Dehydrated beef

When my computer crashed last month I lost "my favorite places". I had lots of prep recipes and web sites. Right now I would like to have the recipe for making those hamburger balls..dehydrated. Also, what happened to the HI PRI thread with all the prep urls on it? I am really upset to have lost all those addresses. Thanks to anyone that can help.
