CORONA Covid shot exemptions

My daughter's job will require the jab by Jan. 4,2022 to continue working.
She will not take it but is looking for an exemption strategy.

There are two possibilities, religious or medical.
She has a call in to her PCP to see if they might be able to provide a medical exemption.
Although I have no basis to believe the PCP will provide an exemption, it's a place to start.
Does anyone know if, for example, there are resources like Front Line Doctors who may be able to help?

Unfortunately, my daughter is not religious.
However, she is moral and opposed to abortions.
In order to harvest the stem cells, a live birth baby was murdered.
We're thinking about that justification.

I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to proceed for either of these two ways.

I'm sorry for your daughter's situation, which is shared probably by thousands if not a million others. And I sincerely wish her the best of luck.

But we are talking leftists here. To use such an exception centered around murdering babies will incite these assholes into a double down furor. Don't get me wrong, mass murder of babies makes Nazi Dr Mengele look like a choir boy. But one of the cornerstones of leftism is abortions, and to go anywhere near it means your daughter will be made an example of.

Now this is my opinion, and I hope I am wrong for the sake of anyone thinking of using such logic for their exception.

Not sure if the employer fits that description or not.
Or whether they are strict or relaxed.

She works in the kitchen of a personal care home.

They get Medicare and Medicaid funding.

I did go to America's Frontline Doctors and there is some info on the site.

I guess one step at a time.

I filed my exemption form this morning. I went with the strategy of showing how the graphene In the shot could be used as the mark of the beast.
Time will tell if it is successful.
Several if my firefighters are filing exemptions this morning. If not approved we are expecting to be fired.

Which begs the question, why haven't they made Comirnaty available? IMHO, it's because of the liability issue that Pfizer/BioNTech face.

When a vaccine is added to the list of recommended childhood vaccines, the manufacturer is protected from liability under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

Watch for the steps they take in getting Comirnaty added to recommended childhood vaxes. Once that happens, they're no longer forcing an experimental vaccine on the public.

This will run into the same issue the military is facing, which is that Pfizer is not yet producing Comirnaty. All Pfizer jabs are currently the EUA only jabs. I believe I remember reading that Pfizer doesnt plan to have Comirnaty commercially available until 2023.

So in the same vein as the current .mil vax mandate, they will be mandating an EUA jab for kids

In my research, getting a medical exemption is next to impossible. You have to be deathly allergic to specific ingredients in the vaccine. I think trying to get a medical exemption and having it denied, then trying for a religious exemption, would show her employer she doesn’t have a sincerely held religious belief.

That said, Peggy with the Healthy American has claimed to help not just Christians, but Jews, Muslims, and Atheists. She has a lot of videos on YouTube. It’s heavy with Christian examples since that’s what Peggy is, but you should find good info there.

Ill second this. I looked into a medical exemption I was told that the only medical exemption my medical clinic would entertain was if I have a severe allergic reaction to my first dose of vax. Even then, the medical exemption would only be temporary.

At one point, the CDC said if someone has ever gone into anaphylactic shock but didn’t know the cause, they would be exempt from the vaccine. That was early this year, before they got really aggressive. Now if you have this issue, they say you still need the vaccine but to tell the medical staff to be ready with a shot of ephinephrine.

If it's approved, the EUA lapses immediately, and the other Pharma cartel members lose their cash cow. It's about protecting the cartel.

Neighbor across the street got a medical exemption, temporary for 6 months, due to having had some major surgery recently. His doc was good with postponing it for 6 months due to the surgery. Doesn't fix long term for him though.

I really hope you're right, bw, because if Comarity becomes available, it voids the argument that the public can't, legally, be forced to take the experimental EUA shot if there's one available with full FDA approval which would still be, very much, a cash cow for pharma cartel members.

The "Vaxx" mandates boils down to "Who owns you' You or the State? Who owns your body? who owns your soul. The central precept of Western Civilization from its beginning with the Greeks and the Romans and the rights of the individuals is sacrosanct. The Individual is prized where in other systems, it matters what tribe you belong to, what family you belong to, what race you belong to. Our American Constitution is based on Individual rights and it is codified as such, who owns you? You Or the State? If you want to get the Vaccine, more power to you, if you don't that is great!. The problem is that certain people try to shame others using the words "Public Good" the same words used by the Soviets and other leftist to force compliance to the diktats of the state to force compliance and this opposite to our belief system but the media has stampeded compliance by fear and certain people relish their opportunity to rule others...all in the name of "The Public Good". It all boils down to "Who Owns You".
