Iran’s government mouthpiece Press TV is panicking over the prospect of a defeat for President Barack Obama and warns that Mitt Romney will steal the election through “black-box” voting machines that "manufacture election outcomes.”

It also charged that the polls – virtually all of which now show Romney in the lead or at least in a dead heat – are fraudulent. Press TV has picked up on some American website tweets that predict black Americans will riot if Obama loses.

Obama is far from being a friend of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, but the prospect of a hawkish Republican candidate apparently is even less attractive for Tehran.

“All signs are pointing towards another neo con-Republican election theft attempt, like the successful ones of 2000 and 2004,” Press TV told its readers Sunday.

The article was published hours before a new NBC/Wall Street Journal poll showed Romney and Obama in a dead heat.

Press TV asserted that the “appearance of blatantly fraudulent public opinion polls giving Romney a substantial lead over Obama…give Romney ‘momentum’ and create the illusion of plausibility when rigged voting machines hand him a ‘surprise victory.’”

Adding that the GOP is “backed by the world’s biggest crime syndicate.” the government-controlled media outlet declared that “Romney actually owns the black-box voting machines that will fabricate -- not count -- the votes in Ohio, the most important swing state…

“Through a closely held equity fund called Solamere, Mitt Romney and his wife, son and brother are major investors in an investment firm called H.I.G. Capital. H.I.G. in turn holds a majority share and three out of five board members in Hart Intercivic, a company that owns the notoriously faulty electronic voting machines that will count the ballots in swing state Ohio November 7. Hart machines will also be used elsewhere in the United States.

“In other words, a candidate for the presidency of the United States, and his brother, wife and son, have a straight-line financial interest in the voting machines that could decide this fall’s election. These machines cannot be monitored by the public. But they will help decide who ‘owns’ the White House.”

Press TV accused the Republicans of having stolen the elections in 2000 and 2004 but reasoned that they could not do so in 2008. “Perhaps Obama’s margin of victory was simply too wide for a ‘surprise McCain win’ to be even remotely plausible," it reported. "And perhaps they actually didn’t mind allowing Obama, a timid, compromising Democrat, to put anti-Bush-war Americans back to sleep for a few years."

Riots also may break out after Romney is declared the winner, the media outlet continued.

Press TV quoted its “Truth Jihad Radio” guest John Hankey as saying, “African-Americans, unlike white liberals, are not a ‘bunch of pussies.’ Kill white liberal heroes JFK and RFK, or steal the presidency from white liberals Jimmy Carter, Al Gore, or John Kerry, and the white liberals are too terrified to even whimper. Kill a black hero like Martin Luther King, or even just beat up an ordinary black guy like Rodney King, and African-Americans might just get angry enough to protest in a fashion that cannot be ignored.

"If Romney steals the election, and African-Americans pour into the streets, they will be joined, at least in some areas, by angry whites, Hispanics, and others…

“If the Republicans steal another presidential election,…America might experience a wave of protests that would make the aftermaths of the Martin Luther King assassination, and the Rodney King beating, look like a picnic in the park.

For a change, Press TV did not refer to the “Zionist conspiracy” having a guiding hand in the “fraudulent” polls and the predicted “stolen” election.

The reader will notice that the coming election will be a win win for Iran. If Romney wins, they will claim he stole the election. If Obama wins, Iran will feel vindicated, and take a big sigh of relief.

This press release was probably sent to them by Zero's campaign HQ.

Look for it to be "found" by the MSM soon.

I saw RT carried a story - not in the main 5 headlines but on the front page, that there were concerns about Romney's ties to vote-counting machine company. Nary a peep about Soros' connection to company in Spain that would do the same for many states.

But then we know that BO will have more flexibility after the election....

I wonder if Iranian reporters just hang out on this forum and report the things we discuss or expect as if it is news?

I love it... funny thing is, I was reading this thread thinking, who will cheat last in the chain? If the votes are counted in Spain... lots of places to add votes for either side... then I see this!!:lol::lol:

And just how far is that? I rather think that he has more affinity for I'madinnerjacket than for most Americans I know. Maybe that shows how much contempt he has for Americans.

I don't doubt it. And I am sure some of the islamic alphabets are well aware that we are aware of their plot to destroy the West from within.

I do believe that TB2K is monitored, to some degree, by agencies from various countries. It IS one of the busiest prepper forums in the West, maybe even the world.

But that's just my opinion. No data to prove it.

Three things come to mind here....first, if Iran is worried that our present imposter-in-chief will be deposed...GOOD!!! Second, If there is any rioting in the streets, this election is just an excuse for it. It's been a long time coming. Third...Why should I give a flyin' flip what Iran thinks?

Not sure where you were going with this comment, Dr. Fung.

If an Israeli paper was merely reporting what IRANIAN TV was saying, then it should be easy to verify.

Were you mentioning that Israel printed what Iranian TV was saying as a way of saying it is more trustworthy and believable, coming through such a source?

Or was this meant to indicate that Israel is trying to "stir the pudding" in the US?

As for "ulterior" motives, wouldn't it make SENSE that the Iranians would want to keep their "Muslim brother" in office?

After all, he's done ZILCH to make them accountable, or to stop their nuclear buildup, ever since he took office---

and he's repeatedly sucker-punched Israel----

So definitely the Iranians have a vested interest in KEEPING him in power...

Voting reminds me of wars.....

......if you really look at the causes of war from the 20th century on...........you will find that banks fund both sides so that no matter who wins.........the banks make out on it.

They do the same with politics..............

Still haven't seen that, but I did find this: http://myfox8.com/2012/10/23/guilford-county-voters-say-they-voted-for-the-wrong-candidate/

Guilford County voters say they voted for the wrong candidate

GREENSBORO, N.C. –The Presidential election is just around the corner and voting issues have already become a problem in Guilford County.

On Monday, several voters complained that their electronic ballot machine cast the wrong vote. All the complaints were made by people who voted at the Bur-Mil Park polling location.

One of the voters, Sher Coromalis, says she cast her ballot for Governor Mitt Romney, but every time she entered her vote it defaulted to President Obama.

“I was so upset that this could happen,” said Coromalis.

Guilford County Board of Elections Director George Gilbert says the problem arises every election. It can be resolved after the machine is re-calibrated by poll workers.

“It’s not a conspiracy it’s just a machine that needs to be corrected,” Gilbert said.

After the third try, Coromalis says she was able to get her vote counted for Gov. Romney but was still annoyed.

“I should have just mailed it in,” Coromalis said.

Elections officials say the machines have been fixed as of Tuesday, and no problems have been reported since.

Early Voting ends November 3.

I wonder how many people didn't notice it cast to O instead of R?

NC results might be interesting this year, with all the dead/old people voting, and this and I just saw this morning that R is polling 5+ pts ahead in NC. (seems like there was something else too, but can't remember)
