CORONA Filing for a religious exemption

So talked with the wife. I'll be taking early initiative to look for a new job as this one will likely become increasingly hostile from upper management. This will likely result in relocation, which we have been talking about for some time now.

Anybody have leads on States for unvaxxed workers? Texas, Idaho, Florida?

This is a convenient map to start your search. Allows you to see which states have banned the vaccine mandates and at what level it applies (private workers, local gov, state gov, etc)

Has No Life - Lives on TB
The really interesting thing is businesses are starting to realize just how much they are shooting themselves. They lost a lot of skilled people in the waves of COVID, or whatever. They don't have the replacements for those people. Or the replacements are not willing to tolerate the job environment or location.
Companies have forgotten that the experienced people were once inexperienced and were trained, over time, by more experienced people. It's an interesting CF to watch in motion.

Smart employers who don't want to lose workers will be glad to to accept exemptions so as to not have to fire workers they know they can't replace easily. But is sounds like some of them want to have it both ways by only making it temporary at their discretion. However, they may be waiting to get further guidance from the gov or for the gov to let them know they can keep the unvaxxed with the exemptions without issues or fines. I don't think it's clear yet how company's exemptions will be monitored/checked or if they will be monitored at all.

Don't count on Idaho. Our governor is a RHINO!

Peace or Freedom: Well, this weekend was informative (4rwws.blogspot.com)

Well, this weekend was informative

Had to sit in on the Commander's Update Brief, as my boss was far away doing an inspection. The resistance to the jab at the senior levels of the Army is pretty much non-existent. There is absolutely no push-back what so ever. I didn't know what I was expecting, and honestly given what I've seen over the past two years I shouldn't have been surprised. But it was still a little heart breaking to see all these senior officers talking about "reeducating Soldiers" and discussing ways to enforce compliance.

As for the numbers, between requests for religious accommodation, administrative exceptions, medical exemptions and flat out refusals, those troops make up about 10-15%. By the time things filter out, it'll be about 5-8% of the force that will be told to either get the jab or face the consequences. The administrative exemptions are people are are getting out, or going into the IRR, or some other administrative reason why the Army can't force them to get the jab, but they were getting out in any case.

How many people in America are willing to tell the government to **** off? I don't know, but it's far less than 50% right now. This country is not going to survive when so many people are brainless sheep.

I ordered their "religious exemption" badge on lanyard. Newsletter today, yay!

5 STEPS FOR INVOKING YOUR RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION

Dear Friends,

Let me clear up a misconception.

Some people think that notifying your employer of your legal federal religious exemption is asking permission.

It is nothing of the sort.

You are not asking permission -- you are invoking your God-given rights, as protected under Title VII of the U.S. Civil Rights Act.

The problem is that some employees are not invoking their religious beliefs; instead but they are including their personal, philosophical, political, or societal views -- and that is resulting in their exemptions being denied.

Further complicating things is that some employers -- like Kaiser, Amtrak and the American Red Cross -- are either ignorant, incompetent or intentionally trying to dupe their employees.

There are others equally egregious in their blatant discrimination -- such as most school districts and college employers in CA and most government agencies in NY.

My husband Pastor David and I are on the front lines of this religious battle -- and many Healthy Americans are fighting with us as well.

Can you imagine being put on unpaid leave or terminated if you...
- refused to sleep with your boss?
- told your boss you had AIDS?
- came to work with a broken leg?

That is no different than being persecuted because of your religious beliefs.

If you care about the future of this country -- and the state of your SOUL -- you need to join me Mon-Thurs for my live You Tube show "Peggy to the Rescue" where I expose these evil-doers who are persecuting hard-working Americans.

Mon: 12/6 -- I am exposing California Community Colleges who are DEFAMING me and my work. Hang on to your hat -- you are not going to want to miss this.
These HR departments have no idea what is about to be unleashed upon them (with God's fury and Truth)
