GOV/MIL FUNG ADVSORY: I Have A Bad Feeling

I've been feeling some anxiety, i think its because of all the "waiting" for the next shoe to drop. But then again we never really know what's going to happen, only God does.

I haven't listened to tv news in awhile, but catch the headlines online. I quit listening to prepping videos because they made me want to buy more food and I don't need to do that.

Its a beautiful day outside, cold, but the sun is shinning. We have much to be thankful for and we are thankful.

God is good all the time

The full moon was yesterday.
Someone not on this board said it was causing all sorts of anxiety, and that’s a real thing in my house right now!
Now, to be fair....I’ve developed an anxiety issue while caring for DH too, but I still think we’re all living with so many doom issues it’s causing a PTSD effect.

I literally have to ask in prayer for help with keeping the anxiety in control.

This. Plus geomagnetic storms last couple days. Sleep has been a challenge for me the past few nights, normally this mom collapses at the end of the day.

Oh yeah , and Mercury is in retrograde again

Me too. I just can't watch them anymore.

I’m sorry!
I’d say you have legit things to worry about when it comes to your family though!

Maybe ask if they can just send you quick “all is well” text at night?
Even one of those thumbs up replies is enough to ease your mind.

We have a group text going and usually all say goodnight. This of course is one time she didn't. They live on base so I'm not exactly sure what I thought would happen LOL.

My feelings range from stock market sell offs to WWIII. Take Your Pick. Feeling Very Depressed....and that feeling for me is unusual.

Embrace the suck as it were. It's just getting interesting.

The feeling will pass and there are times that all of us need a diversion for awhile. We do all we can to prepare and leave the rest in God's capable hands. Every time I feel like that I pray and tell God how thankful and blessed that I feel as I am beyond amazed we have made it this far. The system died in 2008 and Trump's unexpected election in 2016 gave us four more years we wouldn't of had under Hillary.

We have been beyond blessed to make it this far. Except the shat is starting to get real right now and more people are coming to that conclusion.

No....my youngest boy has
come down with Covid/Sars...he works at a Detroit area steel plant.
He says lots of the workers out sick. He has been to several funerals of YOUNG workers who have worked there..
All under 50.

Generally speaking...I AM DEPRESSED.

However....there are other factors that are fueling my negativity. This thread is not about my son...it's about the WORLD.

Does it start with a E or H ( steel plant)?

Perspective is always a good idea.

Things suck but for most of humanity for most of history things have sucked.

There are area’s of world activity that the individual cannot control. Why worry about what you can’t control. Pass it on to whatever higher power and release it.

Turn off the news and news feeds. Nothing that I see on media as news is really informing you of anything. Today news is specifically designed to elicit an emotional response. This is because you are more easily manipulated in an emotional state.

Understand what in your specific life is real. Things that you can touch, see, smell and taste are real. A puppy, kitten or apple pie out of the oven are real. The fake digits of the stock index are not real.

If war is to come because people are still morons worrying about won’t either start or stop it just makes your body deal with stress for the time you were worrying before anything happened.

Sometimes being happy in your own life is the best way to piss off our collective enemies, so frick them by smiling at the great big joke that is the world today.

That may mean it’s your speciality…like the kind of guys who only shine when extraordinary events take place?

Ever know someone with a singular talent?

Perhaps they were uncanny in their skill at something not useful in ‘normal’ times and situations?

Could be they’re incredibly good at killing? Shooting? Beating wholesale arse?

Then when the normies are out of their element, this odd duck shines?

Like the gal who could play Stardust on the piano with her feet.

But only Stardust.

And only with her feet.

some VERY wise words from Squid . . . I also find its best to remember these things. . .

we're here because - depending on your world view - we were either chosen to be here or we ourselves chose to be here AT this time and FOR this time. we each have a purpose to fulfill. when we arrived we all had individually preset expiration dates. it IS what it IS

I don't really worry about what I can't control or if I've done enough to "be ready" that time has past.

On TB every waking moment
I didn't want to get out of bed today, so slept in. Didn't want to shower and exercise, but did. I have lettuce to transplant, and will. Berries got planted yesterday. At least one thing new every day to make my future better.

Still putting puzzle pieces together in my mind. The picture gets clearer like it is emerging from a rippled pond, but there is not much I am able to control or do about it. ClifH says they are taking the banking system down next - over the next several months.

Reminds me of music from Pal Joey - Did I tell you, my life is often a musical? Here is Rita Hayworth singing "Zip." It has been on my mind this past week - duality of mind and physical work and all that.

I am heartened by all the protestors in the western world who are standing up for freedom and human dignity. I even heard some say their liberty was innate and could not be given or taken by government. Perhaps this Turning, "The Great Awakening," is a Redux of the American Revolutionary War, but across the West.

Now to go transplant lettuce. Got maters to pot in the cloche next.

Yeah, it's been a good run since the late 40's, but we're rapidly getting back to reality. History's been nothing but wars, famines, financial crashes/panics and death. But, boy, did we have a sweet ride for the last 70 years. The golden age of people and good living.

Welp, back to reality. Yeah, it sucks.

I read many yrs ago that every Sunday they turn up the HAARP frequencies and that's why we have bad wind mostly on Sunday.
Three weeks ago I started up with severe stomach pain. I've never in my life had a ulcer, but I guess I do now.
It doesn't seem to be bleeding, so I guess that's good.
15 yrs ago I had a bad peptic ulcer. Pain in my upper stomach 24/7 so bad felt like a knife. I knew it was an ulcer cuz I ALSO had burning. Went to doc had very small one. Took meds. Didn't. Help. Took other natural stuff. Eventually went away. I took so much I forget now but 2 things helped a lot.

Holistic doc said to take Carnosine....heals the stomach lining. Also to mix : few spoonfuls of GOOD olive oil mixed in with MALTED MILK PD . Heals too. It's YUMMY!! U will want more. On empty stomach best. The PD is at the large supermarkets. Go to Aldi's and pick up the GOOD olive oil. I think $8. I can't remember what else I took I took so much.

PTSD isn't something just for for combat vets or vets in general.........I felt that kind of angst recently and that's how my mind (the I) described it..........the last 5+ years have been highly stress filled due to med issues and now in addition to that is the spontaneous crumbling of society............we've lived on the edge of a humongous web for so long we're surprised there really is a spider at the center and it's HUNGRY............

Major volcanic eruption that no one is expecting, not Yellowstone, on the VEI7 level or higher is what I'm expecting. Tonga already caught everyone off guard, there's a super volcano south of south America not far from Antarctica who knows when it will explode, it's been experiencing a lot of 6.0 quakes of late. Check out active undersea volcanoes off of the Sandwich Islands.
