[HELP] Forum Software Bug?

i dont know if anyone else has been getting this displayed on their screens while browsing the forum, but when going to view a specific topic, in the middle of the screen pops up a pull-down box that says "Display last 10 days topics" (or something close to that).

its definitely an anomaly or bug .. just wondering if i'm the only one that sees it.

I don't get that. How long since your last reboot? Does the thing stay in one place or move with the screen when you scroll?
