Republicans Slam Biden’s ‘Authoritarian’ Vax Mandate — ’Sounding More Like a Dictator Every Day’

Republicans blasted President Joe Biden for “authoritarian” and “unconstitutional” practices after he announced sweeping new federal vaccine requirements on Thursday. The requirements affect as many as 100 million Americans, and include mandating all employers with more than 100 workers to vaccinate their employees, or require weekly testing, in an all-out effort to increase vaccination.

After the president took aim at nationwide vaccine resistance in remarks from the White House, Republicans voiced their opposition to what they deemed a “dictatorship” seeking to control citizens and rob them of their individual freedoms.

“President Biden has made small business an enemy of his administration,” wrote House Minority Leader Rep. Kevin McCarthy. “Forcing main street to vax or pay a fine will not only crush an economy he’s put on life support—it’s flat-out un-American.”

“To Joe Biden, force is more important than freedom,” he added. “Americans won’t stand for it.”

1631309665868.png

“Joe Biden has done absolutely nothing to fix his own southern border crisis with thousands of COVID untested migrants coming here every week, and yet he wants to talk about more restrictions on your business, your church, and your school to ‘slow the spread,’” former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows wrote.

“Totally unserious,” he added.

1631309728688.png

“Once again, Joe Biden shows himself to be everything the left falsely accused Donald Trump of being,” Meadows wrote in another tweet.

“They called Trump a dictator,” he added. “But it’s Joe Biden who over and over makes it clear: he’s a lawless President who will trample over the constitution to achieve his partisan goals.”

“My legal team is standing by ready to file our lawsuit the minute @joebiden files his unconstitutional rule,” Gov. Kristi Noem wrote.

“This gross example of federal intrusion will not stand,” she added.
1631309799721.png

“South Dakota will stand up to defend freedom,” she wrote in another tweet. “@JoeBiden see you in court.”

“He doesn’t have the power to mandate this,” wrote Kentucky Rep. Thomas Massie as he warned that “our patience is gone.”

“If government could mandate the vaccine for federal employees & contractors, it would require a vote of Congress,” he added. “It’s medical tyranny.”

“Joe Biden is sounding more like a dictator every day,” Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) wrote.

Calling on Republican governors, legislators, mayors, and AGs to “resist,” congressional candidate Robby Starbuck declared that “Biden’s overreach cannot go unchecked.”

“Now is the time to fight for our voters, freedoms and America,” he added. “Do it.”

1631309912751.png

“I have a reminder for Americans in light of Joe Biden’s authoritarian rules that violate our rights: There are more of us than them,” he wrote in another tweet. “If we stand united and refuse to have our rights stripped from us, they can’t get away with it.”

“They only get away with it if we let them do it,” he added.

“Not only is Biden going to force all federal workers to be vaccinated, but he’s demanding employees who do business with the federal government to be vaccinated,” wrote Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ).

“This is an ASSAULT on individuals’ freedoms and livelihoods,” he added. “We must fight this.”

1631309974762.png

In another tweet, Rep. Biggs sought to remind the president of his role.

“Biden, in case you forgot, you are President of the United States, not dictator for life,” he wrote.

“Biden declares war on freedom,” warned Arizona GOP chairwoman Dr. Kelli Ward.

1631310148135.png

“Does Biden understand that when he ‘declares war’ on 80 million Americans (as the Daily Mail headlined it) he is declaring war largely on minorities and on union members?” asked former House Speaker Newt Gingrich.

“Has he lost his mind,” he added. “No war on the Taliban but war on Americans???”

1631310221418.png

“Joe Biden’s forced vaccine mandate impacting over 100 million Americans is unconstitutional, unlawful, and an authoritarian power grab that has become a hallmark of his failed Presidency,” wrote Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY).

“Under Joe Biden, COVID rates are higher than just one year ago under President Trump. From the mixed public health messaging, to the failure to nominate an FDA Commissioner, to the botched booster announcement, Joe Biden earns an F for managing COVID,” she continued.

“The American people should have the freedom to make the best decisions for their families rather than accepting forced illegal mandates from a power hungry government,” she added.

1631311257740.png

“This is insane & unconstitutional,” wrote Pennsylvania GOP Senate candidate Sean Parnell. “@JoeBiden has no authority to do this. It won’t hold up in court, but that doesn’t matter to him.”

“Just an unbelievable trampling of civil liberties,” he added.

“Leave people the hell alone,” he added. “This is insanity.”

In another tweet, Rep. Crenshaw referred to mandates as “cheap governance.”

“The right path is built upon explaining, educating, and *building* trust, including explaining the risks/benefits/pros/cons in an honest way so a person can make their own decision,” he wrote.

“The Biden Administration has completely failed in that regard,” he added.

Biden Adviser Says President "Will Run Over" GOP Governors Who Resist Vaccine Mandate

FRIDAY, SEP 10, 2021 - 04:54 PM

Update (1650ET): Following Thursday's threat from President Biden to "use my power as president" against GOP governors "to get them out of the way," White House senior adviser Cedric 'boy' Richmond said that Biden is willing to "run over" the governors.

"The one thing I admire about this president is the fact that we are always going to put people above politics. And we’re going to fight for those who really need our help," Richmond told CNN in response to a question about governors resisting the mandate. "And those governors that stand in the way, I think, it was very clear from the president’s tone today that he will run over them," he added.

"And it is important. It’s not for political purposes. It’s to save the lives of American people. And so, we won’t let one or two individuals stand in the way. We will always err on the side of protecting the American people."

Cedric might want to get with the times - it's way more than 'one or two individuals.'

States resisting federal vaccine mandate

More via The Epoch Times' Jack Phillips:
Richmond’s comment, however, raises questions about how the federal government plans to “run over” states, as the United States government is federalist and combines the central government with state and local governments.

A number of Republican governors on Thursday, following Biden’s speech, said they would resist the vaccine mandate. Should the federal government direct the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to impose testing or vaccine mandates on private employees, Biden will face an avalanche of lawsuits.

My legal team is standing by ready to file our lawsuit the minute Joe Biden files his unconstitutional rule,” South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem, a Republican, wrote in a Twitter post. “This gross example of federal intrusion will not stand.”

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp, also a Republican, wrote that his administration will “pursue every legal option available” in order to halt what he called a “blatantly unlawful overreach.”

And Gov. Doug Ducey of Arizona said his state will “push back” against federal mandates, saying “Biden-Harris administration is hammering down on private businesses and individual freedoms in an unprecedented and dangerous way. This will never stand up in court.”

He wrote: “This dictatorial approach is wrong, un-American and will do far more harm than good. How many workers will be displaced? How many kids are kept out of classrooms? How many businesses fined? The vaccine is and should be a choice.”

Other than an order targeting private businesses, Biden also said he would mandate that all federal workers and contractors get the shot, mandate Medicare and Medicaid hospital staff to get vaccinated, and other mandates.

* * *
Republicans clapped back over the Biden administration's unprecedented 'jab or your job' Executive Order for federal workers and contractors, and a 'jab or test' mandate for corporations with over 100 employees. 600,000 postal workers are oddly exempt.

The sweeping new vaccine requirements, which completely ignore tens of millions in America who have recovered from Covid-19 and have natural immunity, will affect as many as 100 million Americans.

In response, the Republican National Committed (RNC) vowed to sue Biden once the mandate goes into effect, with President Ronna McDaniel tweeting that Biden lied.

"Joe Biden told Americans when he was elected that he would not impose vaccine mandates. He lied," McDaniel said in a statement, adding "Now small businesses, workers, and families across the country will pay the price."

1631313659466.png

"President Biden is so desperate to distract from his shameful, incompetent Afghanistan exit that he is saying crazy things and pushing constitutionally flawed executive orders. This is a cynical attempt to pick a fight and distract from the President’s morally disgraceful decision to leave Americans behind Taliban lines on the 20th anniversary of 9/11," Sen. Ben Sasse (R-NE) told the Daily Caller.

