Joe Biden imposed a mandatory vaccine mandate on the US military. A growing number of Navy SEALs are seeking a religious exemption to the government’s vaccine mandate.
Now the US Navy is threatening to fire the SEALs and force them to pay back the money spent on their training.

7.a. and 7.b. The Vice Chief of Naval Operations retains authority for non-judicial punishment and courts-martial. Involuntary extension of enlistments is not authorized on the basis of administrative or disciplinary action for vaccination refusal. The CCDA may seek recoupment of applicable bonuses, special and incentive pays, and the cost of training and education for service members refusing the vaccine.

This guy is an embarrassment. He has a nice slight lisp that makes him sound intelligent yet gay at the same time. I can't pin it down. Be sure that this was an asset for him. ANY equal rights lawyer with half an ounce of integrity should be filing lawsuits over the singling out of the SEALS for such action. If they're going to force the SEALS to repay the costs of their training, EVERYONE in the military forced out over the vax should be required to repay the costs of THEIR training.

But the Dems coming up with wildly discriminatory policy will get a pass from the lawyers and media, just like normal.

I am pretty sure the Seal’s could give a rats @$$ on any freaking memo.

It’s almost as if China is calling the shots to neutralize the capability of the US military before their swipe for Taiwan an Pearl Harbor attack to take out the bulk or most of the US carrier fleet.

Of course that would mean buying off the top of a US political party. And that what be so much conspiracy talk...

No problem, let Secretary Fat Boy go after them for the cost of their training, they can file in court and keep delaying it, and when a Republican gets into office after the 2024 election, the President can cancel the claim and pay them for attorney costs. We have to play with these same rules the SS (Secular Socialists) are playing by.

A lot of people keep saying that, yet here we are talking about them pushing a Creation of their own elite and nobody is doing any shoving back...even that creation who could ( and should) put them in a world of hurt.

If their goal is to achieve a force against the "threat" of COVID-19, then the SEALs that are NOT getting vaccinated, are doing that the best way that they can. It has already been proven that the shot (it ain't a vaccine) does not actually protect you from jack carp, and in many cases makes things worse. Thus, they ARE doing the best to achieve the stated goal of that policy.

Of course, maybe the actual goal of that policy is not the stated goal of that policy, and therein lies the real issue(s)....

Oh for sure, and well see where that goes.

What I meant is that there are already 3 class action lawsuits that I know of against the federal vax mandate. Its only a matter of time before an injunction happens and then the vax program stops. They know it, hence the ratcheting up of the pressure to get any last they can before that happens

We face real and credible threats of war at the time and place of China’s choosing and these idiots want to cashier the best of the best. While not mentioned in this article, this also applies to the entirety of the Armed Forces.

I can almost hear the speech. Men, Women and Non-specific genders, I am here to tell you today that we are almost or possibly or we might be going to war. In order to help in this effort, 23% (pick a percentage) of all personnel will be discharged immediately.

That would be a real morale booster. Yep. Would reduce the force faster than the British slow walk into German machine guns in WWI.
