Veg Care of seedlings...

Thought I would ask the many gardeners we have here..
Will add pictures...
Been a few years since I had a real garden. And even then I brought my starts.
This year I’ve started many seeds, mostly heirloom, locally sourced.
So my question is mainly about watering and food.
The organic potting soil they are in says it feeds plants up to two months. Don’t want to over feed them, but I thought maybe a fish emulsion once a week....
Got 3-4 weeks before they go in the ground. Any input on that would be helpful.
Next is watering. Pretty much once a day, was doing morning and evening but too wet. Going pretty much on how heavy to peat pot is..
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
I’m really enjoying my time with these youngsters.

Thorr, your baby plants look so nice!
When I grow mine in the six packs or little single containers, I set them in deep aluminum cookie sheets or large rectanngular cake pans. Then I water from the bottom, first until the soil is damps, and then put the seeds in and keep watering from the bottom.

I use only aluminum pans because they last forever and the steel ones end up rusting and needing to be replaced. I supposed the steel pans would be okay if one were to line them with some good tough plastic sheeting. The disposable aluminum baking pans always get little pinholes in them, and then they won't hold water any more.

Some of my peppers are tiny, I had to pot them up and send to my moms to babysit them when I went away for a week. All but 2 of my tomatoes I left in the aerogarden seed starter did die cause the house was too cold when I was away. I restarted them but they are very small right now

I planted my peppers on the 7th of March and just yesterday I'm seeing a few sprouts breaking through. I know they haven't been warm enough and I don't have grow lights or the grow matts. I had a gooseneck lamp set out to donate and realized that I could put that over the peppers and tomatoes pods I have planted and it would add heat. So with a combination of watering with warm water and the heat from the lamp I finally have sprouts. I just planted the tomatoes on the 23rd so doubt any of those will be up for another week or so. I put the pods in enamel pans that I've picked up at estate auctions over the years. I also use those pans for picking as I can scoot them down the row with my foot without them tipping over.

I ordered some different seed varieties of both tomatoes and peppers that I've not received so I planted seeds I'd saved from prior years.
