Food Dehydrating noodles

I know that I can dehydrate noodles. But I'm trying to accommodate food allergies. So my question, can I dehydrate noodles that I've flavored when cooking?
No oils. But coconut aminos instead of soy and a few other subs. That would let me get the flavor in the meal without carrying separate bottles. And increase the variety.

I don't see why not. Anything with salt will be hygroscopic, so packaging will be even more important than usual, but it should work.

Packaging, long term, will be foodsaver and then mylar. In the pantry, glass jars.
I can find/get lots of single serve packs for me. But not for the subs for him. So I can pack for me using ramen noodles, dehydrated/freeze dried packs, and single serve packs.
But his will have to be cooked as much as possible and then dehydrated. And I'll have to use GF noodles.
