so if I have any chili left over (good luck on that) I can spread it on a sheet and dry it? How long would it be to dry out? And would I store it in a glass jar all chunky-like? How about stew - that sounds like it would be good too.....got to try that when I get back to Canada during the spring blahs when the weather is not warm enough to go outside and I am dreaming about planting on Jun 1.
