Adorable baby!! Prepare to lose your heart and make many precious memories!
And to labs .... and pugs. Who would have thought that regardless of size they could get into sooooo much trouble. The cat is still considering taking a mafia hit out on the pug.
Good for you! Now, review my posts 25 and 26. Those aren’t jokes....Beautiful pup, beautiful face, and I love the name! I've been waiting for the right time in my life to get myself a pup like this. I've never been able to choose a dog myself, one that I wanted and that I knew I would bond with. It's time now......I'm retired, I have the time to devote to all the craziness that Dennis beautifully explains to us...lol......so I'm going to choose myself a GSP........a pup.......I want to raise my pup from a young age.......I've loved the stories that Dennis and the rest of you have shared about raising your pups, and I've certainly learned a lot! You've got a gorgeous pup there......enjoy!! I'm just thankful that I still have plenty of energy to devote to this project! lol
One of our Dogs is half GS and half Border Collie. He is good, beautiful, and smart.Had shepherds for 40 years and often made the statement that there would be no other kind of dog in my house.
That is until the last shepherd and the first Border Collie.
The AKC has ruined the breed as well as others they've gotten involved with.
Next to Rin Tin Tin, my first shepherd was the best there ever was.
She was really smart because she went to college with me.
I really miss that dog.
Just a few highlights from Jupiter’s first week with her new family...

That big boy is Dutch. He’s not mine but I’d take him in heart beat if he needed me. The biggest German Shepard I’ve ever seen. He weighs in at 130 pounds!I was thinking, “Boy, she grew fast!” Then I realized you have an older dog.
I’m pretty surprised at how quickly she finds the dirt and weeds to get all tangled up in her coat. Good to see it’s a normal thing!Hmmmmm.... That looks mighty familiar somehow....

This last picture shows her sleeping after throwing a temper tantrum and me realizing she really is a toddler and needed to be put down for a nap. She’s a handful to put it lightly, but I’m smitten!
I love doggie photos!
The thing that makes me the saddest is knowing I am finally too old to ever acquire another pup!
But am thankful for my doggies who are getting older right along with me.