Meanwhile, Republican governors across the country have issued statements vowing to sue, or otherwise oppose, the vaccine mandate after Biden threatened them during Thursday's announcement.

"Let me be blunt," said Biden. "My plan also takes on elected officials in states that are undermining you in these life-saving actions. Right now local school officials are trying to keep children safe in a pandemic while their governor picks a fight with them and even threatens their salaries or their jobs. Talk about bullying the schools."

"If they’ll not help, if these governors won’t help us beat the pandemic, I will use my power as president to get them out of the way," he added.

Not so fast, say the governors

Georgia’s Governor Brian Kemp also responded to Biden’s remarks.
“I will pursue every legal option available to the state of Georgia to stop this blatantly unlawful overreach by the Biden administration,” Kemp tweeted.

“Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt says as long as I am governor, there will be no government vaccine mandates in state,” Josh Caplan reported.

Alabama Governor Key Ivey also released a statement declaring her intention to fight the mandate.

White House Chief Of Staff Admits Vaccine Mandate Is A "Work Around" The Constitutional Objections

FRIDAY, SEP 10, 2021 - 05:40 PM
Authored by Jonathan Turley,

In the law, it is called an admission against interest or an out-of-court statement by a party that, when uttered, is against the party’s pecuniary, proprietary, or penal interests. In politics, it is called just dumb...

White House chief of staff Ronald Klain offered a doozy this week when he admitted that the announced use of the authority of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for a vaccine mandate was a mere “work around” of the constitutional limit imposed on the federal government. The problem is that the thing being “worked around” is the Constitution. Courts will now be asked to ignore the admission and uphold a self-admitted evasion of constitutional protections.

Klain retweeted MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle, who posted, “OSHA doing this vaxx mandate as an emergency workplace safety rule is the ultimate work-around for the Federal govt to require vaccinations.”

The “work around” was needed because, as some of us have previously during both the Trump and Biden Administration, the federal government does not have clear authority to impose public health mandates. Authority for such mandates has traditionally been recognized within state authority.

Make no mistake about it. This is a clever move to use the OSHA as the vehicle for the mandate to avoid the federalism issues of a direct mandate. President Joe Biden has been ping ponging on the issue for over a year in first suggesting that he could impose a national mandate and then admitting that he probably could not. Ironically, this move comes on the same day that Attorney General Merrick Garland denounced the “clever” use of the Texas abortion law to make it more difficult to challenge. Judging from the praise for Garland, it appears that such work arounds are noble when done for the right cause.

The question is whether this clever work around will in fact work. It might, but there are ample grounds from challenge. Under this interpretation OSHA could impose a federal mandate for any measure that impacts workers, including public health measures not directly linked to a given workplace or job. That may be more of a sticker shock for some on the federal bench, including some justices.

The move is unnecessary and therefore reckless. There are already challenges to the law which the Justice Department could join as amicus. It would then not have to risk the creation of additional losses in court after the impressive litany of losses of the Biden Administration. This was another filing that followed a public call from the President.

It is again politics driving litigation by the Justice Department. The media covered such pressure extensively during the Trump Administration and legal experts objected that the Trump White House was attacking the independence of the Justice Department and other agencies.

There is little attention to his pattern that extends from immigration to debt relief to the eviction moratorium.

The retweet by Klain will not be determinative in this case but it will be heavily referenced by challengers.

He was saying the quiet part out loud.

However, the real question is why the Administration would bring a case that is unnecessary to litigate a theory that is at best novel and untested. For a department known for its reluctance to bring such test cases to avoid negative precedent, the declaratory judgment says more about the political than legal priorities of the Administration.

Biden Admin Losing Unwinnable War On COVID, Scapegoats 'Unvaccinated' Americans

FRIDAY, SEP 10, 2021 - 01:20 PM
Authored by Jordan Schachtel via The Dossier (emphasis ours),
“There is no worse mistake in public leadership than to hold out false hopes soon to be swept away. The British people can face peril or misfortune with fortitude and buoyancy, but they bitterly resent being deceived or finding that those responsible for their affairs are themselves dwelling in a fool's paradise.”
-Winston Churchill
On Thursday, our newfound Dear Leader, Joe Biden, gave one of the most tyrannical speeches in American history. For 30 minutes, he declared that the federal government would be imposing one totalitarian action after another, entirely dismissing our Constitutional system in the process of announcing his edicts.

(Here’s the clip of the speech, if you so choose to watch this monstrosity)

1631315726582.png

(Read the full White House plan here)

Sure, the outrage is being felt in every fiber of my being. I’m ashamed that this White House is in charge right now. I am utterly disgusted by each and every word that was uttered by our ruthlessly unqualified cadaver-in-chief. This is the most authoritarian U.S. administration of my lifetime, and there is no close second. America is in a bad place right now, constantly flirting with a more advanced form of tyranny, and it’s genuinely difficult to humbly recognize the very unexceptional standing of our once-great Republic.

However.

More than anything, I sense a panicked regime, very unsure of its legitimacy with the people, and one that is desperately searching for a more permissible excuse for their failures.

1631315589519.png

Policymakers within the Biden Administration have clearly seen the COVID-19 data out of Israel, the first country that went all in on population-wide mRNA shots. It shows that mRNA injection efficacy is waning, which is why Israel went full steam ahead with the 3rd booster shot. It’s too early to tell exactly how that will pan out, but in the meantime, the Biden Administration needs to find a way to shimmy their way out of declaring victory over COVID just a couple months ago, given its clear resurgence throughout our nation among both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals.

Instead of owning up to the reality that we cannot eliminate a submicroscopic infectious particle from existence, and perhaps admitting that government officials wildly oversold an innovative “cure” to the disease, they’re continuing with the dictatorial insanity.

With respiratory season just around the corner, the “unvaccinated” are going to be scapegoated for when our government has once again failed to achieve the impossible task of stopping an endemic virus from circulating among a massive population.

At first, they took a somewhat more diplomatic approach, blaming the “Delta variant” for their failures to deliver. But now, they’ve shifted their wrath onto fellow Americans, specifically, the 25% of “unvaccinated” individuals in America who refuse to submit to the “health” demands of the regime. None of it makes scientific sense, but it doesn’t have to, because it’s no longer about health or science, but in protecting the reputation of the White House.

The Biden Administration is losing its unwinnable “War on COVID,” and as its ratings go down in flames, it has backed itself into a corner. Instead of being honest about their failures with the American people, Biden officials are choosing to triple and quadruple down on these broken policy measures. They’re purposely pitting Americans against each other, and labeling the “unvaccinated” as the ultimate scapegoat for their failures. Time will tell if they succeed, or if Americans decide to find the courage to reject the latest series of unconstitutional edicts.

Biden 'Let The Truth Out' - A Quick Thought Experiment

FRIDAY, SEP 10, 2021 - 12:00 PM

But then during his presser he let the truth out:
"We're going to protect vaccinated workers against unvaccinated workers."

What?

If the vaccines are in fact vaccines and work
then... what protection do those who choose to get them need?

None!

But if they don't work - if you get vaccinated and are still at risk - then why would someone take one?

It's stupid to take a jab that doesn't actually protect you.

More to the point why would those who haven't been vaccinated not tell you to go straight to Hell, and why would any court uphold this sort of order when you admit that a person who accepts the vaccine is not protected - that is, it does not actually provide protection against disease?

Food for thought...

Denmark Lifts All Covid Restrictions, Including Requirement That People Show Proof of Vaccination – Virus No Longer Considered ‘Socially Critical Disease’

Denmark lifted all Covid restrictions, including the requirement that people show proof of vaccination to enter venues.

