217% in Debut."

In a recent interview, Hunter Biden attempted to blame President Trump for revealing his corrupt ties to the former Ukrainian regime. He falsely claimed the calls to investigate his business dealings overseas were “illegitimate” despite the existence of material evidence suggesting money laundering and abuse of his father’s office as vice president.

“I didn’t fully comprehend the level to which this former administration and the people around it would go,” Hunter claimed.

He also failed to explain why he was taking large sums of money from Ukraine, the Kremlin and China. On top of that, he didn’t provide a clear explanation of the ongoing federal probe into his taxes.

“The difference between the politics you’re talking about in terms of the last 40 years is a very different game and I don’t want to ever again hand a weapon to people that would use it in an illegitimate way that they used the weapon of me against my dad,” Hunter stated.

Complaint Against Kamala-Affiliated D.C. Group Exposes Shady Hunter Biden Business Dealings
Truman National Security Project Has Close Affiliations With Biden Admin Figures

Complaint Against Kamala-Affiliated D.C. Group Exposes Shady Hunter Biden Business Dealings

Vice president Kamala Harris and other Biden administration figures are affiliated with the Truman National Security Project, a neoliberal Washington, D.C. foreign policy organization. The Truman National Security Project is accused of failing to disclose its former board member Hunter Biden’s Ukraine business relationship with another board member to the IRS and failing to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), according to a complaint filed against the Truman National Security Project to the Department of Justice (DOJ). The National Legal and Policy Center made the complaint to the DOJ against the Truman National Security Project, Hunter Biden, and also the University of Pennsylvania’s Penn Biden Center, which was managed by Joe Biden’s Secretary of State Tony Blinken and received anonymous Chinese funding.

During the period in question, the Truman National Security Project had Hunter Biden on its board as well as the executive of a consulting firm employed by Burisma Holdings, and the Truman Project allegedly did political work that benefited Burisma’s interests, according to the complaint. Burisma Holdings is the scandal-plagued Ukraine gas company that had Hunter Biden on its board. Joe Biden gave a speech discussing the Ukraine energy sector to the Truman National Security Project’s 2015

Kamala Harris serves on the Board of Advisors of the Truman Center, which is the Truman National Security Project’s sister organization, and has received support from the Truman National Security Project. This represents one of multiple links between Kamala Harris and Hunter Biden’s business dealings. Kamala Harris was named on a list of “key domestic contacts” in a memo that Joe Biden’s brother Jim sent to Hunter Biden and associates including Tony Bobulinski in 2017 as Hunter Biden planned to do business globally including in China.

An archive of the Truman National Security Project board from 2019 shows Hunter Biden listed as vice chairman alongside Joe Biden’s current National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan. Hunter Biden reportedly snagged his appointment to the Truman National Security Project board in 2011. Hunter has since been removed from the Project’s “Board” page.

Truman1-600x330.jpg

The Truman National Security Project states, “The Truman National Security Project and our sister organization, the Truman Center for National Policy, are named after President Harry S. Truman.”

Trumanabout-600x505.jpg

Kamala Harris is currently listed online as serving on the Board of Advisors of the Truman Center, alongside Joe Biden’s Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg. In August 2020, the Washington Post reported that Kamala Harris “is on the board of the Truman National Security Project, a center-left foreign policy advocacy organization” and linked to a now-unavailable Truman Project blog post about Harris becoming the Democrat vice presidential nominee, underscoring the extremely close relationship between the sister Truman entities. The Truman National Security Project previously endorsed Kamala Harris’ Senate campaign in California. As of November 2020, the Truman National Security Project identified Kamala Harris as a Truman member and a “Board of Advisors” member.

kamalatruman.jpg

The National Legal and Policy Center complaint to the DOJ states:The Truman National Security Project is a nonprofit public policy advocacy organization that was required to register with DOJ under FARA because two of its board members, Hunter Biden and Sally Painter (individuals who, as directors, “direct” the Truman Project) who is also the COO of Blue Star Strategies, which was hired by Burisma in 2015, and thus share the same client; and because the Truman Project has engaged in political activities which support Burisma’s interests and has sought to inform the public on domestic or foreign policy which oppose the policies of the Trump administration.

