Shaun was referring to all those 81 million votes for Biden. You mess up their material Christmas, and it's gonna leave a mark.
It is not about us folks. We'll all be fine with whatever is underneath the tree. And the good news is that we can all attend church this year whether vaxxed or unvaxxed. They can all go worship Baal for all I care… :kaid:

Last year they had Christmas services in the parking lot at my church. I actually preferred it; there was an odd sort of authenticity to sitting outside in a freezing car hearing about how there was no room for Mary and Joseph at the inn. They've started having indoor services again, but you can also sit in the parking lot and listen if you'd rather. I think I want to do the parking lot again.

FUBAR Christmas and your chances of anyone in your political party being elected or re-elected to anything is absolutely zilch!

Saved, to glorify God.
im a grandma, and MY mom said getting an orange and some walnuts and maybe some knit mittens would be a big Christmas. but the christmas she remembered was once she got some CHOCOLATE Gold coins!
She was the youngest of 18 children, so poor they had to farm out every kid over 10 after the Clara's twin brother burned the house down during the worst of the depression, playing with matches under the bed. (He died in the fire.)

Where's @SecretaryPete?

While thousands of flights are getting cancelled, supply chains are crumbling, and small businesses are hurting, @DanaPerino & @BillHemmer explain the transportation secretary is nowhere to be found...

It's interesting how people would rather flee Socialism for red states than to stop voting for it. Right?

I love the idea of Christmas being centrally focused on our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, not the commercialized "holiday" it has become. We, as a nation, have removed Christ from CHRISTmas over the years. It has been called offensive to say "Merry Christmas" due to the hatred of Christ, therefore you are greeted with "Happy holidays"...sheesh

Perhaps God is not well pleased with us, as a nation? It is not hard to see His sovereign hand in all the chaos of today, including these supply chain issues. He has allowed this foolish administration to be raised up, obviously for our judgement, therefore it is time to wake from our slumber and turn from our evil ways. Solomon's long prayer at the dedication of the temple (1Kings 8:22-54) expresses the cycles that still exist today (sin / punishment due to sin / repentance / forgiveness) - He prays that when each one knows the plague of his own heart, and spreads out his hands toward this temple; then hear in heaven, and forgive, and act...

May your supplications be near the LORD our God day and night, that He may maintain your cause as each day may require that all the peoples of the earth may know that the LORD is God; there is no other.

On TB every waking moment
IMHO, with TPTB mouthing the same BS as they did at the beginning of the pandemic I wouldn't be surprised if we see "lockdowns" again.

I wouldn't be thinking in terms of the "normal" Holiday season activities but instead preparing for a likely very bad winter.

That means warm clothes, over boots and shoes, blankets, canned and dry goods (beans and rice) and whatever other preparations as appropriate for your AO. Everything beyond that or basic health, wellness and necessities for work are discretionary.

I’m pretty good assuming there is food, water, bourbon and electricity. I can see though, how this could crush most Americans concept of Christmas.

And a 'lump of coal' could be seen as a really great gift...if the winter is even half as bad as they are saying it will be, and if you got a way to burn it.

My father got candy canes for Christmas, that's it.

Imagine, as a young kid, ripping open a present, on Christmas morning, and finding a package of underwear in it...and being overjoyed at getting them. Or some other piece of clothing; clothing that nobody else has worn before. Being the 3rd kid, I got the 'hand-me-downs' from the first 2. The best gift I ever got was the pocket knife my Dad gave me one Christmas. After that I had 'toys' that actually looked like the object they were supposed to be...for instance, a sixgun that really looked like a gun.

Fond memories...

And here's a meme I made that 'fits' what you are saying...

I'm 'editing' this to be sure you know you can post this meme of mine anywhere and everywhere you want...and that goes for everyone else, too. I make my memes to be used...not stuck on a wall somewhere and just looked at...like in a museum.

Hope in chains...
There won't be any food in the stores by black friday... the annual walmart gladiator games should be glorious this year.

In times of plenty, the hoodrats celebrate the birth of their risen lord by denting their neighbor's skull for a piece of shit blender, can you imagine the effort they will put into claiming the only remaining box of Mac n cheese?

Sadly I remain unvaxxed and won't be permitted to join the in person spectators. If any of y'all decide to attend, please post video.
I haven't been to a black Friday since maybe 30 yrs ago! Swore I'd never do that again..... I get stuff all year for bdays and Xmas and it all goes in a box awaiting its time.
