The elderly haven't even been brought up yet. They are building a lot of 50+ apartment complexes around here. They start at $1200ish and go up from there. I've repeatedly told DH his mom can NOT move in with us. (LONG story, I don't trust her at all.) However, the elderly will need to go somewhere if inflation keeps going. They might need to get roommates. Convince family to let them live with the family. Another reason to be nice to people. You might need their help at some point in your life.

There are two new over 55+ subdivisions about 5 miles from me. Then another 55+ sub in the next town about 15 minutes down the road.

Three new 55+ subs within 15 miles.
