So, the test was performed. Some did not receive either a text message or email.
IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE A TEXT MESSAGE:
As part of your phone number, we need to know what carrier you use. This is so we can properly route the message to you. If you kept your phone number BUT CHANGED CARRIERS, you will not receive text messages until you update your carrier info.
IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL:
Check your SPAM or JUNK folders. You’ll want to whitelist the sending email address with your email service.
@Green Co. is our EAS Coordinator. PM him for any issues you have. (And for you new folks, if you want to sign up, he’s the guy to talk to.)
NOTE: Just being a member of this forum DOES NOT ENROLL YOU IN OUR EAS SYSTEM. You have to ask to be enrolled.
