…… Blender/food processor recommendations

I haven’t had much of a garden for a couple of years, so this year it’s fairly large. In years past I’ve chopped or ground everything manually, but I’m thinking it would be nice to have a food processor for that.
What do folks recommend?

Budget is around two hundred, and ideally it would also have a blender. I won’t be doing ice, so it won’t have to stand up to that.
Right now I’m looking at Ninjas, but thought I would ask here before ordering.

Depends on whether you want "blender" or true food processor so that it slices, chops, etc.

I have both a true food processor but our ninja gets used much, much more often because it makes smoothies, slushies, and purees FAST.

I have a Cuisinart food processor that I got on markdown about 20 years ago. It's heavy duty and it is still going strong. I have a blender that I use from time to time it's a Hamilton Beach.

yes, yes, Dollar General is cheap. And to be honest, "I" did not buy these for myself because they looked cheap-o.
But my daughter is always bringing little "thoughtful" gifts which I, of course, accept with the proper amount of enthusiasm.

But sweetie does not like big chinks of onion and celery in the soup and stew. So I tried it on the onion and celery and, dang, the little chopper thing works - and I have been using it about 3 years.

As far as the blender goes, sweetie was disappointed with it. So she endeavored to purchase a real one on the "interwebs".
And when she unpacked the new one, she was disappointed to find it was exactly the same as the cheap-o DG blender.

Yes, we have a big ass Hamilton Beach Blender - I believe it will make a gallon of magaritas - which is kind of overkill for one single glass of your favorite blended beverage. The bowl of the DG blender fits on the top rack of the dishwasher. The glass bowl of the Hamilton Beach must go on the bottom rack.
