Some official ballot takers are reporting cases of attempted ballot-lifting. Standing next to an official ballot drop box, wearing an official name badge and vest, Jerry Camerman says he had a very unofficial encounter today at the Oak Lodge Library. "She said she was collecting ballots, and I said 'I don't think so' and then I just walked away." He says that woman had a Kerry/Edwards sticker in her window. Camerman isn't sure who she was, or what she planned to do with all of his ballots. But he says he's not opening the ballot box for anyone who isn't from county elections.
