9, including MW's Dad. I have not yet had it to the best of my knowledge.

DD, DSIL, & the two GD's all ran through it at the same time. They all had sinus problems with headaches. Youngest GD was literally down for about a day, but that was all. The other three have been in varying stages for the past 10 or so days. Weirdest symptoms exhibited in DD. Her hands have broken out in some type of blisters (not the blood clot "covid toes" thing) and one night she woke up and sweat was literally dripping from her body, but only on the right half. Sweating bad enough she had to change clothes & the bedding.

DS, DDIL, & the two GK's who live there ran through about the same time. DDIL & the GK's had the headache/sinus variety. DS has the gastrointestinal variety. I spent 4 hrs. in the ER with him Monday night due to a severe reaction to some

I have been exposed to all of these people in varying degrees, including MW when he had it. How I've escaped so far is beyond me, but it doesn't make me feel good about it at all. I believe DD who lives with me had it in December 2019 before anyone knew it was a "thing." She had severe respiratory issues for well over 2 months and went through two rounds of antibiotics that didn't touch it. Tested negative for bronchitis, strep, flu, etc. It could only have been the 'ronas.

So I guess I should have answered 10+, as I didn't include MW or his mom.

My oldest granddaughter, her dh, and all four of their kids had it. A couple of them were really very ill, although thankfully none of them had to be hospitalized. Yesterday was the last day of their quarantine so they were able to go back to work, and the kids will be able to start school next week.

As of this week my son, his wife, and my youngest granddaughter all have tested positive. Granddaughter’s hubby so far is ok, but it’s probably only a matter of time.

We all live very close to one another so I’m just hoping for the best. So far so good for dh and myself. We’re taking all the precautions and keeping fingers crossed.

It’s running rampant in this part of Ohio. People I know that work in hospitals say that the number of cases are growing, with many being in ICU. It’s also hitting young kids more now. The sickest of my greats was the 11 year old. He was a real mess for over a week. I don’t personally know anyone who has died from it, but I know people that do, so it’s not just hearsay.

Stay safe and healthy everyone!

I know about 50/50 vaxxed vs unvaxxed

So far the vaxx'd seem to have more severity, I know we been talking about this for a while here but now I'm seeing it.

And the covid is everywhere here in the ID panhandle region.

DW and I found out Monday that we are positive. She was able to take the Regen-Cov treatment today [Florida] and I may be able to take it tomorrow or Friday.

Regen-Cov is an investigational medicine to treat mild to moderate symptoms.
It is essentially a bag of fluids fill with antibodies to fight off the covid from settling deepen in vital organs.

By the way -- Abbott Labs has an excellent test kit, easy to use, not expensive and available to Walgreens

Unless someone has had a PCR test, there is simply no way of knowing for certain, if someone has Coronavirus or not. It is possible to have Covid-19, and have no symptoms. In the UK, there are research projects, that randomly test people. The results of random testing is showing that there are many asymptomatic cases of the disease.

You could ask the question how many people have symptoms of Coronavirus. I would say and each and everyone of my family, but we are all testing negative, so it looks like a bad summer cold.

Without the results from a PCR test, it is impossible to answer this survey
And the CDC is dumping the PCR test 12.31.21 because it's so inaccurate. We've got no good test for this.

Maybe someone has something better at a research level..but so far...what's available to the public ...they all have problems.

Do you know what test method the UK research programs are using? Maybe better testing is coming. Like you wrote...that's what we need!!

Read that Soros and Gates have teamed up to produce test kits that can be sold by Bezos. To take the place of the PCR...that sounds hopeful..... (Sarcasm)

Who would trust something from them? The test kit would probably result in depopulation.

Zero have it, however I wear N-95 mask, face shield and nitrile gloves when I leave the house. And I avoid crowds and highly trafficked places whenever possible. I have not been jabbed, and neither has my wife (much to the dismay of her cancer doctor).

Zero now but my oldest son just got over having it. Also wife's brother just got over it for the second time (and he had the vaccine).

I can't wear a mask(I pass out if I do) and I don't wear gloves, yet hand shakes and hugs are done all the time. And I also go wherever and whenever I want. I've read that I can do this because of my blood type...O+. People with this blood type are about 95% sure of never getting it.

My youngest son is recovering now….my DDIL (a PA in Florida) had it recently as did every single one of her family - scattered across several states. My son is the only one in my entire extended family to know he has it. I’ve heard blood type can possibly make a diff. I am O+ as are most of my fam. Son has same blood type as his (late) dad, not O+

Im pretty sure I had it in December before they said it was in the US. I've never been so sick in my life. Fever for three weeks, severe headache, cough that lasted for months, no appetite. It was like I woke up with a different issue every day. I remember the day my temperature was the highest I could feel my organs on fire. Weirdest sensation ever.
Since then, I've been tested 4 times, my kids also, never had it. I am exposed all the time. I don't wear masks, no vaccine, not very careful ... Might just be lucky, who knows.