When Hunter Biden was an interested director at Burisma, the company hired BlueStar. As reported by the Wall Street Journal, “n November 2015, Burisma hired Washington-based consulting firm Blue Star Strategies, which has been lauded in the West for its work to help former Soviet countries prepare for NATO consideration. Its founders: Sally Painter, a senior adviser to the Commerce Department in the Clinton administration, and Karen Tramontano, a deputy chief of staff in the Clinton White House.” The Journal also reported that “email exchanges between State Department staffers show that Karen Tramontano, chief executive of Blue Star, cited Mr. Biden’s position in trying to secure a meeting with a senior official at the State Department.” Furthermore, 22 U.S.C. 613(h) provides that any agent of a non-governmental foreign principal is exempt from FARA if the agent registers under the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 when conducting lobbying on behalf of the foreign principal. However, the Truman National Security Project has not registered under the LDA…While it is unclear exactly when Burisma retained Blue Star Strategies, Biden and Painter were serving together on the Truman board while Blue Star was working for Burisma.

The IRS requires nonprofit organizations to disclose when directors or officers have a business relationship, but the Truman National Security Project did not do so. As a tax-exempt organization, the Truman National Security Project is required to file its Form 990 tax returns and to disclose whether any of its officers or key employees have a “business relationship” with any others. The Instructions to the Form 990 published by the IRS require disclosure of business relationships when “One person is employed . . . by an organization with which the other is associated as a director.” In other words, if Burisma hires Sally Painter (which it did) and Hunter Biden is a director of Burisma (which he was), the existence of a business relationship must be disclosed. Part VI, Section A, Question 2 of Form 990 form asks: “Did any officer, director, trustee, or key employee have a family relationship or a business relationship with any other officer, director, trustee, or key employee? On its 2017 Form 990, the Truman National Security Project answered “No”…In 2015, in a speech Vice President Joe Biden made at the Truman Project (by this time, Hunter was already a director for Burisma), he commented on his role in securing energy independence in Ukraine…”

NATIONAL FILE’s FRANK SALVATO PREVIOUSLY REPORTED: In a story that received next to zero coverage in the mainstream media, an internal email/memo from Democrat presidential hopeful Joe Biden’s brother, Jim Biden, to the hierarchy of SinoHawk Holdings, the partnership between the CEFC China Energy Company (CEFC) and the Biden family, cataloged a rich list of “key domestic contacts” that included then-US Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), and other high-level Democrats and Progressives.

The memo was sent from Jim Biden to James Gilliar, Tony Bobulinski, Hunter Biden, and Rob Walker with the subject line, “Phase One Domestic Contacts/Project.”

The “key domestic contacts” listed in the memo outlining associations for Biden family business venture projects included:
  • Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA)
  • Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY)
  • Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN)
  • Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA)
  • Former US Senior Senator Al Franken (D-MN)
  • Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY)
  • California Governor Gavin Newsome (D)
  • New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D)
  • Former Virginia Gov. Terry McCauliffe (D)
  • Former Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton (D)
  • Former California Governor Jerry Brown (D)
  • New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio(D)
  • Mayor of Los Angeles Eric Garcetti (D)
As a byproduct of the mainstream media’s willful refusal to cover the story, Harris was never made to address the issue, let alone answer any probing questions into her possible relationship with the Bidens in this matter.

Hunter Biden’s business associations with several Communist Chinese nationals, according to the Senate Homeland Security and Senate Finance committees, have “resulted in millions of dollars in questionable transactions.”

As part of an investigation conducted by the committees targeting Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings, it was also discovered that Hunter Biden opened a bank account with Gongwen Dong, whom he described as an “emissary” for Ye Jianming, the chairman of CEFC, which bankrolled a $100,000 international spending binge with his uncle, Jim Biden.

Hunter Biden admitted in a statement this week, that the US Attorney’s Office in Delaware has an active investigation ongoing into his “tax affairs.”

A government source with intimate knowledge of the matter told reporters that Hunter Biden is a subject/target of the grand jury investigation, indicating that the investigation is focused on the commission of a crime.”

