Grape Seed Powder

Don't remember exactly why I ordered it - must have read something good about it somewhere. But now that I have it, what should I be doing with it??
Any help appreciated.

Just remember to use it pretty quickly, powders lose potency pretty fast.

I just KNEW I must have read something good about it.
Guess I better order a bunch of gelatin capsules and start swallowing!! Wonder how many capsules can be filled with a pound of grape seed powder?
