Anyone who has had a family member or worked/volunteered in nursing homes long enough to watch people through the process knows that at some point, the person starts to be unable to control their usual mental filters. This happens to almost everyone with actual dementia at some point in the process, though not everyone gets nasty - but it is common to just blurt out anything. Especially the sort of things we normally keep private (like "my butts been wiped."

If he is becoming as angry, paranoid, and unable to self-censor anymore (which we all do by the age of five or six to some degree); then his handlers will have to do something and fast. I don't think they can just get away with "doubles" or "virtual Joe" during this crisis, too many allied and world leaders will be wanting/needing to talk to the US President and things will not go well.

Gaffs like the "Just a Little bit of Ukraine" may have just started WWIII or at least a really bad-bad few months and the likely loss of Ukraine being in the Western Sphere of influence. At some point, congress is going to try to 25th him if his handlers don't talk him into resigning or request he take a "little trip" to military hospital they take the President's too for a "cognitive test" that is then made public.

I don't want President Kamala either, but at least her mistakes and potential gaffs will be made by someone who supposedly is mentally compitant - which isn't the same thing as being qualified to be President of the United States.

Joint appearance with Obama & Putin. Biden thinks Obama is " Corn Pop " and attacks Obama screaming " I am going to kick Corn Pops azz.
