Once you get to a certain point, maintenance issues seem to be an ongoing, continuous problem. Sounds as if you are at this point.OOHHHH...SNAP!

Well did you fix it yet? Surprised it's taken you this long. Must be making good money on your full time job! Other wise you would of had this fixed and running weeks ago.
ETA, full time for people like millrights... about 4 hrs a day. 20 hours a week...

I too have had the overwhelming joy of that experience. Mine was in a 1975 Ford 302 cast iron manifold exhaust. Had to drill the broken bit out from underneath the truck. Drilling up.