MEANWHILE, THE COMPLAINT DISCUSSES ANONYMOUS CHINESE DONATIONS TO THE PENN BIDEN CENTER, WHICH WAS MANAGED BY JOE BIDEN’S CURRENT SECRETARY OF STATE TONY BLINKEN, WHO APPEARS IN EMAILS ON HUNTER’S LAPTOP

The National Legal and Policy Center complaint states:
From 2013-2019, the University of Pennsylvania received more than $67 million from China. More significantly, after the Penn Biden Center opened it doors here in Washington, D.C., on February 2018, the China gifts poured in all the more, including a single anonymous gift a few months later on May 25, 2018 for a whopping $14.5 million, and continued after Biden announced his candidacy of the presidency on April 25, 2019…The University of Pennsylvania has refused to disclose the source of these anonymous donations or any documents associated with these gifts or contracts. Both Penn and the Penn Biden Center are particularly vulnerable to Chinese influences due to these large amounts of donations and contracts. For example, Penn Global sponsored its fourth annual 2020 Penn China Research Symposium on January 31, 2020,that included opening remarks by Ambassador Huang Ping, Consul-General of the People’s Republic of China in New York. At least one of the panelists at the symposium was from the Penn Biden Center.”

EXCLUSIVE: Unearthed E-Mails Place Hunter Biden At West Wing Meeting With Then VP Biden And Burisma Board Partner Devon Archer.
Previously unseen e-mails on Hunter Biden’s “Hard Drive from Hell” point to never-before-seen evidence of involvement by Joe Biden in his son’s lucrative business dealings in Ukraine with natural gas conglomerate Burisma Holdings, The National Pulse can exclusively reveal.

In a previously unreported email reviewed by The National Pulse, Rosemont Seneca Partners employee Joan K. Peugh advises Hunter Biden – who is addressed by his given name, Robert – that he is scheduled for a White House meeting on April 16th, 2014.

Prior to today, it was known that Devon Archer had attended the meeting in the West Wing, and corporate media outlets excused the matter as an “art project” discussion. Today, that version of events ends.

Just days after this meeting, then Vice President Joe Biden visited Ukraine, and both Hunter and Archer would start receiving whopping checks from energy company Burisma, an industry in which they had zero experience.

Hunter Biden recently admitted the previously dismissed “hard drive from hell” actually “could” be his.

IMG_2299-1160x870.jpg
THE E-MAIL WITH A NEW TIMELINE.
The line item of the e-mail, itself dated April 15th 2014, reads: “1115AM- Meet Devon and Luke @ Peet’s Coffee and head to WH (Jamie Lyons is ####### if anything comes up).”

Lyons, at the time, was an assistant to Joe Biden’s chief of staff Steve Richetti, which indicates attention by the Vice President himself into the visit of the two soon-to-be Burisma board members.

Significantly, this April 16th meeting occurred only five days before Joe Biden took his second vice presidential trip to Ukraine to deliver a substantial package of assistance to Ukraine, including energy security, some of which directly benefitted the company – Burisma – which would simultaneously start fattening his son’s wallet.

Screen-Shot-2021-04-07-at-5.11.19-PM-1160x736.png
HUNTER MET DEVON ARCHER AT THE PEET’S COFFEE ACROSS FROM THE WHITE HOUSE.

Obama White House Visitor Logs dated April 16th 2014 and reviewed by The National Pulse confirm Hunter Biden’s business partner Devon Archer and his son Luke Archer were, indeed, admitted to the West Wing at 1130AM to meet the Vice President.

As a family member of the Vice President, Hunter Biden would have been able to access the White House without having a visitor’s appointment, so his name would not appear in the visitor logs. To this date, it is unclear if he was a part of the meeting.

This newly published email is the first traceable evidence that Hunter Biden was also present at his business partner’s West Wing meeting with his father, and it potentially refutes Joe Biden’s assertion that he knew nothing of Hunter’s business in Ukraine. If anything, this looks more like a planning meeting for the three.

JBA-Screenshot-4A-1160x620.png
WHITE HOUSE VISITOR LOGS

Department of Treasury records indicate both Hunter Biden and Devon Archer started receiving wire transfer payments from Burisma starting just a few weeks later, in May 2014. These totaled over $4 million.