Government officials lifted the restrictions on Friday and said Covid is no longer considered a ‘socially critical disease.’

Denmark’s Health Minister Magnus Heunicke said the “epidemic is under control” but cautioned it is still not over and threatened to reimpose Covid restrictions.

NBC News reported:
Denmark has become one of the first countries in the European Union to ease all of the domestic restrictions that were put in place to control the spread of Covid-19.

Government officials lifted the country’s remaining restrictions Friday, including the requirement that people show proof of vaccination through a vaccine passport to enter nightclubs. Denmark’s health ministry said high vaccine uptake has allowed the country to roll back the pandemic control measures.

More than 83 percent of eligible people over the age of 12 in Denmark are fully vaccinated, according to the Danish Health Authority. The Scandinavian country has recorded an average of around 500 new cases each day for the past week, but the health ministry said mitigation efforts and widespread support for the vaccines no longer require Covid-19 to be categorized as a “socially critical disease.”

MUST WATCH: Gov. DeSantis Annihilates Joe Biden Over Unconstitutional Vaccine Mandates

By Cristina Laila

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) on Friday blasted Joe Biden over his unconstitutional vaccine mandates.

On Thursday Joe Biden mandated vaccines for federal workers and threatened governors who vowed to fight his orders.

Biden also said businesses with 100+ employees will be forced to either test workers or prove they are vaccinated in a workaround with OSHA.

GOP Governors immediately told their attorneys general to prepare for battle against Joe Biden’s unconstitutional vax mandate.

Hero DeSantis absolutely annihilated Joe Biden in a 3-minute rant after a reporter asked him to respond to Biden’s vax mandate.

“It’s not based on science. He’s saying he’s losing patience with people?… We don’t live with a one-person rule in this country. We live in a Constitutional system,” said DeSantis.

Members of Congress and Their Aides are Exempt From Biden’s Vax Mandate

By Cristina Laila
Published September 10, 2021 at 6:29pm
Joe-Biden-Afghan-Attack.jpg

Members of Congress and their aides are exempt from Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for federal workers.

Since Joe Biden’s executive order applies to federal workers in the executive branch, members of congress and staffers in the legislative branch are exempt.

Newsweek reported:

President Joe Biden’s new vaccine mandates for federal employees don’t apply to members of Congress or those who work for Congress or the federal court system.
Biden issued two executive orders on Thursday requiring vaccination against COVID for federal workers and contractors who work for the federal government. He also asked the Department of Labor to issue an emergency order requiring businesses with more than 100 employees to ensure their workers are vaccinated or tested on a weekly basis.
However, Biden’s order on federal workers applies to employees of the executive branch. The House of Representatives and the Senate belong to the separate legislative branch, and the courts to the judicial branch of the federal government.
USPS workers are also getting special treatment.

USPS workers are part of the federal vaccine mandate under OSHA jurisdiction, though technically not under the executive order.

Psaki Refuses to Give an Answer When Asked Why American Workers Are Required to be Vaccinated But Illegal Aliens Are Not (VIDEO)

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on Friday refused to give an answer when asked why American workers are required to be vaccinated but illegal aliens are not.

On Thursday tyrant Joe Biden mandated vaccines for federal workers.

Biden also said businesses with 100+ employees will be forced to either test workers or prove they are vaccinated in a workaround with OSHA.

The new rules apply to American workers but not illegal aliens.

Americans are now second-class citizens.

Illegal aliens get to live off the largess of the American taxpayer without being subjected to the same Covid restrictions.

When Peter Doocy asked why illegal aliens are given special treatment, Psaki replied, “That’s correct” and moved on to the next question.

Biden Issues Threat To Republicans Opposing Illegal Vaccine Mandate, RNC And GOP To File Lawsuits

Sep 10, 2021

Tim Pool

Biden Issues Threat To Republicans Opposing Illegal Vaccine Mandate, RNC And GOP To File Lawsuits. Democrats are wholly on board with executive decree but conservatives and republicans are saying no. Biden's illegal vaccine mandate is actually driving people away from getting the vaccine. People have become so distrusting of the establishment and institutions that the threat of force is making things worse. GOP governors are going to be suing, the RNC is going to be suing, and Biden says bring it on.

Executive Order on Requiring Coronavirus Disease 2019 Vaccination for Federal Employees

SEPTEMBER 09, 2021•PRESIDENTIAL ACTIONS

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including sections 3301, 3302, and 7301 of title 5, United States Code, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Policy. It is the policy of my Administration to halt the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), including the B.1.617.2 (Delta) variant, by relying on the best available data and science-based public health measures.

The Delta variant, currently the predominant variant of the virus in the United States, is highly contagious and has led to a rapid rise in cases and hospitalizations. The nationwide public health emergency, first declared by the Secretary of Health and Human Services on January 31, 2020, remains in effect, as does the National Emergency Concerning the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) declared pursuant to the National Emergencies Act in Proclamation 9994 of March 13, 2020 (Declaring a National Emergency Concerning the Novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Outbreak). The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) within the Department of Health and Human Services has determined that the best way to slow the spread of COVID-19 and to prevent infection by the Delta variant or other variants is to be vaccinated.

COVID-19 vaccines are widely available in the United States. They protect people from getting infected and severely ill, and they significantly reduce the likelihood of hospitalization and death. As of the date of this order, one of the COVID-19 vaccines, the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, also known as Comirnaty, has received approval from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and two others, the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine and the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine, have been authorized by the FDA for emergency use. The FDA has determined that all three vaccines meet its rigorous standards for safety, effectiveness, and manufacturing quality.

The health and safety of the Federal workforce, and the health and safety of members of the public with whom they interact, are foundational to the efficiency of the civil service. I have determined that ensuring the health and safety of the Federal workforce and the efficiency of the civil service requires immediate action to protect the Federal workforce and individuals interacting with the Federal workforce. It is essential that Federal employees take all available steps to protect themselves and avoid spreading COVID-19 to their co-workers and members of the public. The CDC has found that the best way to do so is to be vaccinated.

The Safer Federal Workforce Task Force (Task Force), established by Executive Order 13991 of January 20, 2021 (Protecting the Federal Workforce and Requiring Mask-Wearing), has issued important guidance to protect the Federal workforce and individuals interacting with the Federal workforce. Agencies have also taken important actions, including in some cases requiring COVID-19 vaccination for members of their workforce.

Accordingly, building on these actions, and in light of the public health guidance regarding the most effective and necessary defenses against COVID-19, I have determined that to promote the health and safety of the Federal workforce and the efficiency of the civil service, it is necessary to require COVID-19 vaccination for all Federal employees, subject to such exceptions as required by law.

Sec. 2. Mandatory Coronavirus Disease 2019 Vaccination for Federal Employees.

Each agency shall implement, to the extent consistent with applicable law, a program to require COVID-19 vaccination for all of its Federal employees, with exceptions only as required by law. The Task Force shall issue guidance within 7 days of the date of this order on agency implementation of this requirement for all agencies covered by this order.

Sec. 3. Definitions. For the purposes of this order:

(a) The term “agency” means an Executive agency as defined in 5 U.S.C. 105 (excluding the Government Accountability Office).
(b) The term “employee” means an employee as defined in 5 U.S.C. 2105 (including an employee paid from nonappropriated funds as referenced in 5 U.S.C. 2105(c)).

Sec. 4. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:(i) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or
(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
(b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.
(c) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
(d) If any provision of this order, or the application of any provision to any person or circumstance, is held to be invalid, the remainder of this order and the application of any of its other provisions to any other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.

