This is just great. If I had land I would seriously consider something like this.

Newbie...let go of your sheeple ways...California doesn't allow firearms with "scarey" features..or clearing underbrush to prevent massive fires, either...so that's hardly a standard to aspire to.
The video didn't say if she owned the land or not, and I find it irrelevant to main thrust of the video which is inexpensive living quarters like these containers.