President Trump’s first impeachment hinged on his belief that Joe Biden initiated the firing of a Ukrainian prosecutor who was investigating corruption at Burisma, which Biden had bragged about on several occasions.

Archer has since been convicted of securities fraud, which he perpetrated against the Oglala Sioux tribe at the same time of his West Wing meeting with Biden.
The e-mail is also the first documented meeting to date, within the White House itself, between Joe Biden and the Burisma Boys, Hunter and Devon. Malfeasance would be the charge if Vice President Biden was, indeed, using his office to promote their business opportunities.

This 2014 West Wing meeting was also identified as suspicious in September 2020 in by Senate Homeland Security Governmental Affairs Committee in their report on Hunter Biden’s shady dealings in Ukraine, Russia, and China. At the time of their report, they did not know of this email. The report read:
On April 16, 2014, Vice President Biden met with his son’s business partner, Devon Archer, at the White House. Five days later, Vice President Biden visited Ukraine, and he soon after was described in the press as the “public face of the administration’s handling of Ukraine.” The day after his visit, on April 22, Archer joined the board of Burisma. Six days later, on April 28, British officials seized $23 million from the London bank accounts of Burisma’s owner, Mykola Zlochevsky.

Fourteen days later, on May 12, Hunter Biden joined the board of Burisma, and over the course of the next several years, Hunter Biden and Devon Archer were paid millions of dollars from a corrupt Ukrainian oligarch for their participation on the board.

The corporate media, however, has refused to acknowledge that this meeting could indicate a corrupt Joe Biden using his office to enrich his family in the final years of the Obama-Biden administration.

The most egregious example is perhaps Adam Entous, a reporter with the New Yorker, who had extensive contact with Hunter Biden and Devon Archer for a previous article.

In a September 23, 2020 tweet, no longer available, Entous insisted the April 16, 2014, meeting between Vice President Biden and Devon and Luke Archer was for a school art project. From the looks of it, they supplied him with a brief video that advanced their narrative. Entous, of course, mindlessly amplified it.

With this newfound evidence of Hunter’s presence for what he published was an “art project” discussion, maybe Entous can admit he was manipulated by the Bidens into covering for them.

Hunter Biden Seems To Justify His Ukrainian Paycheck By Saying He Was Fighting Trump’s Buddy Putin
Addicts must let go of resentments and be honest. Hunter Biden does neither in his new memoir, which puts blind hatred of Republicans over serenity.

Hunter Biden’s memoir, billed as a recovered drug addict’s acceptance of his mistakes and journey to inner peace, is instead laced with partisan rage, displaying a seething hatred for Republicans who he continues to blame for his problems.

Just days after he had last used crack, the son of the president viewed the prospect of leadership by those with different preferred policy positions as more frightening than a soulless life of depravity, saying Donald Trump’s reelection is what he “feared most,” constituting a “threat to democracy.”

The son of the now-president had been criticized for taking a lucrative position on the board of Ukranian gas company Burisma while his vice-president father was deeply involved in the affairs of that country, where corruption is rampant. Burisma proudly put a picture of Joe Biden on its website.

Hunter admits that his five-figure-a-month board fees were “a major enabler during my steepest skid into addiction” that allowed him to “spend recklessly, dangerously, destructively,” including using cocaine on a Burisma board trip.
Yet he justifies his actions with partisan rhetoric, saying that “Burisma was opposed to the direct interests of the most dangerous person in the world—Vladimir Putin,” and he still thinks it was unfair for Republicans to question his big-money international deals.

In his world, opposition to Republicans seems to justify everything else.
“If I was going to pick a side—and if I was going to get paid to pick a side—I’d choose the same way again, rather than back the person President Trump has sided with,” he writes, saying a company official told him, “You can get paid by the Russians or the people who are fighting them.”

“Do you think if any of the Trump children ever tried to get a job outside of their father’s business that his name wouldn’t figure into the calculation? My response has always been to work harder so that my accomplishments stand on their own,” he writes, even while detailing how he laid on the couch for days with a jerry-rigged bottle of vodka propped to his mouth, or spent his days lounging by the pool while going to the bathroom to smoke crack every fifteen minutes.