Executive Order on Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors

SEPTEMBER 09, 2021•PRESIDENTIAL ACTIONS

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act, 40 U.S.C. 101 et seq., and section 301 of title 3, United States Code, and in order to promote economy and efficiency in procurement by contracting with sources that provide adequate COVID-19 safeguards for their workforce, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Policy. This order promotes economy and efficiency in Federal procurement by ensuring that the parties that contract with the Federal Government provide adequate COVID-19 safeguards to their workers performing on or in connection with a Federal Government contract or contract-like instrument as described in section 5(a) of this order. These safeguards will decrease the spread of COVID-19, which will decrease worker absence, reduce labor costs, and improve the efficiency of contractors and subcontractors at sites where they are performing work for the Federal Government. Accordingly, ensuring that Federal contractors and subcontractors are adequately protected from COVID-19 will bolster economy and efficiency in Federal procurement.

Sec. 2. Providing for Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors and Subcontractors. (a) Executive departments and agencies, including independent establishments subject to the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act, 40 U.S.C. 102(4)(A) (agencies), shall, to the extent permitted by law, ensure that contracts and contract-like instruments (as described in section 5(a) of this order) include a clause that the contractor and any subcontractors (at any tier) shall incorporate into lower-tier subcontracts.

This clause shall specify that the contractor or subcontractor shall, for the duration of the contract, comply with all guidance for contractor or subcontractor workplace locations published by the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force (Task Force Guidance or Guidance), provided that the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (Director) approves the Task Force Guidance and determines that the Guidance, if adhered to by contractors or subcontractors, will promote economy and efficiency in Federal contracting. This clause shall apply to any workplace locations (as specified by the Task Force Guidance) in which an individual is working on or in connection with a Federal Government contract or contract-like instrument (as described in section 5(a) of this order).

(b) By September 24, 2021, the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force (Task Force) shall, as part of its issuance of Task Force Guidance, provide definitions of relevant terms for contractors and subcontractors, explanations of protocols required of contractors and subcontractors to comply with workplace safety guidance, and any exceptions to Task Force Guidance that apply to contractor and subcontractor workplace locations and individuals in those locations working on or in connection with a Federal Government contract or contract-like instrument (as described in section 5(a) of this order).

(c) Prior to the Task Force publishing new Guidance related to COVID-19 for contractor or subcontractor workplace locations, including the Guidance developed pursuant to subsection (b) of this section, the Director shall, as an exercise of the delegation of my authority under the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act, see 3 U.S.C. 301, determine whether such Guidance will promote economy and efficiency in Federal contracting if adhered to by Government contractors and subcontractors. Upon an affirmative determination by the Director, the Director’s approval of the Guidance, and subsequent issuance of such Guidance by the Task Force, contractors and subcontractors working on or in connection with a Federal Government contract or contract-like instrument (as described in section 5(a) of this order), shall adhere to the requirements of the newly published Guidance, in accordance with the clause described in subsection (a) of this section. The Director shall publish such determination in the Federal Register.

(d) Nothing in this order shall excuse noncompliance with any applicable State law or municipal ordinance establishing more protective safety protocols than those established under this order or with any more protective Federal law, regulation, or agency instructions for contractor or subcontractor employees working at a Federal building or a federally controlled workplace.

(e) For purposes of this order, the term “contract or contract-like instrument” shall have the meaning set forth in the Department of Labor’s proposed rule, “Increasing the Minimum Wage for Federal Contractors, ” 86 Fed. Reg. 38816, 38887 (July 22, 2021). If the Department of Labor issues a final rule relating to that proposed rule, that term shall have the meaning set forth in that final rule.

Sec. 3. Regulations and Implementation. (a) The Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council, to the extent permitted by law, shall amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to provide for inclusion in Federal procurement solicitations and contracts subject to this order the clause described in section 2(a) of this order, and shall, by October 8, 2021, take initial steps to implement appropriate policy direction to acquisition offices for use of the clause by recommending that agencies exercise their authority under subpart 1.4 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.

(b) By October 8, 2021, agencies shall take steps, to the extent permitted by law, to exercise any applicable authority to ensure that contracts and contract-like instruments as described in section 5(a) of this order that are not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation and that are entered into on or after October 15, 2021, consistent with the effective date of such agency action, include the clause described in section 2(a) of this order.

Sec. 4. Severability. If any provision of this order, or the application of any provision of this order to any person or circumstance, is held to be invalid, the remainder of this order and its application to any other person or circumstance shall not be affected thereby.

Sec. 5. Applicability. (a) This order shall apply to any new contract; new contract-like instrument; new solicitation for a contract or contract-like instrument; extension or renewal of an existing contract or contract-like instrument; and exercise of an option on an existing contract or contract-like instrument, if:

(i) it is a procurement contract or contract-like instrument for services, construction, or a leasehold interest in real property;
(ii) it is a contract or contract-like instrument for services covered by the Service Contract Act, 41 U.S.C. 6701 et seq.;
(iii) it is a contract or contract-like instrument for concessions, including any concessions contract excluded by Department of Labor regulations at 29 C.F.R. 4.133(b); or
(iv) it is a contract or contract-like instrument entered into with the Federal Government in connection with Federal property or lands and related to offering services for Federal employees, their dependents, or the general public;
(b) This order shall not apply to:
(i) grants;
(ii) contracts, contract-like instruments, or agreements with Indian Tribes under the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (Public Law 93-638), as amended;
(iii) contracts or subcontracts whose value is equal to or less than the simplified acquisition threshold, as that term is defined in section 2.101 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation;
(iv) employees who perform work outside the United States or its outlying areas, as those terms are defined in section 2.101 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation; or
(v) subcontracts solely for the provision of products.
Sec. 6. Effective Date. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, this order is effective immediately and shall apply to new contracts; new contract-like instruments; new solicitations for contracts or contract-like instruments; extensions or renewals of existing contracts or contract-like instruments; and exercises of options on existing contracts or contract-like instruments, as described in section 5(a) of this order, where the relevant contract or contract-like instrument will be entered into, the relevant contract or contract-like instrument will be extended or renewed, or the relevant option will be exercised, on or after:
(i) October 15, 2021, consistent with the effective date for the action taken by the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council pursuant to section 3(a) of this order; or
(ii) for contracts and contract-like instruments that are not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation and where an agency action is taken pursuant to section 3(b) of this order, October 15, 2021, consistent with the effective date for such action.

(b) As an exception to subsection (a) of this section, where agencies have issued a solicitation before the effective date for the relevant action taken pursuant to section 3 of this order and entered into a new contract or contract-like instrument resulting from such solicitation within 30 days of such effective date, such agencies are strongly encouraged to ensure that the safety protocols specified in section 2 of this order are applied in the new contract or contract-like instrument. But if that contract or contract-like instrument term is subsequently extended or renewed, or an option is subsequently exercised under that contract or contract-like instrument, the safety protocols specified in section 2 of this order shall apply to that extension, renewal, or option.

(c) For all existing contracts and contract-like instruments, solicitations issued between the date of this order and the effective dates set forth in this section, and contracts and contract-like instruments entered into between the date of this order and the effective dates set forth in this section, agencies are strongly encouraged, to the extent permitted by law, to ensure that the safety protocols required under those contracts and contract-like instruments are consistent with the requirements specified in section 2 of this order.

Sec. 7. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
(i) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or
(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.

Massachusetts coronavirus breakthrough cases jump 4,415 last week, more than 600 fully vaccinated people a day

18 breakthrough deaths were reported last week

By RICK SOBEY | rick.sobey@bostonherald.com | Boston Herald
PUBLISHED: September 7, 2021 at 3:50 p.m. | UPDATED: September 7, 2021 \

More than 4,000 fully vaccinated people in Massachusetts tested positive for the coronavirus last week, a daily average of more than 600 people as breakthrough infections continue to rise each week amid the delta variant.

The rate of breakthrough infections week-over-week starting five weeks ago surged 64%, then the following week went up 20%, the next week jumped by 25%, the subsequent week increased by 20%, and in the last week climbed by 23%.

