It seems to be rolling update on the site - with some pervert posting his own sick desires on a web page. IMHO - the fact that this woman was thrown on a web page with sex offenders is just plain wrong. What is Georgia thinking releasing photos of this type of crime along with true sex offenders?

Yeah, I heard that most states put people in the sex offender registry for public indecency. That means married couples who get frisky in the great outdoors, and streakers and those who played nude soccer at one college are equated with child molesters. If so that is really stupid.
But then we have 'zero tolerance' in the schools where making a gun out of your fingers on the playground can get you expelled and arrested. And so can a triangular paper football if you hold it wrong.
