Its probably chemically altered snow created during geoengineering. Dane Wigington describes this exact phenomena on his interview (including causes, effects, and the "why") with Greg Hunter.

I don't believe these are the right conditions for sublimation - not with a heat torch on it.

The chunk of snow is made of many thousands of snow flakes and we all have seen photos of snow flakes and how they are made and take a BBQ lighter to it yes it will burst into a gas on the spot. Now if you subject it to lesser heat and given time it will melt into a liquid.

As mild as this winter has been that have had to alter the snow to keep people in the mild winter regions from steeling it. When they get it home they don't even have water to show for their efforts. It is very effective in discouraging theft. When is the last time you heard of snow theft? Huh?

Sublimation is not a slow process when the temperatures provided are high enough (in excess of--say--500-800 degrees F, or higher.) At these temperatures, the water (in the solid phase) transforms DIRECTLY to the gaseous phase. (If one observes CLOSELY one MIGHT see a microscopic "pouf" as the crystal goes from ice to vapor.)
Admittedly, at temps of 0 degrees C, or 31-33 degrees F sublimation is a slower process, ALSO transforming from a solid phase to a gasseous phase without passing through the liquid phase.

Snow that won't melt? I can top that. Dollar Tree sells cheese that won't melt...this is true and verified by lots of folks. Won't buy that ever again.

Yeah, but Hunter biden imports his snow as blow...

Had this in my town two snow falls ago. Weird patterns in the snow. Not melting even though it was at or a little above 32F.

I think it is where the snow or water vapor locks with stuff in the air and brings it to ground as it falls and it changes the melting point. Is it chemtrail stuff, or industrial airborne waste, time will tell.

Pride comes before the fall.....Pride month ended.
So if I pick up a chunk of ice and hit it with a blow torch like the video, no chance of a drop of water developing?
Outside temps play into this?
