I do wonder why a company whose main customers are patriots who do not appreciate stepping on freedoms would agree to such a mandate.
In fact companies around the world are agreeing to actions that will cause them to lose customers and employees, maybe even the entire business and certainly any profits for a long time, years.
So shareholders are not a concern, profit is not a big concern, what big event is happening such that the companies are ok with that?
Loss of capitalistic America?
Incoming ELE, the elites will be in their bunkers?
Their new masters promised them a place at the table?

It may not have to last long if the court gets their collective heads out of their hind quarters. The state courts declares this illegal and SCOTUS unconstitutional and Christmas is saved.

Good news even though Steve Hornady had to lie through his teeth to avoid the appearance of changing his position.
But this video reminds me of what I hate about most YouTubers: they cram 15 seconds of real content into 2-1/2 minutes of blather. I don't know who that guy is but he's typical of the genre.

I can see Red state courts declaring a vaccine mandate illegal, but you can be pretty well sure the SCOTUS would not take on an appeal. (certiorari)
Which may be good in this instance. Or bad.
It was all founded in "states rights." But SCOTUS has no compulsion to defend a state claimed right (this case overturning a Federal Mandate.)
Of course the next step would be the Fed "imposing the mandate" with Federal Officers - or possibly even the state in question's National Guard. The Fed HAS "federalized" the State National Guard before (Brown v. Board of Education relating to desegregation) Although in this case a LOT of the State National Guard simply didn't show up to take orders from their Fed overseers. The American Civil War was the same principle on steroids: a "rogue" state refuses to comply with Federal Mandate - so the Fed sends in superior force and "imposes" mandate.

Well isn’t this special. So after mandating that his employees take the shot, and then denying it in writing later when the gun community panned his decision, apparently now they’re on a tear to find the one who leaked the memo to the gun community.
The CFO is at the tip of the spear on the hunt. He’s angry. Furthermore, those who do not take the shot will have no access to their sick time. This is punishment for not taking the shot.
So this has almost become unrecoverable for Steve Hornady. It may be able to be salvaged. Let’s assume for a moment that Steve isn’t the one doing this, that he is being led by his CFO and/or his HR department.
The immediate solution is to make an example of his CFO and HR department by firing them in front of the employees. Forthwith unemployed, no returns, no questions asked, no discussion necessary. Do it. Fire them all.
Then write a letter to the gun community and beg for forgiveness and explain that you’re not just concerned about money, that you’re committed to liberty and that this message falls right in line with your production of ammunition for lovers of liberty. Then get in front of your employees and beg for their forgiveness. Explain that you surrounded yourself with awful people, and that mistake won’t happen again – ever.
Now let’s assume that this is all coming from Steve. In that case, there is no recovery. It’s a fait accompli.

There has to be a promise of capital, tax incentives, blackmail, coercion to make these corporations be this stupid!
