…… Help! I think my WIFI has been Hijacked!

I have a fiber wifi connection.

All of a sudden, it is refusing to let me access my own personal wifi, saying the password is wrong

The password was recorded in multiple apple devices and every one is being told the password is wrong.

I went to manually entering the password, and it says it is wrong.

Then I went back to the original one the fiber provider assigned me. And it says that is wrong too.

I am connecting through mt independent telephone hotspot.

If support is unable to do so they will need to send you a mew unit as yours has been compromised.

Amd check with your neighboors as one ofntheir kids may have hacked the hotspot. The other option is to contact police as it is a felony to steal some ones internet

I did this, and the tech thought it might be a glitch in their system. So he did something at his end, ask me to wait about 5 minutes, and then try again.

I did what he said.

And now, I am back online using my fiber connection.


whew!

I was not hijacked as I feared. It was just an easily fixable, electronic glitch.
