Hehe, Kaij, you don't know how close I came to naming Jane after you. I had so much set up to do to get to the meat of this story, so many people had to be in different mind sets then they were to start with, in different locations, in different alignments...etc...but...the stage is finally set.. :P which is good because I have wanted Colt and Zavier to go head to head for awhile now.

I am honored by the thought! wow! Yes I cannot wait to see a knock down drag out between our two "main men". (see how I just snagged them with ya? lol) I cannot see which one wins, if either of them do..... "TIE"!?? I can see Mia and Grace getting into it just to divert their fella's attention from themselves to their ladies.... "cat fight"... all the guys I've ever known stop whatever ...WHATEVER ...they are doing to watch a cat fight...lol! I can't wait!! and I will read it at least once for everyone that doesn't!!! Ok, maybe not all 7.1 billion other people on the earth..... but at least a few times. thanks again!

This is true. My husband still talks about the time I was banging some females head on a table in a bar fight we were both in. Him and the females boyfriend stopped fighting to watch us! LMAO!!
Hubby said he'd never seen a "girls" fight like that!
I told him that I don't slap and tickle fight. I punch and slam just like guys.

Drew, unlike most of his story counterparts, LOVES to tell me what he's doing at any given time, and I just sit here and go..."Um...are you SURE you wanna do that?" ... and he's always like..."Yeah! Definitely! WRITE IT!" and then he looks over my shoulder to make sure I do it...so...
(tries to look not insane for a minute)
In any case, I had much spare time today...so there's an extra bonus holiday chapter coming up here within the hour... :P
Drew has a lot of bargaining chips, Daniel's got his own ace in the hole,(or not, could be a side changer) he witnessed the murder, Mia's got a map of "things buried", Luke got his ego whipped good by Zavier. Ah, now James, the pissed off one, what's he going to do?

Hahaha..I must HELP THE VETS!
Actually...this is a semi long chapter with a lot of action...so...I had to not only write it but choreograph it...and that took a little thinking. On the plus side, it was almost completed last night, save for the final sequence, but I did manage to block that out, and this morning I'm halfway done with writing that part so... mmmm, another hour maybe...tops. :P
(*block it out = put it into steps...not "story...what story?")

I have to say that this story is amazingly and adaptly named because I SWING back and forth with every single chapter about who I want to be the "good guy" and who the bad guy is!!!! The twists and turns definately make me feel like I am "swinging"!!!

Now as for those jets...... I think I know who -but I'm thinking "Drew" just may be too obvious... so I'm not sure.... the question I ask myself is: "would Kritter toss in something totally unexpected?" Heck ya she would!!! So that leads me to think about someone else who is using them to distract and unify maybe .... that 'common enemy' thing...
Cause when it is all said and done, I really think Colt and Zavier would be good buddies if they were not fighting over...... wait, what exactly are they fighting for? LOL! Neither really wants the other ones 'city'; and both realize that their sisters are happy with their men....... so it seems to me they are just fighting for the pure pleasure of it!!! lol! ok, done speculating

There's nobody else left..... but all of those ships? Not one of them is strong enough to keep it going for that long. It must be a joint effort between Mia, Seth and Kate.
Zavier better get on the stick and learn to use that rock. Jerks like him always need to get a good comeuppance, but they rarely get it. He better make friends with James real quick.

Drew...has real jets and tanks...sitting in a yard in Manhattan...whether or not that's him...couldn't say...but he definitely did have jets.
Just throwing it out there that Zavier is worried those are real ships from a real foreign faction. Can't discount that there might be others out there and what they're seeing might not be an illusion. :P
