Remember when many of us used #2 Permatex on gaskets? Remember how it resists gasoline and oil? Remember what you use to clean it off your hands? Alcohol! There's your clue why some cars do NOT like it when you go to Arco and buy their 10% gasohol. Some cars can handle it.