An email involving another potential business scheme involving China said that “H,” or Hunter, would get 20% and also hold 10% for “the big guy,” which a participant on the email thread, Tony Bobulinski, has said referred to Joe Biden.

Hunter simply says comments by Trump and his lawyer Rudy Giuliani questioning the propriety of the arrangement were part of the “up-is-down, self-dealing universe cooked up for political and personal gain by Trump and Giuliani and their circle of bandits,” part of “the ever-swelling club of Trump’s conspiratorial delusions.”

In the end, the elder Biden “beat back a vile man with a vile mission,” Hunter writes, and “I became the beneficiary of the absurdity and transparent criminality of my pursuers. … Every bogus whistleblower, out-of-context email, salacious photograph or video clip (manufactured or real), made me feel nearly invincible to their slings and arrows.”

Partisanship superseding morality and being more important than other aspects of life appears to be a recurring theme in Hunter’s memoir “Beautiful Things,” which was released Tuesday.

Decades ago, former Senator Mike Mansfield taught Joe Biden an important lesson, Hunter writes: “you can question a colleague’s judgment, whether it be a Democrat or a Republican, but you should never question his or her motives. Everybody comes to the Senate for a reason, he went on, but nobody comes for the sole purpose of being mean-spirited or un-American.”

But that no longer applies now, the president’s son writes. “Trump’s motives can and should be questioned because, hell, most of the time he flat-out states them. And take my word, those motives ain’t pretty.”

When Joe Biden joined the Barack Obama ticket in 2008, the family believed he would be the “most influential vice president ever—that is, if you discount Dick Cheney, who had the advantage of manipulating his commander in chief,” Hunter writes — before detailing how Joe Biden repeatedly shouted “Goddammit!” when his attempts to influence the Obama administration were thwarted by other advisers.

Hunter calls Republican Congressman Matt Gaetz “someone once arrested for driving under the influence in his daddy’s BMW, and who later had the charges mysteriously dropped.” However, he sneers that it is “ridiculous” to speculate that his own connections played a role in a dropped investigation against him when Arizona police found paraphernalia in a rental car alongside a Secret Service card and his brother’s attorney general badge.

Hunter’s inability to decide whether to take responsibility for his actions or skirt the details and blame Republicans is a fatal flaw for an addiction memoir, as well as possibly for his sobriety. Letting go of resentments and being honest about one’s mistakes is a key part of twelve-step programs.

Hunter writes that “The greatest value to being in rehab is the opportunity to be honest with yourself and” others, but that in his attempts, “it almost felt like I was playacting—performing a facsimile of my story rather than confessing it.” It’s not clear that anything had changed by the time he wrote the book.

He “had become resistant to traditional twelve-step-based rehabilitation—or too burned out on it, or too proficient at gaming it—for that method alone to seem like much use. It had worked for me for extended periods in the past, and there’s much about it I believe is invaluable—I still employ many of its tenets to stay sober,” he writes.

Some of his attempts an alternative approach to sobriety simply consisted of taking other drugs. “I was certain that my getting clean depended on more than just being told addiction is a disease and that it requires 100 percent abstinence,” he says, detailing how one rehab in Mexico consisted of taking the hallucinogen ibogaine, which is illegal in the U.S., and another entailed doing DMT, a drug derived from the glands of a toad.

After he drove the rental car to the treatment center in Arizona where the police found paraphernalia, he simply abstained from crack for a week and then left to go to a resort spa, proclaiming himself “physically and mentally purged.”

What is billed as his final cure consists of meeting a South African woman on a blind date, saying he loved her within minutes, and then getting married to her a week later.

In the book’s final pages, Hunter concludes that “I took solace in being attacked by such despicable opposition. When you’re assaulted by people with the capacity to take away an infant suckling from his mother’s breast and place him in a cage—well, I knew I was playing on the right side.”

But a world in which those with different political priorities are perceived as cartoon villains to be crushed is not so far off from the one he inhabited not long before, when his crack-addled roommate Bicycles believed that a serial killer was hiding in the walls.

And in a world like that, lasting serenity could be hard to find.
