Hey guys! I wasn't quite sure where to post this thread, but I need some info--it's been surprisingly tricky to find it on the internet.
So, I just discovered today that there are some Elaeagnus bushes on our property--this refers to the species of berry bushes that include Goumi, Russian Olive, Autumn Olive, etc. The bushes are covered in berries! Whoo hoo! Another great prep "item"! Anyway, I am pregnant and wanted to know if anyone was aware of any warnings about eating this particular species during pregnancy. I know it's not a well known group of plants, but I really don't want the berries to go to waste if I can use them.
Does anyone know anything about this?