Breakthrough cases in Massachusetts are making up about one-third of the state’s overall cases. People who are unvaccinated are at a higher risk for infection and a severe case.

Overall, 23,858 fully vaxxed people have tested positive for the virus, according to new data from the state Department of Public Health on Tuesday. That’s 0.53% of the more than 4.5 million fully vaxxed people in Massachusetts.

The nearly 24,000 overall cases is an increase of 4,415 breakthrough infections from last week — or a daily average of 631 fully vaccinated people testing positive.

Last Tuesday’s report showed a rise of 3,704 breakthrough cases, a daily average of 529 fully vaxxed people testing positive.

The previous week was a jump of 3,098 infections, a daily average of 443 fully vaxxed people.

The prior week was a jump of 2,672 infections, a daily average of 382 infections.
The week before that was a rise of 2,232 breakthroughs, a daily average of 319 infections.

Breakthrough hospitalizations account for about 25% of current COVID-19 hospitalizations. Those who are unvaccinated are at a much higher risk for a severe case and hospitalization.

There have been 762 hospitalizations among fully vaccinated people in Massachusetts, which is 0.02% of those who are fully vaxxed.

The 762 total patients is a one-week increase of 111 fully vaxxed patients. The previous weekly increase was 80 fully vaxxed patients.

The state has reported 162 breakthrough deaths, or 0.004% of those who are fully vaxxed. That’s a one-week increase of 18 deaths. The previous weekly increase was 13 deaths, and the week before that was seven deaths.

Miami International Airport becomes first US airport to test COVID-19 detector dogs

Miami International Airport becomes first US airport to test COVID-19 detector dogs

Miami International Airport (MIA) says it’s the first U.S. airport to test COVID-19-sniffing dogs through a new pilot program. The Miami-Dade Aviation Department is partnering with the Global Forensic and Justice Center (GFJC) at Florida International University (FIU) to host a 30-day COVID-19 detector dog pilot program at MIA.

ABC Denver reported that everyday travelers visiting the airport may not come in contact with the detector dogs, though. The airport says the canines are deployed at an employee security checkpoint. There are two dogs in the pilot program at MIA – Cobra, a Belgian Malinois, and One Betta, a Dutch Shepherd.

They’ve been trained to alert to the scent of COVID-19. MIA says the dogs have the potential to immediately detect and respond to the coronavirus in public spaces like airports. USA Today reports: “Dogs could be more sensitive than some of our instruments and detect the virus sooner,” Kenneth Furton, provost at Florida International University and scent-detection scholar, told USA TODAY.

Cobra, a Belgian Malinois, and One Betta, a Dutch Shepherd, have already made two possible alerts. One employee was unable to be tested and the second employee had a negative PCR test, but had recently gotten over the virus, according to Furton.

The dogs have a 96% to 99% detection rate and were quick learners, which Furton credits with previous training they received to detect laurel wilt, a fungus that can kill certain trees. “If you’re training a brand new dog, it can take two or three months,” Furton said. “It only took two or three days for these dogs and three weeks for them to become proficient.”

'Fully-Vaccinated' Daily Wire Reporter Gets Covid for the Third Time

‘Fully-Vaccinated’ Daily Wire Reporter Gets Covid for the Third Time
By J.D. Rucker • Sep. 10, 2021
  • Reporting on Covid-19 and the so-called “vaccines” is getting easier every day. As more people get vaccinated, there is no shortage of noteworthy breakthrough cases, adverse reactions, and generally bad news for those who have been jabbed. I don’t write that with any joy as an unvaccinated American. I’m just noting that from a journalistic perspective, the stories lately tend to write themselves.
The latest example comes from Tennessee where a reporter for the Daily Wire has become ill with Covid-19 for the third time despite being fully-vaccinated. Education reporter Chrissy Clark posted a little about her current situation on Twitter yesterday.

1631352500804.png
1631352550366.png1631352597094.png

She continues to have stories posted on the conservative news site despite being hospitalized. We’ve reached out to Clark for comment and an update on her status.

The Biden-Harris regime announced yesterday that they were enacting a Medical Dictatorship over the country. All federal employees will need to be jabbed. All companies that have 100 employees or more will also need to require proof of vaccination or weekly proof of negative tests for all employees in order to stay in business. As I noted earlier, it’s the pathway to slavery as the Biden-Harris regime tries to turn us into the new Soviet Union.

The Daily Wire announced yesterday that despite having over 100 employees, they will fight the mandates:

Clark’s story is becoming all-too common. Some doctors have speculated the nature of the various Covid-19 variants, most notably the “Delta” and “Mu” variants, may make them spread more easily among the vaccinated. Suppression of natural immunity has always been a challenge with many vaccines, but the Covid-19 “vaccines” act more like treatments than anything else. Rather than using dead or weakened versions of viruses as every previously approved vaccine has done, the Covid-19 vaccines either use mRNA enhancements to trick the body to create and then attack spike proteins, or the spike proteins are introduced through fake versions of a different virus.

This is why the definition of “vaccination” according to the CDC was changed in 2021.

1631352724094.png

Chrissy Clark’s story is not unique. It’s becoming more common every day to hear of people who should be fully protected through a combination of vaccines and natural immunity, but who succumb to the disease anyway. It’s making many start to wonder what benefits the injections offer at all.

CORONAVIRUS
Study Finds Teenage Boys Six Times More Likely to Suffer Heart Problems From Vaccine Than be Hospitalized by COVID

Damning data proves clear risk of vaccinating children.

Research conducted by the University of California has found that teenage boys are six times more likely to suffer from heart problems caused by the COVID-19 vaccine than to be hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 itself.

Wow.

“A team led by Dr Tracy Hoeg at the University of California investigated the rate of cardiac myocarditis – heart inflammation – and chest pain in children aged 12-17 following their second dose of the vaccine,” reports the Telegraph.

“They then compared this with the likelihood of children needing hospital treatment owing to Covid-19, at times of low, moderate and high rates of hospitalisation.”

“Researchers found that the risk of heart complications for boys aged 12-15 following the vaccine was 162.2 per million, which was the highest out of all the groups they looked at.”

This compares to the risk of a healthy boy being hospitalized as a result of a COVID infection, which is around 26.7 per million, meaning the risk they face from the vaccine is 6.1 times higher.

Even during high risk rates of COVID, such as in January this year, the threat posed by the vaccine is 4.3 times higher, while during low risk rates, the risk of teenage boys suffering a “cardiac adverse event” from the vaccine is a whopping 22.8 times higher.

The research data was based on a study of adverse reactions suffered by teens between January and June this year.

In a sane world, such data should represent the nail in the coffin for the argument that teenagers and children should be mandated to take the coronavirus vaccine, but it obviously won’t.

In the UK, the government is pushing to vaccinate 12-15-year-olds, even without parental consent, despite the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) advising against it.

Meanwhile, in America, Los Angeles County school officials voted unanimously to mandate COVID shots for all children over 12 despite angry objections from parents.

The Unvaccinated will be Punished

And the problems with the Biden OSHA standards

Today, President Biden announced the federal government would protect the vaccinated from the unvaccinated.

Twitter avatar for @CBSNews CBS News @CBSNews
BREAKING: Biden says Labor Dept. is developing emergency rule requiring all employers with 100 or more employees to ensure workers are fully vaccinated or show a negative COVID test at least once a week "We're going to protect vaccinated workers from unvaccinated coworkers"

https://video.twimg.com/amplify_video/1436076329414402050/vid/640x360/W2m4YW7ElYisctCG.mp4?tag=14 .41 min

September 9th 2021

It is official: the unvaccinated have become the scapegoats.

As we said in August, “trust them at their word when they advocate restricting your rights and inflicting punishment if you remain unvaccinated.”

