Bread Beckers is completely out of white wheat until the harvest of 2023. They do have other wheat but it has to be picked up. they are in Georgia.

No white wheat for over a year, at least, will drastically cause a bread shortage. There are other wheat suppliers but I wonder how long their wheat from this years crop hold out.

The wheat harvest here in WA. and ID. was very good. Great warm spring and no overly hot summer, just hot enough led to a great harvest and they finished at the end of Aug. in the higher elevations like around us.

I was out with a dairyman yesterday in Southern Idaho who wanted to plant fall wheat and was told he has to wait until the crop is in for his specific variety then cleaned.