I only personally know of one person who actually caught the 'rona.
She died in a nursing home after getting the vaccine.

There are a few guys at work that "got it".......for the free two weeks of PTO.
One guy got fired.......but had also "had the 'rona" 6 times last year!

The crap is killing me, almost anyway. I never get sick but my daughter got it from her medic friend who barely made it. My daughter is getting better after 3 weeks and I have made some improvement after 2 weeks. The grandkids shook it off with a day of dry coughing and a little whining. They are quarantined home from school with us now.

I promise you, you don't want this crap. They just a wheeled out a lifetime friends Dad today to take to Hospice from COVID. Oxygen was to low for two long and all organs are failing.

The best way to describe it is unrelenting suffering.

Edited to add, don't be to to happy with yourself with the Ivermectin, Zinc, Vitamin D and on and on. I have all of that stuff, am very good a math for dosing and so on and have used it properly since I got it. Maybe I would be dead without it, maybe it did nothing at all, I have no way of knowing.

Don’t let the Piss Ants get you down…
None here. The Brunswick, GA kinfolk are “et up” with it. Adults very ill, children sick but mildly.

No one hospitalized.

I didn’t want a set of PERCENTAGES of who does or doesn’t have it now, I wanted a SIMPLE COUNT. As in, everyone who has it stands in a line, and when I point to you, you count off. For example, let’s say that there was a group of 15 people, 10 of whom had blue shirts and 5 of whom had tan shirts. I ask the people in blue shirts to line up, and when I point to the one on the left, everyone in the line counts.

ONE
TWO
THREE
FOUR
FIVE
SIX
SEVEN
EIGHT
NINE
TEN

No one else counts, so I know I have ten people with blue shirts. But you want it like this:

ONE
TWO
THREE
FOUR - TAN SHIRT!
FOUR (cuz they have a blue shirt)
Wait, I was four! No, you have a tan shirt. But I want to be counted! Sorry, this is a count of people with blue shirts. I don’t care! (Stomps feet.)

And so on. I don’t want to know the number of blue shirts versus the number of tan shirts. I WANT TO KNOW THE NUMBER OF BLUE SHIRTS! So everyone in tan shirts is pissed off cuz they don’t get a participation trophy.

Lol, I'm darn sure not a doctor, nor do I have any kind of 'higher education' in that line. So all I can do is guess that they are in that 'left out' 5%. I'm also guessing it could go down to the difference between '0+' and '0-' blood types.

And another 'for sure' thing...I'm 'for sure' praying for them...and you...the best.

Absolutely no one I know in northern and southern Ohio area’s have it.
Yet, VC (13,500 pop.) has 84 active cases.
3 hospitalizations.
They are saying 50% are elementary and middle school children.
Nobody seems to know who the people are behind the numbers.

Brunswick county is a huge hotspot right now, the hospital is full to the brim. I live 6 minutes from the water at Holden Beach, our family is ZERO and we are out and about and work with the public. My daughter works at the hospital.
Just got word from my brother, the wife has been admitted to hospital for oxygen therapy and it looks like all three girls have it too. Also, the wife's father who had a double lung transplant a few years ago tested positive. My nephew has already been through the ringer with the one daughter and her liver issues. Now he's taking care of the family all by himself with some help from my brother who took his first shot today. He's been dropping off meals for the girls. The wife's family has Cystic Fibrosis on her side and has already lost a brother to it. Not sure if they were practicing all the safety routine like keeping their distance, etc, but probably not. My other brother had Covid last year when he had some kitchen work done on his condo in South Carolina and never took any precautions. His was mild and not as bad as the flu.

I checked on what you said on PCR tests and CDC

This article shows that there is nothing wrong with the PCR test. Claims That CDC’s PCR Test Can’t Tell Covid From Flu Are Wrong

People read the first line “CDC has just announced they will revoke the emergency use authorization of the RT-PCR tests first introduced in 2/20,” And translated it to They’ve been adding flu cases to Covid cases when using that test.” Absolute Bullshit.

People failed to read the second line “CDC encourages laboratories to consider adoption of a multiplexed method that can facilitate detection and differentiation of SARS CoV-2 and influenza viruses.” And actually any other viruses.

PCR *ONLY* detects Covid-19. So rather than giving sick people, one test for Covid, another for flu, another for this, another for that, etc. Each patient only gets one test that sorts out which virus they have.

PCR is best for mass testing. Other tests are more suitable for hospital patients, who have respiratory infections.

Nothing wrong with the PCR test?

How about the huge number of false positives?
How about the inventor of the test saying this is an inappropriate use?
How about the number of amplifications?
Anything above 25 gives too many false positives.
Until recently, the number of amplifications was 37-40 but no lab will tell you how many amplifications were done..

I could go on but you're full of it