This is the result (but not the end-result) of a creeping nastiness towards the unvaccinated that we warned about last month, after the NYC required a vaccine to “participate in society fully” and The Atlantic said the unvaccinated “belong on the no-fly list.”

Others contributed and pushed things further. The call by the New York Times’ Ezra Klein to start “raising the costs of remaining vaccinated.” Dr. Fauci said the government needed to “do something to get them to be vaccinated.”

Biden listened. He is mandating that larger employers mandate vaccines or undergo weekly testing or be fined up to $14,000 per violation. As the AP reports:

The requirement for large companies to mandate vaccinations or weekly testing for employees will be enacted through a forthcoming rule from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration [OSHA] that carries penalties of $14,000 per violation, an administration official said. The White House did not immediately say when it would take effect, but said workers would have sufficient time to get vaccinated.

This coincides with Biden mandating federal employees and contractors get the vaccine. All except USPS, whose workers somehow escaped this mandate.
1631354889393.png

Anyway, the Biden Administration will attempt to implement the employer vaccine mandate and punishments through an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS). Think of this as a temporary measure that allows the agency to bypass normal rulemaking and regulatory procedures. The ETS is governed by 29 USC 655, which states:

Look closely at part (A), which requires the Secretary of Labor to determine that “employees are exposed to grave danger from exposure to substances or agents determined to be toxic or physically harmful or from new hazards.”

How has OSHA determined ALL large employers are exposing their employees to “grave danger”?

Here’s the answer: they haven’t. And they don’t think they have to.

In using the ETS – which are temporary - the Biden Administration is bypassing statutory and caselaw requirements that govern permanent health and safety standards. Think of that for a moment: that they wish to use temporary regulations to mandate permanent vaccines.

If this were permanent, OSHA would have to make “a threshold finding that a place of employment is unsafe—in the sense that significant risks are present and can be eliminated or lessened by a change in practices.”

This legal maneuvering, which lessens OSHA’s evidentiary and fact-finding burdens, should be no surprise. OSHA (like Biden himself) has a long history of unlawfulness and of ignoring its own regulations. Most recently, the agency is refusing to enforce its own rules requiring employers who mandate vaccinations from recording the side effects.

If there is any good news with all of this, it is that the proposed vaccine mandate will likely be found to be unconstitutional and/or unlawful and will be stayed from taking effect pending judicial review.

The challenges will include that OSHA and the Secretary of Labor exceeded their authority; that OSHA regulations generally don’t allow for vaccine mandates; that the current conditions do not warrant the issuance of the ETS (no grave danger); and that the proposed regulations are otherwise arbitrary and capricious.

We also observe that while this is a mandate that applies to large businesses, it is really a mandate that applies to employees of large businesses. Perhaps there will be an equal protection issue given the mandate depends on how large your employer might be.

We’ll be providing updates on arguments concerning the constitutionality and legal challenges as this issue develops. In the meantime, we’ve already filed a FOIA request to the Secretary of Labor.

Constitutional Attorney Robert Barnes Offers Striking Revelation About Government’s Handling of ‘Vaccines’

By J.D. Rucker • Sep. 11, 2021

For the majority of most of our lives, a vaccine was defined as an “injection of a killed or weakened infectious organism in order to prevent the disease.” As Representative Thomas Massie noted on Twitter yesterday, the definition has evolved.

1631401582107.png

Constitutional attorney Robert Barnes took this thinking a step further and analyzed what our government is now presenting as a “vaccine.” Based on his interpretation, which is the plain interpretation prima facie, there is a challenge the government hasn’t addressed with what they’re now calling “vaccines.”

“If a vaccine is ‘a preparation that is used to stimulate the body’s immune response against diseases,’ then lots and lots of vitamins & natural supplements are now ‘vaccines’ according to that definition,” he Tweeted.

1631401635183.png

Regardless of which definition we use, the ones currently being pushed by our government leaves it wide open to be, well, just about anything therapeutic. The reason they had to widen the definition to the point that pretty much anything can be counted as a “vaccine” is because by the old (as in earlier this year) definition, the Covid-19 injections are not vaccines.

They do not prevent the disease from causing infection, symptoms, or death as can be seen by the astounding number of breakthrough cases. They do not offer immunity; even the CDC gave up on selling that lie months ago. Therefore, they must be considered protection which means anything can be a vaccine.

Reactions were logical:

1631401718718.png
1631401777140.png

Let’s call it what it is. Our government is setting the lowest possible expectations for the vaccines while demanding universal vaccinations because it just hasn’t done what they’d hoped… or has it?

Boris Johnson will announce this week that he is scrapping plans that would have required vaccine passports for entry to nightclubs, cinemas and sports grounds.

On Tuesday, the prime minister will announce plans to try to keep Covid under control over the winter. He will say that he has abandoned the proposed compulsory certification scheme, which would have forced venues to check people’s vaccine status.

Johnson tore up the proposals after scientists said vaccinations would be an effective first line of defence against a winter wave of the pandemic. But the move also represents a significant concession to Tory backbench rebels who had complained that enforcing vaccine passports would create a group of second-class citizens.

An Articulate Nurse Dealing With COVID Hospitalization Gives Honest Insight About What Really is Happening – Alarming Secondary Confirmation of Details Provided and Cited

September 11, 2021 | Sundance | 497 Comments

A discussion between Stew Peters and a hospital nurse who has direct contact with COVID patients and all aspects of COVID treatment is a must watch. {Direct Rumble Link} Really, this gets better as the discussion gets more detailed.

WATCH at the link

This is not random speculation or an anecdotal claim. To further support the real-world outline explained by the nurse, CTH has received some very specific details from inside the medical system where board certifications are determined. What follows below is not connected to the discussion above; however, specific leaked documents provided to CTH support what that nurse is saying.

Doctors in general, and pediatric doctors specifically, are being told by licensing boards & regulatory agencies tied to the political systems of healthcare – that medical providers board certification and licensing could be in jeopardy if they are found to be discussing negative vaccine outcomes and/or contradictory issues about COVID-19 treatment in non private settings.

Meaning, if doctors speak publicly they are putting their license at risk. Below is a copy of the WARNING LETTER.

V1VLlXl.jpg

[Source LINK for citation – However, please be discrete in sharing]

If the vaccines were not generating statistically significant negative outcomes, this type of letter would not be needed. For whatever reason, the medical boards need to stop doctors and healthcare providers from explaining what is happening in the real world.

The medical system claims that surround the COVID-19 story are tenuously being held in place by bureaucratic systems and political agents within the regulatory bodies. As you can see above they view honest public discussion as a risk to their position.

Think about it from a common sense perspective. If the claims behind COVID-19, and the variants as an example, were honest and genuine; and if the benefits of the vaccine were true as claimed; the medical establishment would not need to threaten doctors, and they would not view sunlight as a risk to their objective.

Why would any honestly constructed institution need to threaten voices within that system against discussion of every day events as they take place?

These are beyond RED FLAGS !!

US Surgeon General Vivek Murthy on Sunday said Joe Biden will announce new Covid-19 measures ahead of his meeting with the UN on Tuesday.

Joe Biden last week already announced a federal vaccine mandate and ordered businesses with 100+ employees to vax their workers or test them weekly for Covid.

But that wasn’t enough tyranny.

Joe Biden will be announcing a new round of tyranny this week.

Joe Biden will unveil more “actions” in “the days ahead, especially on the global front … the president will be making announcements ahead of the UN general assembly about additional measures that we’re taking to help vaccinate the world,” Murthy told CNN’s Dana Bash on Sunday without offering details.

Kentucky Health Care Workers Refused to Comply With Vaccine Mandate, Forced Hospital to Fire Them (VIDEOS)

By Cassandra Fairbanks
Published September 12, 2021 at 9:30am

Health care workers at Kentucky’s Med Center in Bowling Green refused to comply with the vaccine mandate or turn in their resignation.

