BREAKING: Trump-Appointed Judge Blocks Biden's Vaccine Mandate For Federal Contractors Nationwide

A federal judge on Tuesday blocked Joe Biden’s vaccine requirement for federal contractors nationwide.

Judge Stan Baker in the US Court for the Southern District of Georgia, a Trump appointee, issued a preliminary injunction against Biden’s vaccine mandate.


The lawsuit, brought by South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson and South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster along with other Republican attorneys general, argued Biden’s vaccine mandate violated the 10th Amendment.

The lawsuit also argued Biden’s vaccine mandate is unconstitutional because only Congress is allowed to make rules.



Georgia, Alabama, Idaho, Kansas, Utah and West Virginia attorneys general joined the lawsuit.

“Abuse of power by the Biden administration has been stopped cold again. The rule of law has prevailed and liberty is protected. When the president oversteps his authority the law is thankfully there to halt his misuse of power,” SC AG Wilson said.


Last week a Trump-appointed judge blocked Biden’s vaccine mandate for healthcare workers.

I'm not a lawyer so this is based on some reading of opinions from various sources besides TB2K. In my opinion JB & Co aren't really on the most solid ground here and from what I can tell, the presiding judge is trying to follow the Constitution and precedents.

Beating the drum about Baker being a Trump appointee doesn't really mean much. It could give the Biden Socialists something to focus on and raise more Socialist resistance. Hard to believe, I know but the harder they get whipped, the more resolute and devious they can become. Maybe leave that sort of commentary until the outcome you want becomes fact which I personally see as a real possibility.
Biden's grounding isn't as solid as he'd like everyone to think it is and The USA is still a country based on a Constitution that puts huge value on freedoms at several levels.

I think he's going get an ass-kicking here which would be one more failure added to his administration's less than stellar track record. Enough of that makes 2022 look better and is another nail in the lid of 2024 which of course is the prize. A lot of Dems are becoming less enchanted with JB and there aren't enough GibMeDats to give him another victory.