Instead, two workers showed up and refused to leave until someone told them that they are fired.

The Med Center was the target of protests last month when they became one of the largest hospitals in the country to impose a vaccine mandate on their employees. On August 18, over 100 community members and health care workers demonstrated outside the campus holding signs with slogans such as, “my body my choice” and “medical freedom.”

Leadership at the hospital had until August 9 to get vaccinated and all other employees had until September 1.

A healthcare worker named Ale Minnicks posted a video of herself two days after the mandate went into effect on TikTok and Facebook. Her and a coworker, who identified herself as Ashley Rich, were refusing the jab. They arrived at work and were unable to clock in — but the hospital refused to say that they were being fired.

“The Medical Center in BG, KY was trying to quietly put over 350 out of a job without resignation or termination for not getting the vaccine,” Minnicks wrote, along with the hashtag “stop the mandate.”

Several little videos posted on website with no r/t

As they were told to leave the building, Minnicks kept reiterating that “I did not quit and I was not fired.”
“You’re going to have to leave. We need your badge and we need you to leave,” a woman can be heard telling Minnicks.
Still, they were initially careful with their wording and did not say the women were fired.

“There was a choice, you chose not to take the vaccine,” a man, who identifies himself as head of security, is heard saying.

“So then fire us,” the women demand, asking for a termination letter in exchange for her badge.

Eventually, they are told that they have been fired and both agree to leave.
@aleminnicksPart 2. We forced their hand and they finally fired us! I urge everyone in this same situation to make them fire you! We didn’t choose this.##stopthemandate♬ original sound – Ale Minnicks
By refusing to quit and showing up for work, the women will have more options available when it comes to potential lawsuits and unemployment.

There are currently massive staff shortages at hospitals across the country, leading the American Hospital Association to express concerns about the impending federal requirement for all healthcare staff to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

AHA CEO Rick Pollack said in a statement that a “practical matter, this policy may result in exacerbating the severe workforce shortage problems that currently exist.”

'We're Not Done Yet': Biden To Announce More Pandemic Measures

SUNDAY, SEP 12, 2021 - 04:00 PM

US Surgeon General Dr. Vivek 'masks don't work... wait just kidding' Murthy on Sunday defended the Biden administration's new Covid vaccine mandates - calling them an "appropriate legal measure" to keep people safe.

Murthy, a known flip-floper, also "challenged the notion that Biden’s new policies reflect a flip-flop from the idea that vaccination should not be mandated," saying that they were simply responding to a situation 'that's changed due to the Delta variant,' according to Politico.

"From the beginning, the president and all of us said 'we've got to use every lever we have to fight this pandemic," said Murthy.

Of course, given that Biden and Fauci are on record opposing vaccine mandates - Murthy's word salad is simply a lie.

Murthy also said there's more to come

"We're not done yet," said Murthy, adding that while vaccines are the 'backbone' of the government's multi-pronged effort, "we know that there are other mitigation measures," including masking, testing and social distancing.

"How quickly we get to a level where cases are low and stay low really depends on what we do collectively - not just the government - but each of us, as private citizens and what universities and schools and businesses do. If we work quickly to get people vaccinated, then we will get there faster," he continued, adding "one of the things we cannot afford to do is allow the Covid-19 experience to turn us against each other. Our enemy is the virus, it is not each other," (a line he repeated on ABC).

We somehow missed Murthy's condemnation of liberals wishing death on unvaccinated Americans.

Speaking on CNN, Murthy then said that President Biden will announce new steps to slow the spread of Covid-19 before the UN General Assembly meets - though he didn't elaborate on what those may be.

"The president will be making announcements ahead of the UN General Assembly about additional measures that we’re taking to help vaccinate the world," said Murthy.

"There will be more actions that we continue to work on, especially in the global front," he added.

"We also know this virus transcends borders ... That’s why, even as we execute this plan at home, we need to continue fighting the virus overseas, continue to be the arsenal of vaccines."

DeSantis Responds To Biden's Vaccine Mandate: "In Florida, We Will Fight Back"

SUNDAY, SEP 12, 2021 - 02:30 PM
Authored by Patricia Tolson via The Epoch Times,

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said his state will fight back against President Joe Biden’s plan for the Labor Department to draft an emergency rule that would require all employers with 100 or more employees “ensure their workforces are fully vaccinated or show a negative test at least once a week.”

During remarks on Sept. 9, Biden said that the United States “can and will turn the tide” against COVID-19 by mass vaccinations, while casting blame “at the 80 million” people who haven’t been vaccinated. “We’re in a tough stretch,” he said.

“This is not about freedom or personal choice,” he said. “It’s about protecting yourself and those around you.”

“Governor DeSantis is focused on working for Floridians,” Christina Pushaw, press secretary for DeSantis told The Epoch Times.
“Yesterday’s White House spectacle was a desperate attempt to regain control of the narrative and distract from the Biden administration’s abject failures: Afghanistan, the border crisis, and the COVID-19 response.”
Vaccine mandates are unscientific, ineffective, and fundamentally wrong,” she said.
“In Florida, we will fight back.”
While speaking to the media the next day, DeSantis noted how Biden has been critical of Florida’s Parents’ Bill of Rights (pdf), saying Biden believes that school boards should be able to “force five-year-old kids to wear masks all day.
“That’s what he thinks is appropriate government?” he said. Yet, he institutes an unprecedented mandate, “which even his own people have acknowledged in the past is not constitutional. That’s not leadership.”
DeSantis said Biden promised—when campaigning in 2020—that he would “shut down the virus.”

Yet today the country has 300 percent more cases than there were a year ago “when we had no vaccines at all.”
“He’s doubling down on things that are going to be very destructive for the livelihoods of many, many Americans,” he said.

“Nobody should lose their job based on this decision.”

On Sept. 10, the Biden administration suffered another setback when the First District Court of Appeal temporarily reinstated Gov. Ron DeSantis’s ban on school mask requirements, saying they “have serious doubts about standing, jurisdiction and other threshold matters.”

Not only did Leon County Circuit Judge John Cooper rule the ban illegal he took the uncommon step of removing an automatic stay while DeSantis appealed his ruling.

“Just like last year in the school re-opening litigation, the First District Court of Appeal has reinstated Florida’s ability to protect the freedom for parents to make the best decisions for their children while they make their own ruling on the appeal,” Taryn Fenske communications director for DeSantis told The Epoch Times. “We look forward to winning the appeal and will continue to fight for parents’ rights.”

"Extreme Cover-Up" - Scientists Who Penned Lancet Letter To Bat Down Lab Theory Have Links To China

SUNDAY, SEP 12, 2021 - 01:00 PM
An investigation by The Daily Telegraph reveals that all but one scientist who wrote a letter in The Lancet medical journal dismissing even the slightest possibility COVID-19 originated from a laboratory in Wuhan, China, have ties to Chinese researchers. This stunning revelation suggests that 26 of the 27 scientists listed in the letter might of had a conflict of interest.

Peter Daszak fist-bumps fellow Covid-19 origins investigator in Wuhan, China

The letter, published in March of last year, sought to quash any debate among the scientific community or the media over the origins of the virus - until international intelligence findings in 2021 brought the matter back to the spotlight.

The man who orchestrated the article is Dr. Peter Daszak, CEO of EcoHealth Alliance, a nonprofit which was armed with millions in NIH funding to work with Wuhan scientists to experiment with coronaviruses and 'gain of function' research. Last week, a FOIA email release by The Intercept revealed that EcoHealth Alliance was absolutely engaged in gain-of-function research to make chimeric SARS-based coronaviruses, which they confirmed could infect human cells.

Peter Daszak (left), Anthony Fauci

Daszak - a noted friend and colleague of Fauci - was also tapped to head up The Lancet’s UN backed commission to investigate the origins of the coronavirus that caused a global pandemic, according to Summit News.
The British scientist was picked despite the fact that he was intimately associated with the Wuhan lab, had repeatedly dismissed the lab leak hypothesis a ‘dangerous conspiracy theory’, and created a pressure campaign via a letter published by The Lancet to force the scientific community into avoiding looking into the lab as a potential source of the outbreak.
Daszak was also the lead investigator for the World Health Organisation investigation that determined within 3 hours of visiting the Wuhan lab in February 2021 that there was no leak purely based on the word of researchers there.
Daszak was later employed as an ‘expert fact checker’ by Facebook when it was monitoring and removing ‘misinformation’ about the origins of COVID on its platform, much of which was credible scientific research.
More Scientists Demand Lab Leak Investigation; Claim They Were Ostracised For Presenting Research Backing The Scenario
Facebook has since reversed the policy of banning any posts containing information suggesting COVID-19 was “man-made”.
Besides Daszak, 25 other scientists listed in the letter have connections with either the lab or Chinese researchers. Below, the Daily Mail takes The Telegraph's investigation and dives deeper into those who wrote the letter. A few examples (truncated, emphasis ours):
Dr Jeremy Farrar
Tropical medicine expert and SAGE adviser & The Wellcome Trust, London

The newspaper also found that three of the signatories were from Britain's Wellcome Trust, which has also previously funded research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Signatory Sir Jeremy Farrar, a member of the UK's Sage and the director of the Trust, has in the past published work with George Gao, the head of the Chinese Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, whom he has described as 'an old friend'.

Dr Gao, who studied at Oxford University, is a former research assistant at the Wellcome Trust. Mr Daszak has claimed Dr Gao supported his nomination to the National Academy of Sciences, according to The Telegraph.

The Chinese scientist also has connections to Shi Zhengli, the scientist who has become known as 'batwoman' on account of her research into bat coronaviruses in Wuhan. Her team discovered a virus in 2013 which is the closest ever previously found to Sars-Cov-2 - the virus that causes Covid-19.

Two other signatories - Dr Josie Golding and Professor Mike Turner - are known to have current or past connections with the Wellcome Trust.

Professor Linda Saif
Microbiology expert, The Ohio State University
Microbiology expert Professor Linda Saif, another signatory, spoke at a workshop in Wuhan in May 2017 along with Dr Shi and Dr Gao.

The workshop was partly organised by the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
The level of security in Chinese labs was among the topics discussed at the workshop, while Professor Saif's talk covered animal coronaviruses.

The Global Virome Project
Two more signatories on The Lancet letter are in the leadership team of the Global Virome Project - an organisations whose goal is to detect and identify 99 percent or more of potential zoonotic viral threats.

Mr Daszak is the treasurer of the Global Virome Project, while Dr Gao helped launch it, with EcoHealth Alliance as one of its partners.

The Global Virome Project took over from the Predict project, which discovered more than 1,000 unique viruses in animals and humans.

But according to The Telegraph, the Predict project was also found to have part-funded contentious work by Wuhan researchers on bat coronaviruses, which were altered to see if they could infect humans.

The funds for the research were provided by the EcoHealth Alliance.

Professor John Mackenzie
Tropical infectious diseases expert, Curtin University, Perth, Australia
Tropical infectious disease expert Professor John Mackenzie who works out of Curtin University in Perth, Australia, was another of the signatories.

The investigation has found that he did not disclose that he was still listed as a committee member of the the Scientific Advisory Committee of Centre for Emerging Infectious Diseases at the Wuhan institute.

Professor Kanta Subbarao
Virology expert, The University of Melbourne, Australia
Professor Kanta Subbarao, another signatory from the University of Melbourne, spoke at a conference on emerging diseases in Wuhan in 2016 which was part-organised by the the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Prof. Subbarao was still chief of the US-based National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAD) Emerging Respiratory Viruses Section.

Five more of the letter's signatories have all been found by the investigation to have published articles with Professor Ralph Baric.

Professor Prof Ralph Baric
While Prof Baric was omitted from the list of signatories, he was collaborating with Shi Zhengli and the Wuhan Institute of Virology, researching genetically manipulated coronaviruses to see if they could be made to infect humans.

Earlier this year, Republicans in the US argued that the virus was possibly genetically modified, and cite an interview with Baric in which he said it was possible to engineer a virus, 'without leaving a trace.'

Baric was initially asked to add his name to the letter by Mr Daszak, with emails between the pair recently coming to light ahead of The Lancet letter's publication, showing that the pair decided to mask their association with the Wuhan institute to avoid looking 'self-serving'.

Mr Daszak told Prof Baric that he would publish the letter in such a way that it doesn't 'link it back to our collaboration so we maximise an independent voice'.

Professor Peter Palese
Microbiology expert, Icahn School of Medicine, New York

A number of those who signed the letter have since changed their stance with some calling for a full inquiry into the origins of Covid-19.

Speaking to the MailOnline in June, Professor Peter Palese - a microbiology expert from Icahn School of Medicine, New York, said: 'I believe a thorough investigation about the origin of the Covid-19 virus is needed.

'A lot of disturbing information has surfaced since the Lancet letter I signed, so I want to see answers covering all questions.'

Asked how he was originally approached to sign the letter and what new information had come to light specifically, Professor Palese declined to comment.
Angus Dalgleish, professor of oncology at St Georges, University of London, and Norwegian scientist Birger Sorensen, who worked hard to publish work showing a strong link between the lab and virus outbreak, said this new revelation proves there was an "extreme cover-up."

Dalgleish and Sorensen said The Telegraph's investigation "is the first to show beyond reasonable doubt that our entire area of virus research has been contaminated politically. We bear the scars to show it."

Molecular biologist Prof Richard Ebright, of Rutgers University, another scientist who attempted to uncover the truth behind the origins of the pandemic, said:
"For the June addendum, the Lancet invited the 27 authors of the letter to re-evaluate their competing interests.

"Incredibly, only Daszak appears to have done so. Conflicts of interest were not reported for any of the other 26 signers of the letter – not even those with obviously material undisclosed conflicts such as EcoHealth employees and Predict contractors.

"The standard remedy for fraudulent statements in scientific publications is retraction. It is unclear why retraction was not pursued."
To sum up, the letter identified anyone as a 'conspiracy theorist' for even mentioning the possibility the virus originated from a lab that was penned by scientists who had some sort of conflict of interest with Chinese researchers and or the lab. Could this be evidence of an extensive cover-up by the scientific community of an accidental release of the virus from a lab?

Even America's top virologist, Anthony Fauci, has had to admit the virus might have come from a lab.

CAUGHT ON VIDEO — ‘We need to be more scary to the public, we need to inflate the real Covid numbers’…

Zoom meeting from a hospital in North Carolina with Dr. Mary Rudyk and Carolyn Fisher discussing inflating Covid numbers by counting recovered patients as active Covid patients.

“I think we have to be more blunt, we have to be more forceful, we have to say something coming out, you know you don’t get vaccinated, you know you’re going to die. I mean, let’s just be really blunt to these people.”

WILMINGTON – Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center has issued a statement after a video of an internal discussion on how the hospital reports its COVID patient count was leaked on social media.

The just over two-minute video sparked a heated discussion online, with many pointing to the conversation as proof hospitals were falsifying or artificially inflating case counts.

Dr. Mary Rudyk, who previously served as Chief of Medical Staff for NHRMC, responds bluntly, saying she feels the hospital’s messaging needs to be “a little bit more scary for the public.” She then proposes including patients she characterizes as “post-COVID” in the hospital’s case count – the primary source of the outrage on social media.
